Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai pada Puskesmas Wonoayu yang berjumlah 110 pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan stress kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja dinilai tidak dapat menjadi mediasi antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja dinilai dapat menjadi mediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Budaya Kerja KAIZEN dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi produksi Pre Assy berjumlah 1500 karyawan dan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini 115 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Budaya kerja KAIZEN berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (3) Budaya kerja KAIZEN tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (4) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. (6) Kepuasan kerja tidak memoderasi Budaya kerja KAIZEN terhadap Produktivitas karyawan (7) Kepuasan kerja memoderasi Kemampuan kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and leadership style on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bengkel Rama Motor. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was carried out by saturated sampling method, with the number of respondents as many as 72 employees of Bengkel Rama Motor. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis using the Smart PLS version 3.3 program. The results of this study prove that organizational climate affects turnover intention, leadership style affects turnover intention, job satisfaction affects turnover intention, organizational climate affects job satisfaction, leadership style affects job satisfaction, organizational climate does not affect turnover intention through satisfaction work as an intervening variable, and leadership style has no effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purposed of the following study are to analyze and describe the impact of transformational leadership variables, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation on organizational commitment in IKM tas UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. In this study, using quantitative research methods, data collection was distributed through a questionnaire/questionnaire, with a sample using a saturated sample, where there were 170 respondents in IKM bag UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test, asumsi classic test, , and also hypothesis testing, namely partial and simultaneous tests, and data management using SPSS version 22 software. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using an interval scale, the testing used Validity and Reliability Test. This study proves that transformational leadership, workload, and entrepreneurial motivation have a partial or simultaneous influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as an Intervening variable study PT. Moya Kasri Wira East Java. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with the sample used in this PT. Moya Kasri Wira East Java. This research used the program smartPLS 3.0.Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on OCB, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on OCB, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on OCB, Transformayional Leadership has a significant effect on OCB trhough Oganizational Commitment, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on OCB trhough Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the effect of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on job satisfaction in Snack Small Industries in Tarik District. In this study using quantitative methods. The total sample taken in this study amounted to 69 respondents at the IKM Snacks in Tarik District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test. The results of this study prove that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment to the Snacks Small and Medium Enterprises in Tarik District. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment to Snack SMIs in Tarik District. The work environment partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment to SMI Snacks in Tarik District. Partial job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment to the Snack SMI in Tarik District.

Abstract

Human resources will always be needed in every production process either to produce goods or in the field of services, this needs to be considered for companies to always involve employees in the company's development process. the shape and purpose of the organization, various visions are designed to realize human interests which in realizing its mission also involve human resources in it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee engagement, organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Sekar Katokichi Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses data processing in the form of numbers. Using a sample of 141 employees at PT Sekar Katokichi Sidoarjo, with the distribution of questionnaires which were then tested through various measuring instruments using the help of the IBM SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of employee engagement on organizational culture on employee performance. Indirect influence of employee engagement, organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The research conducted this time has the aim to find out the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Culture and Perception of Organizational Support on the Performance of Small and Medium Industries (SMEs). This research was conducted in Kampung Klepon village of Bulang district of Prambon district of Sidoarjo.. The research methods used in this study use quantitative approach methods. Sampling used in this study uses non probability sampling methods using total sampling techniques with the total sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 43 respondents who dambil from 15 IKM klepon makers in Bulang village of Sidoarjo regency. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression with a statistical calculation tool using SPSS version 26.. The results of this study prove that Knowledge Sharing has a partial effect on IKM Performance with a t calculated value of (3.046) while t table amounted to (1.68385), then the value of t calculates > t table, Organizational Culture partially affects the Performance of IKM with a t count value of (3.905) while the value of t table amounted to (1.68385) then the value of t calculated > t table and Organizational Cultural Perception partially affect the performance of IKM with a value of t count t calculated se large (2.451) while the table's t value is (1.68385) then the value t calculates > t of the table.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership style, career development, and intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction at BPR ARTHA MANDIRI. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 63 employees, data were analyzed using SPSS version 29.0. Results indicate that leadership style, career development, and intrinsic motivation all have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving these factors can enhance employee satisfaction, recommending organizations to focus on effective leadership, career growth opportunities, and fostering intrinsic motivation. Highlight: Leadership, career development, and motivation significantly enhance job satisfaction. Study analyzed 63 BPR ARTHA MANDIRI employees using SPSS 29.0. Abstract

This study examines the effects of information technology use, innovative behavior, and motivation on employee performance at PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya. Using quantitative methods, a sample of 103 employees was selected from a population of 159 through simple random sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires. Results indicate that information technology use, innovative behavior, and motivation each significantly enhance employee performance, with motivation being the most influential factor. These findings suggest that investing in technology, fostering innovation, and boosting motivation are key strategies for improving employee performance at PT KAI Daop 8 Surabaya. Highlight: Sample: 103 employees selected through simple random sampling. Significant Factors: Technology, innovation, and motivation improve performance.
