Abstract

Abstract. Identity is a person's assessment and understanding of himself, both as an individual and as part of a certain group. It is important to introduce identity so that children can understand that they are creatures of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala and all natural phenomena are part of His power. In addition, through the introduction of this individual identity, children also learn to know themselves, their surroundings, and how to interact socially so that they can properly respect themselves, others, and diversity. The independent curriculum is a suitable curriculum implemented in early childhood to improve identity, because it contains an independent curriculum structure, where this independent curriculum has three elements, one of which is identity. Persis Tarogong Kindergarten is one of the schools that has implemented an independent curriculum in its learning. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in improving early childhood identity. This study uses qualitative research methods and data generated through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that with an independent curriculum, children's identity increases not only in terms of identity but other aspects also increase, this is because children not only carry out and complete projects, but children also contribute to giving ideas and ideas about what activities children want in the project to be held. So that children are able to express their ideas into something real and also children will carry out activities according to their wishes and interests. These things will certainly improve aspects of development in children, one of which is identity. Abstrak. Jati diri merupakan penilaian dan pemahaman seseorang mengenai dirinya, baik sebagai pribadi maupun sebagai bagian dari kelompok tertentu. Penting untuk mengenalkan jati diri agar anak dapat memahami bahwa mereka adalah makhluk ciptaan Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala dan segala fenomena alam merupakan bagian dari kuasa-Nya. Selain itu, melalui pengenalan jati diri individu ini, anak-anak juga belajar mengenal diri sendiri, lingkungan sekitar, dan cara berinteraksi sosial sehingga mereka bisa menghargai diri sendiri, orang lain, serta keberagaman dengan baik. Kurikulum merdeka merupkan kurikulum yang cocok diimplementasikan pada anak usia dini untuk meningkatkan jati diri, dikarenakan didalamnya terdapat stuktur kurikulum merdeka, dimana kurikulum merdeka ini memiliki tiga elemen salah satunya Jati diri. TK Persis Tarogong merupakan salah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka pada pembelajarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implemetasikurikulum merdeka belajar dlaam meningkatkan jati diri anak usia din dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan data yang dihasilkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya kurikulum merdeka, jati diri anak menjadi meningkat tidak hanya aspek jati diri saja melainkan aspek-aspek lainnya pun ikut meningkat, hal ini dikarenakan anak-anak tidak hanya melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan projek, tetapi anak juga ikut andil dalam memberikan ide dan gagasan tentang kegiatan apa saja yang diinginkan anak dalam projek yang akan diadakan tersebut. Sehingga anak-anak mampu mengeluarkan idenya menjadi sesuatu yang nyata dan juga anak akan melakukan kegiatan sesuai keinginan dan minatnya, Halhal tersebut tentunya akan meningkatkan aspek-aspek perkembangan pada anak salah satunya jati diri

Abstract

Abstract. The spoken language used by humans, including children, to communicate is called speaking. Because in this way the family environment has a very important role in cultivating national character for children and the younger generation. Basically, the environment is very influential on the development of children's behavior, one of which is the ability to speak politely. Research ”The Role of the Environment on Language Politeness in Children Aged 4-5 Years” Research entitled “The role of the environment on language politeness in children aged 4-5 years” was conducted using interview guide techniques, observation guidelines and documentation. Based on the observations that the researchers found, harsh words that children often utter are not only factors from the community environment, but from how parents educate children, what series children often watch, and so on. Causes of children using harsh language Consistency in educating and teaching children, researchers found factors that cause children to speak rudely where parents are not consistent in educating and teaching children. Abstrak. bahasa lisan yang digunakan oleh manusia termasuk anak-anak untuk berkomunikasi disebut dengan bicara. Sebab dengan cara ini lingkungan keluarga memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pembudayaan karakter bangsa bagi anak dan generasi muda. Pada dasarnya lingkungan sangat berpegaruh terhadap perkembangan perilaku anak salah satunya kemampuan berbahasa santun. Penelitian Peran Lingkungan Terhadap Kesantunan Berbahasa pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun» Penelitian dengan judul Peran lingkungan terhadap kesantunan berbahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang peneliti temukan, kata kasar yang sering diucapkan anak bukan hanya faktor dari lingkungan masyarakat saja, melainkan dari bagaimana cara orang tua dalam mendidik anak, serial apa saja yang sering anak tonton, dan lainnya. Penyebab anak berbahasa kasar Konsistensi dalam mendidik dan mengajar anak-anak, peneliti menemukan faktor penyebab anak berbahasa kasar yang dimana orang tua tidak konsisten dalam mendidik dan mengajar anak.

