Abstract

This research is a Mixed Methods research with a concurrent triangulation research design, The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the picture of the arrangement of school laboratory governance after the application of student laboratory work (AKLAM) of the Physics Education study program UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas ”; 2) To find out the description of the use of school laboratories after the application of student laboratory work (AKLAM) of the Physics Education study program UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas"; 3) To find out what contributions have been obtained by the school after the implementation of the Student Laboratory Work Application (AKLAM) of the physics education study program of UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Takalar and Bulukumba areas". Thefocus of this research is one Madrasah Aliyah and one junior high school usingquestionnaires in the form of checklist sheets and interview sheets, the results of the analysis obtained are: 1) for post-AKLAM governance there are two schools that are still sufficient in accordance with school laboratory standards and there is one school that is no longer in accordance with school laboratory standards; 2) for utilization post-AKLAM laboratory, namely the use of the laboratory as a practicum place is still maintained; 3) for the contribution obtained by each post-AKLAM school is very positive

Abstract

This study is a Meta-Analysis study that aims to investigate the impact of Local Wisdom-Based Physics Learning on student learning outcomes at the SMA/MA level, to determine the impact of local wisdom-based learning on learning outcomes in physics learning based on class and based on subject matter. The type of research used is Meta Analysis, with the population used being all articles on the use of local wisdom-based physics learning and a research sample of 17 articles consisting of 13 national journals and 4 international journals using scientific articles that have been published through Google Scholar in 2013-2023 with predetermined criteria. The research instrument uses a coding sheet (data coding) and information on each research report in digital form, namely in Microsoft Excel, then analyzed using OpenMEE software. Based on the research conducted, it was obtained: (1) Local wisdom-based Physics Learning has a significant impact on student learning outcomes at the SMA/MA level with a Het value. P-Value <0.001, the impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes is in the very large category with an average effect size of 2,558; (2) The impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes for each class level at the SMA/MA level is significantly different, with an estimated effect size of class XI of 3,611, the highest compared to other levels, so that local wisdom-based physics learning is more effective if applied to class XI; (3) The impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes based on subject matter is significantly different, with the highest estimated effect size for temperature material of 11,610 in the very large category compared to other materials. So that local wisdom-based physics learning is more effective when applied to temperature material. Local wisdom-based physics learning can be an option to be integrated into learning to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 13 Makassar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu the matching-only post test control group design dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas X di SMAN 13 Makassar. Instrumen penelitan meliputi tes hasil belajar, angket kepercayaan diri dan modul ajar. Analisis data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji mann-whitney. Hasil deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa baik kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol level kepercayaan diri peserta didik rata-rata berada pada kategori baik dan untuk hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh data hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-whitnayy U yaitu nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)=0,00. Nilai sig. (2-tailed) atau p-value lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif type think pair share terhadap self efficacy dan hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas X SMAN 13 Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan capaian hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang dibelajarkan melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan pendekatan berdiferensiasi, menggambarkan hasil belajar peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional, serta mengkaji perbedaan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok pada materi usaha dan energi di kelas XI SMAN 14 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan Matching Only Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Kelas XI.1 ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen, sedangkan kelas XI.3 berperan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 25 soal yang telah melalui proses validasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen mencapai 78,22 dengan kategori tinggi, sementara kelas kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 72,74 dengan kategori sedang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test menghasilkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,039 yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar fisika antara peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model PBL berbasis pendekatan berdiferensiasi dan peserta didik yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya interaksi antara metode pembelajaran (guided inquiry dan konvensional) dengan pengetahuan operasi dasar matematika (tinggi dan rendah) dalam pencapaian hasil belajar pemahaman konsep fisika pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah factorial design dengan rancangan penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar angkatan 2013 yang memprogramkan mata kuliah Fisika Dasar berjumlah 128 orang yang terbagi atas 4 kelas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang terdiri atas dua kelas yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep fisika yang signifikan antara: (1) mahasiswa yang mengikuti praktikum dengan metode guided inquiry dan secara konvensional; (2) mahasiswa yang memiliki pengetahuan operasi dasar matematika yang tinggi dan rendah; (3) mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan operasi dasar matematika tinggi yang mengikuti praktikum dengan metode guided inquiry dan secara konvensional; (4) mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan operasi dasar matematika rendah yang mengikuti praktikum dengan metode guided inquiry dan secara konvensional; dan (5) tidak ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran (guided inquiry dan konvensional) dengan pengetahuan operasi dasar matematika (tinggi dan rendah) dalam pencapaian hasil belajar pemahaman konsep fisika pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika UIN Alauddin Makassar.Kata Kunci: Metode Guided Inquiry; Pengetahuan Operasi Dasar Matematika; Pemahaman Konsep Fisika.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Zener Follower circuit as a linear voltage regulator under varying input voltage (Vin) conditions, using a configuration where the load resistor (RL) is greater than the series resistor (RS). The experiment was conducted at the Electronics Laboratory of Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar using basic components such as a Zener diode, an NPN transistor, and two resistors. The observed variables included Vin, Zener voltage (Vz), output voltage (Vout), and source current (Is). Measurement results showed that Vout remained relatively stable, with only a slight drop due to the base-emitter voltage (VBE) of the transistor. The deviation between the actual Vout and the theoretical value (Vz – VBE) ranged from 1% to 7%, indicating that the system maintained acceptable stability within laboratory experiment tolerances. The source current increased proportionally with the Vin, confirming that the system operates according to basic electrical principles. These findings suggest that the Zener Follower configuration is effective as a simple voltage regulator in educational applications and laboratory practice. The addition of features such as output filter capacitors or a Darlington configuration is recommended for improved accuracy and system stability in future studies

Abstract

This research was motivated by the persistent gap in assessing students’ conceptual understanding, particularly on the topic of temperature and heat. Although the PDEODE learning model has been widely reported to improve learning outcomes, many previous studies have not examined indicators of conceptual understanding in depth or compared them comprehensively with conventional learning approaches. Therefore, this study aims to determine the differences in students’ understanding of physics concepts between those taught using the PDEODE model and those taught using conventional methods in grade XI at SMAN 10 Bone. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach, specifically the Matching Only Posttest Control Group Design. The sample consisted of two classes selected through a two-step matching sampling technique, namely the experimental class and the control class. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 validated items. Data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis test used was the Mann-Whitney test, which resulted in an Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.049, indicating that the p-value is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The findings revealed that the average conceptual understanding score of students in the experimental class was 68.12 (good category), while the control class scored 59.79 (moderate category). These results indicate that students taught using the PDEODE model demonstrated higher conceptual understanding. Therefore, it can be concluded that the PDEODE learning model positively influences students’ understanding of physics concepts.
