Abstract

This research study aims to find out the factors of buying chicken meat in traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Sangkumpal Bonang Market, Sangkumpal Bonang Sub district, Padangsidimpuan City, Province of West Java on November 7 to December 12, 2021. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, using 104 respondents. The results showed the characteristics of consumers who buy chicken meat in Sangkumpal Bonang Market on average women, over 36 years of age, high school education/equivalent, housewife work, income below IDR.1,000,000.00, consumption rate of 1-1.5 Kg in a week and purchase rate as much as 1-3 times a week. The results of the multiple linear regression equations obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.727 which indicates that the health protocols (X1), marketing mix (X2) needs (X3) and purchase intention (X4) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 62.8%. The F test concluded that health protocols, marketing mix, needs and purchase intention had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The T test concluded that health protocols have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Therefore, the advice given according to the results is with chicken traders in Sangkumpal Bonang Market, among others, traders must always adhere to health protocols in serving consumers, maintaining the cleanliness of outlets and providing services by considering selling using the method of delivery or online, in order to reduce crowds in the market where the market is one of the places that is indeed a lot of spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Uapaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Melalui Metode Diskusi Pada Siswa Kelas XII SMK N 1 Padangsidimpuan Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber primer yaitu informasi yang bersumber dari wawancara kepada pihak Guru dan Staf SKM N 1 Padangsidimpuan dan dokumen-dokumen dari SMK N 1 Padangsidimpuan, sedangkan sumber sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan untuk melengkapi data-data primer. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwasanya Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Melalui Metode Diskusi Pada Siswa Kelas XII SMK N 1 Padangsidimpuan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari jawaban Angket Yang Penulis Peroleh dari Responden.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of self-confidence, local culture and religious education on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan. religious education on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of XI social studies class students of SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan both simultaneously and partially. The population of all students of class XI social studies SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan amounted to 62 students, all of whom were used as respondents. Data collection techniques data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis technique. descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis of self-confidence students are good, local culture is very good, religious education is good. The results of this study statistically show there is an influence of self-confidence, local culture, religious education on students' economic learning outcomes. (37.7%).(2) There is an influence of self-confidence on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects (16.56%).(3) There is an influence of local culture on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects (10.50%).(4)There is no There is no effect of religious education on the learning outcomes of students' economic subjects.

Abstract

Mix marketing is the main marketing design consisting of product, price, place, and promotion. The sale of regionally-based halal food is still lacking promotion both through print media and through social media. Although Minang restaurants have many enthusiasts, in reality they have not utilized online ordering. This study aims to analyze how the concept of marketing strategy includes product, price, location, place, target, sales position and market segment for Minang culinary businesses in Padangsidimpuan City. This research uses qualitative anthropological methods with expioratory and inductive methods.  Segmentation strategy, this segment is more directed to all communities. Regarding the positioning strategy, this strategy focuses on improving service quality. Regarding the product strategy, they business actors have produced halal food and drinks, as for the price strategy, the price offered by the producer is a competitive price related to promotion, they promote their goods by word of mouth

Abstract

Indonesia's market industry is the most competitive in Southeast Asia. This is evidenced by the large number of markets in Indonesia, which accept both foreign and domestic products. Market companies use various marketing strategies to increase public brand awareness. One of them is marketing through television media. Advertising content (X1) and sales promotion programs (X2) are offered and demonstrated as strategies to grow brand knowledge (Y) in the minds of potential customers. Bukalapak uses TV commercials to market. From 2021 to 2023, Bukalapak spent more money on advertising than all other online stores. The number of samples taken in this study amounted to 30 people, with the incidental sampling method. The sample size of 30 people was divided into two groups, each totaling 15 respondents, using a quasi-experiment. experiment. The first group was group who did remember the Bukalapak Harbolnas advertisement in December 2023. The results of this study indicate that the content of Bukalapak's advertisements can influence brand awareness of consumers by 75.4% can affect consumer brand awareness by 75.4%. This is based on with Bukalapak's totality in promotion through television which making Bukalapak as a marketplace brand with marketplace brand with the among others.

