Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence and motivation on employee job satisfaction in a public sector setting, specifically at the Pangalengan District Office, Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative approach with saturated sampling, data were collected from 40 civil servants through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that work motivation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction, while competence shows no significant partial impact. The regression model is statistically significant, with competence and motivation together explaining 54.6% of the variation in job satisfaction. These results highlight the strategic role of motivation particularly intrinsic factors such as achievement, recognition, and affiliation in enhancing employee satisfaction. Meanwhile, the non-significant influence of competence suggests potential gaps in placement or skills alignment among personnel. The study underscores the importance of motivation-driven human resource strategies to improve satisfaction and performance in public organizations.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of competence and work motivation on organizational commitment among civil servants in the Cimaung District Office, Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods, the research involved a saturated sample of 42 respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that competence has a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment, while work motivation does not show a statistically significant effect when tested independently. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence commitment, with an R² value of 0.698 indicating that 69.8% of the variation in organizational commitment can be explained by competence and motivation. These results underscore the importance of aligning employee skills and capabilities with job requirements and suggest that competency development should be prioritized in human resource strategies for public institutions. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors such as leadership style and organizational climate.

Abstract

Human resource management encompasses the personnel of the organization. Leadership, job happiness, and work motivation factors the company offers to its employees are crucial aspects of human resource management. These characteristics contribute to fostering employee loyalty and are critical for the organization's success. Highly loyal employees demonstrate excitement and responsibility in carrying out their duties and consistently work towards accomplishing the company's objectives. This study aims to ascertain the impact of Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Loyalty at PT. XYZ. The research methodology is quantitative with a descriptive and confirmatory orientation. The sample used in this study consists of 120 respondents. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis as the chosen analytical strategy. This approach tries to uncover each independent variable's individual and combined effects on the dependent variable. The research findings classify Employee Loyalty at PT. XYZ as "Fair" categorizes the leadership at PT. XYZ, as "Fair," labels the level of job satisfaction at PT. XYZ as "Fair" and classify the work motivation at PT. XYZ as "Fair." Leadership partially influences Employee Loyalty favorably, while job satisfaction positively impacts employee loyalty. Job satisfaction has a beneficial impact on employee loyalty. Work motivation has a partially favorable impact on employee loyalty—leadership, job satisfaction, and work motivation at PT. XYZ is rated as "Fair" regarding its impact on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The specialty of content marketing is that it can make potential customers who are only interested in finally deciding to make a purchase. The Cibaduyut Shoe Trader Community does not yet recognize and utilize marketing content in business activities. The focus of business activities of the Cibaduyut Shoe trader community is producing shoes and selling shoes conventionally. Conventional business activities include selling to community partners, selling traditionally to sellers or markets. With this activity, it is hoped that you will understand and be able to run and use Canva for content production. Content production is a tool for promoting business or enterprise. This service activity was carried out for 2 months involving students from the University of Indonesia Developing (INABA) and lecturers from the University of Indonesia Developing (INABA). The solution that can be offered is to provide training on using the Canva application to the Cibaduyut Shoe trader community. It is hoped that with training in using the Canva application, partners can create marketing content. The next goal is for the Cibaduyut shoe trader community to be able to market their products not only conventionally but also digitally. Things that partners need to pay attention to are (1) Creating a Canva account; (2) get to know the appearance and use of the Canva application; (3) Create a flyer in the Canva application; (4) Making videos in the Canva application; (5) Using themes and templates; (6) Add sound to flyers or videos; (7) How to download flyers and videos in the Canva application; (8) Change the display format in the Canva application. Partners can follow and understand the training that has been provided. Consistency is the key to being an effective marketing tool.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan kewirausahaan merupakan sebuah solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kapabilitas mahasiswa. Kegiatan kewirausahaan memberikan banyak manfaat untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan potensi kewirausahaan UMKM mahasiswa dengan melengkapi aspek legal dari usaha mereka. Aspek legal ini sering dipandang sebelah mata karena berbagai faktor yang salah satunya adalah stigma negatif terhadap pengurusan aspek legal yang ada dibenak mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan merupakan praktik langsung yang sebelumnya diberikan penjelasan terkait pentingnya aspek legal dan dilanjut dengan proses pengajuan salah satu aspek legal yaitu Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui situs Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM mahasiswa dapat langsung mengajukan dan mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha untuk bisnis mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak pada patahnya stigma negatif pengajuan izin usaha atau aspek legal. Mahasiswa termotivasi untuk melanjutkan dan mengembangan kegiatan bisnis mereka karena mahasiswa merasa sudah memiliki legal standing untuk usaha mereka. This legal aspect is often overlooked due to various factors, one of which is the negative stigma surrounding legal matters. The method used is hands-on practice, which begins with an explanation of the importance of legal aspects and continues with the application process for one of the legal aspects, the Business Identification Number (NIB), through the Online Single Submission (OSS) website. The result of this activity is that student MSMEs can immediately apply for and obtain a Business Identification Number for their businesses. This activity has an impact on breaking the negative stigma surrounding business permit applications or legal aspects. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada masih tingginya angka revisi laporan kecelakaan lalu lintas, ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, serta tantangan dalam penerapan sistem digital ICELL yang berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari seluruh pegawai Unit Laka Lantas Satlantas Polrestabes Bandung yang berjumlah 41 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi TAM dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penerimaan teknologi yang baik mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja, khususnya dalam proses administrasi dan pelaporan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Kompetensi pegawai juga terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas, ketepatan, dan profesionalisme pelaksanaan tugas. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun belum signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi belum menjadi faktor dominan dalam konteks penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan penerapan teknologi yang mudah digunakan serta peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang lalu lintas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, keadilan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. UDI Kota Bandung. Loyalitas karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dan kinerja perusahaan, karena karyawan yang loyal cenderung memiliki komitmen tinggi, disiplin, serta keinginan untuk bertahan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan tetap PT. UDI Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat loyalitas karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi, sementara kompensasi dan keadilan berada pada kategori cukup rendah, serta kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Secara parsial, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, sedangkan keadilan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, keadilan, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 36,3% loyalitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dengan demikian, keadilan menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu diperhatikan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan di PT. UDI Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan aplikasi Gojek terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dari kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pesatnya perkembangan layanan transportasi dan jasa berbasis aplikasi digital, khususnya Gojek, yang menuntut perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden merupakan pengguna aktif aplikasi Gojek dari Generasi Z. Instrumen penelitian disusun berdasarkan model E-Service Quality (E-SERVQUAL) yang mencakup tujuh dimensi, yaitu efficiency, system availability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, dan contact. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara tingkat harapan (importance) dan tingkat kinerja (performance) dari setiap atribut pelayanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian kualitas pelayanan Gojek masih berada di bawah nilai ideal, yang menandakan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi harapan pelanggan Generasi Z. Beberapa atribut yang berada pada Kuadran I (prioritas utama) didominasi oleh aspek stabilitas sistem aplikasi serta responsivitas layanan pelanggan, sehingga memerlukan perhatian dan perbaikan segera. Sementara itu, atribut yang berada pada Kuadran II menunjukkan kinerja pelayanan yang telah sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dan perlu dipertahankan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan masukan strategis bagi pihak Gojek dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan Generasi Z.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational fairness, work discipline, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Multi Jasa Consultant Bandung. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and verifiable methods, data was collected from respondents through questionnaires. The results of the partial testing showed that organizational fairness and work discipline had a positive and significant impact on improving job satisfaction. In contrast, work motivation was found to have no significant effect on job satisfaction in this research model. Simultaneously, the three independent variables were proven to affect job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.0025. A determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.418 indicates that 41.8% of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by these three variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
