Abstract

Welfare is defined as a system of life and social life both material and spiritual which is filled with a sense of safety, decency, and inner and outer peace, Zakat is one of the most effective Islamic economic systems to improve welfare if managed properly To analyze the effect of productive zakat funds on the level of the welfare of mustahik in BAZNAS Bandung City, the aim is to determine the effect of productive zakat distribution in the prosperous bandung program on the welfare of mustahik in BAZNAS Bandung City. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of data that will be used in this research is field research. The research begins by collecting quantitative data in the form of numbers and then systematically arranged and processed by the SPSS Statistics program. simple linear regression is used. Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen that in this study explains that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of productive zakat distribution in the prosperous bandung program on the welfare of mustahik in the Bandung City Baznas. It is known from the responses of respondents who stated that they agreed that information related to the amount of productive zakat assistance received could meet business needs) shows that the results of productive Zakat affect the welfare of mustahik.

Abstract

Abstract. As Muslim consumers, we are encouraged to consume halal and thayyib food. At the same time, there are many food and beverage innovations made by home-based business actors. Including one trend of non-alcoholic soju which is an absorption of Korean soju alcohol. The purpose of this study is to find out how Muslim consumers are interested in using non-alcoholic soju products and how Muslim consumers behave in using non-alcoholic soju products. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach and uses interview methods for the collection of research data. The results of the study also show that the interest of Muslim consumers towards the use of non-alcoholic soju products is quite high. This is due to the curiosity of the informants who on average know that alcoholic soju products are now available with non-alcoholic versions.The behavior of Muslim consumers in the use of non-alcoholic soju products shows that the informants interviewed by researchers for this study consider this non-alcoholic soju product to be halal because it does not use alcohol at all. Although on the bottle there is no halal logo from LPPOM MUI. Abstrak. Sebagai konsumen muslim, kita dianjurkan mengkonsumsi makanan yang halal dan thayyib. Beriringan dengan itu ragam inovasi makanan dan minuman yang dibuat oleh pelaku usaha rumahan mulai banyak. Termasuk salah satu trend soju non alkohol yang merupakan serapan soju alkohol asal korea. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat konsumen muslim dalam menggunakan produk soju non alkohol dan bagaimana perilaku konsumen muslim dalam penggunaan produk soju non alkohol. Penelitian ini menggunakan petode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan metode wawancara untuk pengumpulan data penelitiannya. Dari hasil penelitian pun menunjukkan bahwa minat konsumen muslim terhadap penggunaan produk soju non alkohol ini cukup tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan rasa penasaran dari informan yang rata – rata mengetahui produk soju alkohol kini tersedia dengan versi non alkohol. dan perilaku konsumen muslim dalam penggunaan produk soju non alkohol menunjukkan bahwa informan masih memperhatikan etika – etika konsumsi sebagai konsumen muslim mulai dari kehalalan, kehendak bebas, keadilan, ketauhidan, sederhana, dan amanah. Perilaku konsumen muslim dalam penggunaan produk soju non alkohol menunjukkan informan yang diwawancarai peneliti untuk penelitian ini menganggap produk soju non alkohol ini halal karena memang tidak menggunakan alkohol sedikitpun. Meskipun di botol minumannya belum ada logo halal dari LPPOM MUI.

Abstract

Abstract. Buying and selling in Islam is an activity of exchanging wealth for property, exchanging permissible benefits with permissible benefits forever, not usury and not debt. This study aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling used clothes and to analyze the review of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling used clothes at Ancol Regol Market. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection uses interviews with Sellers and Buyers in Article Regol Ancol. The results showed that the sale and purchase of used clothing at Ancol Regol Market was carried out directly between the seller and the distributor and the seller and the buyer. The sale and purchase of used clothing by the seller to the buyer on a consensual basis or based on the agreement of both parties, where the transaction is established between the seller and the buyer without any element of coercion. The implementation of buying and selling used clothes at the Ancol Regol Market is not in accordance with Islamic law, because there are still elements of gharar or uncertainty related to the condition of the goods in the ball. The obscurity of the condition of the goods being traded encourages speculation and is included in the element of fraud. Abstrak. Jual-beli dalam Islam adalah kegiatan tukar-menukar harta dengan harta tukar menukar manfaat yang mubah dengan manfaat yang mubah untuk waktu selamanya, bukan riba dan bukan hutang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktek jual-beli pakai bekas dan menganalisis tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap praktek jual-beli pakaian bekas di Pasar Ancol Regol. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan data mengginakan wawancara kepada Pembeli dengan penjual di Pasal Regol Ancol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elaksanaan jual-beli pakaian bekas di Pasar Regol Ancol dilakukan secara langsung antara penjual dengan distributor dan penjual dengan pembeli. Transaksi jual-beli pakaian bekas oleh penjual kepada pembeli atas dasar suka sama suka atau berdasarkan kesepakatan kedua belah pihak, dimana transaksi yang terjalin antara pembeli dengan penjual tanpa adanya unsur pemaksaan. Pelaksanaan jual-beli pakaian bekas di Pasar Regol Ancol belum sesuai dengan syariat Islam, dikarenakan masih terdapatnya unsur gharar atau ketidakpastian terkait dengan kondisi barang dalam ball. Adanya ketidakjelasan kodisi barang yang diperjualbelikan, mendorong adanya spekulasi dan masuk dalam unsur penipuan.