Abstract

Abstract. Marriage at a young age burdens girls with responsibilities that adults should do and that girls are not ready to do. Parents who marry early tend to have low education and lack knowledge about parenting, which can have an impact on children's development. The aim of this research is to analyze the parenting patterns of parents who marry early and their relationship to child development. The research results show that the parenting patterns of parents who marry early vary in supporting every aspect of children's development. Parenting tendencies that emerge include moral and religious development, parenting patterns that are applied include democratic, permissive, authoritarian and neglectful parenting patterns. In physical-motor development, the parenting style applied by parents is a tendency towards democratic and permissive parenting. In social-emotional development, the parenting patterns that are applied are tendencies towards authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting patterns. In language development, the parenting patterns applied by parents tend to be democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting patterns. Meanwhile, aspects of child development as a whole show good development and are in accordance with the level of achievement of the child's development, but there are several aspects that still require further attention to support more optimal development. Abstrak. Pernikahan pada usia muda membebani anak perempuan dengan tanggung jawab yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh orang dewasa dan belum siap untuk dilakukan oleh anak perempuan. Orang tua yang menikah dini cenderung berpendidikan rendah dan kurang dalam memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengasuhan, sehingga dapat berdampak pada perkembangan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pola asuh orang tua yang menikah dini dan kaitannya terhadap perkembangan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua yang menikah dini berbeda-beda dalam mendukung setiap aspek perkembangan anak. Kecenderungan pola asuh yang muncul diantaranya yaitu dalam perkembangan moral dan agama pola asuh yang diterapkan meliputi pola asuh demokratis, permisif, otoriter dan pengabaian. Pada perkembangan fisik-motorik pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua yaitu adanya kecenderungan pada pola asuh demokratis dan permisif. Pada perkembangan sosial-emosional pola asuh yang diterapkan yaitu adanya kecenderungan pola asuh otoriter, demokratis dan permisif. Pada perkembangan bahasa, pola asuh yang diterapkan orang tua memiliki kecenderungan pada pola asuh demokratis, otoriter, dan permisif. Sedangkan untuk aspek perkembangan anak secara keseluruhan menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik dan sesuai dengan tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak, namun terdapat beberapa aspek yang masih memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut untuk mendukung perkembangan yang lebih optimal

Abstract

Abstract. This research is based on the existence of obstacles in improving language skills in early childhood. These obstacles are in the form of: there are some children who cannot answer questions with complaints, there are some children who still find it difficult to express what they want, there are some children who find it difficult to use simple sentences. The type of research used by the researcher is PTK research or classroom research to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. The researcher used a random sampling technique to determine the research sample. The population used was 15 children and the sample in this study was children in the BTK Telkom Buah Batu class. The instruments used are cheklis with the assessment categories of undeveloped (BB), starting to develop (MB), developing according to expectations (BSH), developing very well (BSB). The data collection technique is through observation. The researcher used the P. test. Based on the research that the author has conducted 4 times, it consists of: observation (pretest) without being given treatment and after being given treatment with 3 cycles. The results were obtained that before being given treatment to children, the child's language proficiency before being given treatment was 21.4% and after receiving treatment in cycles 1, 2, and 3 through the role-playing method, the average children's ability increased to 88.1%. This proves that the role-playing method can improve language skills in early childhood. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanyakendala dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini. Kendala tersebut berupa: adanya sebagian anak yang belum bisa menjawab pertanyaan dengan komples, adanya sebagian anak yang masih sulit menungungkapkan apa yang diiginkannya, adanya sebagian anak sulit enyusun kalimat sederhana. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah penelitian PTK atau penelitian kelas guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian. Populasi yang digunakan 15 orang anak dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak di kelas BTK Telkom Buah Batu. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu cheklis dengan kategori penilaian belum berkembang (BB), mulai berkembang (MB), berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH), berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu melalui observasi. Peneliti menggunakan uji P. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan sebanyak 4 kali terdiri dari :observasi(pretest) tanpa diberikan perlakuan dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan 3 siklus. Diperoleh hasil bahwa sebelum diberikan perlakuan kepada anak kemampaun bahasa anak sebelum diberikan perlakuan sebesar 21,4 % dan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan di siklus 1,2,dan 3 melalui metode bermain peran didapatkan rata-rata kemampuan anak meningkat menjadi 88,1%%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwasanya metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

