Abstract

This quantitative study aimed to investigate the impact of Knowledge Sharing, Technical Skills, and Entrepreneurial Motivation on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (IKM) involved in the production of fermented soybean cake and tofu in the villages of Kedung Boto, Taman, Sidoarjo, amidst the challenging circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. A non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling approach was employed, resulting in a sample size of 40 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS version 22, was conducted to analyze the data. The findings revealed that Knowledge Sharing, Technical Skills, and Entrepreneurial Motivation each had a significant partial effect on IKM Performance (p < 0.05). These results imply that fostering knowledge exchange, enhancing technical competencies, and cultivating entrepreneurial drive can significantly contribute to the performance of IKMs in the face of adverse conditions such as the ongoing pandemic. Such insights are invaluable for policymakers, business owners, and stakeholders seeking to empower IKMs and promote their resilience and sustainability in challenging times. Highlights: The study explores the influence of Knowledge Sharing, Technical Skills, and Entrepreneurial Motivation on the performance of IKMs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationships between the variables. Abstract

This quantitative research study aims to examine the relationships between transformational leadership, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance in IKM Kampung Pia Gempol Pasuruan. Through a purposive sampling technique, data was collected from 85 employees using a questionnaire. The study employed path analysis and SPSS Statistics version 22 software for data analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership and work environment have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership and work environment positively influence employee performance. Job satisfaction is found to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, the study demonstrates that transformational leadership and work environment have direct and indirect effects on employee performance when job satisfaction acts as the mediating variable. These findings contribute to the understanding of the importance of leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction in enhancing employee performance. Practical implications are discussed, emphasizing the significance of fostering a transformational leadership style, improving the work environment, and promoting job satisfaction to maximize employee performance. Abstract

This study employs a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership, empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the context of PT Welirang Tirta Mandiri. The research sample consists of 60 respondents, and non-probability sampling is employed. Data analysis is conducted using SmartPLS v.3.0 and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings reveal that transformational leadership and empowerment have a significant positive influence on both OCB and job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB. However, the impact of empowerment on OCB through job satisfaction is insignificant. These results highlight the crucial role of transformational leadership and empowerment in fostering positive organizational behaviors, emphasizing the importance of job satisfaction as a mediator. The implications of these findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a culture of proactive contributions. Abstract

This quantitative study investigated the interplay between organizational culture, perceived organizational support (POS), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and employee performance. The research, conducted at a logistics technology company, examined a sample of 75 employees through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Path analysis using SmartPLS 3 for Windows was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed significant relationships between the variables. Organizational culture and POS had direct positive impacts on employee performance, while OCB acted as a mediator between organizational culture and employee performance. The results contribute to understanding the factors influencing employee performance and emphasize the significance of fostering a supportive organizational culture and enhancing perceived support to promote desirable workplace behaviors. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and managers aiming to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity. Abstract

This quantitative research study investigates the influence of organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and intrinsic motivation on the competence of outpatient clinic nurses at a Type B hospital located in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. A total of 44 respondents participated by completing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for Windows was employed to analyze the collected data. The results reveal that organizational culture does not significantly impact competence, whereas knowledge sharing and intrinsic motivation positively affect the competence of outpatient clinic nurses. These findings provide valuable insights for healthcare organizations aiming to enhance nurse competence and emphasize the importance of fostering knowledge sharing and intrinsic motivation among nurses. Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between work-family conflict, work environment, work stress, and employee burnout in the context of High Point Apartment Surabaya. The study aims to explore the extent to which these factors contribute to burnout among employees. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire-based survey. The sample comprised 40 employees from High Point Apartment Surabaya, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical software version 2.5.0. The findings reveal that work-family conflict, work environment, and work stress significantly influence employee burnout. These results emphasize the importance of addressing these factors to mitigate burnout and enhance employee well-being in the hospitality industry. This study contributes to the existing literature on burnout by shedding light on its underlying causes in the specific context of High Point Apartment Surabaya, offering implications for organizations and providing valuable insights for researchers in the field of occupational health and psychology. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1), Personality (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). In this study using quantitative methods, namely research methods in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The sample for this study was 132 employees. In this sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Personality partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Highlights: Transformational Leadership positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Personality has a positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Innovation Culture and Creativity Value on Employee Performance, with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique to collect data from 171 employees at a leading organization. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results demonstrate that both Innovation Culture and Creativity Value have a significant positive impact on Employee Performance, while Job Satisfaction plays a crucial mediating role in enhancing Employee Performance. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to foster innovation, creativity, and job satisfaction to optimize employee performance and overall organizational success. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between effective communication, competence, and employee performance, with person-job fit as an intervening variable in a government organization. The research sample comprised 85 employees from the Department of Public Works and Water Resources Development in Sidoarjo. A path analysis technique using Smart-PLS software was employed to analyze the data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results highlight the significant positive effects of effective communication and competence on person-job fit, which in turn positively influences employee performance. The findings of this study have implications for organizations seeking to improve employee performance through targeted interventions in communication strategies, competency development, and job-person alignment. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of work-family conflict, non-physical work environment, and job stress on job satisfaction among female employees within a ceramic manufacturing organization. Employing a quantitative research design with hypothesis testing, a sample of 100 female employees from PT. Roman Ceramics International was surveyed using reliable and validated Likert-scale questionnaires. The data underwent rigorous statistical analysis, including multiple linear regression, determinant coefficient (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests using SPSS version 18. The findings indicated that work-family conflict, non-physical work environment, and job stress collectively and individually influence employee job satisfaction. Notably, the competency variable emerged as the most influential factor. This research provides valuable insights into the complex dynamics affecting job satisfaction among female employees, offering implications for organizations seeking to enhance employee well-being and overall organizational performance.
