Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Green Transformasiona Leadership, Green Organizational Culture, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Employee Green Behaviour di PT "X". Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup semua karyawan di PT "X", yang berjumlah 79 orang. Mereka dijadikan sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner dengan pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Transformasional Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee Green Behaviour, Green Organizational Culture juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Employee green behaviour, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee Green behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture, transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. Organizational culture (X1), Transformational leadership (X2),0and work motivation0(X3)0is an independent variable0(X) and performance0employee0as a dependent variable0(Y).0population of the study0this is0employees of UD. Jawa Madura in Sidoarjo totaling 67 people. This study was taken using quantitative methods, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Primary data sources in the form of online questionnaires distributed to respondents. This data analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 determinant coefficient. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture does not affect employee performance, transformational leadership does not affect employee performance, and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance at UD. Jawa Madura.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Teamwork, and Individual Characteristics on employee performance at PT. Bella Agung Citra Mandiri. This research utilized a quantitative approach method with a descriptive design, involving 95 respondents as a sample determined by the population. Collect the required primary data through questionnaires, as well as secondary data from related literature. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 25, including classic assumption tests, validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. Employee performance is partially influenced by occupational health and safety (K3), teamwork, and individual characteristics. These findings indicate that improving these aspects can contribute to improving performance in the company. The conclusions of this research emphasize the importance of implementing K3 and good teamwork, as well as understanding individual characteristics to achieve optimal organizational goals.

Abstract

Accountability and transparency are essential requirements for public institutions to gain public trust, which can be achieved through the implementation of e-government initiatives such as the electronic Government Agency Performance Accountability System (e-SAKIP). Although e-SAKIP aims to facilitate the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of government agency performance, its implementation still faces several technical and human resource challenges that need to be addressed to achieve optimal effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the causes of ineffectiveness and inhibiting factors in the use of the e-SAKIP application, as well as examine efforts to improve its effectiveness in monitoring and evaluating performance at the Surabaya Religious High Court. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with primary data from structured and in-depth interviews with informants selected through purposive sampling, as well as secondary data from related documents. Data analysis uses thematic analysis techniques with source and method triangulation to enhance validity. The research results at the Surabaya Religious High Court show that the implementation of the e-SAKIP application faces various challenges that hinder its effectiveness. The main issues include feature incompatibility, technical and infrastructure constraints, lack of training, data accuracy problems, coordination difficulties, increased workload, and concerns related to system transparency and sustainability. To address these issues, comprehensive efforts are needed, including feature adjustments, infrastructure improvements, continuous training, enhancing data accuracy, optimizing coordination and workload, and implementing effective change management. The implementation of these measures is expected to improve the effectiveness of e-SAKIP in enhancing overall institutional performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of price, product quality, and digital marketing on the repurchase interest of the environmentally friendly detergent 'So Soft,' with customer loyalty as an intervening variable. The research was conducted in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, with respondents aged 17-45 years. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. Primary data collection in this study used a Likert Scale questionnaire distribution technique. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that price, product quality, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on purchase interest, both directly and through customer loyalty as a mediating variable. This finding emphasizes the importance of an integrated marketing strategy that considers these three aspects to enhance customer loyalty and encourage purchase interest. The company should focus on competitive pricing, improving product quality, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to build strong customer loyalty. High customer loyalty, in turn, will increase consumer purchase interest. The study also highlights the crucial role of customer loyalty as a bridge between the company's marketing strategies and consumer purchasing behavior, underscoring the importance of building long-term relationships with customers as a key to business success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sekaligus menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, kecerdasan emosional, dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana variabel-variabel tersebut berpengaruh. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih karena penelitian ini berfokus pada pengukuran hubungan antar variabel menggunakan data numerik dan analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 karyawan. Tehnik pengambilan dan pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Pertanyaan dalam kuesioner ini menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4 SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. X.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan PT Zeger Inidonesia melalui person job fit, job insecurity dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa person job fit, job insecurity, dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Zeger Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran mediasi komitmen organisasional dalam meningkatkan Keterlibatan Syariah dalam sektor perbankan Islam, khususnya mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi berkontribusi terhadap komitmen dan keterlibatan karyawan berdasarkan prinsip etis. Meskipun pentingnya Keterlibatan Syariah bagi bank-bank Islam telah diakui, terdapat kesenjangan pengetahuan dalam memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor organisasi internal mempromosikan keterlibatan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Model Persamaan Struktural-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) menggunakan Smart PLS.4, melibatkan sampel 80 responden dari Bank BTN Syariah di Kota Surabaya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan Keterlibatan Syariah. Hasil ini menekankan peran kritis kepemimpinan yang efektif dan iklim organisasi yang positif dalam mempromosikan perilaku kerja yang etis dan berkomitmen dalam perbankan Islam.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher chose CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo as the object of the study with the aim of finding out Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, andKnowledge Sharingon Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative research methods, with the type of data used being primary data (survey). The sampling technique used by researchers is the distribution of questionnaires where the population is 41 employees with direct data collection from respondents. The data collection technique in this study uses a Likert scale, a Likert scale is a tool used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of individuals or groups of people about social phenomena. Analysis techniquesdata testing using Smart Partial Square (PLS) software version 4.0. With the classical assumption test of validity and reliability, Outer Model and Inner Model. The results of the study indicate that Organizational Culture influences Employee Performance, Intrinsic Motivation influences Employee Performance, and Knowledge Sharing influences Employee Performance at CV. Global Prima Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja. dan gaya kepemimpinan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angkesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 responden karyawan PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sidoarjo. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial atau uji t, dan uji asumsi klasik menggunakan program SPSS. Data primer ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala interval yang diuji validitas dan keandalannya. Data dinyatakan valid dan dapat diandalkan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan, gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi perilaku ramah lingkungan. Di antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku ramah lingkungan.
