Abstract

In the Indonesian food and beverage sector, this study examines how brand experience, social media interaction, and product customisation affect Generation Z customer behavior. Data gathered from 150 Generation Z customers was analyzed using a quantitative method that made use of structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show a strong positive correlation between the behavior of Generation Z consumers and each independent variable, including social media participation, brand experience, and product customisation. The findings highlight how crucial strategic customisation, a strong social media presence, and improved brand experiences are in influencing Generation Z customers' preferences and decisions. These observations have important ramifications for companies who want to modify their marketing plans in order to successfully connect this ever-changing group of consumers in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. It relies on descriptive text to express this article's primary intent and purpose by first describing the main topics, including Blockchain, the Tourism Industry, and its development through Blockchain. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtain from various credible sources such as books, scientific magazines, scientific articles, and other sources, which are usually used in each study. The data obtained are analyzed using the stages of data collection, reduction, selection, and conclusion. The result in this article shows that Blockchain can develop the tourism industry in Indonesia through the ease of booking tickets and finding tourist locations, security of tourist data, both foreign and local, tourism marketing, ease of tourism payments, and so on, which aim to develop the tourism industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, an approach characterized by descriptive texts addressing the main topic. The main topics covered include the 19% Trump tariff, infrastructure development, and food independence. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from various credible sources, such as scientific articles, magazines, books, and other sources commonly used in research. The data were analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data selection, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion in this article shows that Indonesia faces an increased expenditure burden compared to its previous level. This increased expenditure burden will also increase the financing burden. Indonesia is currently implementing efficiency measures. Potential investors may be reduced, and the author assumes that previously prioritized programs such as infrastructure development and food self-sufficiency will also be impacted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kualitas layanan koperasi, dukungan pemerintah daerah, dan keterlibatan masyarakat terhadap daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Yogyakarta. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dari 141 pemilik/pengelola UMKM. Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan koperasi, dukungan pemerintah daerah, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan daya saing UMKM. Secara khusus, tingkat kualitas layanan koperasi yang lebih tinggi, dukungan pemerintah daerah, dan keterlibatan masyarakat berhubungan dengan daya saing UMKM yang lebih besar. Model pengukuran menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang memuaskan, sementara model struktural memberikan kecocokan yang baik terhadap data. Pengujian hipotesis mengkonfirmasi signifikansi statistik dari hubungan tersebut, menyoroti peran penting kualitas layanan koperasi, dukungan pemerintah daerah, dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mendorong daya saing UMKM. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing UMKM dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan, koperasi, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat yang ingin mendukung pengembangan UMKM dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of blockchain technology on traditional business models: potential and challenges. Through quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, observations and written notes. Then analyzed using statistical methods. Descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis methods. The findings in this study are that blockchain technology has significant potential and benefits for traditional businesses, including increasing operational efficiency, data security, transparency and accountability, and reducing operational costs. However, the implementation of blockchain technology is highly dependent on the ability of traditional businesses to overcome several challenges such as regulatory compliance challenges, acceptance and adaptation, smart contract implementation, and interoperability.

Abstract

Pengembangan Omah Pangan merupakan upaya strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan di wilayah perkotaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan omah pangan di baluwarti. Serta, untuk memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap masyarakat serta lingkungan sekitar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara aktif dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan omah pangan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Omah Pangan meliputi tiga tahapan utama, diantaranya persiapan (30,4%), pelaksanaan (43,48%), serta pemeliharaan dan operasional (26,12%). Tahapan persiapan mencakup pembersihan lahan, analisis tapak, dan survei harga barang. Kemudian pada tahapan pelaksanaan, kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi pembuatan pergola rumah, rak untuk tanaman, biopori, jalan setapak, pembatas tanaman, serta pengolahan lahan dan penanaman tanaman hortikultura dan refugia. Pemeliharaan dan operasional dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan melalui pemupukan, penyiraman, pengendalian hama, dan penyiangan. Penggunaan pupuk di Omah Pangan berbahan organik dari limbah dapur serta pengelolaan organik melalui biopori. Program ini dapat dijadikan model pengelolaan lahan terbatas di perkotaan yang ramah lingkungan, ekosistem hijau, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Transformasi limbah rumah tangga menjadi sumber daya pertanian berkelanjutan di Omah Pangan Baluwarti berfokus pada pemanfaatan limbah organik yang dihasilkan oleh rumah tangga untuk mendukung sistem pertanian yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks ini, limbah rumah tangga yang umumnya dianggap sebagai sampah, diolah melalui berbagai proses seperti pengomposan dan pembuatan pupuk organik yang kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan menyediakan energi bersih. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya mengurangi jumlah limbah yang dibuang ke tempat pembuangan akhir, tetapi juga membantu mengurangi ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia, serta mendorong penggunaan sumber daya secara efisien. Omah Pangan Baluwarti, sebagai wadah inovasi, mempraktikkan konsep ekonomi sirkular dengan mengintegrasikan pengelolaan limbah dalam sistem pertanian mereka, yang menghasilkan produk pertanian sehat, berkualitas, dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan ini, komunitas di sekitar Omah Pangan Baluwarti juga diberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang cara-cara mengelola limbah rumah tangga untuk keperluan pertanian, sehingga menciptakan kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah dan keberlanjutan sumber daya alam. Proyek ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketahanan pangan lokal, karena mengurangi biaya operasional pertanian dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil pertanian. Selain itu, penggunaan pupuk organik dan energi terbarukan turut mengurangi jejak karbon, menjadikan sistem pertanian yang ada lebih ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, Omah Pangan Baluwarti tidak hanya berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan sehat, tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pendekatan pertanian yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstract: This community engagement program aims to enhance the capacity of the Nine Seru Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) in agricultural product processing through the introduction of Spinner technology as a solution to optimize the oil-draining process in chip production. Manual production methods previously used were found to be inefficient and negatively affected product quality and competitiveness. Through a participatory approach, this initiative involved needs assessment, preparation of training materials, and the implementation of technical training using hands-on learning methods. Evaluation results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, as evidenced by the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores and field observations. The Spinner technology effectively accelerated the oil-draining process, reduced excess oil content, and improved the final product’s quality. This initiative highlights that appropriate technology interventions, when tailored to local needs and delivered through active learning methods, can be an effective strategy for empowering rural women and enhancing household-based agro-industries. Continued training, technology diversification, and multi-stakeholder collaboration are essential to ensure the sustainability and growth of micro-scale agricultural enterprises.