Abstract

Artikel ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana zakat dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat. Dimana seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa zakat merupakan kewajiban bagi setiap ummat muslim dalam membagikan sebagian hartanya kepada mustahik (penerima zakat). Zakat merupakan tanggung jawab semua umat muslim untuk saling membantu membantu antar sesama. Dalam hal ini salah satu tujuan zakat juga adalah menepis kekikiran dan keserakahan bagi ummat muslim yang memiliki harta yang cukup dan mencegah penimbunan barang yang dilakukan beberapa orang. Dengan zakat juga Allah SWT memberikan isyarat bahwa harta yang dititipkin kepada seseorang adalah hak sebagian orang yang membutuhkan, dalam hal ini maka zakat berperan untuk pemerataan ekonomi secara adil. Zakat yang diberikan kepada mustahik bisa menjadi modal untuk bekerja sehingga golongan tersebut bisa memperoleh keuntungan dan juga memenuhi kebutuhannya sehari-hari. Lembaga yang mengelola zakat adalah BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) sesuai dengan peraturan-undangan yang berlaku yang telah ditetapkan oleh menteri agama di Indonesia. Dalam pengelolaanya, BAZNAS memperhitungkan secara rinci zakat yang diperoleh dapat didistribusikan secara merata kepada para mustahik. Muzakki juga dapat menghitung dan mengeluarkan zakatnya sendiri, namun apabila muzaaki tidak dapat menghitungnya maka muzakki dapat meminta bantuan kepada amil zakat.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman di Padang Lawas Utara membutuhkan banyak tenaga kerja. Perusahaan menggunakan tenaga kerja sebagai modal sosial dan insani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif, menganalisis pengaruh modal insani dan modal sosial terhadap kinerja UKM makanan dan minuman di Kota Padang Lawas Utara, dan kemudian membuat rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja UKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk analisis nilai kinerja (IPA), diagram batang ikan, dan analisis rumus struktural (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa. Akibatnya, disarankan untuk meningkatkan kinerja UKM melalui kegiatan pendukung, seperti membangun sistem pengendalian mutu dan standar pelaksanaan produksi, memperbaiki fasilitas yang dimiliki UKM, dan berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan yang meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan UKM.

Abstract

The risk of financing is the risk caused by the failure of the custom[1]ers to fulfill their obligations. Non-performing financing (NPF) is a representation of financing risk that is channeled and has a direct impact on bank profitability. The value of NPF tends to increase annually with a value that is already close to the maximum limit set by Bank Indonesia of 5 percent. This condition is able to lead to the inefficiency of the banking system and in the long run, will have an impact on the sustainability of the bank. Therefore, the analysis of NPF factors should be conducted as a preventive mea[1]sure and a risks controller of business activities. This research an[1]alyzes the factors influencing NPF at sharia banking (BUS) using a quarterly datafrom first quarter of 2012 until third quarter 2016. Method used in this research is panel data analysis. The result of analysis shows that the factors influencing NPF negatively and sig[1]nificantly are ratio of revenue sharing financing (RR), Return on ssets (ROA), inflation, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Bank[1]size while Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Operating Cost to Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional problem so that it can be viewed from various points of view. This study aims to analyze the influence of Macroeconomic Conditions which include: Population Growth, Unemployment Rate, Education Level, Inflation Rate, Minimum Wage and Economic Growth on poverty in South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data and primary data. time series from the Central Bureau of Statistics and primary data from research respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Primary data was obtained from respondents. Data were collected using methods: Observation, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaires. Using regression analysis shows that: Population Growth, Unemployment Rate, Education Level, Inflation Rate, Minimum Wage and Economic Growth affect poverty in South Tapanuli District, But the Minimum Wage has no effect.

Abstract

Industri usaha tahu merupakan gambaran umum mengenai suatu usaha, industri tahu merupakan saah satu jenis industri yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan pangan dari bahan baku kedelai. Tahu merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat, yang menjadikan industri tahu harus terus memproduksi tahu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Rumusan masaah pada peneitian ini adaah apakah jumah unit usaha dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri usaha tahu di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Pembahasan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan penyerapan tenga kerja, unit usaha dan tingkat pendidikan. Penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah banyaknya lapangan kerja yang sudah terisi yang tercermin dari jumah penduduk yang bekerja. Penduduk yang sudah bekerja terserap dan tersebar di berbagai sektor perekonomian. Terserapnya penduduk yang bekerja disebabkan oleh adanya permintaan tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri usaha tahu di Kota Padangsidimpuan dan juga menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada tingkat pendidikan, jumlah unit usaha menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian asumsi klasik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 unit usaha. Teknik pengambian sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi pustaka. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian melalui uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran data berada disekitar garis diagonal sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Hasi uji t menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap peneyerapan tenaga kerja usaha tahu di Kota Padang Sidimpuan. Pada hasil uji F menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah unit usaha terhadap peneyerapan tenaga kerja usaha tahu di Kota Padang Sidimpuan. Kata Kunci: Jumlah Unit Usaha, Tingkat Pendidikan, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja
