Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, entrepreneur motivation, dan creativity value terhadap kinerja IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 33 orang pengelola atau pimpinan IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi kurang dari 100, maka sampel riset ini dipilih dengan mempergunakan metode total sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 33 orang pengelola atau pimpinan IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, entrepreneur motivation, dan creativity value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh burnout pada karyawan PT. PUSPA AGRO. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil sebesar 57. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis path dengan bantuan software untuk sistem operasi yang bernama SPSS (Statistical Program for Sosial Sience) versi 18.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa, variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention secara signifikan, Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention secara signifikan, Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention secara signifikan, Stres berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout secara signifikan, Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout secara signifikan, Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negative terhadap burnout secara signifikan, Burnout berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention secara signifikan, Stres berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention melalui burnout secara signifikan, Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention melalui burnout secara signifikan, Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention melalui burnout secara signifikan.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan Pendidikan, Perguruan Tinggi dituntut untuk dapat merancang dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang inovatif agar tercapai capaian pembelajaran baik sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan secara optimal dan relevan. Kampus Merdeka dapat menjadi solusi atas tuntutan tersebut. Kampus Merdeka merupakan bentuk pembelajaran yang otonom dan fleksibel dalam menciptakan budaya belajar yang inovatif, bebas, dan sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. Program ini mengubah sistem pembelajaran yang menuntut peran dosen untuk memotivasi mahasiswa aktif mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di kampus merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kesiapan untuk berubah bagi dosen dalam proses perubahan Institusi untuk mewujudkan kampus merdeka. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan dosen dan pimpinan Program Studi (Prodi) di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Temuan penelitian ini menggambarkan kesiapan prodi dan dosen dalam melaksanakan perubahan kurikulum dan pembelajaran dalam program kampus merdeka. Kesiapan untuk berubah ini dikategorikan sebagai kesiapan emosi , kesiapan mental dan kecenderungan perilaku untuk melaksanakan perubahan. Tekanan yang dirasakan karena perubahan dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang relatif pendek, serta keterlibatan dosen dalam kegiatan kampus merdeka menjadi tantangan bagi Prodi. Di sisi lain program kampus merdeka ini sangat membantu meningkatkan kinerja Prodi dan juga kinerja Tridharma dosen.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to better comprehend the impact of leadership style, entrepreneurial drive, and job satisfaction on employee dedication to the workplace. The quantitative methodology used in this study allows for detailed descriptive analysis. A lengthy questionnaire with several statements and assessments on a Likert Scale was used to compile the data for this study. One hundred people took part in this research since they were chosen at random. The analysis procedure often involves the use of SPSS, a statistical tool. Leadership style was shown to positively correlate with all measures of work satisfaction, as well as with measures of entrepreneurial commitment, job satisfaction, and entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

The role of human resources Managing an online business is very important to increase the rating and reputation of the shop. This can be supported by employees who have high Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) so that they are able to carry out their roles well in the companyThis research aims to determine the influence of followership, job satisfaction and employee loyalty with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on CV Mastha Medica Surabaya employees. Using quantitative methods as research design and using saturated sampling techniques as a technique in determining the sample size. Research object on CV. Mastha Medica Surabaya with 35 employees as respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale which was then processed using the SEM-PLS method in the SmartPLS 3.0 application program. The results show that Followership has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The same results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, the results show that employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

With the increasing degree of human requirements over time, the economy is also evolving and changing. Accordingly, to obtain it, working becomes the main way for those in need of money. There are a lot of students who work and study concurrently. They encountered numerous challenges as a result of this circumstance, including role conflict (X3), stress (X1), and work-life balance (X2). With 110 respondents, the research population consisted of active management study program students at UMSIDA campus one, and the non-probability sampling technique was employed. Multiple linear regression is used in this data analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The study's findings demonstrated the influence of role conflict (X3), work-life balance (X2), and job stress (X1) on the performance of employees who studied at UMSIDA. This is shown by the F-count value of 56.240 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

In this study, the researcher chose PT. Pelindo Container Terminal Surabaya as a research object with the status of Organic (Permanent) employees. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of talent management, HR planning and career development on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Surabaya Container Terminal. This type of research is quantitative which includes primary and secondary data. Sampling technique, Non Probability Sampling technique, the total population is 222 employees with Organic (Permanent) status. The method used in Non Probability Sampling is Purposive Sampling. The sampling technique used the sloving technique totaling 69 respondents as a sample. The method of collecting data disseminated questionnaires directly to respondents and direct observation of the research object. The data collection technique of this study uses an answer interval scale measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique uses an outer and inner model and data testing uses Smart Partial Squer (PLS). The results of the study show that Talent Management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. HR planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And career development has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance. The findings of the study show that the company provides a job promotion for each individual employee who is selected, this is less effective for employees who are not selected so that they have insignificant results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Produk Ramah Lingkungan dan Labelisasi Halal terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui citra merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan program SPSS Statistik versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Produk Ramah Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Citra Merek, serta Labelisasi Halal juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Citra Merek. Selain itu, Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Produk Ramah Lingkungan dan Labelisasi Halal juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Citra Merek. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian mie instan ramah lingkungan di Indonesia, yang dapat menjadi acuan bagi strategi pemasaran produk ramah lingkungan dan berlabel halal.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to investigate the impact of job insecurity and work environment on job satisfaction, with job stress serving as the mediating variable, within the context of a manufacturing company. Data were collected from 54 employees through questionnaire surveys. The findings reveal that job insecurity and work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction, with work-related stress playing a significant mediating role. Interestingly, job insecurity and work environment do not directly affect job satisfaction, but their effects are mediated by job stress. These results shed light on the complex interplay of factors influencing job satisfaction and highlight the importance of addressing job stress to enhance overall employee well-being and satisfaction in the workplace. Highlights: Job stress mediates the relationship between job insecurity and work environment with job satisfaction. Quantitative study conducted in a manufacturing company with 54 employee participants. Findings emphasize the importance of addressing job stress to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction in the workplace. Abstract

This study examines the productivity differences between disabled and non-disabled workers at PT. United Pharmatic Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 120 employees in the production department through proportional random sampling and analyzed with SPSS 22. Questionnaires provided quantitative data on employee productivity. Results show no significant difference in productivity levels, with disabled workers having a slightly higher average score (39.59) than non-disabled workers (39.16). The findings suggest that disability does not negatively impact productivity, supporting inclusive hiring practices. Highlight: No significant productivity difference: Disabled and non-disabled workers show comparable productivity levels. Higher productivity in disabled workers: Slightly higher average productivity for disabled workers.
