Abstract

Mentimun merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran buah yang memiliki banyak kegunaan dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari. Tanaman mentimun juga memiliki penyakit, penyakit merupakan kendala yang tidak bisa dianggap remeh dalam budidaya tanaman mentimun. Jika tanaman mentimun terserang penyakit dapat menyebabkan tanaman tersebut rusak dan gagal panen. Petani kesulitan bagaimana cara untuk mendeteksi gejala-gejala penyakit mentimun secara dini, petani membutuhkan suatu sarana yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit yang menyerang dan sekaligus memberikan solusi cara penanggulanganya. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut maka dibuatkanlah sistem pakar, sistem pakar dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dengan cara melihat gejala yang timbul. Algoritma yang digunakan pada perancangan sistem menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Metode Naïve bayes merupakan metode untuk mengklasifikasi suatu data dengan cara melihat gejala yang ada. Berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang muncul sistem pakar diagnosa tanaman mentimun dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan. Hasil yang paling besar merupakan hasil diagnosa penyakit tanaman mentimun.

Abstract

Kursi roda merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia difabel untuk beraktivitas. Penerapan teknologi pada kursi roda menjadi hal penting untuk memberikan rasa nyaman. Smartphone merupakan salah satu faktor kenyamanan yang perlu diterapkan pada kursi roda. Sistem kursi roda yang ada rata-rata hanya menggunakan cara manual. Dari perancangan ini dihasilkan kursi roda pintar dari kursi perkuliahan menggunakan smartphone via bluetooth dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3. Perancangan sistem meliputi perancangan program aplikasi smartphone dan program arduino. Perancangan program untuk aplikasi dengan berbasis visual block programming, dan untuk arduino memakai bahasa C++. Perancangan alat yang dikendalikan menggunakan smartphone sebagai media input perintah melalui aplikasi, arduino sebagai mikrokontroler dengan dinamo motor DC sebagai penggerak kursi roda, dan sensor ultrasonik sebagai pengaman. Kehandalan sensor ultrasonik setelah dilakukan percobaan sebanyak 3x, diperoleh hasil sesuai sebanyak 2x dan kurang sesuai sedikit sebanyak 1x, hal ini disebabkan karena sensor memiliki akurasi sebesar 0,3cm. Alat mampu bekerja secara optimal, dikendalikan dengan smartphone menggunakan aplikasi SmartWheel yang dapat menahan berat 53kg dengan kecepatan 0,28 m/s, dimana jika semakin berat maka pergerakan kursi roda semakin lambat.

Abstract

Processing electronic medical record (EMR) data has become a common practice among scientists for extracting valuable insights and studying diseases. Given the large volumes of text data in EMRs, efficient computerized text-mining techniques are necessary. As academics, we recognize that drug-used analysis from EMR data in Indonesia is currently limited. This study focuses on obtaining meaningful insights from EMR data to make positive recommendations for hospitals. The proposed method uses pattern-based Regular Expressions (regex) to extract drug names and a Levenshtein distance algorithm to check their compatibility. We developed the pattern based on analyzing Indonesia EMR data. The extracted drug names were compared to a list of selected drugs (National Drug-Insured/Fornas) that are required and must be provided at healthcare facilities in Indonesia. The Levenshtein distance threshold was set to two to decide whether the extracted drug names belonged to nationally drug-insured or not. Only about 11.09 – 16.11% of medications given by doctors are listed in the Fornas drug list. Between 2019 and 2021, there was an inaccuracy in the writing of prescriptions for Fornas drugs, with as many as 57.53% to 63.21% of drug names being written incorrectly. The results of this study indicate that the Levenshtein distance algorithm has promising potential for implementation in the Ministry of Health of Indonesia, with a precision rate of 97.07%.

Abstract

Kabupaten Pacitan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Jawa Timur dengan luas sekitar 1.390 km² dengan kondisi geografis berupa hutan dan pegunungan. Pasokan listrik utama di daerah ini didapatkan dari gardu induk yang lokasinya jauh serta jaringan listrik yang melalui medan pegunungan. Kondisi ini menyebabkan beberapa wilayah salah satunya di Desa Nogosari, Kecamatan Ngadirojo sering terjadi gangguan pasokan listrik akibat dari kabel yang tertimpa pohon. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan cadangan energi listrik sebagai backup apabila terjadi gangguan listrik PLN. Desa Nogosari terdapat potensi energi dari air yang bersumber dari sungai dan energi dari matahari yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai energi terbarukan dan digabungkan menjadi sistem hybrid. Kondisi tersebut melatarbelakangi peneliti merancang sebuah pembangkit listrik sistem hybrid tenaga air dan surya dengan sistem kontrol berbasis arduino. Rancang bangun ini menggunakan panel surya dan generator untuk mengkonversi energi serta arduino sebagai pengontrol sistem. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pembangkit listrik sistem hybrid menghasilkan daya maksimal pada panel surya sebesar 58 watt dan daya maksimal yang dihasilkan generator sebesar 18,8 watt. Total daya yang dihasilkan dari pembangkit listrik tenaga air dan surya mendapat hasil tertinggi pada tanggal 2 Januari 2025 pukul 12.00 yaitu sebesar 74,9 watt.