Abstract

Abstract. The practice of buying and selling must be based on the principle of benefit. Food packaging made from waste paper is one of the food packaging materials that is harmful to human health and soul. The chemicals contained in it contain harmful substances. If the used paper is used to wrap fried foods, then the food is directly contaminated with harmful chemicals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the practice of buying and selling fried foods using used paper at fried food sellers around Jalan Cicaheum, to clearly analyze the maqashid sharia review of buying and selling fried foods using used paper at fried food sellers around Jalan Cicaheum. The research method used is qualitative in the field of normative law. This type of research data uses field research with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data taken using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research, it can be found that sellers around Jalan Cicaheum still use used paper to wrap fried foods. Judging from the maqashid sharia Al-Nafs (keeping the soul), the use of used paper is not in accordance with Islamic rules, especially Islamic law which is principled for the benefit of mankind. And there are harms that are greater than the benefits, the harms referred to here are the dangers posed by the use of waste paper for food. Abstrak. Praktik jual beli harus didasari dengan prinsip kemaslahatan. Kemasan makanan berbahan kertas bekas merupakan salah satu bahan pembungkus makanan yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan dan jiwa manusia. Zat kimia yang terdapat di dalamnya mengandung bahan yang membahayakan. Apabila kertas bekas itu digunakan untuk membungkus gorengan, maka secara langsung makanan tersebut sudah terkontaminasi zat kimia yang berbahaya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis praktik jual beli gorengan menggunakan kertas bekas pada penjual gorengan di sekitar Jalan Cicaheum, untuk menganalisis secara jelas tinjauan maqashid syariah terhadap jual beli gorengan menggunakan kertas bekas pada penjual gorengan di sekitar Jalan Cicaheum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dalam bidang ilmu hukum normatif. Jenis data penelitian menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sumber data berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang diambil menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian, dapat ditemukan bahwa penjual di sekitar Jalan Cicaheum masih menggunakan kertas bekas untuk bungkus gorengan. Ditinjau dari maqashid syariah Al-Nafs (menjaga jiwa), penggunaan kertas bekas tidak sesuai dengan aturan islam, terutama hukum islam yang berprinsip kepada kemaslahatan umat manusia. Dan terdapat mudharat yang lebih besar dari manfaatnya, mudharat yang dimaksud disini adalah bahaya yang ditimbulkan dari penggunaan kertas bekas untuk makanan.

Abstract. The Old Custom Bandung is one of the groups on Facebook that accommodates buying and selling custom. In practice, buying and selling custom Machine Group in Custom Bandung, the parties who transact make payments with urbun or down payment buying and selling online motorcycles, custom there are problems regarding differences in descriptions with their original conditions, unilateral cancellations for not making the remaining payments in accordance with the agreed time and there is uncertainty about the selling price[p1] . The purpose of this research To analyze the practice of buying and selling motorbikes in the Custom on the Facebook group social media, To analyze Islamic contract law on the practice of buying and selling motorbikes in the Bandung Custom Tua Machine group on the Facebook group social media, To analyze the cancellation of contracts according to Islamic law on buying and selling motorbikes in the Bandung Custom Tua Machine group on the Facebook group social media. This research method is descriptive qualitative with data collection through questionnaires. Researchers also conducted interviews with parties related to this research problem. The results in this study that buying and selling custom are not in accordance with sharia because the conditions in these pillars are not met. Abstrak. Grup Mesin Tua Custom Bandung merupakan salah satu grup di Facebook yang mewadahi jual beli motor custom. Praktiknya jual beli motor custom yang dilakukan di Grup Mesin Tua Custom Bandung pihak-pihak yang bertransaksi melakukan pembayaran dengan urbun atau uang muka. Dalam jual beli online motor custom terdapat permasalahan mengenai perbedaan deskripsi dengan kondisi aslinya, adanya pembatalan sepihak karena tidak melakukan sisa pelunasan pembayaran sesuai dengan waktu yang disepakati dan terdapat ketidakjelasan mengenai harga jua. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Untuk menganalisis praktik jual beli motor dalam grup Mesin Tua Custom Bandung di media sosial grup Facebook, menganalisis hukum perjanjian islam pada praktik jual beli motor dalam grup Mesin Tua Custom Bandung di media sosial grup Facebook, dan menganalisis pembatalan akad menurut hukum islam pada jual beli motor dalam grup Mesin Tua Custom Bandung di media sosial grup Facebook. Metode penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian ini. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa jual beli motor custom tidak sesuai dengan syara karena syarat dalam rukun tersebut tidak terpenuhi.

