Abstract

This study examines the effect of lecturer teaching discipline on student learning motivation in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program at Makassar State University. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. This research highlights two variables, namely lecturer teaching discipline (variable X) and student teaching motivation (Variable Y). The study population was all active students in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program, Makassar State University, totaling 246 people from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 batches. While the study sample was 25% of the total population (62 people) taken using proportionale random sampling technique . Data collection techniques used were questionnaire technique, observation, and documentation techniques. Data obtained through a questionnaire instrument, were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that: 1) The teaching discipline discipline of lecturers in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program in Makassar State University was 75.17% and in the discipline category; 2) The description of student motivation in the Office of Education Administration Study Program FIS Makassar State University is 72.85% and is in the high category; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the teaching discipline of lecturers on student learning motivation in the FIS Office Administration Education Study Program, Makassar State University

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan aplikasi edukasi masyarakat terhadap gizi buruk dengan menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality dan menyajikan informasi yang dapat mengedukasi masyarakat terhadap permasalahan gizi buruk serta untuk mengetahui tanggapan pengguna terhadap pengembangan apikasi augmented reality sebagai media edukasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prototipe yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: Communication, Quick Plan, Modelling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, dan tahapan terakhir yakni Deployment, Delivery and Feedback. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Aplikasi Edukasi Masyarakat Terhadap Permasalahan Gizi terutama Gizi Buruk (Augmentazi) pada smartphone platform android. 2) Bentuk penyajian informasi untuk mengedukasi masyarakat terhadap permasalahan gizi buruk yakni dalam bentuk aplikasi dengan marker katalog beserta poster sebagai media penginformasian. 3) Aplikasi Augmentazi mendapatkan tanggapan yang sangat baik oleh pengguna berdasarkan pengujian perangkat lunak menggunakan ISO 9126 pada aspek usability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Dharma Jeneponto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kusioner dan dokumentasi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling dengan Teknik Sampling Insidental. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22 yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas terhadap instrument penelitian serta teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial terhadap data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yaitu indikator tampilan fisik, empati, daya tanggap, keandalan, dan kepastian berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan pelanggan yaitu indikator kinerja dan harapan juga berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinan, diperoleh  nilai sebesar 0,530 atau dapat diartikan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) sebesar 53,0 persen. Artinya sebanyak 53,0 persen variabel kualitas pelayanan dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan sisanya 47,0 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan., Kepuasan Pelanggan, PDAM

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan bagi masyarakat bertujuan menciptakan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi masyarakat Pancana serta pemerintah desa dalam mengolah dan mengembangkan maggot sebagai salah satu bentuk usaha industry rumah yang cukup efektif sebagai pakan alternatif yang digunakan bagi masyarakat yang memiliki ternak. Selain itu, tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini ialah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat yang ada di Kabupaten Barru, agar tercipta multi economic terhadap usaha kreatif baru yaitu usaha pakan mandiri yang juga akan berujung pada program farm-tourism di tahun 2024. Kegiatanpengabdianinidilaksanakandalam tiga tahapyaitu:(1) tahapperencanaan,(2) tahappelaksanaan,(3) tahapevaluasi dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan sebagian besar (85%) peserta telah memahami dengan baik konsep maggot. Dari hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan ini, masyarakat di Desa Pancana Kabupaten Barru juga telah memahami alur mekanisme pengelolaan maggot yang benar dimulai dari pengadaan maggot sebelum pelatihan dengan membeli secara langsung ke penjual yang berada wilayah Barru untuk tiap fasenya. Hal ini dilakukan agar peserta pelatihan mendapatkan informasi mengenai proses fase, diantaranya telur, maggot, dan prepupa. Selain itu proses pelatihan ini juga memfasilitasi masyarakat desa untuk pembuatan biofon rumah maggot. faktor penghambat diantaranya adalah adanya kondisi sulitnya mendapatkan pupuk maggot serta pemasaran maggot yang tidak semua para peternak di Barru ingin mendapatkan pakan alternative yang lebih ekonomis dari maggotAbstract. PKM activities carried out for the community aim to create knowledge and skills for the Pancana community and the village government in processing and developing maggots as a form of home industry business which is quite effective as an alternative feed used for people who have livestock. Apart from that, the aim of carrying out this training activity is to solve the economic problems of the people in Barru Regency, in order to create multi-economic new creative businesses, namely independent feed businesses which will also culminate in a farm-tourism program in 2024. This service activity is carried out in three stages, namely: (1) planning stage, (2) implementation stage, (3) evaluation stage with a total of 20 participants. The results of this training activity show that the majority (85%) of participants have a good understanding of the concept of maggots. From the results of this training, the community in Pancana Village, Barru Regency also understands the correct flow of maggot management mechanisms starting from procuring maggots before training by purchasing them directly from sellers in the Barru area for each phase. This is done so that training participants receive information about the phase processes, including egg, maggot and prepupa. Apart from that, this training process also facilitates village communities in making maggot house biophones. Abstract

