Abstract

Rekap Data Apotek Semoga Lekas Sembuh atau yang disebut sebagai REDASELESE adalah suatu sistem yang dirancang untuk keperluan pengelolaan data stok obat pada Apotek Semoga Lekas Sembuh. REDASELESE berguna untuk mengelola pencatatan stok obat di dalam lingkup Apotek SLS. Dengan begitu, setiap datanya akan selalu menerima keadaan up to date antara pihak admin, customer serta pemilik Apotek SLS tersebut. Pada penelitian ini kami akan menjelaskan lebih detail mengenai sistem informasi yang kami buat dengan menggunakan Iconix Process Method.

Abstract

Darah merupakan komponen yang vital dalam tubuh manusia. Kurangnya jumlah darah pada tubuh akan memengaruhi kerja dari organ lain. Oleh karena itu, PMI berperan aktif dalam menyediakan kebutuhan stok darah nasional. Untuk memastikan bahwa darah yang diterima oleh resipien aman dan berkualitas baik, maka perlu dilakukan klasifikasi calon pendonor darah potensial. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa algoritma Decision Tree dalam proses klasifikasi data. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah CART, C4.5, dan Random Forest. Hasil perbandingan dari tiga algoritma menunjukkan bahwa Random Forest memiliki nilai terbaik dibandingkan algoritma lainnya. Algoritma Random Forest mendapatkan akurasi dengan nilai 97% dan AUC ROC dengan nilai 99%. Oleh karena itu, algoritma Random Forest diimplementasikan dalam sistem klasifikasi calon pendonor darah potensial berbasis web. Hasil uji validasi sistem menunjukkan akurasi dengan angka 97%.

Abstract

Penerapan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) pada aplikasi sistem informasi pelayanan masyarakat Surabaya, “MySurabaya,” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan publik di Kota Surabaya. Metode OOAD digunakan untuk merancang sistem yang berbasis objek yang dapat menggambarkan berbagai elemen dalam sistem pelayanan, seperti pengguna , permintaan berbagai layanan, dan status permohonan. Melalui pendekatan ini, analisis dan desain sistem difokuskan pada pemodelan objek-objek yang saling berinteraksi dan memiliki atribut serta perilaku yang jelas. Dengan menggunakan use case, Activity, sequence dan class diagram perancangan desain aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan alur dan mempermudah akses informasi bagi masyarakat. Aplikasi “MySurabaya” dirancang untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengajukan layanan publik, melacak status permohonan, dan memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan, sehingga mendukung terciptanya pelayanan yang lebih transparan dan responsif. Penerapan OOAD dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan sistem yang lebih fleksibel, mudah dipelihara, dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi digital dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi penting adalah penerapan sistem e-Rapor yang menggantikan pencatatan manual nilai siswa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi potensi kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem e-Rapor berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel dengan pendekatan Agile Development. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua iterasi, dimana iterasi pertama fokus pada pengelolaan data dasar, input nilai, dan presensi, sedangkan iterasi kedua menambahkan fitur ekspor–impor data serta penyempurnaan hasil review iterasi pertama. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-Rapor ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi akademik secara terpusat dan dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengoptimalkan proses pengelolaan nilai siswa. The advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including education. One significant innovation is the implementation of the e-Report system, which replaces the manual recording of student grades, thereby improving efficiency and reducing the potential for errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-Report system using the Laravel framework with an Agile Development approach. The research was conducted in two iterations, where the first iteration focused on managing basic data, inputting grades, and attendance, while the second iteration added data export-import features and refinements based on the review of the first iteration. Testing was carried out using the black-box testing method to ensure that all functions worked according to the specified requirements and specifications. The results of the study indicate that the e-Report system can enhance the efficiency of centralized academic administration management and serve as a solution in optimizing the management of student grades.

Abstract

The performance monitoring website at Pegadaian Regional Office XII Surabaya played an important role in supporting evaluation activities; however, its suboptimal interface caused issues in usability, limited information access, and required manual coordination among staff. This study was conducted to redesign the user interface and user experience of the website in order to improve usability and user satisfaction. The research applied a practical approach using the Lean User Experience method, which emphasized iterative development through assumption formulation, prototyping, experimentation, and feedback analysis. The subjects of this study included staff from Business Analysis and Performance Evaluation, Distribution and Service Networks, as well as Marketing and Sales, who served as the primary users of the system. The initial design of the website received a System Usability Scale score of 43.5, which was categorized as unacceptable. After the redesign, the score significantly increased to 80, categorized as A-, indicating a very good level of usability. Furthermore, the results of the User Experience Questionnaire showed positive improvements in all dimensions, including attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. This study concluded that the redesign successfully enhanced usability and user experience, making the system more effective in supporting performance monitoring and decision-making within Pegadaian.

Abstract

Choosing the most suitable day-old chick (DOC) broiler chicken supplier is currently one of the most important issues that must be addressed. This is because selecting the most suitable supplier can reduce the amount spent on purchases and the risk of sick chickens being delivered by the supplier. Another problem related to supplier selection that has been happening so far is the quality of products that are not following company standards or rejected products. The number of products provided does not match what was ordered by the company. The decision support system (DSS) can evaluate and select suppliers using multi-criteria characteristics related to the solutions offered based on parameters quality, price, delivery, supplier certificates, and death claims after the chickens have been delivered. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods are used in this study as a comparison to produce the best-recommended accuracy value to get the best decision results based on ranking. The test results state that the AHP and SAW methods go well. The test was carried out using a dataset of the last ten months of history of purchasing docs broiler chicken from suppliers. The comparison of the results of the F1-score value between the AHP and SAW methods is 94% and 87%, respectively. The results state that the AHP method is superior as a system recommendation that can produce the best alternative supplier.
