Abstract

The development of the times encourages each technology company to be able to create products that can be adjusted to the latest consumer needs, especially communication technology. These products, in addition to being able to meet their needs, must be able to help complete daily work and provide added value during their use. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence involved from product quality variables, product innovation and consumer behavior on the purchase decision of Iphone products in Batam City. The research method applied in this research process is to use the Lemeshow formula so that as many as 100 respondents were obtained with a side non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The results obtained were that each independent variable gave significant and positive results where the variables of product quality, product innovation, and consumer behavior to the dependent variable, namely the decision to purchase Iphone products in Batam City

Abstract

Changes and developments in the company have a considerable impact on various fields that follow the world economy, from the industrial economy to the service economy. This research method is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study is convenient / judgment sampling. The sample used was 105 respondents. The results of the research service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a value of 1.991> 1.65978 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.049 <0.05. For standard operational variables the procedure has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with a value of 8.976> 1.65978 (t-table) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While simultaneously service quality and standard operating procedures have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with F count 41.47> 1.39 (f-table), the significance value obtained is 0.000 <α 0, 05. Based on the results of the R Square value (R2) of 0.448 or 44.8%. This means that the variable customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality variables and operational standard procedures 44.8% while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The intense competition and business development require companies to fullfill what consumer wants by providing qualitys services and adequate facilities. The research objective was to determined the effectt of services quality and facilities in customers saticfaction at PT Tunas Jasa Mandiri, either partialy or simultaniously. Data collections was done by distributing questionaires to respondent, the sampling technique uses was saturated sampling of 102 respondent. The data quality test use in this study are validity and reliabillity tests, as well as the multiple linear reggression analysist and determination coeficient analysis, while the hypothessis testing in this study use the T tests and the F tests. The statistical tests show that variables of service quality, facilities and customer satisfaction are normally distributed, the independent variable do not occur multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity. The result of determination is 75.4%. From the t and f tests can be conclude that the quality of service and facilities partially had a significant effects on customer saticfaction, and the quality of service and facilities simultaneously had a significant effects on customer satisfactions at PT Tunas Jasa Mandiri

Abstract

In an organization, human resources become an important function in increasing competition in a company. This research was conducted to determine whether the effect of compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Kristal Computerindo Perkasa. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Then the population in this study were all employees at PT Kristal Computerindo Perkasa, amounting to 110 people. The sampling technique that the researcher uses in this research is to use a saturated sampling technique, where the determination of the sample is taken from all the existing population. In this study, the research collected data using interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. From the results of the questionnaire then processed using the SPSS version 25 application, by obtaining the results of compensation having a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and job satisfaction having a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.005

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design, brand image, and consumerbehavior on purchasing decisions of Vitamin Xon-Ce at Jasmine Pharmacy. This researchmethod uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of thisstudy are consumers who consume xon-ce vitamins in Batam City, where the exactamount is not known. The technique of determining the sample through the Jacob Cohenformula with the results of calculating as many as 240 respondents based on purposivesampling. The findings in the multiple linear regression analysis state that product designcan contribute an increase of 36.5% to purchasing decisions. Brand image can contributean increase of 20.0% to purchasing decisions. Consumer behavior can contribute anincrease of 47.9% to purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis of the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) state that product design, brand image and consumer behavior cancontribute 67.4% to purchasing decisions. The results of the t and F test show that productdesign, brand image, and consumer behavior have a positive and significant effect partiallyand simultaneously on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and attractiveness on Nivea productloyalty in Piayu, Batam City. This research method uses descriptive research with aquantitative approach. The population of this study are consumers who use Nivea productsand live in the Tanjung Piayu sub-district, Sei Beduk sub-district, Batam City. The totalnumber of consumers in the area reached 10,649 people. The technique of determiningthe sample through the Slovin formula with the calculation results of 386 respondents isbased on simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statisticaltests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing.The findings in the multiple linear regression analysis state that brand image has a positiveeffect on loyalty with an effect size of 31%. Attractiveness has a positive effect on loyaltywith an influence size of 21.2%. The results of the analysis of the coefficient ofdetermination (R2) state that brand image and attractiveness can explain loyalty, with aneffect of 8.9%. The results of the t and F tests show that brand image and attractivenesshave a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on loyalty decisions

