Abstract

In the Human Resources Development (HRD) division at PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch, one of the main targets is the fulfillment of personnel. In meeting this target, HRD always opens job vacancies. To manage the number of employees who apply and select employees who are in accordance with the needs and criteria of the client, it takes a long time if you have to look at job applications one by one. In addition, to manage a Temporary Appointment Work Agreement, the employee salary component, and the current employee turn over are still conventionally recorded using Microsoft Excel. So that a system is needed that facilitates, speeds up and facilitates the process of employee accession and human resource management. The system needed is in the form of an Employee Management Information System to meet the needs of PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch, especially for the HRD division. In this study, a method of collecting system needs was used using a combination of techniques in the form of document analysis, brainstorming, and also prototyping. Information System The results of this study in the form of an employee management information system application design which includes employee fulfilment, employee data, and employee turn over at PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch can be used as a reference for PT Regista Bunga Wijaya Surabaya branch to be implemented into a system used as a support for company operations.

Abstract

One of the characteristics that distinguishes Islamic Commercial Banks from conventional banks is the existence of a sharia supervisory board (DPS) at an independent Islamic bank and located parallel to the board of commissioners. DPS, has an important and strategic role in the implementation of sharia in Islamic Banks. DPS is responsible for ensuring that all products and procedures of Islamic Banks comply with sharia principles. This research is entirely a literature review. The purpose of this research is to find out about the role of DPS in Islamic banking. The analytical method used is content analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the DPS is an independent body consisting of muamalah sharia experts who also have knowledge in banking in Islamic financial institutions and are tasked with overseeing the implementation of the decisions of the national sharia board at these sharia financial institutions. DPS has an important and strategic role in the application of sharia principles in sharia banking. DPS is responsible for ensuring that all sharia bank products and procedures comply with sharia principles.

Abstract

The presence of the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) must be at the forefront of initiating community empowerment with the funds collected. The potential of ZIS is at least one of the important assets that has been utilized at least not only for consumptive purposes but zakat is managed productively. One of the Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) is NU CARE LAZISNU which has an important role as a guardian of the development of stability in society. Currently, NU CARE LAZISNU has a special program that focuses on 4 (four) pillars of the program: education, health, disaster and economic development. On this occasion, NU CARE LAZISNU implements productive zakat and is committed to providing assistance in the development, marketing, and improvement of quality and affordable products. This program provides working capital in the form of revolving capital for mustahiq. This research method uses a case study, which is one type of qualitative research with two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the first research, Optimizing the distribution of productive zakat in empowering the economy of the people in LAZISNU East Java, namely maximizing the existence of a system of distributing assistance to the community which is not only consumptive but has also been productive in MSME capital assistance distribution in almost every district/city. Second, the strategy of empowering the people's economy through productive zakat in LAZISNU East Java, namely by using a fundraising program. The first fundraising is driven by a fixed donor coin box, and the second is digital fundraising in collaboration with kitabisa.com.

Abstract

The grocery store business is currently very promising for entrepreneurs who are currently involved in the business economy. This business has many enthusiasts due to its unique concept with customers being free to choose the type of product they sell themselves. If you look at the competitors, there are quite a lot and each shop has its own advantages over the others. One of the differences that can be seen is on the management side, various variations or methods are used to increase productivity from the management side, which include recording existing product stock, calculating expenditure and calculating input. This will be the key to the success of management in carrying out processing because when these things are not done well it will result in the emergence of new problems. Therefore, the service activities carried out at the Bu Riya grocery store are to help with these problems using an approach method that includes planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The stages that have been carried out in planning are able to create a plan to resolve problems in stall management such as recording and the flow of money in and out. After that, the implementation method itself is implemented, namely by implementing what has been identified by creating a management application solution. From the entire series of activities carried out, a new management process was obtained by digitizing several aspects such as recording product stock and managing the flow of cash in and out. The digitalization that has been implemented is based on Android and significant results have been obtained, namely that operational shop management is able to use it well.

