Abstract

Companies that have the ability to pay dividends assumed the community as a profitable company. The instability of the House of Representatives was allegedly the result of the fluctuation of ROE. It is reflected from the average ROE of food and beverage companies listed on the BEI in 2008-2012 shows an increase and decrease (fluctuate). The purpose of this research is to know: how much influence Return on equity (ROE) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at food and beverage sub sector listed on BEI. The research method using verivikatif.Teknik data collection is done through secondary data of financial statements in BEI. The results showed that the Return On Equity (ROE) of food and beverage companies listed on the BEI from 2008 to 2012 generally fluctuate with an average of 17.09%. Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2012 generally berluktuatif with an average of 54.36%. There is a positive influence on Return on Equity (ROE) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at food and beverage companies listed on BEI in the sense that the greater ROE ratio will be followed by the increase of DPR.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know a housing loan, non performing loan and return on asset as well as the influence of housing loan on non performing loan, and to determine the influence of housing loan and non performing loan are either partially or simultaneously on return on asset at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive method analysis with aproach a case study to the PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. The data collected form the primary data and secondary data with analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed that : (1) a housing loan on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. shows the biggest result in the year 2015, non performing loan on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. shows the biggest result in the year 2012 until year 2015 and return on asset on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. shows the biggest result in the year 2010 (2) housing loan significant effect on non performing loan (3) housing laon in partial does effect significant to return on asset, partial non performing loan does not effect significant to return on asset and housing loan and simultaneous non performing loang does effect significant on return on asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the improvement of marketing performance through entrepreneurship training, market research, and product innovation at UMKM in East Priangan West Java Province. The research method used is survey method. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study is MSMEs in East Priangan West Java. Determination of sample using random counted 75 samples and data analysis used was path analysis. The results found that partially entrepreneurial training, market research and product innovation were able to improve marketing performance. Simultaneously entrepreneurship training, market research and product innovation can improve the performance of UMKM marketing in East Priangan of West Java province.

Abstract

Feedback from customers on the quality of services that have been given a reference in evaluating the ability of a Bank in creating customer satisfaction. The research method used in this study was survey method. The data collected by questionair and literature study. The population in this research were the pensions who have credit of pension at Bank Saudara 1906, Tbk branch Tasikmalaya. The determination of sample was based on the analyze variable amount and determined as many as 100 persons. The data analysis used path analysis. The research concluded that service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influented on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously or partial of service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. So the hypothesis is verified.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai Pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Terhadap Kredit Bermasalah pada Bank Umum di Jawa Barat Periode 2012-2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode verifikatif yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari Laporan publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Jawa Barat mengenai Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Laporan publikasi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mengenai Statistik Perbankan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kredit Bermasalah pada Bank Umum di Jawa Barat periode 2012-2017.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai religi dan komitmen terhadap etos kerja dan dampaknya kepada kualitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 8984 Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penentuan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial nilai-nilai religi, komitmen, etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kerja. Secara simultan nilai-nilai religi, komitmen, etos kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas kerja sehingga hipotesis teruji kebenarannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is based on the problems that occur in the Community Empowerment and Family Planning (BPMKB) Tasikmalaya that the effectiveness of work is still low can be seen from the lack of optimizing self potential as in the reporting is not completed on time. This study aims to analyze the influence of attitude, work ethic and commitment to the effectiveness of employment in BPMKB Tasikmalaya District. The method used is quantitative with path analysis, which is to get the picture, relationship pattern and influence of research variables that have been determined. The result of the research shows that there is significant influence of employee attitude, work ethic, and commitment to work effectiveness equal to 0,691 or 69,1% and p-value 0,000 <0,05. Thus the hypothesis accepted that there is influence of employee attitudes, work ethic, and commitment to Work Effectiveness. Based on these conclusions, it is advisable for the leadership to provide sanctions to employees who are not timely in reporting, Employees can provide services to the public and be open to colleagues and bosses about matters relating to the work Keywords: Attitude, Work Ethic, Commitment, Work Effectiveness

Abstract

The implementation of educational and training evaluations (training) on human resources in the educational organization environment is a necessity. The most prominent weakness of resources in the madrasa environment is the managerial competence of the madrasa head which is not supported by adequate educational qualifications and qualified leadership capacity. Another study said the success of a madrasa was an achievement of a madrasa head. The training program for madrasah head candidates with the on the job training method has been officially organized by the Education and Training Center for Education and Technical Personnel training in Education and Religion based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 58 of 201. The results of the study stated that the training program for madrasah head candidates through the on the job training method can be applied and is very good because participants have had good knowledge and skills beforehand which are processed through madrasah leadership practices. Once they follow the training, those skills can be applied and continued. Based on the results of the evaluation through the EVALUATION OF CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) shows that the training program for prospective madrasah heads has a high success rate

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a professional group for employees who work in central government agencies and local governments. ASN performance assessment is conducted to ensure the objectivity of ASN coaching based on the achievement system and career system. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the level of education; competence; work environment; discipline of work; and compensation for the performance of the ASN of the Purbalingga Regency Regional Secretariat. Research methods use quantitative methods. Data retrieval techniques using surveys. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the level of education, competence, work environment, compensation and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) adalah suatu kelompok profesi bagi pegawaiyang bekerja pada instansi pemerintah pusat maupun pemerintah daerah. Penilaian kinerja ASN dilakukan untuk menjamin objektivitas pembinaan ASN yang didasarkan pada sistem prestasi dan sistem karier. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan; kompetensi; lingkungan kerja; disiplin kerja; dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja ASN Sekretariat   Daerah Kabupaten Purbalingga. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan survey. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan, kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, semakin baik kompetensi, semakin baik kondisi lingkungan kerja, dan semakin baik kompensasi yang diterima serta semakin baik disiplin kerja pegawai menyebabkan semakin baik juga kinerja mereka
