This study aims to analyze the effect of village head policies on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Hulawa Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency. MSMEs play a strategic role in enhancing the rural economy; therefore, support from village government policies is a crucial factor in promoting business growth and sustainability. This research employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis. The population of this study also served as the sample, consisting of 49 MSME actors in Hulawa Village. Data were collected through questionnaires developed based on indicators of village head policies and MSME development. The data were analyzed using t-tests and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that village head policies have a significant effect on MSME development, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.016 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination of 11.8% shows that village head policies contribute 11.8% to MSME development, while the remaining 88.2% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study. It can be concluded that village head policies play a role in encouraging MSME development; however, additional supporting factors are needed to achieve more optimal outcomes.

Educators are crucial in developing high-quality human resources. They serve not only as teachers but also as mentors and educators. Teachers must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability to change, and the ability to provide high-quality learning services in their roles. The purpose of this research is to identify the efforts made by the principal to improve teacher performance as well as the challenges faced at SMP Negeri 2 Popayato Barat. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources are teachers who serve as informants through in-depth interviews guided by an interview protocol. The data analysis technique involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal’s efforts to improve teacher performance are realized through a democratic leadership style, supervision of learning administration, providing motivation during meetings, verbal appreciation, and monitoring teacher discipline. However, the principal’s role is still not optimal due to infrequent academic supervision, insufficient communication, lack of firmness in rules, and limited appreciation mostly in the form of verbal support.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa Dalam Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Sistem Keuangan di Kecamatan Suwawa Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah aparatur pada empat desa di Kecamatan Suwawa Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 36 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengukur kompetensi aparatur desa dan pemanfaatan aplikasi siskeudes untuk memperoleh data kualitas laporan keuangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi Aparatur Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,297 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,030 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,028 < 0,05. Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Siskeudes juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,325 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,030 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,028 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, secara simultan Kompetensi Aparatur Desa dan Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Siskeudes berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 28,841 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 3,28 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh kompetensi aparatur desa dan pemanfaatan aplikasi siskeudes dapat mempengaruhi kualitas laporan keuangan sebesar 63,6%, sedangkan sisanya 36,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang tidak diteliti. Dengan kata lain, semakin baik kompetensi aparatur desa dan semakin optimal pemanfaatan Aplikasi Siskeudes, maka semakin baik pula kualitas laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan.

This research aims to determine the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage on the critical thinking abilities of students in the Department of Economics Education, Class of 2022, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This research employs a quantitative, survey-based approach. The population consisted of all students in the Department of Economics Education, Class of 2022, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, totaling 194 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling, yielding a sample of 66 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression. The descriptive analysis results indicate that the variable of Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage has its highest value for the frequency of Al use in completing coursework. Regarding the critical thinking ability variable, the highest indicator is in the elementary clarification aspect. The results show a positive and significant effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) use on students' critical thinking abilities in the Department of Economics Education, Class of 2022, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The coefficient of determination indicates that the effect of Al use on students critical thinking abilities is 0.674 (67.4%), while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by factors outside the variables examined. The theoretical implications of this research strengthen the notion that Al-based technology in learning can support the development of students' critical thinking abilities through more effective processes of analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving In practice, the results iesearch contribute to students and lecturers by enabling them to utilizove learning support medium, thereby enhancing students crit ical abilitics, and learning independence

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a decline in the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) in some students due to less productive use of devices and inappropriate learning strategies. The focus of this research problem is directed at analyzing the influence of smartphone use and learning style characteristics on the academic achievement of students in the Department of Economics Education, Class of 2023, at Gorontalo State University. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the important stage of this research was carried out by collecting real data in the field by distributing closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaires to 38 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. The collected primary data were then processed using inferential multiple linear regression statistics using the IBM SPSS program version 21.0. The research findings indicate that the level of smartphone use among students is in the fairly high category, while the learning style modality is classified as good. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing prove that there is a positive and significant influence between smartphone use and learning style on academic achievement with a calculated F value of 56.415. The quantitative determination coefficient value of 76.3 percent confirms the strong contribution of the two independent variables in explaining variations in the subjects' academic achievement. The main conclusion proves that the integration of smartphone technology that is targeted and adaptive to the tendency of independent learning styles is effective in boosting students' academic success. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena penurunan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif pada sebagian mahasiswa akibat penggunaan gawai yang kurang produktif serta ketidaksesuaian pemilihan strategi belajar. Fokus masalah dalam riset ini diarahkan pada analisis pengaruh penggunaan smartphone dan karakteristik gaya belajar terhadap capaian prestasi akademik mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2023 di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, tahapan penting penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data riil di lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert tertutup kepada 38 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data primer yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah secara statistik inferensial regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 21.0. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan smartphone mahasiswa berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, sementara modalitas gaya belajar diklasifikasikan berkategori baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan membuktikan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan smartphone dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi akademik dengan raihan nilai F hitung sebesar 56,415. Nilai koefisien determinasi kuantitatif sebesar 76,3 persen menegaskan kontribusi kuat kedua variabel bebas tersebut dalam menjelaskan variasi prestasi akademik subjek. Simpulan utama membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi smartphone yang terarah dan adaptif terhadap kecenderungan gaya belajar mandiri efektif mendongkrak keberhasilan akademis mahasiswa.