When a disaster occurs, students are the most vulnerable to the effects, especially if the disaster occurs while the children are at school. With the large number of potential disasters that occur, disaster education is very important to do early on, and this is done by equipping early childhood teachers about disaster education and managing disaster-safe schools. In the end, education and management of disaster-safe schools can be conveyed to children through play activities according to the principles of learning for early childhood. Efforts to provide disaster education from an early age is an important and fundamental action that is not only an act of curriculum development or enrichment alone, but is also a preventive action for the life of every child in dealing with this phenomenon in the future, so that when faced with real events every child has optimal readiness to deal with it.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between students' views on bullying at one of the school in Lembang and their understanding of morals towards others. The background of this research is the problem of bullying in schools, especially verbal bullying. Students' sense of superiority was found to be the main source of bullying behavior. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Fifty students at one of the school in Lembang filled out the questionnaire used to collect data. The findings of this research show the influence of moral knowledge on students' perceptions of bullying. With a standard deviation of 2.804, the mean (average) of students' moral knowledge is 38.66. The following categories make up the moral knowledge category: very good (43 and above), good (40–42), quite good (37–39), poor (34–36), and very poor (33 and below). Only 7% of students really understand morals; 10% are good; 17% are excellent; 16% are less; and 0% are very less. Meanwhile, students' attitudes towards bullying have an average score of 42.76, which is in the quite good category. This research found that students with higher moral knowledge tend to have more positive attitudes towards bullying and engage in bullying less often. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara pandangan siswa terhadap bullying di salah satu sekolah di Lembang dengan pemahaman akhlak terhadap sesama. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah permasalahan bullying di sekolah, khususnya bullying verbal. Rasa superioritas siswa ditemukan menjadi sumber utama perilaku bullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lima puluh siswa di salah satu sekolah di Lembang mengisi kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh pengetahuan akhlak terhadap persepsi siswa terhadap bullying. Dengan standar deviasi sebesar 2,804 maka mean (rata-rata) pengetahuan moral siswa sebesar 38,66. Kategori-kategori berikut ini membentuk kategori pengetahuan akhlak: sangat baik (43 ke atas), baik (40–42), cukup baik (37–39), kurang (34–36), dan sangat kurang (33 ke bawah). Hanya 7% siswa yang sangat paham moral; 10% bagus; 17% sangat baik; 16% adalah kurang; dan 0% sangat kurang. Sedangkan, sikap siswa terhadap bullying memiliki nilai rata-rata 42,76 yang berada dalam kategori cukup baik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa siswa dengan pengetahuan akhlak yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki sikap yang lebih positif terhadap bullying dan lebih jarang melakukan tindakan bullying.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses serta hasil pembelajaran menggunakan metode bercerita menggunakan buku pilar karakter untuk dapat meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik disalah satu Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 8 anak. Indikator perilaku prososial yang diteliti adalah dermawan, jujur, menolong dan bekerja sama. Metode yang digunakan  dalam penelitian ini adalah action research dengan jenis penelitian collaborative action research dan menggunakan model kemmis & Mc Taggart. Temuan penelitian secara deskriptif kuantitatif, menggambarkan persentase perilaku prososial peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari 54,01% menjadi 62,05% pada siklus I dan mengalami peningkatan kembali pada siklus II menjadi 76,33%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses pengembangan perilaku prososial pada anak dapat berkembang melalui metode bercerita menggunakan buku pilar karakter. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to describe the process and results of learning using the storytelling method using the character pillar book to be able to improve the prosocial behavior of students in one kindergarten in Bandung Wetan District with research subjects totaling 8 children. The indicators of prosocial behavior studied are generous, honest, helpful and cooperative. The method used in this research is action research with the type of collaborative action research and using the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. The research findings are descriptively quantitative, describing the percentage of students' prosocial behavior has increased from 54.01% to 62.05% in cycle I and has increased again in cycle II to 76.33%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that in the process of developing prosocial behavior in children can develop through storytelling methods using character pillar books.

