Abstract

BIM merupakan sebuah inovasi teknologi di bidang konstruksi yang menyediakan kemudahan dalam seluruh tahapan pekerjaan konstruksi, termasuk perencanaan, desain, pelaksanaan konstruksi, dan pemeliharaan bangunan. Menggunakan teknologi BIM, perencana, insinyur, dan kontraktor dapat menghasillkan representasi desain visual dari seluruh aspek proyek bangunan mereka dalam model 3D. Hal yang melatarbelakangi Tugas akhir ini adalah sulitnya mendeteksi clash pada gambar 2D pada pekerjaan struktur konstruksi gedung. Tujuan dari Tugas akhir ini adalah menerapkan konsep BIM 3D untuk analisis clash detection dan konsep BIM 4D untuk simulasi penjadwalan proyek. Dalam melakukan Analisis clash detection pada penilitian ini dibantu dengan menggunakan software Autodesk Revit 2024 dan untuk simulasi penjadwalan proyek menggunakan software Autodesk Naviswork. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa tidak ditemukkannya clash pada pekerjaan struktur dan diproleh simulasi penjadwalan dengan durasi 151 hari kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran Building Information Modelling (BIM) menggunakan perangkat lunak ArchiCAD pada siswa Kelas XI Jurusan Desain Pemodelan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ArchiCAD dalam pembelajaran BIM memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep BIM. Mayoritas siswa mengalami peningkatan dalam kemampuan mendesain dan memodelkan bangunan secara digital. Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan ArchiCAD juga sangat positif, dengan banyak yang merasa bahwa software ini mempermudah mereka dalam memahami materi. Kesimpulannya, pembelajaran BIM menggunakan ArchiCAD di Kelas XI DPIB di SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping tergolong sangat efektif, dengan derajat pencapaian sebesar 83%, dan memberikan keterampilan yang berharga dalam desain bangunan digital.

Abstract

Data from the Geological Agency, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in 2018, Indonesia has 37 billion tons of coal with proven reserves of 20.11 billion tons and estimated reserves of 17.02 billion tons. The total reserves increased by 12 billion tons compared to the previous year. To increase production and reserve coal, it is necessary to build mine roads to connect other mining areas. One of them is the work of transporting soil material for road embankment work. The constraints that are often encountered are limited resources and high cost of equipment. Therefore it is necessary to optimize the need for heavy equipment using Quantitative Methods Software (QM) for Windows V5. The data used in this study are primary data taken from the interview process and data in the form of related secondary documents, namely the RAB, Scheduling, SPK and other documents. The tools that will be used and optimized are a lot of digging and loading equipment such as Excavator PC400 with a bucket capacity of 2.6 m3, Excavator PC300 with a bucket capacity of 1.8 m3, Excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.8 m3 and a Dump Truck with a body capacity of 22.3 m3 as transportation equipment. The results of the research data analysis show that the most optimal number of tools needed for the road works is 1 PC300 Excavator unit, 1 PC200 unit and 3 Dump Truck (ADT) units for a work volume of 99.626 m3 and the optimal work duration is 814 hours and the labor cost is Rp. 2,781,227,681. Excavator with a bucket capacity of 0.8 m3 and a Dump Truck with a body capacity of 22.3 m3 as transportation equipment. Abstract

Measurement of half cell potential is commonly used for the assessment of the resistance of reinforced concrete where corrosion of the reinforcement is predicted. The standards used in the test are ASTM C876-91: Standard Test method for half-Cell Potential of Uncoated Reinforcing Steel in Concrete and ACI 222R-01: Protection of Metal in Concrete Against Corrosion. Furthermore, the carbonation of the reinforcement in the concrete which is caused by a chemical reaction between calcium in the concrete and sulfate salts from the outside make the concrete mass is pushed and broken. The results of testing the reinforced concrete structures of office buildings on the Ancol waterfront, some of the carbonation that occurs has exceeded the concrete cover. The results of the Half Cell Potential test 1, 2, 6, 8, 9, and 10 show that the corrosion rate of the reinforcement in the concrete is <10% with type 3, namely "humid, chloride free concrete", where the concrete is moist and not contaminated chloride, which means that the corrosion rate of steel reinforcement in concrete is quite low. The results of the Half Cell Potential 3, 4, 5, and 7 tests show that the corrosion rate of the reinforcement is between 10% - 90% with type 4, namely "humid, carbonated concrete", where the concrete is moist and carbonated but the corrosion rate is not too high.

