Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di CV Enjoyshoess. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources are important assets that can be trained and developed to achieve company goals effectively. Employees who are highly engaged in their work have the potential to make more excellent contributions. Therefore, companies with high levels of Employee Engagement will experience increased productivity and efficiency. This study aims to identify factors influencing employee engagement, focusing on work-life balance and job satisfaction as intervening variables at CV Multi Agro Sarana. A questionnaire was used on 56 employees, and data was analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that work-life balance positively and significantly influences job satisfaction and employee engagement. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. This analysis indicates that the level of job satisfaction is a direct and indirect factor in the influence of Work-Life Balance on the level of employee engagement. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving Work-Life Balance can increase Employee Engagement, ultimately maximizing employee potential at CV Multi Agro Sarana and increasing company profits

Abstract

Managing volunteer labor is a critical and strategic process for ensuring the success of any organization that focuses on increasing volunteer labor to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to study the balance between work and life and discipline in the upkeep and repair of the Bandung city region. The method of analysis employed is a quantitative approach using descriptive verifiable. This sample is being drawn utilizing a primary random sampling method with 100 participants chosen based on Slovin's rumor. Using a scale of about five buttons, the questionnaire's measurement. The findings reveal that work-life balance and work ethic have a favorable and noteworthy effect on the output of caregivers in the Dinas Perumahan and Kawasan Pemukiman Kota Bandung simultaneously, contributing 0.443 at or 44.3%, while other variables negatively impact 55.7% of the work

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana keterlibatan karyawan, kedisiplinan dalam bekerja, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Studi ini dilakukan di PT. Kimia Jaya Utama yang berlokasi di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan kondisi yang ada sekaligus menguji kebenaran suatu pernyataan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Kimia Jaya Utama di Kota Bandung, dengan total responden sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik total sampling diterapkan, sehingga seluruh populasi menjadi responden. Data yang diperoleh diverifikasi menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk pengujian premis dan pengukuran kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel. Data dianalisis dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara disiplin kerja tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang substansial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, employee engagement, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan penting terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukan apabila employee engagement, disiplin kerja, dengan lingkungan kerja dirangkai sedemikian rupa yang menciptakan kenyamanan dalam suasana bekerja dapat menciptakan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Work-Life Balance, dan Komunikasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Indo Hose Bandung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan analisis verifikatif & deskriptif. Data primer yang digunakan didapat dengan cara membagikan pra survei, kuesioner, pengumpulan dokumen, dan wawancara pada karyawan Indo Hose Bandung. Sampel penelitian yang diambil menggunakan metode non-probalilitis sampling yaitu dengan teknik sampel penilaian, sehingga diperoleh 35 orang karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai populasi dan sampel penelitian. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional, Work-Life Balance, dan Komunikasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja, Hasil koefesien determinasi menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,959 atau 95,9% yang artinya secara keseluruhan, variabel Kecerdasan Emosional, Work-Life Balance, dan Komunikasi secara simultan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja dengan kontribusi sebesar 95,9%, sementara 4,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis rangkaian variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan di PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Secara khusus, penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh Sistem Reward, Recognition, dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang mana populasi yang diteliti adalah karyawan tetap PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung yang berjumlah 346 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,01 dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data Primer yang digunakan dapat dengan cara membagikan pra survei kuesioner. Adapun hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, Sistem Reward, Recognition dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,718 atau 71,08% artinya Kinerja Karyawan mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Sistem Reward (X1), Recognition (X2) dan Motivasi (X3) sebesar 71,08%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,92% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Sistem Reward, Pengakuan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, motivation, and work-life balance on employee engagement at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Buah Batu 2, using quantitative research methods and descriptive and verification analysis approaches. The primary data was obtained through pre-surveys, questionnaires, document collection, and interviews with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Buah Batu 2 employees. The research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling method, namely the assessment sample technique, which resulted in 31 people employees as the population and research sample. The results of the regression analysis show that work discipline, motivation, and work-life balance have a significant effect on employee engagement. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.699 or 69.9%, which means that overall, the variables of work discipline, motivation and work life balance simultaneously contribute 69.9% to employee engagement. In comparison, 30.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The objective of this analysis is to evaluate the impact of factors such as motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the overall performance of employees in the finishing department at PT. Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. Employee performance plays a critical role in the achievement of the company's goals, making it essential to identify the factors influencing this aspect. The research adopted a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires administered to the personnel within the finishing department. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to determine the significance of each independent variable namely work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the dependent variable, which is employee performance. The results reveal that all three factors work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction exhibit a positive and statistically significant influence on employee performance, both individually and in combination. The work environment exerts the most significant influence on employee performance, followed by job satisfaction, with work motivation having a lesser but still considerable impact.

Abstract

Analyzing the impact of work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on employee satisfaction at PT Griya Nutrisi is the purpose of the study that conducted. Forty-five workers of PT Griya Nutrisi participated in the survey, which was conducted using a quantitative research methodology. Testing validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing are all part of data analysis procedures. Results, employee happiness is significantly impacted by work facilities, work discipline, and work incentive all at the same time. Each of these factors also significantly improves employee happiness, to a certain extent. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Competence on Job Satisfaction at Bank BSI Buah Batu 2 using a quantitative research method with a verificative and descriptive analytical approach. The primary data was collected through pre-surveys, questionnaires, document collection, and interviews with employees of BSI Buah Batu 2. The research sample was selected using a non-probability sampling method, specifically the judgment sampling technique, resulting in a total of 31 employees as both the population and sample of the study. Regression analysis results indicate that Work Discipline, Motivation, and Competence significantly influence Job Satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.795 or 79.5%, meaning that overall, the variables of Work Discipline, Motivation, and Competence simultaneously influence Job Satisfaction, contributing 79.5%, while the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors.
