Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2020 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 121 alumni, dengan sampel sebanyak 55 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja alumni. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 15,636 > ttabel 2,004 pada taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05) serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,822 menunjukkan bahwa 82,2% variasi kesiapan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh literasi digital, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat literasi digital alumni, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki.Dengan demikian, literasi digital menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam membentuk kesiapan kerja alumni, khususnya dalam menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja yang semakin berbasis teknologi dan digitalisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa angkatan 2022 Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) terhadap kesiapan mengajar mahasiswa angkatan 2022 Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa besarnya persentase pengaruh variabel X (Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan) terhadap variabel Y (Kesiapan Mengajar Mahasiswa) adalah sebesar 72,3%. Adapun sisa pengaruh sebesar 27,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan Asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisioner kepada siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri 6 Kota Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Learning Start With A Question berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Besaran pengaruh penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Learning Start With A Question Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa sebesar 22,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe relevant digital marketing strategies to improve the competitiveness of the Rafika Dompo Banana MSME in Soguo Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and consumers, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a narrative inquiry model. The results of the study indicate that the digital marketing implementation of the Rafika Dompo Pisang MSME is still at a basic stage, utilizing WhatsApp and Facebook organically with simple content managed directly by the owner. Limited digital knowledge, minimal paid promotion budget, and suboptimal utilization of marketplace platforms are the main obstacles. Nevertheless, promotion through social media has been proven to increase product visibility and reach consumers. Supporting factors include maintained product quality, government support for licensing, and consignment collaboration. Consumer perception of the product is very positive, and existing digital promotions are considered to assist in purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the implemented digital marketing strategy is still simple but has a positive impact. Increasing competitiveness requires strategy optimization through increased digital literacy, platform diversification, and more planned resource allocation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Economics learning for class XI in State Senior High Schools throughout Bone Bolango Regency and to identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is qualitative with a Narrative Inquiry approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation in several State Senior High Schools in Bone Bolango Regency. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Economics learning in State Senior High Schools throughout Bone Bolango Regency has been carried out quite well for the last three years. However, there are still many things that need to be improved, such as the availability of resources. Most teachers have not been able to maximize learning effectively due to a lack of understanding and training on the concept of the Independent Curriculum, as well as mastery of technology that supports digital-based learning. In addition, the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as relevant learning resources are also obstacles. Factors that influence the implementation of the Independent Curriculum include supporting factors such as teacher training and assistance as well as the availability of resources, and inhibiting factors such as facilities and infrastructure, the involvement of schools, teachers, students, and parents.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of village officials in Kaidipang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Work discipline is considered an important factor that influences the performance of public officials in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in providing public services at the village level. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consisted of all village officials in Kaidipang District, with a total sample of 35 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires developed based on indicators of work discipline and village officials’ performance. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the relationship and influence between the research variables. The results of the analysis indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village officials in Kaidipang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This finding is supported by the correlation coefficient (R), which indicates a strong relationship between the variables. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 57.9 percent demonstrates that variations in village officials’ performance can be explained by work discipline, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. Therefore, the hypothesis stating that work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of village officials is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Di Kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo Dengan Menerapkan Metode Pembelajaran Studi Kasus. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran studi kasus dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai ketuntasan belajar dari 47% saat observasi awal menjadi 75% hasil siklus 1 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 97% hasil siklus 2. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan sebesar 22% dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) on the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size is 63 respondents, namely recipients of the Family Hope Program and recipients of Direct Cash Assistance. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) variables have a significant effect on the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. From the results of data analysis in the table above, the R value is 0.520 and R Square is 0.271. This means that the regression model obtained can explain that the Family Hope Program (X1) and Direct Cash Assistance (X2) variables can influence the poverty level of the community in Poowo Barat Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency by 27.1%. While the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