Abstract

Online shopping is the process of buying goods and services from merchants that are sold or presented on theinternet. Consumers can visit online shopping sites from home or the office comfortably while sitting in front ofa computer or smartphone. As many as 43% agree that social media is a tool to meet the need for knowledge inthe form of product reviews and forum reviews to help make purchasing decisions. Product reviews and forumreviews are conveyed through comments on social media containing complaints, praise, or views on products orservices from an online shopping site. In Indonesia, there are several e-commerce sites used by consumers. Inthis case, the author only emphasizes the three e-commerce sites, namely Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada. Theauthor decided to choose these three sites as research objects because there are many reviews on the three sites,especially on Facebook social media, and to find out the general picture of the perception of Indonesian peoplewho use Facebook towards online shopping sites Lazada, Shopee, and Tokopedia. This analysis provides resultsthat the sentiment of these three online stores tends to get positive sentiment based on comments on Facebooksocial media.

Abstract

Peanut plants are susceptible to various constraints that significantly hinder their productivity, with eight prevalent diseases posing serious threats to their health. The peanut plant is one of the important commodities in Indonesia; peanuts play a strategic role in supporting the country's economy and food, where peanuts are a source of protein and a source of vegetable oil. Many farmers, especially those new to peanut cultivation, often lack the necessary knowledge to identify and manage these diseases effectively. To address this gap, this study developed an expert system that employs the Naive Bayes method to facilitate the identification of peanut plant diseases. This system aims to provide farmers with accessible and accurate information regarding symptoms, disease types, and management strategies. The knowledge base for the expert system was constructed from data gathered from peanut farming experts, ensuring the reliability of the information provided. Testing of the system revealed consistent results with manual calculations, particularly in identifying Sclerotium stem rot disease with a probability value of 0.44507. Additionally, the system successfully recognized leaf rust disease during its evaluation. By equipping farmers with a user-friendly tool for disease identification and management, this expert system seeks to enhance their understanding and response to peanut plant diseases, ultimately improving productivity and sustainability in peanut farming. The findings underscore the potential of integrating technology into agriculture to support farmers in overcoming challenges related to crop health.

Abstract

The East Java Governor Election which will be held in 2018 is also felt in the virtual world especially Twitter social media. All people freely argue about their respective governor candidates, the memorandum raises many opinions, not only positive or neutral but also negative opinions. Media growth is so rapid, revealing a lot of online media from the news media to social media. Social media alone is Facebook, Twitter, Path, Instagram, Google+, Tumblr, Linkedin and many more. Today's social media is not only used as a means of friendship or making friends, but also for other activities. Promos of trading or buying and selling, until political party promos or campaigns of candidates for regents, governors, legislative candidates until presidential candidates. The research objective is to conduct a method of analyzing the sentiments of 2018 East Java Governor candidates on Twitter social media with optimal and maximum optimization. While the benefits are to help the community conduct research on opinions on twitter which contains positive, neutral or negative sentiments. Analysis of the sentiments of East Java Governor candidates in 2018 on twitter social media using non-conventional processes that save costs, time and effort. The results of Khofifah's dataset are 77% accuracy, 79.2% precision value, 77% recall value, 98.6% TP rate and 22.2% TN rate. For the results of Gus dataset, the accuracy is 76%, the precision value is 74.4%, the recall value is 76%, the TP rate is 93.8% and the TN rate is 52.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap implementasi e-parking di Ponorogo menggunakan Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT). Data dikumpulkan dari media sosial dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam sentimen negatif, netral, dan positif. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa model BERT kurang mampu mengenali sentimen positif, dengan akurasi awal hanya 50%. Setelah penerjemahan data ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, akurasi meningkat menjadi 55%, namun masih terdapat kesulitan dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen netral dan positif. Dengan data augmentation melalui back translation, jumlah data bertambah menjadi 1.608, menghasilkan peningkatan akurasi sebesar 75% pada percobaan pertama dan 98% pada percobaan kedua. Dari analisis sentimen, ditemukan bahwa 42% komentar bersentimen negatif, didominasi oleh kekhawatiran tenaga parkir terhadap kesulitan adaptasi teknologi; 35% komentar bersentimen netral, menunjukkan kebingungan masyarakat terkait metode pembayaran; dan 23% komentar bersentimen positif, mengapresiasi transparansi tarif dan modernisasi layanan. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas e-parking dapat ditingkatkan melalui sosialisasi lebih intensif kepada masyarakat, pelatihan khusus bagi juru parkir, serta penyediaan opsi pembayaran yang lebih variatif. Selain itu, peningkatan infrastruktur dan pengoptimalan layanan teknis diperlukan untuk memastikan adopsi e-parking yang lebih luas dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Analisis Sentimen, BERT, E-Parking, Media Sosial , Ponorogo

Abstract

Predicting the price of shallots in Ponorogo Regency is crucial due to significant price fluctuations that impact farmers, traders, and consumers. This study aims to implement the Simple Linear Regression method to forecast shallot prices through a web-based system, assisting stakeholders in decision-making. Price data was obtained from the Basic Commodity Availability and Price Development Information System (SISKAPERBABO) for the period June 2024–May 2025. The analysis resulted in the regression equation Y = 20,466 + 1,393X, where Y represents the predicted price and X is the time variable. Accuracy evaluation using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yielded a value of 21.7%, indicating a reasonably accurate prediction. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scored 88.2%, demonstrating strong user approval. The website was developed using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL, featuring monthly price predictions and data visualization. This research is expected to serve as an effective price prediction tool for shallot farmers and traders in Ponorogo. Future improvements may include enhancing prediction models with machine learning algorithms and expanding to mobile platforms for broader accessibility.