Abstract

MSMEs have long promoted a major contribution to the national economy. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused MSME to suffer a decline resulting in a direct effect on the economy in Indonesia. This study analyzes the influence of self-efficacy and Sharia financial literacy on MSMEs performance. The inclusion of a variable of self-efficacy is a novelty of this study. This study highlights self-efficacy and Sharia financial literacy as independent variables and business performance as the dependent variable, with the focus of research on MSMEs. The research method used is quantitative associative. Respondents from 100 MSMEs were selected using saturation sampling. Multiple linear regression was performed using IBM SPSS Statistic software. The results prove that self-efficacy and Sharia financial literacy have a simultaneous and partial positive effect on MSMEs performance.

Abstract

Abstract. One of the phenomena that occurs in the Garut Regency area is the sale and purchase transaction of sacrificial animal skins, the transaction made is a transaction between the qurban committee and a leather tanning company. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the commercialization of sacrificial animal skins in Pt. Garut Makmur Perkasa, to analyze the muamalah fiqh review of the Commercialization of qurban animal skins.The research method used qualitative empirical approach. Data collection techniques, observation, and interviews.The results of the study show that the sale and purchase of the skins of sacrificial animals is prohibited if the person carrying out the transaction is the person making the sacrifice. Muamalah fiqh analysis of the commercialization of Sacrificial animal skins at Pt Garut Makmur Perkasa is in accordance with the pillars and terms of sale and purchase. Sale and purchase transaction of sacrificial animal skins at Pt. Garut Makmur Perkasa is carried out between the production staff and the local qurban committee. Abstrak. Salah satu fenomena yang sering terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Garut adalah transaksi jual beli kulit hewan qurban, transaksi yang dilakukan merupakan transaksi antara panitia qurban dan perusahaan penyamakan kulit. Tujuan Penlitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana Komersialisai kulit hewan qurban di Pt. Garut Makmur Perkasa, untuk menganalisis tinjauan fiqih muamalah terhadap proses Komersialisai kulit hewan qurban.Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif pendekatan empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jual beli kulit hewan qurban hukumnya terlarang apabila yang melaksanakan transaksi tersebut adalah orang yang berkurban. Analisis fiqih muamalah terhadap komersialisasi kulit hewan qurban pada Pt Garut Makmur perkasa sudah sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat jual beli. Transaksi jual beli kulit hewan qurban pada Pt. Garut Makmur Perkasa terjadi antara staff produksi dan panitia qurban setempat.

The development of the Islamic banking industry has made the Indonesian banking world more global, Islamic banks have prioritized cooperatives whose benefits can be obtained through a profit sharing system that has been agreed upon between the customer and the bank. The marketing strategy is carried out by Islamic banks to increase brand image to the public. There are still several reasons that influence consumer considerations so they want to join as customers of Islamic banks. One of them comes from the marketing strategy carried out by Islamic banks through the marketing mix strategy.The research method used is qualitative grounded theory approach. Data collection techniques interviews, questionnaire and literature studies. Data analysis technique Qualitative descriptive analysis technique. This research was conducted in July two thousand twenty-two to October two thousand twenty-two. The results of the study showthat the Marketing Strategy of Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Africa in building a Brand Image, for the choice of strategic techniques for Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Africa is the Conglomerate diversification Strategy which means adding new products and marketing them to new markets that are not related to thecurrent one. Abstrak. Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah membuat dunia perbankan Indonesia menjadi lebih global, bank syariah lebih mengutamakan kooperatif yang keuntungannya bisa didapatkan melalui sistem bagi hasil yang sudah disepakati antara nasabah dengan pihak bank. Strategi Pemasaran dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah untuk meningkatkan brand image kepada masyarakat. Masih terdapat beberapa alasan yang berpengaruh terhadap pertimbangan konsumen supaya mau bergabung menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Salah satunya berasal dari strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bank syariah melalui strategi bauran pemasaran. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif pendekatan grounded theory.Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data Teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juli 2022 sampai dengan bulan oktober 2022. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Pemasaran Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Afrikadalam membangun Brand Image, untuk pilihan teknik strategis Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Afrika adalah Strategi diversification Conglomerate yang berarti penambahan produk baru dan dipasarkan pada pasar baru yang tidak terkait dengan yang ada saat ini.

