Abstract

This study explores the impact of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee productivity through organizational culture at IKM Culinary Kebab. Using a sample of 68 employees and statistical analysis via SPSS 20, the research found that transformational leadership directly enhances productivity, while its influence on organizational culture is insignificant. Conversely, transactional leadership significantly shapes organizational culture but does not directly affect productivity. Both leadership styles indirectly boost productivity through a strong organizational culture. These insights highlight the importance of fostering an effective organizational culture to maximize the benefits of different leadership styles in small-scale culinary businesses. Highlights: 1. Abstract

General Background: In a competitive industrial environment, understanding factors that enhance job satisfaction is essential for fostering a motivated workforce. Specific Background: Existing literature primarily addresses leadership and supervision but often neglects the impact of punishment styles on employee morale. Knowledge Gap: This study investigates the interplay between transformational leadership, supervisory practices, and punishment styles in shaping job satisfaction among employees of PT. Young Tree Industries. Aims: Employing a quantitative survey approach, the research aims to evaluate these factors' individual and collective effects on employee satisfaction. Results: Data were collected from 384 employees through a structured questionnaire, analyzed using SPSS software. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, supervision, and punishment styles significantly positively influence job satisfaction. Transformational leadership emerged as the most impactful variable. Novelty: This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of both leadership and punishment styles in enhancing employee job satisfaction, thus providing a comprehensive view of managerial impacts in the workplace. Implications: The results suggest that organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development and effective supervision while addressing punishment methods to improve employee satisfaction and, consequently, overall productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship and influence of communication, work environment, and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sarana Makmur Sejahtera. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with total sampling technique in data collection. The number of respondents in this study was 130 people. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that simultaneously and partially there was a positive and significant influence between the variables of work environment communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Sarana Makmur Sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test how much influence democratic leadership style, information systems, and 5S kaizen have on employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch. Data collection through questionnaires with simple random sampling techniques with a minimum of 167 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of democratic leadership style, information systems and 5S kaizen on employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch. However, partially only the 5S kaizen variable does not affect employee performance at Alfamidi Sidoarjo Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self Efficacy and Locus of Control on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Management Study Program Students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Analysis of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, self-efficacy, and locus of control on entrepreneurial intensity, it can be concluded that Entrepreneurial Knowledge has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention of management study program students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, with the results that the higher the knowledge possessed, the higher the intensity of students to become entrepreneurs. This study uses a quantitative method of descriptive research with a population of management students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo who have taken the entrepreneurship journey course. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling involving 196 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques using the help of statistical tests Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS version 25) to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Knowledge self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, there is a significant influence on the Entrepreneurial Intention of management students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of job demands, perceptions of organizational support on employee engagement and quality of work life as intervening variables. The research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 160 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical tools. The results of this research show that job demands have no effect on the quality of work life, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the quality of work life, job demands have no effect on employee engagement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee engagement and quality of work life has an effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, job demands have no influence on employee engagement through quality of work life and perceptions of organizational support have an influence on employee engagement through quality of work life.Keywords: Job Demands, Perception of Organizational Support, Employee Engagement, Quality of Work LifeAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh tuntutan pekerjaaan, persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap keterikatan karyawan dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 160 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tuntutan pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja, tuntutan pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Sedangkan tuntutan pekerjaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja dan persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan melalui kualitas kehidupan kerja.Kata Kunci: Tuntutan Pekerjaan, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Keterikatan Karyawan, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Intrinsic Motivation and Cultural Diversity in increasing Knowledge Sharing Intention with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable in the owners of IKM KAMPUNG PIA GEMPOL PASURUAN. The population used is all owners of IKM KAMPUNG PIA GEMPOL PASURUAN, totaling 100 people, and in this study 100 people were sampled. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires. To test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient (R), multiple determination coefficient (R2), classical assumption test, F test and t test with the help of SPSS statistics 18.0, as well as validity and reliability tests. The results of the validity test and reliability test showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid and reliable because the value of rcount was greater than the value of rtable. The results of this study proved that intrinsic motivation (X1) affects knowledge sharing intention (Y), cultural diversity (X2) also has an effect on knowledge sharing intention (Y), employee engagement (Z) has an effect on knowledge sharing intention (Y), besides that intrinsic motives (X1), cultural diversity (X2), and employee engagement (Z) have direct and indirect effects on knowledge sharing intention (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Innovation Culture, Work Ability and Work Commitment on Productive Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Trenggalek Banana Chips IKM. The population used was all 100 employees of Trenggalek Banana Chips IKM, and in this study 100 people were used as samples. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. To test the hypothesis used multiple correlation coefficient (R), determinant coefficient (R2), classical assumption test, F test and t test with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18.0. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that the culture of innovation (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) affect the productive behavior of employees (Y). Culture of innovation (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) affect employee job satisfaction (Z). In addition, innovation culture (X1), work ability (X2), work commitment (X3) and job satisfaction (Z) have direct and indirect effects on employee productive behavior (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational support and communication on employee performance at PT Harapan Sejahtera Karya Utama Sidoarjo. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 200 employees. The sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique used for this research is purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 133 respondents. Analysis using SPSS software. The results obtained from the influence of servant leadership, organizational support and communication have a significant effect on employee performance. Servant leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance and communication has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and competence on work commitment through employee job satisfaction at PT Santoso Jawi Abadi. This study uses quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 100 employees at PT Santoso Jawi Abadi. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS statistical software version 25.0. The main data in this study came from questionnaires. The results of this study prove that (1) there is a direct influence of emotional intelligence (X1) on job satisfaction (M) on employees, (2) there is a direct influence of intellectual intelligence (X2) on job satisfaction (M) on employees (3) there is a direct influence of competence (X3) on job satisfaction (M) on employees, (4) there is a direct effect of job satisfaction (M) on work commitment (Y), (5) emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, competence and job satisfaction have an effect on directly on work commitment, (6) indirectly emotional intelligence (X1) through job satisfaction (M) has a significant effect on work commitment (Y), the value of direct influence is smaller than the value of indirect influence, (7) indirectly intellectual intelligence (X2) through job satisfaction (M) has a significant effect on work commitment (Y) because the value of direct influence is smaller than the value of indirect influence, (8) indirectly competence (X3) through job satisfaction (M) has a significant effect on work commitment (Y) because the value of the indirect effect is greater than the value of the direct influence.
