Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisis dampak Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui sumber data sekunder, seperti laporan keuangan perusahaan dan studi pustaka. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah 25 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sensus, sementara analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, EPS tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan PER dan DPR memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara keseluruhan, terdapat pengaruh simultan dari Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram influencers and Islamic branding on company reputation and consumer purchase decisions. In the digital age, companies increasingly rely on influencers to build reputation and influence consumer purchase decisions, while value-based branding, especially rooted in religious principles, is becoming more popular, particularly among Muslim consumers. This research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 92 Rabbani product consumers. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that Instagram influencers have a significant impact on company reputation, which in turn affects consumer purchase decisions. Islamic branding also proves to enhance company reputation, especially among Muslim consumers, which ultimately drives purchase decisions. Additionally, company reputation acts as a mediator in the relationship between Instagram influencers and purchase decisions, as well as between Islamic branding and purchase decisions. These findings indicate that companies can leverage influencers and Islamic branding to build a strong reputation and increase sales. The implications of this research highlight the importance of companies selecting the right influencers and incorporating religious values into their branding to attract consumers.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life such as the social, economic, cultural, health and political sectors. For this reason, the government has resolved the Covid-19 pandemic problem by issuing innovations in the form of a mass Covid-19 vaccination program. But unfortunately there is community resistance to the implementation of the program. The aim of this research is to provide an analysis of people's rejection of the Covid-19 vaccine. Research uses the theory of innovation diffusion. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with a constructivism perspective paradigm, the respondents are the people of Depok city. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that there are 4 main elements that influence each other so that they can help increase the speed of innovation spread and adoption. The results of the study can be concluded that innovation in the form of Covid-19 vaccination can be effective by using the right communication channels and involving public figures, so that the messages conveyed are in accordance with the values that exist in society. The spread of innovation and adoption can go well because of the right public communication strategy. Based on the findings of this study, the authors recommend that the government be able to produce effective communication policies to reduce public resistance to the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh populasi yaitu 30 karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis, berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Disiplin kerja yang tercermin dari konsistensi dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan juga terbukti berdampak positif. Selain itu, motivasi kerja muncul sebagai faktor paling dominan yang mendorong karyawan untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang optimal. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi manajerial yang berfokus pada penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, penerapan kedisiplinan, serta penguatan motivasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kebijakan organisasi yang secara berkelanjutan mendukung suasana kerja yang positif, membangun budaya disiplin, dan memelihara semangat kerja karyawan guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan

Abstract

Purpose: The impetus for this study lies in the pressing need for telecommunication companies to adapt to the rapidly evolving technological landscape and regulatory environment to maintain competitiveness and meet increasing consumer demands. Method: This study conducted a comprehensive analysis using SWOT analysis, Qualitative Data Analysis, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the best course of action. Results: This study navigates through the initial stages of identifying the strategic, operational, and financial implications of PT. XYZ Frequency Migration. It delves into the background of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) technology, the significance of the 3.3 GHz and 10 GHz bands in telecommunications, and the broader context of industry trends necessitating this shift. Methodologically, this research integrates SWOT, stakeholder, qualitative data analysis (QDA), and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to provide a holistic understanding of the complexities of migration. Conclusions: The migration of PT. XYZ from the 3.3 GHz to the 10 GHz band represents a strategic move to enhance broadband capacity, service quality, and market competitiveness. Through a holistic evaluation using SWOT, stakeholder input, qualitative data, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the initiative is shown to be both viable and forward-looking despite its complexity. Success hinges on PT. XYZ's ability to synchronize technological upgrades with regulatory compliance, financial prudence, and stakeholder engagement. Limitations: This study is limited by its reliance on qualitative assessments and structured decision-making tools that may not fully capture dynamic market or regulatory shifts. Additionally, the scope did not include real-time performance data post-migration, which could further validate the strategic assumptions. Contributions: This study contributes to the academic and practical understanding of network migration within the telecommunications sector, offering nuanced insights into the complexities of transitioning to higher frequency bands.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of agile work culture on digital marketing performance at Shopee Indonesia, with employee digital competence as a mediator and transformational leadership as a moderator. Using a quantitative approach with explanatory design, data were collected from 237 Shopee Indonesia employees through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal that agile work culture positively and significantly influences digital marketing performance (β = 0.487, p < 0.05). Employee digital competence proves to function as a partial mediator in this relationship with a significant indirect effect (β = 0.209, p < 0.001). Transformational leadership positively and significantly moderates the relationship between agile work culture and digital marketing performance (β = 0.198, p < 0.05). The mediated moderation analysis reveals that the indirect effect of agile work culture on digital marketing performance through digital competence increases with higher levels of transformational leadership (from 0.153 at low levels to 0.287 at high levels). These findings provide strategic implications for e-commerce companies in optimizing digital marketing performance through the integration of agile culture, development of digital competence, and implementation of transformational leadership style

