Abstract

This study aimed to see the influence of Attitude, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behaviours Control with religiosity as a moderating variable on the decision to become a customer of a Sharia bank in Surakarta. Currently, the use of sharia banks is increasing every year, including the city of Surakarta, which is predominantly Muslim. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research related to the decision. What distinguishes it from similar studies is adding the religiosity variable as a moderating variable. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior. This study distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents who met the requirements to obtain survey results-hypothesis testing using SEM with Smart-PLS software version 3.0. The results of the hypothesis test show that the three variables of the Theory of Planned Behaviour significantly positively affect the decision to become a customer of a Sharia bank. The influence of Subjective Norms shows that religiosity can strengthen the impact of Subjective Norms on the decision of the community to become a customer of a Sharia bank. Meanwhile, Attitude and Perceived Behaviour Control after being moderated by religiosity show results that religiosity can weaken the influence of Attitude and Perceived Behaviour Control on the decision to become a customer of a Sharia bank.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine whether trust and ease are factors that influence Customer decisions to channel ZIS through BSI mobile. Methodology: This study's primary data source is BSI customers domiciled in Solo Raya who have had BSI mobile as the population. The data was tested using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. Then, it was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression, T-test, and F-test. Results: The results of the study showed that trust had a significant positive effect on Customer’s decisions to channel ZIS through BSI mobile. Easiness had a significant positive effect on Customer’s decisions to channel ZIS through BSI mobile. Simultaneously, trust and ease influence customer decisions to channel ZIS through BSI mobile. Applications/Originality/Value: This study can be used as a reference for mobile banking to provide easy and reliable services to customers so that economic flows, including ZIS, are better absorbed. Then, specifically, the BSI mobile application will be able to maintain public trust and provide a simpler application menu (easy to use).

Abstract

Generation Z has a different way of working; an imbalance can reduce performance at work. Work-life balance is essential to maintain employee productivity, especially Generation Z employees. Employees who get job satisfaction will feel comfortable and productive and want to stay in the company. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work-Life Balance, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction on the Intention To Stay with Generation Z Employees in Surakarta City.   This study uses a quantitative approach using non-random sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling, where samples are taken based on specific criteria.   The data collection process used a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements and a sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of statistical software, namely SPSS version 25. The results showed that variable (X1) work-life balance significantly and positively affects variable (Y) intention to stay, variable (X2) burnout significantly and does not have a positive effect on variable (Y) intention to stay, and variable (X3) job satisfaction significantly and positively affects variable (Y) intention to stay.

Abstract

Rosemary contains compounds such as saponins, flavonoids, and tannins, which play a role in hair growth and scalp cleansing. Rosemary oil is widely used in the cosmetics industry due to its fresh aroma and benefits in improving blood circulation, which can support hair growth. Rosemary is more commonly used as a food seasoning and fragrance ingredient, but its potential in hair care products still needs further development. This study aims to obtain the quality of shampoo with the addition of rosemary essential oil according to SNI 8860:2020, determine the most preferred formulation based on overall acceptance testing at various concentrations (0%, 2%, 4%, and 6%), and identify the best formulation based on SNI and hedonic tests. The research method was carried out by adding variations in the concentration of rosemary essential oil in formulations X0 (0%), X1 (2%), X2 (4%), and X3 (6%) with two repetitions, with testing based on SNI 8860:2020 and hedonic testing using the Friedman-Conover method. The tests conducted included pH testing, Total Plate Count (TPC), Yeast and Mold Count (YMC), and hedonic tests with parameters such as color, aroma, texture, and comfort. The results showed that the pH values of the four formulations ranged from 6.35 to 6.55. The Total Plate Count values for all four formulations ranged from 5.426 × 10¹ to 7.319 × 10¹ CFU/ml. In the YMC test, all formulations showed negative results, indicating no yeast and mold growth. In the hedonic test, formulation X1 was the most preferred in terms of color and aroma, while formulation X3 was the most favored in terms of texture and comfort. Based on all test results, formulation X1 was concluded to be the best rosemary shampoo formulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, untuk mendapatkan hasil yang valid maka peneilitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer yang akan diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Mengingat minat masyarakat terhadap Bank Syariah Indonesia sempat menurun akibat kasus bocornya data nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan BSI Mobile berdasarkan Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu Variabel Bebas (Independent) yang terdiri dari kegunaan persepsian (perceived usefulness), pengaruh interpersonal (interpersonal influence) dan keyakinan diri seindiri (self efficacy) dan variabel terikat (Dependent) yang terdiri dari Sikap (attitude), norma subyektif (subjective norms), kontrol perilaku persepsian (perceived behavioral control) dan minat menggunakan (intention to use).

