Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Family Conflict, Work Stress, and Burnout on employee performance at CV. Ko Pi Mana during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Sampling in this study was carried out with the Non Probability Sampling technique with the Purposive Sampling method and the number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 program.The results of this study prove that Work Family Conflict has no affect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, work stress affects employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Burnout affects employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the intricate relationship between remote work arrangements, non-physical work environments, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction, with a focus on CV Berca Putra Delta. Data from 66 respondents were collected through questionnaires, augmented by secondary data such as company profiles and organizational structure. Employing PLS software version 3.0, the study evaluates convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, and R-square values. Hypothesis testing incorporates Path Coefficient and Indirect Effect analyses. The findings shed light on the multifaceted dynamics of contemporary work settings, offering valuable insights for global scholars and organizations seeking to optimize employee satisfaction in an evolving professional landscape. Highlights: The study explores the impact of remote work on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation is analyzed as a key driver of employee well-being. Abstract

In the modern corporate landscape, the optimization of human resources stands as a pivotal concern for organizations. This study endeavors to explore the influence of organizational culture and employee personality on managerial performance, with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. Employing rigorous empirical methods, our findings reveal that both organizational culture and employee personality exert both direct and indirect effects on managerial performance, mediated by knowledge sharing. This research underscores the significance of fostering a conducive organizational culture and understanding employee personalities to enhance overall managerial performance. These insights hold substantial implications for businesses striving to maximize their human resource potential in today's competitive environment. In response to increasing competition and the time-sensitive nature of the wedding service industry, this qualitative study investigates the effectiveness of change management strategies employed by a wedding service business. Through purposive sampling and data collection methods such as interviews and natural observation, the research demonstrates that strategic management changes implemented by Whulyan Attire have positively impacted organizational sustainability. The study underscores the significance of adaptability and innovation in meeting the evolving demands of the market, offering valuable insights for entrepreneurs seeking to navigate competitive landscapes and temporal constraints in the wedding service sector. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the influence of gender as a moderator on entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy and their impact on students' business interests at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Data were collected from 210 randomly sampled respondents using questionnaires. Our analysis reveals that gender indeed plays a significant moderating role in shaping the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and students' business interests. This research sheds light on the gender-specific dynamics within entrepreneurship education, highlighting the need for tailored approaches to foster students' entrepreneurial aspirations and capabilities. Highlights: Gender moderates entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy. Quantitative study with 210 student respondents. Implications for tailored entrepreneurship education. Abstract

This study investigates the effects of social media promotions, prices, and product reviews on purchasing decisions for online shopping through Shopee in Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach, data from 96 respondents was collected via a Google Forms questionnaire. Analysis through SPSS version 26 revealed that social media promotions and product reviews significantly influence purchasing decisions, while price does not. These findings suggest that Shopee should focus on enhancing social media promotions and product reviews to boost consumer interest. Future research should explore additional factors to provide a more comprehensive understanding of online purchasing decisions. Highlight: Social media promotions significantly influence purchasing decisions on Shopee. Product reviews have a notable impact on consumer buying choices. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh ulasan pelanggan online, peringkat, dan pemasaran viral terhadap keputusan pembelian di antara pelanggan milenial di pasar Shopee, dengan fokus pada produk fesyen. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer dari 150 responden di kabupaten Sidoarjo, SPSS Versi 27 digunakan untuk analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan dari ulasan pelanggan online, peringkat, dan pemasaran viral terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya faktor-faktor ini dalam membentuk perilaku konsumen milenial di pasar online, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemasar dan operator platform yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis lebih dalam pengaruh variabel pelatihan dan iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi berwirausaha melalui kreativitas sebagai variabel intervening pada IKM sepatu di Kota Mojokerto. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode penilitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data yang disebar melalui angket/kuisoner, dengan sampel menggunakan sampel purposif, dimana terdapat 100 responden yang merupakan pemilik IKM sepatu di Kota Mojokerto. Adapun analisis data menggunakan teknik pengujian kualitas data, analisisis statistic deskriptif, uji asusmsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan analisis jalur. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berwirausaha, dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha. Pelatihan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas, kreativitas berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Pelatihan melalui kreativitas sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. Iklim organisasi melalui kreativitas sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis lebih dalam pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, beban kerja, dan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap komitmen organisasi pada IKM tas UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode penilitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data yang disebar melalui angket/kuisoner, dengan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana terdapat 170 responden pada IKM tas UD. Suwarlandono Tanggulangin. Adapun analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan juga uji hipotesis ialah uji parsial dan simultan, dan pengelolaan datanya menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Pada pengumpulan data primer ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner yang diukur menggunakan skala interval, yang pengujiannya mengunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni kepemimpimpinan transformasional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, motivasi berwirausaha secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, serta kepemimpinan transformasional, beban kerja, dan motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