Abstract. Buying and selling with Campaka tree objects carried out by the community in Cigugur Village, Subang Regency has become an inherent tradition. However, in practice, the delivery of the object of goods is submitted a few months after the contract/transaction is made. This has the potential to cause uncertainty in the condition of the object in the form of a Campaka tree in terms of size and quality. Based on these problems, the focus of the study aims to determine the implementation of the sale and purchase contract of Campaka trees carried out by the people of Cigugur Village, Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency, and to find out the review of Islamic law on the implementation of the sale and purchase contract of Campaka trees carried out by the people of Cigugur Village, Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency. The research method used is qualitative analysis through a case study approach by analyzing the practice of buying and selling Campaka trees carried out by the people of Cigugur Village, Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency and then reviewed according to Islamic law both from the madiyah aspect and the adabiyah aspect. The results showed that the practice of buying and selling Campaka trees carried out by the people of Cigugur Village, Pusakajaya District, Subang Regency had an element of a relationship that was not mutually beneficial between the seller and the buyer, and the implementation of buying and selling with Campaka tree objects in Cigugur Village, Subang Regency according to Islamic law was illegal. Abstrak. Jual beli dengan objek pohon Campaka yang dilakukan masyarakat di Desa Cigugur Kabupaten Subang sudah menjadi tradisi yang melekat. Akan tetapi pada pelaksanaannya, penyerahan objek barang diserahkan beberapa bulan setelah akad/transaksi dilakukan. Hal ini berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakpastian kondisi objek barang berupa pohon Campaka dari segi ukuran dan kualitas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka fokus penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan akad jual beli pohon Campaka yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Cigugur Kecamatan Pusakajaya Kabupaten Subang, dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan akad jual beli jual beli pohon Campaka yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Cigugur Kecamatan Pusakajaya Kabupaten Subang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif melalui pendekatan studi kasus dengan melakukan analisis praktik jual beli pohon Campaka yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Cigugur Kecamatan Pusakajaya Kabupaten Subang kemudian ditinjau menurut hukum Islam baik dari aspek madiyah maupun aspek adabiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Praktik jual beli pohon Campaka yang dilakukan masyarakat Desa Cigugur Kecamatan Pusakajaya Kabupaten Subang memiliki unsur hubungan yang tidak saling menguntungkan antara pihak penjual maupun pembeli, dan pelaksanaan jual beli dengan objek pohon Campaka di Desa Cigugur Kabupaten Subang menurut hukum Islam adalah tidak sah.

The results of the study show that the Marketing Strategy of Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Africa in building a Brand Image, for the choice of strategic techniques for Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Africa is the Conglomerate diversification Strategy which means adding new products and marketing them to new markets that are not related to the current one. Abstrak. Perkembangan industri perbankan syariah membuat dunia perbankan Indonesia menjadi lebih global, bank syariah lebih mengutamakan kooperatif yang keuntungannya bisa didapatkan melalui sistem bagi hasil yang sudah disepakati antara nasabah dengan pihak bank. Strategi Pemasaran dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah untuk meningkatkan brand image kepada masyarakat. Masih terdapat beberapa alasan yang berpengaruh terhadap pertimbangan konsumen supaya mau bergabung menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Salah satunya berasal dari strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh bank syariah melalui strategi bauran pemasaran. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif pendekatan grounded theory. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, kuesioner dan studi literatur. Teknik analisis data Teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juli 2022 sampai dengan bulan oktober 2022. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Pemasaran Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Afrika dalam membangun Brand Image, untuk pilihan teknik strategis Bank BSI KC Bandung Asia Afrika adalah Strategi diversification Conglomerate yang berarti penambahan produk baru dan dipasarkan pada pasar baru yang tidak terkait dengan yang ada saat ini.
