The objectives of the research were to know and to analyze the influence of religious value and commitment application to work ethos and their impact to human resources quality in the Government City of Tasikmalaya. The research method used survey method. The data gathering used questionnaires and library study. The population in this research was 8984 Civil Servants in the Government City of Tasikmalaya. The sample of this research used proportional random sampling. By using path analysis, the study found that religious values, commitment, and work ethos have a significant impact to work quality. Simultaneously, religious value, commitment and work ethos have a significant impact to work quality, so the hypothesis was verified.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran Pada Industri Tahu di Sentra Industri Tahu Kota Banjar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 pengusaha tahu di sentra industri tahu Kota Banjar. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sensus dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Secara simultan orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar dan inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran.  Kata Kunci : Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar, Inovasi Produk, Kinerja Pemasaran

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER) and non performing loan (NPL) to stock returns of issuers of Indonesia Stock Exchange banking subsector. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study as many as 43 issuers Indonesia Stock Exchange banking subsector but who qualified samples only 7 emiten. Technique of collecting data is done through secondary data that is financial report of emiten become sample. While to analyze the data obtained used path analysis. The results showed that DER and NPL have a very strong effect on stock return that is equal to 81,4%. Based on the path analysis of the effect of DER on ROA of 50.5% and the effect of NPL to ROA of 30.9%.

The creative industry is the focus of government to boost economic growth in recent decades. Creative industry is the utilization of talent, ideas, and creativity in generating creativity and creative power of individuals. Craft creative industry (kriya) sub-sector as a typical product of Tasikmalaya become focus of the researcher. The population of workers in the creative industries is dominated by high school graduates. It's interesting to measure the added value and productivity. This study aims to measure the contribution and influence of value added human capital (VAHU) on emplyee productivity (EP). VAHU is one component of the value added inlellectual coefficient (VAIC) Method developed by Pulic. The study focuses on VAHU because the research sphere is related to the workforce. The results of the study are expected to help creative industry entrepreneurs and decision makers to make policies related to a competent labor supplyprogram. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with primary and secondary data. Documentation is taken from company reports recorded in the industry and trade offices in Tasikmalaya for the last six years. Random sampling includes the creative industries of embroidery craft, footwear, furniture, batik, and mendong (wicker). The results showed that the footwear craft industry reached the highest VAHU and the lowest mendong industry. The highest EP is seen in the embroidery industry and the lowest furniture industry. While compliance between variables in this study showed that VAHU no significant effect on EP.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sikap, motivasi dan kemampuan pekerja pengumpul Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan teknik survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini petugas pajak di Banjar. Teknik sampling secara sensus sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sikap pengumpul pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak. Motivasi pengumpul pajak positif berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pemungutan pajak. Kemampuan pengumpul pajak tanah dan bangunan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas pemungutan pajak properti. Efektivitas pengumpulan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan dengan skor tinggi pada indikator tingkat pendapatan yang masuk kategori baik. Ini berarti efektivitas pengumpulan pajak dipengaruhi oleh indikator tingkat pendapatan. Efektivitas pengumpulan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh sikap, motivasi, dan kemampuan untuk mengumpulkan dan mengumpulkan penagih pajak. Berarti semakin baik sikap, motivasi dan kemampuan penagih pajak tanah dan bangunan, maka efektifitas pemungutan pajak atas tanah dan bangunan akan lebih efektifThe problems of this study are as follows: How does the attitude, motivation and the ability of workers collectors on the effectiveness of tax collection on land and buildings. This study will be conducted using descriptive analysis method with survey techniques. The population in this study is the tax collector clerk in Banjar. Census sampling technique as many as 50 people. The results showed Attitudes property tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. Motivation property tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. The ability of land and building tax collector positive influence on the effectiveness of property tax collection. The effectiveness of tax collection on land and buildings with high scores on indicators of income levels that are in either category. This means that the effectiveness of tax collection is influenced by income level indicator. The effectiveness of tax collection on land and building positively influenced by attitudes, motivation and the ability to land and building tax collector. Means the better the attitude, motivation and the ability of land and building tax collector, then the effectiveness of tax collection on land and building will be more effective.

Achievement of KUA performance in Cilacap Regency has not met expectations. These conditions can be improved and need to be evaluated and research on the quality of human resources so that policies taken in the future can improve the performance of employees and minimize factors that can reduce employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The method used is path analysis, which is to get the picture, relationship pattern and influence of research variables that have been determined. The result showed that organizational culture had a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Leadership positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Organizational culture and leadership have a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 75.7%. Organizational culture and leadership through a positive effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction of 85.2%.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari pada informasi akuntansi dan ketidakpastian tugas terhadap kinerja manajerial di PDAM Tirta Anom Banjar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deasin deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer berupa angket. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan analisis koefisien korelasi produk moment, koefisien determinasi, dan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui variabel moderasi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informasi akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PDAM Tirta Anom Kota Banjar, ketidakpastian tugas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PDAM Tirta Anom Kota Banjar, dan Informasi akuntansi dan ketidakpastian tugas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PDAM Tirta Anom Kota Banjar. Secara empiris dan hasil analisis variabel ketidakpastian tugas dapat memoderasi kinerja manajerial.Implikasi dari penelitian ini bagi manajer dan dewan pengawas dalam perusahaan, disarankan agar mampu merumuskan dan mengevaluasi kembali job description setiap karyawan sehingga ketidakpastian tugas dapat diminimalisir.

At this time, competition in the business world is getting tighter, no exception with the embroidery industry. In order to survive in the middle of the competition, they must have the right marketing communication strategy. Marketing communication plays a very important role for marketers. Without communication, consumers and society as a whole will not know the existence of products in the market. This research aims to analyze the integrated marketing communication model in shaping brand equity and business performance in the embroidery industry in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is descriptive causality, by creating a description or description systematically, factually and accurately about the fact or nature of the object and interpreting the relationship between the phenomena investigated. The population of this research is the owner of the embroidery industry in Tasikmalaya of 949 people, sampling in this study is using accidental sampling method obtained 150 people. The results showed that partially and simultaneously direct marketing, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and advertising on purchasing decisions and impact on business performance. Market attractiveness in addition to influencing purchasing decisions is also very potential to increase market share and growth of a company's business performance.

The agricultural sector still plays an important role at both the national and regional levels, but that role tends to decrease in line with the increase in per capita income reflecting a process of structural transformation. This decrease is due to the interaction of various processes that work on the demand side, supply and activity shifts. This research aims to analyze the determinant of the selection of offline marketing models of agricultural products in the agropolitan city of Banjar West Java. This research is categorized as explanatory research which is a study that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The Inference Statitic method used in the analysis of this research data is the path of analysis. Based on the results of research shows that the most influential factor on offline marketing selection is affordability that there are still consumers who have not yet reached information technology, then is trust, booster promotion, doubt and Competition.

The issue of disabilities is an always hot topic to be discussed not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. This is because groups with disabilities are a minority group whose fulfillment of their rights by the State often go unnoticed. Various efforts have been made by the central and local governments so that every element of society can be empowered in accordance with existing rules, but those efforts do not run smoothly, so that every program that aims to empower the community, as if it becomes a program that is normatively able to be treated with minimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the empowerment of people with disabilities through the establishment of joint ventures and entrepreneurship training in Banjar City. The research method used is causality by analyzing the relationship between the phenomena examined. The population of this study is disability in Banjar City of 139 people and the determination of samples is carried out in a census. The results showed that the formation of joint ventures and entrepreneurial training can empower people with disabilities, in this case people with disabilities have business and income.