Abstract

Tourism is an important economic sector for Indonesia because it provides a large foreign exchange for the country. The hotel is an object in the tourism sector, therefore hotel management must carry out cooperation with other supporters so that guests can recognize it. The hospitality business has become an industry that continues to grow as well as the rapid transformation of the Riau Archipelago from the manufacturing industry to the tourism industry. In order to maintain its business in competition, the management of L Hotel Batam must improve its company's ability to remain competitive, one of the ways is by paying attention to the factors that influence the visitor's decision to visit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovation and attractiveness on the decision to visit The L Hotel Entertainment. This research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The research sample used 306 respondents, namely visitors to the L Hotel for the period March 2023 who were over 17 years old. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques. The conclusion of this research is that the innovation and attractiveness variables influence the decision to visit with the acquisition of sig. 0.00 < 0.05. In addition, innovation and attractiveness influence the decision to visit by 40.9% which is found from the results of the coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that innovation and attractiveness partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit The L Hotel Entertainment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine 1. Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance in PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) partially; 2. Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance partially; and (3) Effect of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Work simultaneously. Methods: Total population in this study was 138 employees and the amount of sample in this study was 138 employees, Data Collection Techniques by questionnaire, sampling technique research using sampling techniques saturated. Analysis method is Quantitative Analysis, Quantitative Analysis with Multiple Linear Regression, determination (R Square), to determine the factors that influence employee performance with the coefficient of determination in Partial (r2) and simultaneous (R2). To test the hypothesis with the t-Test (Partial) and F-Test (Simultaneously), with a significance level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the influence of the variable Work Discipline Employee Performance is equal to 0.537 (53.70%). Work Motivation variable amount of influence on employee performance is equal to 0.887 (88.70%). The magnitude of the effect of variable Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance Working simultaneously on PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) amounted to 4,065 (40.65%).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: 1). Utilitarian Value an affects on customer satisfaction, 2). Hedonic Value has an effect on customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether Utilitarian Value and hedonic value affect on customer satisfaction. 4) To measure how much influence the Utilitarian Value and hedonic value have on customer satisfaction. This research is quantitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were the customers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam. The sampling method using the Slovin formula, then taken as many as 423 respondents. The results of this study were obtained: the results of the t test variable Utilitarian Value (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) obtained t value of 5.905 which is greater than the t table (5.905 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 ( 0.000 <0.05). In the hedonic variable value (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), the value of t arithmetic 136,479 which is greater than t table (136,479 > 1.9719) with a significance of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). The Multiple linear regression equation Y = (-1.351) + 0.413 (X1) + 0.674 (X2) + e. The conclusion of this study is it is known that the Utilitarian Value and Hedonic Value variabels that influence customer satisfaction of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya TBK (Alfamart) in Batam.

Abstract

Style of leadership is the norm of behavior used by a person when the person is trying to influence the behavior of others as he sees. The term competence lies in part in every human being and forever exist in a person's personality can predict the behavior and performance broadly in all situations and work tasks or jobs task. Meanwhile, pengerak Increased productivity is a motor of economic progress and benefit the company or organization. Productivity is also important to increase wages and individual acceptance. A country that is unable to increase its productivity will decline in the standard of life. Methods: Total population in this study is 564 people and the amount of sample in this study is 234 people, with the Data Collection Techniques questionnaire, sampling technique stratified Sampling.Analisis research using the technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis that has a purpose to determine the magnitude of the regression coefficients which will show the level of influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. T test results showed that leadership style variable (X1) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y) and Employee Competency variables (X2) significantly affects the Work Productivity (Y). F-test results showed that the Leadership Style (X1) and Employee Competence (X2) effect simultaneously on Work Productivity (Y) at PT Pos Indonesia in Batam.
