Abstract

The importance of analyzing the relationship between enjoyment and trust in consumer buying interest before making shopping decisions. This study used a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample size of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria for respondents who were over 20 years old. The results of the study indicate that enjoyment and trust influence consumer purchase orders. Therefore, a good marketer must build these two factors in the place of shopping because they can trigger requests to buy and later become a stimulus in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh volume penjualan terhadap pajak pertambahan nilai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data sekunder, analisis data menggunakan uji analisis statistik korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan persamaan regresi, dengan Volume Penjualan sebagai variabel independen (X) dan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi 0,628 berarti hubungan antara dua variabel kuat. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi R2 adalah 39,4% bahwa variabel independen yaitu volume penjualan (X) memiliki pengaruh kontribusi 39,4% terhadap variabel dependen yaitu PPN (Y) dan sisanya 60,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. faktor yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil pengujian persamaan regresi Y = 15.251 + 0,418 X, tingkat signifikan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dari output sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000. Karena probabilitas di bawah 0,05 (0,000 <0,05) yang berarti ada persamaan regresi yang signifikan antara volume penjualan (X) dengan pajak pertambahan nilai (Y). Kata Kunci: Volume Penjualan, Pajak Pertambahan Nilai.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to get deeper undestanding on management of SMEs to win profitable and sustainable business. The publication of books, journal, and websites were become the main sources of the data that we got electronically. Because of this reason, several literatures related to profitable business strategies have been carefully studied to understand superior and sustainable governance and business strategies. The literature included is the electronic literature such as books and scientific articles. After reviewing and obtaining the valid answers, we discussed them carefully. Finally, we find several business management strategies to increase the profitability and sustainability of SMEs such as strategies to attract customers, continue to use various promotional methods, seek to increase subscriptions, add new items, and increase discounts.

Abstract

The management of human resources (HR) is a crucial aspect that significantly contributes to the financial performance of a company, especially in the manufacturing industry. This industry, characterized by its labor-intensive and technology-driven nature, requires effective HR management to optimize productivity and operational efficiency. This study aims to assess how various HRM practices, such as recruitment, training, development, and employee retention, influence financial performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This research will investigate the effect of human resource management on financial performance using numerical calculations, so that the data collected will be in the form of numbers (score, ranking, frequency). This data will be analyzed using statistics to answer certain questions or hypotheses, making it a quantitative study. The research subjects were employees of manufacturing companies, with a population of 120 people. The sample is part of the population that is the research subject. From the results of the calculations above, it can be explained that human resource management has a significant and positive effect on financial performance. This can be seen from the calculated significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05.

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology has had a significant impact impact on various sectors, including tourism. Social media, in particular, has emerged as a powerful one networking tools that bridge social and economic activities globally. This research examine the role of social media marketing activities (SMMA) in shaping tourists' intentions to visit Lombok, Indonesia, a popular destination known for its stunning views and rich cultural heritage. This research identify the main elements of SMMA such as interaction, trends, electronic word of word of mouth (e-WOM), and customization, and their impact on brand image and tourist visit intentions. Through a quantitative approach with survey from domestic and international tourists, this research reveals that SMMA significantly improve Lombok brand image and influences tourist intentions positively. These? findings provide valuable insights for tourism stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies by utilizing social media? attract more visitors and promote Lombok as a must-visit destination.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the financial performance of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The type used in this study was secondary data involving various sources such as collecting data taken from the financial reports of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. This research was a quantitative analysis type with non-statistical research methods. Overall, the financial condition of the cooperative tended to show a decline in health from 2020 to 2021, especially in terms of liquidity and profitability. This could be attributed to underoptimized assets, such as cash or receivables not managed and utilized effectively to generate additional income, for example, for investment or to use cash to expand business operations. Based on the analysis of the financial performance of the employee cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2020 to 2021, the cooperative should have improved efficiency in the use of current assets to increase liquidity ratios, enhanced profitability through strategies that could increase income, and also maintained healthy debt ratios (DAR and DER) by managing debt more effectively so that the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri could have improved financial conditions and ensured better operational sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Studi ini menginvestigasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan situasional, pengambilan keputusan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja kerja di industri otomotif di Jakarta. Populasi studi ini terdiri dari karyawan yang bekerja di berbagai perusahaan otomotif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebar sehinggat terkumpul 107 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika para pemimpin dapat menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan mereka dengan kebutuhan situasional, hal ini meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja kerja. Selain itu, studi ini juga mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja kerja. Proses pengambilan keputusan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan kinerja kerja. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of human resource development (HRD) and organizational roles on employee performance, with employee engagement as a mediating variable in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. HR development and organizational roles are crucial factors in increasing employee productivity and competitiveness. The research method used is a quantitative approach with regression analysis techniques and mediation tests to understand the relationship between variables. Data were collected through a survey of 125 MSME employees in various industrial sectors in Indonesia. The results showed that HR development and organizational roles have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, employee engagement is shown to play a mediating role that strengthens the relationship between HR development and organizational roles with employee performance. The implications of this study highlight the importance of HR development strategies and improved organizational roles in creating a work environment that supports employee engagement to improve their performance

Increasing employee work productivity is a major challenge in facing competition in the automotive industry. This study aims to investigate the effect of work environment and organizational culture on work productivity through job satisfaction among employees of the Karawang automotive industrial park. The sample population taken from automotive component employees taken was 190. The research method used was quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires.  Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 as a statistical analysis tool to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that work environment and organisational culture have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. In addition, work environment, organisational culture, job satisfaction have no effect on work productivity and the effect of organisational culture and work environment on work productivity through job satisfaction has no effect. The findings make an important contribution to practitioners and policy makers in the automotive components industry, highlighting the importance of creating a conducive work environment and organisational culture to create job satisfaction.
