Abstract

The millennial generation, also known as generation Y, is a demographic group after generation X. Many researchers are still debating the exact year of their birth, but most estimate that this generation was born between 1980 and 2000. This generation is now an adult, and has even colored the world. especially in the business sector. Experts believe they have great potential to turn the wheels of the world economy in the near future. This generation has the most control over technology and has the most potential to take the momentum of change in the post-covid-19 era. It was this generation's high interest in pursuing the business world that prompted this research. So this study aims to analyze the role of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the interest in entrepreneurship for the millennial generation. The object of research is focused on students in the city of Yogyakarta who are still actively studying. The sample is determined at least 15% of the population. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire via googleform. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the millennial generation's entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem anggaran berbasis web di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kantor Walikota Medan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan anggaran pembangunan daerah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem berbasis web di BAPPEDA Kota Medan memberikan manfaat signifikan, antara lain percepatan proses penyusunan dan pengajuan anggaran, peningkatan transparansi melalui pelacakan data secara real-time, serta dokumentasi digital yang mendukung akuntabilitas. Namun, penelitian juga menemukan kendala, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, resistensi pengguna terhadap perubahan, dan kebutuhan perawatan sistem yang memadai. Meskipun demikian, dengan dukungan pelatihan intensif, penguatan infrastruktur, dan komitmen pimpinan, sistem ini mampu memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap reformasi birokrasi di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem anggaran berbasis web dapat menjadi model efektif bagi pengelolaan anggaran di instansi pemerintah daerah lainnya.

Abstract

Penyakit ginjal merupakan masalah serius di seluruh dunia. Penderita penyakit ginjal kronis harus menjalani terapi pengganti ginjal, seperti hemodialisis (HD). Masalah klinis yang sering ditimbulkan oleh gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa yaitu berdampak negatif terhadap fisik dan aspek psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat stres pada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat stres pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross - sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Pada Bulan Desember Tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 52 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara  frekuensi hemodialisa (p-value = 0,007), mekanisme koping (p-value = 0,014), dan regulasi emosi (p-value = 0,001) dengan tingkat stres pasien gagal ginjal kronis di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Tahun 2024. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Ada hubungan antara frekuensi hemodialisa, mekanisme koping dan regulasi emosi dengan tingkat stres pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Tahun 2024.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan infeksi akibat virus dengue yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk Aedes spp. Kasus DBD di Sumatera Selatan menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan dari tahun ke tahun. Faktor penyebab yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pencegahan dan pemberatasan penyakit DBD. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan DBD dan mengurangi kepadatan nyamuk dengan pelatihan pembuatan ovitrap sederhana. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan tentang bionomik vektor, etiologi penyakit dan teknik pengendalian vektor dengan memperkenalkan metode ovitrap air gula dan ragi roti. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan berjalan  dengan  baik  dan  lancar.  Seluruh  peserta  yang hadir   menunjukkan    adanya    respon positif dan peningkatan    pemahaman    tentang    penyebaran  dan pemberantasan  penyakit  DBD,  di  mana  pada pelaksanaan penyuluhan mencerminkan keinginan untuk memahami cara pengendalian DBD dan  mampu  menjelaskan kembali  tentang  materi  yang  telah  disampaikan. Pendampingan pembuatan alat ovitrap juga memberikan manfaat  yaitu dapat meminimalisir dan mengurangi populasi nyamuk di sekitar rumah warga.

Abstract

Ward and Peppard are used as the primary approach in planning information system strategies. This method involves identifying user needs, analyzing the business environment, evaluating information technology, and planning and implementing appropriate strategies. In the context of the Information Systems Study Program, this strategy will help improve the effectiveness of communication, information management, and appropriate decision-making. The research will analyze SWOT, value chain and Five Forces. The data collected will be analyzed and presented in a descriptive manner. The results of the research are expected to provide practical guidance for the Information Systems Study Program in planning and implementing effective information system strategies.The results of this research will make a positive contribution to the National University of the Republic of Indonesia Information System Studies Program in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making through the implementation of appropriate information system strategy.The aim of this study is to design and implement a decision-making information system strategy using the Ward and Peppard methodology in the Information Systems Study Program at the National University of the Republic of Indonesia. Preparing an effective information system stratega crucial factor in improving the efficiency and success of decision-making in an organization.

