Abstract

Lontar Usada Rare is a traditional Balinese manuscript containing pediatric medical knowledge based on local wisdom, yet its narrative format limits accessibility and utilization in modern contexts, while its physical fragility threatens long-term preservation. This study aims to develop a pediatric disease classification model using a Support Vector Machine (SVM) combined with Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting to support the digitalization of Balinese traditional medicine. A total of 422 data samples were collected through expert interviews and manuscript analysis, covering symptoms, disease types, herbal ingredients, and treatment procedures. The research stages included text preprocessing (cleansing, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming), manual labeling into 35 disease classes, and model evaluation using five train–test split ratios (80:20 to 60:40) with variations of the complexity parameter C (0.5, 1, 10, 100, 1000). The best performance was achieved using C=10 with an 80:20 ratio, resulting in 87.06% accuracy, 91.55% precision, 87.06% recall, and an F1-score of 87.96%. Confusion matrix analysis showed strong classification performance for most classes, although minority classes with overlapping symptoms exhibited misclassification. Overall, the TF-IDF and linear SVM combination effectively classifies pediatric disease symptoms from Lontar Usada Rare and contributes to the preservation and digital transformation of Balinese traditional medical knowledge for potential modern healthcare applications.

Abstract

Indonesia's strategic food commodities, particularly rice and corn, exhibit strong seasonal fluctuations and irregular production shocks driven by climate anomalies and policy changes, generating nonlinear time-series patterns that conventional statistical models often fail to capture. This study evaluates the forecasting capability of the standard Chen Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) model for dual-commodity agricultural data under varying seasonal and anomaly conditions. Monthly production data from January 2021 to March 2025 from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) were processed through a complete FTS pipeline: universe-of-discourse construction, triangular membership function design, fuzzification, FLR and FLRG formation, and midpoint-based defuzzification. Forecast accuracy was assessed using MAE, MSE, RMSE, MAPE, and R², with residual distribution analysis, Shapiro-Wilk tests, and scatter plots conducted to validate model stability. The model achieved high precision with overall MAPE of 4.37% for rice and 8.12% for corn, both classified as Highly Accurate. Monthly accuracy revealed consistent stability during May-December, while transitional months (January-March) showed greater variability due to extreme anomalies such as the January 2024 production collapse. Residual analysis confirmed near-normal error distribution for rice (p = 0.062) and mild deviation for corn (p = 0.031), while scatter plots demonstrated strong linear relationships (Rice R² = 0.9876; Corn R² = 0.9654). The findings establish Chen's FTS as a transparent and operationally reliable baseline method for national food production forecasting, although its sensitivity to structural breaks highlights the need for future hybridization with climate and policy indicators.

Abstract

Information and communication technology is considered important by users, one of its goals is to seek information and communicate remotely through social media. Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on users, either it positive or negative perceptions. Currently, Tiktok social media become most popular application. This research was conducted to find the ratios that will be used to systematically show the performance of the Tiktok account. This study uses an exploratory method to find the variables contained in the Tiktok account. These variables will be compared so as to find the relevant ratios to show the performance of a Tiktok account. The results of this study is that the tiktok account has 7 variables and find then 17 ratios that can be used to assess, measure and compare the credibility of a Tiktok account.

Abstract

Digital ethics involve moral principles and values that govern behavior individuals and groups in digital environments. Digital ethics involves deep responsibility disseminate accurate information, maintain the quality of online communication and interaction, and awareness of the social and environmental impact of the use of digital technology. This study uses a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach to study ethics and challenges of citizenship in cyberspace from a moral and legal perspective. Through data analysis, found several important digital ethical concepts in dealing with challenges in cyberspace, such as responsibility in disseminating information, privacy protection and data security, digital awareness, respect for freedom of expression, verification information, and respect intellectual property rights. From a moral and legal perspective, comprehensive regulation is needed to regulate the use of digital technology, enforcement effective law against digital ethics violations, legal education and awareness, and development of online communication ethics. Challenges of citizenship faced in the world cyber through a moral and legal perspective including the spread of harmful content, respect to privacy and data, cyberbullying behavior, and use of inappropriate language. Legal regulation, protection against cyber crime, and a balance between freedoms speaking and legal boundaries are also challenges that need to be overcome.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the concept of ethics in cyberspace and analyze crimes that occur in cyberspace related to data usage. This research is a type of empirical normative research using diagnostic and prescriptive method approaches. The analysis shows that the first circulation of data contained in cyberspace has the potential for crime because it can be used without the permission of the owner of the data and the acquisition of that data can be done through various methods with an internet connection. Second, the digital data contained in one's gadget will never be safe as long as the data is connected to the internet. Therefore, the community must have an awareness of the digital data they have by not carelessly storing confidential data in their gadgets respectively