The implementation of Face-to-Face Learning, which is the government's new policy in the midst of the pandemic, gives new hope to students. After more than a year of online learning from home, the government issued regulations regarding limited Face-to-Face Learning plans. This research aims to determine the description of students' perceptions of Face-to-Face Learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAIT Al-Fityan School Gowa. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a descriptive research type. The total population in this study was 153 people, then the researchers drew a sample of 50%, namely 77 people, using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using several techniques including questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is percentage analysis. The research results show that students' perceptions of Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) during the COVID-19 pandemic are classified as very effective in terms of indicators for managing learning implementation, communication processes, student responses, and learning activities. To achieve a good perception of Face-to-Face Learning (PTM) during the COVID-19 pandemic, teachers make efforts to improve the learning process such as strategies, approaches, and learning methods in order to create a more lively and meaningful classroom atmosphere

Abstract

The emergence of Covid-19 has claimed so many lives. Globally, it brings change and impacts almost all aspects of life. In this research, the author wants to know the picture of student discipline in the face-to-face learning process after the COVID-19 pandemic in class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Maros. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. There were 11 informants. The research results show that the level of student discipline in the face-to-face learning process after the COVID-19 pandemic in class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Maros is quite good. The results of this research are based on indicators of time discipline and action discipline where the majority of students are disciplined compared to those who are not disciplined by violating the rules set by the school. This research revealed that students' disciplined behavior when face-to-face learning resumed after previously being conducted online was quite good because interactions during learning went well without internet network interference

Abstract

Office facilities and infrastructure refer to all facilities and infrastructure used in the operation of an office. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of facilities and infrastructure and what factors support and hinder the use of facilities and infrastructure of the Parepare City Housing, Settlement, and Land Office. Therefore, this study has significant in identifying the use of facilities and infrastructure that can lead to an effective and efficient work environment in completing their tasks. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The indicators of the use of facilities and infrastructure in this study are office machinery and equipment that are classified as ineffective because they are not adequate enough in existing availability. Inventory equipment is classified as ineffective due to the completeness of inventory equipment in the office that is still lacking. Office supplies, classified as ineffective because there are damaged / exhausted equipment not in accordance with the estimated time period. Office buildings, classified as effective categories because office buildings already include provisions issued by the local area. Transportation equipment is classified as effective in its utilization because the availability of official vehicles is in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This study presents new information by relating detailed theories and research loci different from previous research on the use of facilities and infrastructure so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to advance the use of good and correct facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Effectiveness refers to how an organization successfully achieves its goals by measuring and assessing performance in carrying out tasks or activities. This study aims to evaluate how effective the use of the Online Single Submission Application is at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service of South Sulawesi Province. This study is important to identify factors that support or hinder the effectiveness of the use of the OSS application. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which describes how the use of the OSS application takes place in the office. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study shows that the implementation of the Online Single Submission Application at the Office of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service of South Sulawesi Province was considered successful. Informants were satisfied with the clarity of the strategy for achieving goals, the quality of policy analysis, careful planning, the preparation of appropriate programs, and adequate work facilities. Good implementation, an effective monitoring system, and strict control also play a role in maintaining information security and preventing unauthorized access.

Abstract

School is the first and main step in developing the talents and skills possessed by everyone.  This study aims to determine the management and implementation of the field work practice program at SMKN 1 Selayar with the type of qualitative research and data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this study, it is shown that the evaluation of the management and implementation of the field work practice program at SMKN 1 Selayar can be seen from the indicators of preparation, demonstration, imitation, practice, and evaluation in the "effective" category. It can be seen from the aspect of preparation that holds socialization and core meetings between teachers and parents of students to set the goals and direction of the street vendor program and conduct exploration to several agencies relevant to the existing department and the signing of the MoU. Demonstration where each department head and productive teacher provides examples of work activities that must be mastered by students during the street vendor program in the agency. Imitation provides an opportunity for students to simulate work activities that have been taught previously by utilizing the available school facilities. Practice emphasizes the responsibility of students to professionally carry out work activities in the agency by applying the knowledge and work skills that have been obtained at school and according to the direction of the field supervisor. The evaluation, which is carried out periodically every two months in the step of monitoring and identifying obstacles that may arise, and for the final assessment is the responsibility of the field supervisor to provide grades and certificates for the implementation of street vendors. These stages show that the structured commitment to achieve the objectives of the field work practice program is as stipulated in the desired regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The success of the school does not only come from the leadership but all those involved, including all teachers, staff and student cooperation who are willing to follow all the rules that apply in the school. This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to find out how the picture of organizational culture at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro, to find out how the performance of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep Regency, and to find out how much influence organizational culture has on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro. The population in this study amounted to 35 people. Data collection is carried out by observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Data was obtained from research results processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of Validity and Reliability Tests. Descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the indicators used on each of these variables showed where the organizational culture was in the good category. For teacher performance indicators are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro. This research can be used as a reference for future research that discusses organizational culture on teacher performance because previous research discussed more about organizational culture on principal leadership.