Abstract

PT Sahabat Sakinah senter is a service provider providing smart solutions, especially focusing on clearing in non-performing assets.  We are committed to using information technology and algorithms to provide customers with quality non-performing asset collection strategies and resource pooling, as well as providing one-stop post-loan solutions. Our community service was carried out at PT Sahabat Sakina Center, a company engaged in billing customers who make online loans, where this company only accepts billing services.  With the information system development training at PT Sahabat Sakinah Senter, it could modernizes its database and office systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengembangan Sistem Notifikasi dan Rekap Penggunaan Data Internet Pada Aplikasi MyIM3 di PT. Indosat Ooredoo”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan pencapaian standar kualitas pelayanan di PT.Indosat Oredooo,Tbk. Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah notifikasi dan rekap penggunaan data pada aplikasi MyIM3. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Yaitu dengan melakukan analisis terkait problem yang terjadi dengan aplikasi MyIM3. Dari hasil analisis tersebut beberapa temuan terkait MyIM3 ditemukan diantaranya tidak adanya sistem notifikasi yang ada dalam aplikasi yang langsung terkoneksi dengan perangkat pengguna, tidak adanya rekap penggunaan data yang terekam dalam aplikasi sehingga saat paket data pengguna telah habis atau melewati masa tenggang tidak dapat menginformasikan kepada pengguna. Pengguna yang awam akan kesulitan untuk mengetahui rekap penggunaan datanya apabila dalam perangkat yang dimiliki tidak mendukung untuk melihat hasil rekap data tersebut.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi  menjadi kebutuhan yang semakin penting dalam dunia  bisnis. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini  adalah penerapan pendataan dan belanja online, atau perdagangan elektronik. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pendataan produk dan penjualan berbagai produk secara online, serta dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat, terutama bagi usaha kecil dan menengah yang sering bergelut dengan pendataan dan penjualan produk online. Kecamatan Banyu Urip Surabaya merupakan daerah yang banyak terdapat UMKM, namun sebagian besar UMKM menggunakan cara tradisional dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan menjual produk secara online, terutama menjual berbagai jenis kue. Hal ini tentu saja menyulitkan pendataan dan penjualan produk  kue yang berbeda-beda serta memakan waktu yang lama. Sehubungan dengan itu perlu dilaksanakan suatu layanan publik bertajuk “Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Pendataan dan Penjualan Kue untuk UMKM di Kelurahan Banyu Urip Kota Surabaya” dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan informasi dan meningkatkan pemanfaatannya. teknologi dalam dunia usaha khususnya bagi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Layanan ini menggabungkan pendataan dan sistem informasi penjualan kue sehingga UMKM yang berada di Desa Banyu Urip Surabaya dapat memfasilitasi event penjualan berbagai produk kue. Selain itu, layanan ini memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM di Kelurahan Banyu Urip Surabaya dalam menggunakan sistem informasi pendataan dan penjualan kue agar  dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik dan maksimal. Dengan bantuan layanan tersebut, UMKM di daerah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi acara penjualan berbagai produk kue serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan di daerah.

Abstract

Aplikasi laundry telah menjadi inovasi yang signifikan dalam industri jasa cuci dan pakaian. Kegiatan yang dilakukan ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi laundry WashApp bagi pemilik usaha laundry di RT 6 RW 6 Kelurahan Banyu Urip Kota Surabaya. Dalam era digital ini, aplikasi laundry memberikan kemudahan, efisiensi, dan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan kepada pemilik laundry menjadi esensial dalam memastikan penggunaannya optimal. Pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan aplikasi WashApp, navigasi, pemahaman tentang fitur-fitur yang ada, dan bagaimana menggunakannya dalam operasi sehari-hari. Selain itu, pelatihan juga membahas manajemen pesanan, pelacakan pengiriman, dan pemecahan masalah umum yang mungkin muncul saat menggunakan aplikasi laundry. Dengan pelatihan yang baik, pemilik usaha laundry di RT 6 RW 6 Kelurahan Banyu Urip dan pegawainya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, meningkatkan layanan kepada pelanggan, dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan aplikasi laundry WashApp untuk pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini adalah langkah kunci dalam menjembatani kesenjangan teknologi dan memanfaatkan potensi penuh aplikasi laundry dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan pelanggan. Sehingga ke depannya, pemilik laundry di lingkungan RT 6 RW 6 Banyu Urip bisa mendapatkan pelanggan yang banyak.

Abstract

Logistics companies contribute significantly to economic growth and play an important role in global supply chains. Profitability is the main indicator of business success. The profit forecasting model helps managers improve financial performance efficiently and effectively. This research optimizes the financial performance of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk by forecasting net profit using the linear regression method. Financial data from 2018 to 2023 was collected from the IDX website. Simulation analysis using Python shows that the independent variables in linear regression have a significant effect on the profitability of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk. The regression coefficient shows the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Linear regression models can predict profitability based on the variables considered. The aim of this research is so that PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk can carry out better financial planning and decisions based on accurate predictions. This research contributes to improving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company's business strategy, which has a positive impact on profitability and long-term growth. Overall, the application of the linear regression method in forecasting, with an RMSE value of 0.0645, is an effective tool for PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk to optimize financial performance amidst complex business competition.

Abstract

His study aimed to describe the correlation between matter Geometry Build Flat in school with OSN material Mathematics at Junior Secondary Level. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this research is primary data secondary data. Primary data is the result of OSN problem solving tests mathematics students of SMPN 32 Surabaya and secondary data referred to in this ppenelitian is OSN Mathematics Test Bank district / city level in 2015. The aim of this study to analyze the suitability of the material geometry on matters Olympics SK and KD mathematics curriculum in 2013. Based on data analysis, for OSN math question bank, there are 6 questions of 25 questions that there is a matter of waking up flat geometry. From the analysis to the six questions OSN Mathematics Geometry Flat material was found that from about the existing 6, 5 question does not comply with the existing KD while the first question in accordance with KD in 2013. Based on the type of curriculum about five questions included in nonroutine matter while 1 question belong to a routine matter. Based on the linkage problem, almost the entire matter related to some of the concepts that students are expected to link the concept that there is thus obtained the expected solution.