Abstract

At the time of seismic activity, the failure of the foundation structure will lead to building damage. When the West Pasaman 2022 earthquake occurred, PT. XYZ is constructing a feed mill tower. Since strong earthquake shocks were felt at the project location, foundation structure evaluation is needed to ensure the safety of the building. Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a tool that is widely used to detect subsurface conditions. This study used GPR as a non-destructive testing technique to evaluate the condition of the foundation structure. The building evaluated is a high-rise steel building, using spun pile foundation. GPR test was carried out in specified lanes, with measurement tracks set at 10 lanes. Any cracks or fractures on the foundation will be indicated by the interruption of waves at the point of the crack or fracture. The GPR test results from readings of electromagnetic wave propagation showed that waves can reach the end of each foundation tested, ranging from 17.10 m to 17.82 m deep. It means that there are no cracks or fractures found on the slab, pile cap, or foundation. Analysis results showed that all slabs and pile caps thicknesses and the detected foundation piles depths are in accordance with the foundation design, which means that the foundations are still in good condition.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan wilayah yang sangat berpotensi terkena gempa bumi. Karena posisinya yang diapit lempeng Eurasia, Indo Australia dan Pasifik. Kondisi wilayah Indonesia masuk ke dalam kategori wilayah yang sangat rawan bencana gempa bumi. Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah melalui menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) mengingatkan supaya tercipatanya rumah dengan konstruksi ramah gempa bagi masyarakat dengan menggunakan bahan konstruksi atau material bangunan dengan kualitas yang baik serta harga terjangkau bagi masyarakat untuk pembuatan struktur bangunan seperti pondasi, sloof, kolom, balok, dinding, serta atap bangunan. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat di SMK Negeri 4 Tangerang, peserta terutama siswa sudah mampu untuk memahami dan menjelaskan bahan bangunan yang baik dan berkualitas bangunan untuk konstruksi rumah yang aman terhadap gempa. Bahan bangunan yang dipergunakan seperti pasir, batu, bata, semen, besi, kayu, dan air.

Abstract

Clay soil is known for its low bearing capacity, causing cracking or even collapse in construction. Soil improvement is needed before embanking into building on this type of soil. Methods to increase the bearing capacity of clay soil include compacting the soil or mixing it with additive materials that can improve soil properties. This study aimed to analyze the CBR value of clay soil in the Limau Manis hilly area, Padang City, with the addition of 5% lime and 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% rice husk ash (RHA). The type of the soil is Organic Silt and Silty Clay (OL). This study conducted physical and mechanical properties of soil testing, i.e. sieve analysis, specific gravity, plastic limit, liquid limit, and CBR value. The results showed that adding 5% lime increased the CBR values of 0-day and 7-day cured soil, both in soaked and unsoaked conditions. The CBR value of the soaked and unsoaked 0-day cured soil sample increased by 189% and 168% respectively, while the CBR value of the soaked and unsoaked 7-day cured soil sample increased by 259% and 215% respectively. However, the addition of rice husk ash decreased the CBR value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang gedung kuliah terpadu untuk Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Negeri Padang yang berlokasi di Tarok City, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Perancangan ini menggunakan dua metode analisis, yaitu analisis makro dan mikro. Analisis makro melibatkan evaluasi terhadap aspek lokasi seperti aksesibilitas, tingkat kebisingan, dan tata letak bangunan. Sementara itu, analisis mikro berfokus pada evaluasi mendetail terkait bentuk, karakter, dan struktur bangunan. Tahapan perancangan meliputi analisis ruang, perencanaan tapak, analisis struktur dan arsitektur, serta konsep utilitas. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan analisis terhadap budaya dan adat yang berlaku di sekitar lokasi. Hasil dari pendekatan ini berupa rancangan bangunan dalam bentuk gambar dua dimensi, meliputi denah, potongan, dan tampak. Selanjutnya, dibuat gambar tiga dimensi untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai desain bangunan. Sebagai hasil akhir, rancangan ini juga dilengkapi dengan video animasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perencanaan dan perancangan Gedung Pusat Administrasi Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Negeri Padang yang berlokasi di Tarok City, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu analisis makro dan mikro. Pada analisis makro, dilakukan pemahaman mengenai kondisi lokasi, seperti ukuran lahan, aksesibilitas, kebisingan, tata ruang, dan zona sekitar. Sedangkan analisis mikro berfokus pada kebutuhan bangunan, seperti bentuk, karakter, dan struktur yang sesuai dengan fungsi gedung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah desain gedung yang mencakup gambar dua dimensi, seperti denah, potongan, dan tampak bangunan, serta visualisasi tiga dimensi dan hasil akhirnya menghasilkan gambar animasi berupa video.