Abstract

Bendega is one of the cultural heritage of Balinese ancestors is a social organization whose existence has begun to decrease. This existence is closely related to their rights and obligations as part of the main community members in the coastal areas of Bali. This study aims to determine the rights and obligations of fishermen based on applicable regulations and to find out whether these rights and obligations have gone in harmony. This study used the normative-empirical legal research method. Normatively, this study is done through literature studies and empirically conducted by distributing random questionnaires to several fishermen in Bali. Based on the analysis, the results of this study showed that some fishermen have never read Local Government Regulations of Bali Number 11 year 2017 about Bendega. Some of them feel the right to catch fish is a result of business activities in other sectors. The effectiveness of legislation has not been running optimally. The community, especially the fishermen, need re-socialization related to their knowledge of Local Government Regulations of Bali Number 11 year 2017 about Bendega, so that they can find out more about their rights and obligations as Bendega.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital UMKM Raya Honey Sibetan, sebuah usaha madu milik penyandang tuli di Desa Sibetan, Karangasem, Bali. Fokus kegiatan adalah pemanfaatan strategis pemasaran berbasis Shopee Affiliate, dengan pendekatan produksi konten video promosi yang sesuai dengan standar marketplace. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis proyek dengan lima tahapan: sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta keberlanjutan program. Tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan intensif dalam pembuatan satu video promosi berdurasi 1 menit dengan format vertikal (1080x1920 piksel), yang kemudian diunggah melalui fitur Shopee Affiliate. Teknik analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan data performa akun marketplace sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kunjungan halaman produk dari rata-rata 3 menjadi 20 kunjungan per minggu setelah video dipublikasikan melalui tautan afiliasi. Mitra juga menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam mengelola akun Shopee dan memahami strategi pemasaran berbasis afiliasi secara mandiri. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pemanfaatan Shopee Affiliate merupakan strategi promosi digital yang efektif, efisien, dan inklusif untuk pelaku UMKM dengan keterbatasan komunikasi verbal. Ke depan, keberlanjutan program diarahkan pada peningkatan frekuensi produksi video, penguatan jejaring afiliasi, serta pendampingan lanjutan dalam pengelolaan kampanye digital agar strategi ini dapat diadopsi secara luas oleh UMKM serupa.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are evolving into digital entities that manage critical assets, including sensitive personal data and academic records. However, many universities in Indonesia still lack a structured and legally compliant approach to information security, leaving them vulnerable to cyber threats such as defacement attacks and data breaches. This paper proposes a conceptual model for a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) specifically designed for academic environments. The model integrates international standards ISO/IEC 27001 for Information Security Management Systems and ISO/IEC 27035 for incident handling, with proactive threat detection using honeypot technology. The framework consists of four layers: governance, operational procedures, technology infrastructure, and legal compliance. Designed using a systems-thinking approach and validated through expert review, the model addresses institutional readiness and outlines a roadmap for phased implementation. It aims to support early threat detection, structured response workflows, and digital forensic readiness in alignment with Indonesian cybersecurity law. This honeypot-integrated CSIRT model contributes a strategic reference for universities seeking to enhance their security capabilities in a sustainable and lawful manner.

Abstract

The illicit trafficking and historically wrongful removal of cultural property continue to undermine heritage protection and repatriation. Focusing on Indonesia, this article examines how blockchain and knowledge graphs might improve the integrity, traceability, and contextual organization of provenance information without treating technological immutability as proof of factual truth. It applies doctrinal analysis to Indonesian cultural-heritage and electronic-evidence law and critically assesses documented technical projects. The analysis finds that blockchain may help demonstrate whether a record has been altered after authorized entry, while knowledge graphs may connect heterogeneous sources and reveal relationships requiring further investigation. Neither tool independently establishes ownership, authenticity, or admissibility. Their evidentiary value depends on source authentication, identifiable and competent contributors, documented validation procedures, audit trails, mechanism for contestation , and compliance with Indonesian procedural law. A permissioned pilot linked to, but not legally equated with, the Cultural Heritage Register is therefore proposed for testing. The article contributes a conditional legal-technical model and identifies regulatory, institutional, financial, and data-governance issues that require empirical evaluation before national or cross-border deployment.
