Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between work-family conflict, work environment, work stress, and employee burnout in the context of High Point Apartment Surabaya. The study aims to explore the extent to which these factors contribute to burnout among employees. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire-based survey. The sample comprised 40 employees from High Point Apartment Surabaya, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS statistical software version 2.5.0. The findings reveal that work-family conflict, work environment, and work stress significantly influence employee burnout. These results emphasize the importance of addressing these factors to mitigate burnout and enhance employee well-being in the hospitality industry. This study contributes to the existing literature on burnout by shedding light on its underlying causes in the specific context of High Point Apartment Surabaya, offering implications for organizations and providing valuable insights for researchers in the field of occupational health and psychology. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership (X1), Personality (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). In this study using quantitative methods, namely research methods in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The sample for this study was 132 employees. In this sampling technique using non-probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Personality partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction partially positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Highlights: Transformational Leadership positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Personality has a positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the relationship between effective communication, competence, and employee performance, with person-job fit as an intervening variable in a government organization. The research sample comprised 85 employees from the Department of Public Works and Water Resources Development in Sidoarjo. A path analysis technique using Smart-PLS software was employed to analyze the data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results highlight the significant positive effects of effective communication and competence on person-job fit, which in turn positively influences employee performance. The findings of this study have implications for organizations seeking to improve employee performance through targeted interventions in communication strategies, competency development, and job-person alignment. Highlights: Effective communication and competence positively impact employee performance. Person-job fit acts as an important intervening variable in the relationship between communication, competence, and employee performance. The findings have implications for organizations aiming to enhance employee performance through targeted interventions in communication strategies, competency development, and job-person alignment. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of work-family conflict, non-physical work environment, and job stress on job satisfaction among female employees within a ceramic manufacturing organization. Employing a quantitative research design with hypothesis testing, a sample of 100 female employees from PT. Roman Ceramics International was surveyed using reliable and validated Likert-scale questionnaires. The data underwent rigorous statistical analysis, including multiple linear regression, determinant coefficient (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption tests using SPSS version 18. The findings indicated that work-family conflict, non-physical work environment, and job stress collectively and individually influence employee job satisfaction. Notably, the competency variable emerged as the most influential factor. This research provides valuable insights into the complex dynamics affecting job satisfaction among female employees, offering implications for organizations seeking to enhance employee well-being and overall organizational performance. Abstract

This quantitative study explored the relationships between motivation, career development, job satisfaction, and employee engagement at PT. Erindo Mandiri (Aquase) Pasuruan. The research involved 134 randomly sampled employees who completed a Likert scale questionnaire. Using the SmartPLS program, structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data. The results indicated significant effects of motivation and career development on job satisfaction and employee engagement. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to mediate the influence of motivation and career development on employee engagement. These findings emphasize the importance of nurturing motivation, providing career development opportunities, and enhancing job satisfaction to foster higher levels of employee engagement. The implications suggest that organizations can utilize these insights to design targeted interventions and policies, creating a positive work environment that enhances employee well-being and contributes to improved organizational performance. Abstract

This quantitative study aims to investigate the impact of job insecurity and work environment on job satisfaction, with job stress serving as the mediating variable, within the context of a manufacturing company. Data were collected from 54 employees through questionnaire surveys. The findings reveal that job insecurity and work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction, with work-related stress playing a significant mediating role. Interestingly, job insecurity and work environment do not directly affect job satisfaction, but their effects are mediated by job stress. These results shed light on the complex interplay of factors influencing job satisfaction and highlight the importance of addressing job stress to enhance overall employee well-being and satisfaction in the workplace. Highlights: Job stress mediates the relationship between job insecurity and work environment with job satisfaction. Quantitative study conducted in a manufacturing company with 54 employee participants. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at PT. Wan Rokok Tembakau Sidoarjo. This study uses descriptive and verification methods to explore the relationship between work discipline, motivation, and compensation. Data were collected using questionnaires, observations, and literature reviews involving a sample of 100 employees selected using simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, motivation, and independence have a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study confirms that work discipline, motivation, and recovery are strategic elements in effective human resource management, especially in improving employee performance. By paying attention to and developing all three in a balanced manner, the company can create a work system that is oriented towards results, sustainable, and competitive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness, Influencer Marketing, dan Perceived Value terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare Kahf di TikTok Shop. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Gen Z di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form. Data sekunder di dapat dari buku, jurnal, artikel,dll. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Brand Awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (2) Influencer Marketing berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) Perceived Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

In this study, researchers chose the company PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo as the research object has the aim of knowing Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Perceptions of Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo. This research utilizes quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers was distributing questionnaires to a population of 170 employees with data collected directly from respondents. The data collection technique in this research utilizes a Likert scale. The Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions and perceptions of individuals and groups of people about social phenomena. The data testing analysis technique utilizes Smart Partial Square (SPSS) software version 25. With classic assumption tests of validity and reliability, Outher Model and Inner Model. The research results show that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment influences Employee Performance, and Employee Perception influences Employee Performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, TBK Gedangan Unit Sidoarjo

Abstract

Indonesian universities face challenges in producing competent and competitive graduates in the workforce. Based on tracer study data from the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, the graduation rate is still below 50%. This is known to be due to less than optimal work readiness. This study aims to determine how competency, soft skills, and internship experience affect the work readiness of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 138 active students in the management study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The results showed that competency, soft skills, and internship experience simultaneously had a significant effect on the work readiness of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program.