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) on Sustainable Food Agricultural Land Management was implemented in three sub-districts of Tangerang Regency with a participation rate of 96.67%. This program employed interactive extension methods, including presentations, case studies, simulations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and direct land verification and validation activities involving farmers and local government officials. The program successfully increased participants' understanding of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) concepts by 43.6%. Through field verification of 210 locations, it was found that 82.9% still function as productive agricultural land, 10.9% are threatened by land conversion, and 6.2% have been converted to non-agricultural uses. Economic factors (68.7%) were the main drivers of land conversion, followed by farmer regeneration issues (57.3%) and inadequate infrastructure (42.1%). The program formed 9 LP2B guardian groups and encouraged 43 farmers to register their land as LP2B. Policy recommendations include accelerating LP2B designation, developing economic incentive schemes, rehabilitating agricultural infrastructure, and integrating verification data to improve the accuracy of policy-making

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan buat membentuk fakta empiris / model yang dapat menjelaskan mengenai Pengaruh Kompetensi Pegawai, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Manajemen Pemilu terhadap Kinerja Penyelenggara Pemilu. Pengujian penelitian ini memakai metode ekspalanatif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode survai eksplanatoris, yaitu penelitian melalui pembuktian untuk menguji hipotesis hasil penelitian naratif menggunakan suatu perhitungan statistik sebagai akibatnya menghasilakn sebuah pembuktian berupa hipotesis diterima atau ditolak. di penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan penelitian di Badan Adhock Panitia Pemugutan Kecamatan (PPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji F kompetensi pegawai, komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen pemilu secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Penyelenggara Pemilu. hasil uji ini membagikan Kompetensi pegawai, komunikasi interpersonal serta manajemen pemilu berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyelenggara Pemilu. Hal tersebut dapat ditinjau berasal nilai koefisien determinasi akibat pengujian yang memberikan bahwa kinerja penyelenggara Pemilu KPU dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi pegawai, komunikasi interpersonal dan manajemen pemilu. Sedangkan penyebab lain sebagai epsilon dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Friday Prayer is a mandatory act of worship that holds both spiritual and social significance for Muslims, particularly for men. However, in practice, there are still phenomena of low discipline in performing Friday Prayer among market employees and traders due to the intensity of economic activities. This study aims to describe the level of Islamic understanding among market employees, to examine the discipline of Friday Prayer observance, and to analyze the influence of Islamic understanding on such discipline. The research method used is quantitative correlational with a sample of 50 employees of Banjar City Market selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the help of SPSS through prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, and heteroscedasticity) as well as the Spearman Rank correlation test. The findings show that employees’ Islamic understanding is in the high category (91.2%), as is their level of discipline in performing Friday Prayer (94%). The Spearman correlation test produced a coefficient value of 0.567 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.01, indicating a positive and significant influence between Islamic understanding and discipline in performing Friday Prayer. Thus, the higher the employees’ Islamic understanding, the more disciplined they are in observing Friday Prayer. These findings support structural functionalism theory, which emphasizes the role of religion in maintaining social order, while also providing practical implications for market management to facilitate religious practices amidst intensive economic activities.

Abstract

The creative industry is the focus of government to boost economic growth in recent decades. Creative industry is the utilization of talent, ideas, and creativity in generating creativity and creative power of individuals. Craft creative industry (kriya) sub-sector as a typical product of Tasikmalaya become focus of the researcher. The population of workers in the creative industries is dominated by high school graduates. It's interesting to measure the added value and productivity. This study aims to measure the contribution and influence of value added human capital (VAHU) on emplyee productivity (EP). VAHU is one component of the value added inlellectual coefficient (VAIC) Method developed by Pulic. The study focuses on VAHU because the research sphere is related to the workforce. The results of the study are expected to help creative industry entrepreneurs and decision makers to make policies related to a competent labor supplyprogram. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with primary and secondary data. Documentation is taken from company reports recorded in the industry and trade offices in Tasikmalaya for the last six years. Random sampling includes the creative industries of embroidery craft, footwear, furniture, batik, and mendong (wicker). The results showed that the footwear craft industry reached the highest VAHU and the lowest mendong industry. The highest EP is seen in the embroidery industry and the lowest furniture industry. While compliance between variables in this study showed that VAHU no significant effect on EP.