Abstract

Background: Objek wisata LBC Lestari merupakan salah satu Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) yang mengelola sekitar kawasan hutan lindung kaki Gunung Pangrango untuk kegiatan ekowisata , tepatnya berlokasi di kampung Loji, Desa Cileungsi, Kecamatan Ciawi, Bogor. Dilokasi ini sudah berdiri KTH LBC Lestari yang memiliki 33 anggota tetap dan 5 kelompok binaan yang diketuai oleh saudara Iyan Maulana. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan sumber pendapatan tambahan bagi anggota KTH LBC Lestari. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakukan melalui: Sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung selama 8 bulan dengan jumlah anggota mitra KTH LBC Lestari sebanyak 33 orang dan 5 kelompok binaan. Hasil: Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pendampingan dapat meningkatkan skor keterampilan/skill anggota Mitra. Saat ini sudah terdapat 50 stuf koloni madu Trigona di lokasi rumah madu milik kelompok mitra. Jumlah ini akan terus meningkat sampai kapasitas rumah madu mencapai 100 stuf. Saat ini ada 10 anakan domba yang siap digemukkan (4 betina dan 6 jantan) anakan berumur 4-5 bulan, maka 6 bulan ke depan saat Lebaran Hari Raya Idul Adha, domba siap dijual dengan harga sekitar 3-4 jt/ekor. Kesimpulan: Luaran yang dicapai meliputi: Peningkatan Kemampuan Manajemen (peningkatan keterampilan anggota mitra dalam pengelolaan organisasi usaha, administrasi, keuangan, perpajakan, IT, promosi, pemasaran produk dan jasa, Peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat, Rekognisi SKS bagi mahasiswa berupa konversi 6-8 SKS, Publikasi berita pada media massa, Karya audio visual, Karya visual poster dan Draf artikel ilmiah pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

Minyak atsiri jahe merah dapat digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam komposisi lotion karena mengandung senyawa aktif seperti zingiberene, gingerol, dan shogaol yang memiliki sifat antibakteri, antiinflamasi, terapeutik, dan antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan minyak atsiri jahe merah terhadap sifat fisikokimia dan kontaminasi mikroba pada sediaan lotion berdasarkan SNI-16-4399-1996. Variasi konsentrasi minyak atsiri jahe merah pada 0%, 1%, 2%, dan 3% merupakan satu-satunya faktor dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua kali ulangan dan uji hedonik menggunakan metode Friedman-Conover. Karakterisasi sediaan lotion meliputi parameter penampakan, pH, bobot jenis, viskositas, angka lempeng total, daya sebar, iritasi, dan uji hedonik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat konsentrasi minyak atsiri jahe merah yang berbeda memengaruhi penampakan, pH, angka lempeng total, serta daya sebar, namun tidak memengaruhi viskositas dan bobot jenis lotion. Berdasarkan uji hedonik, panelis cenderung lebih menyukai formulasi 1% berdasarkan aroma, tekstur, dan tingkat penyerapan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sediaan lotion dengan konsentrasi 1% minyak atsiri jahe merah merupakan formulasi terbaik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought about changes in recent times, one of which impacts economic conditions. This study aims to investigate government policies through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) with a macroeconomic approach to the condition of economic resilience. Macroeconomic indicators use interest rates (IR), inflation, IHSG, money supply (MS), and tax revenues to see the effect on economic resilience, which consists of economic growth (GDP), unemployment, and poverty. The data used is a time series with an observation period from January 2017 to June 2021. The analytical method used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results show that the policy package through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) effectively overcame the economic downturn during the pandemic, although it is not yet fully optimal. At least policies based on fiscal and monetary can bring Indonesia's economic growth in a positive direction. So that in the long term, unemployment and poverty due to a decrease in people's purchasing power can be overcome.

Abstract

Kemajuan dari teknologi berdampak pada munculnya paylater yang mampu mempermudah konsumen dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhannya. Dengan hadirnya paylater, mampu mempengaruhi masyarakat terutama generasi milenial menjadi lebih konsumtif. Karena paylater merupakan alat pembayaran elektronik atau nontunai tanpa adanya uang tunai , yang dimana akan membentuk perilaku belanja implusif yaitu seseorang membeli produk tanpa direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sosial, gaya hidup, dan pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif pembelian melalui shopee paylater pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif pembelian melalui shopee paylater pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Namun gaya hidup dan pengendalian diri berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif pembelian melalui shopee paylater pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, team involvement, and teamwork on the performance of election campaign teams in Indonesia, especially within the Independent Indonesian Farmers organization in Central Java Province. The methodology used is a quantitative approach using purposive sampling techniques, involving 60 respondents as a sample. Data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire to measure respondents' perceptions of the variables studied. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software, by testing validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, and applying multiple regression analysis, F test, and T test. The implications of these findings provide strategic insights for the Independent Indonesia Farmers organization to improve the effectiveness of election campaign teams by strengthening effective leadership practices, increasing active involvement of team members in every stage of the campaign, and promoting collaborative synergy among team members to optimally achieve common goals. This research makes an important contribution in the context of election campaign management at the organizational level, by highlighting the importance of internal factors such as leadership and teamwork in achieving expected performance. The next step could involve developing more specific strategies and training programs to reinforce aspects that have been identified as key to success in the context of an election campaign.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, keterlibatan tim, dan kerja tim terhadap kinerja tim kampanye pemilu di Indonesia, khususnya di dalam organisasi Petani Indonesia Mandiri Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 60 responden sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert untuk mengukur persepsi responden terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS, dengan menguji validitas, keandalan, normalitas, heteroscedastisitas, dan menerapkan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, dan uji T. Implikasi dari temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi organisasi Petani Indonesia Mandiri untuk meningkatkan efektivitas tim kampanye pemilu dengan memperkuat praktik kepemimpinan yang efektif, meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif anggota tim di setiap tahap kampanye.  dan mempromosikan sinergi kolaboratif antar anggota tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam konteks pengelolaan kampanye pemilu di tingkat organisasi, dengan menyoroti pentingnya faktor internal seperti kepemimpinan dan kerja tim dalam mencapai kinerja yang diharapkan. Langkah selanjutnya mungkin melibatkan pengembangan strategi dan program pelatihan yang lebih spesifik untuk memperkuat aspek yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam konteks kampanye pemilu