This research is motivated by the demands of digitalization in the workplace, which has shifted financial reporting from manual to software-based systems, while students' initial skills are still diverse and dominated by the lower-middle class. The focus of this research is directed at examining the impact of using MYOB accounting software on students' skill levels in preparing financial reports systematically. This quantitative study applies an associative approach design with primary data collection steps through distributing questionnaires, interviews, and structured documentation in the field. A total of 63 students from the Department of Economic Education, Class of 2023, at Gorontalo State University were involved as the research sample, whose data were then analyzed using simple linear regression techniques assisted by the SPSS program. The research findings indicate that the use of MYOB significantly has a positive impact on students' practical skills with a t-test result of 6.652, which exceeds the t-table of 1.670. Based on the quantitative determination coefficient analysis, a value of 42 percent was obtained, confirming the software's significant contribution in minimizing transaction recording errors and accelerating operational time efficiency. The main conclusion of the research concludes that the integration of MYOB-based accounting technology has proven effective in boosting students' conceptual and technical skills in preparing structured, neat, and applicable financial reports. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan digitalisasi dunia kerja yang mengubah penyusunan laporan keuangan dari sistem manual menjadi berbasis perangkat lunak, sementara keterampilan awal mahasiswa masih beragam dan didominasi kategori menengah ke bawah. Fokus masalah dalam riset ini diarahkan pada pengujian dampak penggunaan software akuntansi MYOB terhadap tingkat keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara sistematis. Studi kuantitatif ini menerapkan desain pendekatan asosiatif dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, serta dokumentasi terstruktur di lapangan. Sebanyak 63 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2023 di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dilibatkan sebagai sampel penelitian yang kemudian datanya dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana berbantuan program SPSS. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan MYOB secara signifikan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kecakapan praktis mahasiswa dengan hasil uji t-hitung sebesar 6,652 yang melampaui t-tabel sebesar 1,670. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi kuantitatif, diperoleh nilai sebesar 42 persen yang menegaskan kontribusi nyata software tersebut dalam meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan transaksi serta mempercepat efisiensi waktu operasional. Simpulan utama riset menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teknologi akuntansi berbasis MYOB terbukti efektif mendongkrak keterampilan konseptual maupun teknis penyusunan laporan keuangan mahasiswa secara terstruktur, rapi, dan aplikatif.

This study aimed to determine the effect of Student Council (OSIS) activities on students’ learning activities at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. The background of this study was based on the importance of learning activities in the learning process and the fact that students’ involvement in organizational activities can have both positive impacts and challenges on learning, such as increasing leadership experience, responsibility, and cooperation, while also potentially causing fatigue, reduced study time, and decreased concentration. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population consisted of all 35 members of the student council at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila, and the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, simple linear regression, t-test, Pearson correlation, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that student council activities had a positive and significant effect on students’ learning activities, with a t-value of 5.697 greater than the t-table value of 2.030 and a significance value of 0.000. The correlation coefficient of 0.704 indicated a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination of 0.496 showed that 49.6% of the variation in students’ learning activities was explained by student council activities. Thus, the better the students’ involvement in student council activities, the better their learning activities. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya aktivitas belajar dalam proses pembelajaran serta adanya kenyataan bahwa keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan organisasi dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun kendala terhadap belajar, seperti meningkatnya pengalaman kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama, tetapi juga berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan, berkurangnya waktu belajar, dan menurunnya konsentrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh anggota OSIS SMP Negeri 1 Kabila yang berjumlah 35 siswa, dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji t, korelasi Pearson, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan OSIS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa, dengan nilai thitung 5,697 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,030 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,704 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat, sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,496 menunjukkan bahwa 49,6% variasi aktivitas belajar siswa dijelaskan oleh kegiatan OSIS. Dengan demikian, semakin baik keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan OSIS, semakin baik pula aktivitas belajar siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan aplikasi Quizizz pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu di SMP Negeri 1 Tilongkabila. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada siswa kelas VIII 1 sampai VIII 6, sedangkan data sekunder berupa hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 170 siswa, dengan sampel 63 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penerapan Quizizz terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dibuktikan dengan thitung 24,406 > ttabel 1,998 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,005. Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square sebesar 0,574 menunjukkan bahwa 57,4% variasi hasil belajar dijelaskan oleh penerapan Quizizz, sedangkan 42,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Quizizz perlu dioptimalkan sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Rural households in Indonesia experience persistent socioeconomic pressures that shape welfare through income, education, and health conditions. This study assesses whether Indonesia’s conditional cash transfer, the Family Hope Program, is associated with improved welfare in Botungobungo Village, North Gorontalo, and identifies implementation factors that may enable or constrain such gains. A quantitative descriptive design was applied during January–May 2025, covering a census of 63 beneficiary households. Program performance and welfare improvement were measured using a structured questionnaire with a five-point scale, supported by observation, interviews, and document review. Instrument testing confirmed strong measurement quality (item correlations above the critical threshold; internal consistency above 0.95), and classical assumption testing indicated normally distributed residuals. Descriptive results show high beneficiary assessments of program performance (mean 4.27/5) and welfare improvement (mean 4.29/5), while still indicating gaps from the ideal. Simple linear regression demonstrates a positive association between program performance and welfare improvement (slope 0.689), with a statistically significant effect (t = 7.574 at the 5% level). The model explains 48.5% of the variance in welfare improvement, implying substantial program relevance alongside important influences beyond the transfer. Overall, the findings suggest that welfare gains are most likely when targeting accuracy, compliance with education and health conditions, and consistent monitoring support the intended human-capital pathway, and when complementary livelihood support addresses local economic constraints.

This study aims to determine the effect of school library services on students' reading interest in economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, Bone Bolango Regency. Thesis, Bachelor of Economics Education Study Program, Department of Education, Gorontalo State University. The data source for this study is primary data. The data collection technique was through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was 165 students, while the sample in this study was 41 students. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that school library services have an effect on students' reading interest in economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, Bone Bolango Regency. The Pearson correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.351. This indicates that library services exist at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa, Bone Bolango Regency, while the remaining 35.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