Abstract

Abstract. Film as a learning medium plays a crucial role in shaping the character and moral values of its viewers. This study aims to analyze the implications of moral education in the film My Idiot Brother for children with special needs using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The film illustrates how interactions within a family that includes a child with special needs can serve as a means of moral education for all family members and the surrounding community. The research employs a qualitative approach with semiotic analysis as the primary method. Data were collected through film observation and analyzed based on Barthes' theories of denotation, connotation, and myth. This study identifies various forms of moral education depicted in the film, including morality towards God (hablum minallah), morality towards fellow humans (hablum minannas), and morality towards oneself (hablum minannafs). Furthermore, the study finds that moral education methods such as habituation, role modeling, advice, as well as reward and punishment, are evident in the interactions among the characters in the film. Keywords: Moral education, film, children with special needs. Abstrak. Film sebagai media pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai moral bagi penontonnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi pendidikan dalam film My Idiot Brother terhadap anak berkebutuhan khsusus menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes. Film ini menggambarkan bagaimana interaksi dalam keluarga yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran akhlak bagi setiap anggota keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis semiotika. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi film dan dianalisis berdasarkan teori denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos yang dikembangkan oleh Barthes. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk pendidikan akhlak dalam film, termasuk akhlak terhadap Allah (hablum minallah), akhlak terhadap sesama manusia (hablum minannas), dan akhlak terhadap diri sendiri (hablum minannafs). Selain itu, metode pendidikan akhlak seperti pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat, serta hukuman dan reward juga ditemukan dalam interaksi antar tokoh dalam film ini. Kata Kunci: pendidikan akhlak, film, anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Parents of young children are in a dilemma, on the one hand encouraging their children to use digital media for educational and social purposes. On the other hand, parents try to minimize risks and control the possible negative impacts of digital media use on them. Parental mediation is a parenting strategy to reduce the negative effects of media on children. This study aims to describe the phenomenon of digital parenting in relation to the influence of parents' knowledge and attitudes on parental mediation in digital parenting. To this end, a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method was employed. The population of this study comprises parents with children aged 0–7 years residing in Bandung City. A multistage random sampling technique was used to select the sample. A total of 407 parents of children aged 0–7 years participated as respondents in this study. The respondents' characteristics varied widely in terms of age, education level, occupation, and residence. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, distributed via Google Forms. The results indicate that parents' tendency to mediate their children's interactions with online media falls into the moderate category. Parents' knowledge of digital parenting is not yet comprehensive and has not significantly impacted the practice of parental mediation. A significant effect of knowledge on parental mediation was found, mediated by attitudes.

Abstract

Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia encounter ongoing obstacles in securing formal education for their children. These barriers stem primarily from unresolved citizenship status and insufficient documentation. While Community Learning Centers (CLCs) offer basic education for children aged eight and above, early childhood development support remains inadequate. Limited parental knowledge and mothers' demanding work schedules further compound these challenges. This community service program aims to strengthen parenting skills among migrant worker parents, empowering them to better support their children's development. The initiative encompasses structured parenting workshops and play-based learning sessions designed to enhance parent-child interactions while fostering children's self-confidence and learning motivation. The program's primary beneficiaries are migrant worker parents and their children enrolled at the Gombak Utara Community Learning Center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The intervention employs the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, emphasizing active community participation and collaborative problem-solving. Findings demonstrate enhanced maternal understanding of quality parenting practices through nurturing interactions, play activities, supportive home learning environments, appropriate parenting approaches, and Islamic values integration. Participants exhibited notable shifts in parenting attitudes, evidenced by heightened awareness in evaluating their previously employed parenting methods.