Abstract

a leadership crisis in the world of education that has not been able to be developed properly, so that educational goals have not been achieved. One of the reasons is that educational institutions (schools) do not pay proper attention to the development of students' talents and interests, especially in OSDC (extracurricular) activities. This research aims to describe OSDC violations and various activities that support the development of student leadership talents at PONPES Darunnajah 2. Qualitative research methods commonly used to obtain data are interviews, observation, and use of documentation. Research results: The OSIS at PONPES Darunnajah 2 is called the Darunnajah Cipining Santri Organization (OSDC). teachers in educating students from waking up until going back to sleep. OSDC is a means for students to develop their leadership talents through various activities at OSDC, various OSDC are: muhadoroh, scouts, committees for various events, as well as management in dormitories. Abstract

Background: The increasing prevalence of obesity in adolescents is a worrying public health problem, especially in urban and semi-urban areas. One of the main risk factors suspected to contribute is the consumption pattern of fast food that is high in calories and low in nutritional value. This study aims to analyze the relationship between fast food consumption patterns and the incidence of obesity in adolescents in Praya City, Central Lombok. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. A sample of 150 adolescents aged 13–18 years was selected purposively from several high schools in Praya City. Data were collected through questionnaires regarding the frequency and type of fast food consumed, as well as body mass index (BMI) measurements to determine obesity status. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test and logistic regression. Results: The results of the analysis showed a significant relationship between the frequency of fast food consumption and the incidence of obesity in adolescents (p < 0.05). Adolescents who consume fast food more than three times a week have a 2.8 times higher risk of obesity compared to those who rarely consume it. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between fast food consumption patterns and the incidence of obesity in adolescents in Praya City. Nutrition education and promotion of healthy eating patterns need to be improved to reduce the risk of obesity among adolescents.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, PT Soka Cipta Niaga is required to optimize its marketing strategy through marketplace platforms such as Shopee. One of the main challenges in carrying out a marketing strategy on Shopee is the selection of the right keywords, because it can affect product visibility and the effectiveness of advertising costs. This study aims to help the process by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method in the decision support system. The MOORA method was chosen because it is able to evaluate various alternatives by objectively considering the criteria that are beneficial (benefit) and unprofitable (cost). The development of the system is carried out through structured stages using the waterfall approach, with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation in the form of a dashboard looker studio, to the testing process using black box testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The result of this research is in the form of an interactive dashboard that not only displays keyword performance, but also provides the best keyword recommendations with three advanced groupings, namely prioritize and improve by 20%, maintain, and re-evaluate/reduce, based on the results of the MOORA method ranking. This system has been proven to provide more objective and consistent results compared to manual evaluations. Thus, this system can help PT Soka Cipta Niaga's digital marketing division in making decisions related to the selection of the best keywords more optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas sinkronisasi antara Sistem Ekonomi Islam dan Sistem Ekonomi Pancasila dengan menelaah titik temu nilai, prinsip, serta mekanisme operasional yang dapat saling menguatkan dalam praktik perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data dikumpulkan melalui jurnal-jurnal bereputasi dari Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Garuda, DOAJ, dan Sinta.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua sistem sama-sama berlandaskan nilai moral dan keadilan sosial, menolak eksploitasi, serta menekankan gotong royong, keseimbangan, dan kemaslahatan bersama. Melalui analisis konseptual dan kajian literatur, penelitian menemukan bahwa integrasi kedua sistem dapat diwujudkan melalui penerapan prinsip syariah dalam instrumen ekonomi nasional, penguatan sektor riil berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, serta kebijakan redistributif yang selaras dengan spirit keadilan Pancasila. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sinkronisasi antara Sistem Ekonomi Islam (SEI) dan Sistem Ekonomi Pancasila (SEP) memiliki landasan filosofis dan ideologis yang sangat kuat. Kedua sistem ini berbagi nilai-nilai fundamental, yaitu penolakan terhadap praktik eksploitatif serta penekanan pada keadilan sosial, keseimbangan, dan orientasi pada kemaslahatan bersama atau kesejahteraan kolektif. Secara paralel, SEI dengan tujuan maqasid syariah (kesejahteraan yang berimbang) selaras dengan orientasi SEP yang menekankan kemakmuran rakyat dan keadilan sosial, sehingga tujuan pembangunan ekonomi dapat saling menguatkan .Dengan demikian, sinkronisasi ini tidak hanya memungkinkan terciptanya ekonomi yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan, tetapi juga menguatkan identitas ekonomi nasional yang berakar pada nilai religius dan kebudayaan Indonesia.
