Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, entrepreneurship culture berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, entrepreneurship orientation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran work engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh person organization fit dan person job fit terhadap turnover intention di PT.XYZ Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, person job fit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Work engagement berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama person organization fit, person job fit, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dan secara tidak langsung person organization fit berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement. Person job fit secara tidak langsung berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui work engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the family business succession strategy at JNC Cookies through the application of innovation and networking to ensure business sustainability. Family businesses play a vital role in the economy but often face challenges during the intergenerational leadership transition process. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, using data collection techniques such as observation and in-depth interviews with the business owner, the next generation, and the management of JNC Cookies. The results indicate that product and marketing innovation are key factors in enhancing the company’s competitiveness. JNC Cookies drives innovation through the development of new flavor variants, attractive and eco-friendly packaging designs, and the use of digital media as a promotional tool. Furthermore, the network built with suppliers, resellers, distributors, and other business partners has proven effective in expanding the market and maintaining business stability. A succession strategy that actively involves the next generation also helps the company sustain the family business amid increasingly competitive conditions in the food industry. Thus, the combination of succession strategy, innovation, and networking is a critical factor in ensuring the long-term sustainability of JNC Cookies. Highlights: Developing novel flavor profiles and sustainable packaging guarantees market competitiveness. Establishing robust reseller ecosystems mitigates operational risks during leadership transitions. Active next-generation involvement synchronizes traditional values with modern digital promotions. Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of the work environment, employee innovation, and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in coffee shops located in the Sidoarjo DPR Plot Area. Methodology: A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method with a sample of 96 respondents, determined through cluster sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: The results indicate that the work environment (β = 0.226; p = 0.003), employee innovation (β = 0.300; p < 0.001), and intrinsic motivation (β = 0.314; p = 0.048) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the model explains 79.4% of the variance in employee performance (R² = 0.794). Findings: These findings highlight the importance of creating a supportive work environment, fostering innovation, and strengthening intrinsic motivation to enhance employee performance in the coffee shop industry. Novelty & Originality: This study contributes to the human resource management literature by providing empirical evidence from the creative culinary sector at the regional level. Conclusions: The study concludes that integrated efforts to improve work environment, innovation, and motivation are essential for optimizing employee performance. Type of Paper: This paper is an empirical research paper.

Abstract

Human resources are valuable assets in an organization which can bring significant effect in achieving its objectives organization and is in the determination of the capital stock of the company. The influence of servant leadership and person organization fit against turnover intention with organizational commitment as variable no intervening. The research used a quantitative study. The research was taken at PT. XYZ. The research population was a production line whole workers in PT. XYZ 336 employees. The research sample was 128 people with purposive sampling. The data collection used questioners. The data analysis used path analysis with SPSS data software. The research results show that servant leadership and person organization fit had an influence on comittment organizational and turnover intention then servant leadership and person organization fit had an influence on turnover intention through comittment organizational as no intervening variable production line PT. XYZ.

Abstract

General Background Human resources are a strategic element in organizational sustainability and performance achievement. Specific Background PT. BPR Arta Seruni faces challenges related to employee performance amid limited human resource development, varying competency levels, and insufficient motivation. Knowledge Gap Previous studies show inconsistent findings regarding the role of human resource development, competency, and motivation in explaining employee performance. Aims This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous relationships between human resource development, human resource competency, and motivation with employee performance. Results Using quantitative explanatory research with total sampling of 60 employees and multiple linear regression analysis, the findings show that human resource development, competency, and motivation are each statistically significant, both individually and simultaneously, in relation to employee performance. Novelty This study provides empirical evidence from a regional banking institution by integrating three key human resource variables within one analytical model. Implications The findings offer practical insights for organizational management in designing structured human resource development, competency alignment, and motivational strategies to support employee performance. Abstract

General Background Employee performance remains a central concern in organizational management. Specific Background Self-development is increasingly recognized as a key factor in shaping employee work outcomes. Knowledge Gap Empirical studies examining self-development and employee performance still show varied findings across organizational settings. Aims This study aims to examine the relationship between self-development and employee performance within the selected organizational context. Results Quantitative analysis indicates that self-development demonstrates a significant association with employee performance. Novelty This study provides contextual evidence of self-development within a specific organizational setting. Abstract

General Background Banking institutions require employee behaviors that exceed formal job descriptions to maintain service quality and organizational sustainability. Specific Background BPR Delta Artha Perseroda faces challenges related to low Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees, reflected in limited cooperation, initiative, and participation. Knowledge Gap Previous studies have examined intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment separately, yet empirical evidence testing these variables simultaneously within rural banking institutions remains limited. Aims This study aims to examine the relationships between intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior at BPR Delta Artha Perseroda. Results Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression on 80 employees, the findings show that intrinsic motivation, organizational support, and organizational commitment each demonstrate significant relationships with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with intrinsic motivation showing the strongest contribution. Novelty The study provides integrated empirical evidence from a rural banking context by analyzing these three variables concurrently within a single organizational setting. Implications The findings offer practical insights for human resource management in rural banks to strengthen internal motivation, organizational support mechanisms, and employee commitment in fostering positive discretionary workplace behaviors. Abstract

General Background Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, particularly in labor absorption and local economic development. Specific Background In the culinary sector, rapid growth of coffee shops has intensified competition, making human resource management a critical managerial function. Knowledge Gap Despite extensive studies on MSME performance, limited research explores contextual and informal HRM practices within thematic culinary MSMEs. Aims This study examines the role of human resource management in supporting employee performance and operational sustainability at Kedai Waleho Kopitiam, a thematic coffee shop in Sidoarjo. Results Using a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews, observation, and documentation, the findings show that informal HRM practices covering recruitment, training, motivation, performance evaluation, and workplace relations contribute to improved productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and work efficiency. Novelty This study highlights the application of humanistic and contextual HRM practices in a family-based culinary MSME setting. Implications The findings provide practical insights for MSME owners to manage human resources adaptively without complex formal systems while maintaining sustainable business performance. Abstract

Dalam perkembangannya, komunitas suporter tidak lagi hanya berperan sebagai penonton, melainkan berkembang menjadi organisasi sosial yang memiliki struktur, norma, budaya, serta sistem kepemimpinan tersendiri. Fanatisme suporter dalam mendukung klub kebanggaannya dapat memberikan dampak positif berupa dukungan moral yang kuat, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kerja sama tim komunitas Deltamania dalam mendukung Deltras Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 anggota aktif Deltamania. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan partisipatif, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerja sama tim. Budaya organisasi menjadi variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi kerja sama tim. Temuan empiris menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan anggota, komunikasi yang efektif, dan solidaritas yang kuat mampu meningkatkan koordinasi dan kekompakan anggota dalam mendukung Deltras Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan kepemimpinan partisipatif, komunikasi, dan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan kerja sama tim komunitas Deltamania.
