Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam membangun generasi unggul, terutama dalam konteks ekonomi kreatif yang tengah berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana inovasi pendidikan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, dengan fokus pada penerapan ekonomi kreatif di sektor pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber yang terkait dengan inovasi pendidikan dan ekonomi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pendidikan, termasuk kurikulum berbasis ekonomi kreatif, dapat memperkenalkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan baru yang dibutuhkan oleh generasi muda untuk berkecimpung dalam ekonomi digital dan industri kreatif. Selain itu, dukungan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menyiapkan generasi yang adaptif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengintegrasikan ekonomi kreatif ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan dan meningkatkan kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan dan sektor industri untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung inovasi dan kewirausahaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi omzet dan pendapatan UMKM pasca renovasi Wisata Banyubiru, Kecamatan Winongan, Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan omzet sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 53 pelaku UMKM yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pengunjung dan modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap omzet, sedangkan pemanfaatan media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun, peningkatan jumlah pengunjung tidak secara otomatis meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM secara langsung. Pendapatan UMKM secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh modal usaha dan omzet, sementara jumlah pengunjung dan pemanfaatan media sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara faktor yang mendorong peningkatan omzet dan faktor yang secara langsung meningkatkan pendapatan. Dengan demikian, ramainya kunjungan wisatawan belum menjadi jaminan peningkatan pendapatan UMKM karena keberhasilan ekonomi bergantung pada kemampuan pelaku usaha mengonversi arus pengunjung menjadi omzet. Secara konseptual, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan aktivitas wisata tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan pendapatan UMKM.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high rate of early marriage in Pamatan Village, which is a serious social issue and impacts the quality of life of the younger generation. This phenomenon is thought to be influenced by various social factors, including parental education level (X₁), family economic status (X₂), and school dropout rate (X₃). The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of these three independent variables on the decision to marry early (Y). This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, where the researcher does not intervene on the variables, but rather analyzes the relationships that have occurred. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely teenagers or families with a history of early marriage. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously the variables of parental education, economic status, and school dropout rate have a significant influence on the decision to marry early with a calculated F value of 139.302 which is greater than the F table of 2.699 and a significance value of 0.001. Partially, only economic status (X₂) and school dropout rate (X₃) significantly influence the decision to marry early, while parental education (X₁) does not have a significant influence. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.807 indicates that 80.7% of the variation in the decision to marry early can be explained by these three variables. This finding underscores the importance of efforts to improve education and empower family economics as a preventive measure to reduce the rate of early marriage among adolescents in the village.

Abstract

Background/ purpose: Learning evaluation is an important component in the education process because it serves to understand the extent to which students comprehend the material they have learned. However, conventional evaluation methods are often still general and have not been able to accommodate differences in students' abilities, learning styles, and individual needs. This presents a particular challenge, especially for non-formal educational institutions that have students with diverse backgrounds. Rumah Pintar Cahaya in Jember Regency, as a non-formal educational institution, plays a role in providing learning access for the community with various levels of academic ability. The diversity of students' backgrounds requires a more flexible and responsive evaluation system. Therefore, the implementation of IA in learning comprehension evaluation becomes relevant to examine. IA has the potential to provide quick feedback, analyze students' learning difficulties, and helping educators design more targeted learning strategies. Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to examine in depth the role of evaluating students' learning comprehension using AI in Rumah Belajar in Jember Regency. The research subjects were determined purposively based on the evaluation of learning comprehension using AI, meeting the criteria of being a community-based school and providing services to students at Rumah Belajar Cahaya in Jember Regency. The research informants consist of the founders/managers as well as the students of Rumah Belajar Cahaya in Jember Regency. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to capture authentic experiences, learning practices, and the conditions of school administration comprehensively. Findings: The implementation of AI makes the assessment process more efficient and systematic. AI-based systems can process evaluation results automatically, reducing the time needed to assess students' understanding. AI provides deeper understanding analysis. Evaluations not only produce final scores but also map out areas of the material that students have not yet mastered. There is an increase in student participation in the evaluation process. The use of technology in assessments encourages students to be more active and enthusiastic because they receive immediate feedback. AI helps accommodate differences in learning abilities. The system can adjust the difficulty level of questions and provide learning recommendations according to each student's needs. The workload of educators in the assessment process is reduced. With an automated system, educators can focus more on guidance and reinforcement of the material. Technical obstacles in implementation are still encountered The challenges that arise include limitations in technological facilities and the digital skills of some users. Overall, the implementation of AI contributes positively to the quality of learning assessment. This system supports a more accurate and data-driven learning decision-making process. Solution: Optimization of Supporting Facilities and Infrastructure Institutions need to strengthen learning technology facilities, both in terms of the availability of devices and the quality of internet networks, to support the sustainable implementation of AI-based evaluation systems. Enhancement of Digital Competence for Educators and Learners Capacity-building programs through technical training and regular mentoring are necessary so that all parties involved have adequate understanding in utilizing AI as a learning evaluation tool. Development of Contextual AI-Based Evaluation Models The AI systems used should be designed according to the characteristics of learners in non-formal education settings, so they can accommodate differences in ability levels and learning backgrounds. Implementation of Integrated Evaluation The use of AI in evaluation should be combined with other assessment methods, such as observation and qualitative assessment, to obtain a comprehensive understanding of Students more comprehensively. The implementation of Periodic Monitoring and Reflection on the evaluation of IA system effectiveness needs to be carried out periodically to ensure alignment between learning objectives and the results achieved, as well as serving as a basis for system improvement. Strengthening Ethical and Data Security Aspects. The implementation of IA must consider data protection principles and responsible use of technology, so as not to pose a risk of misuse of student information. Development of Strategic Partnerships. Collaboration with higher education institutions or technology developers can be a strategic step in improving the quality and sustainability of IA-based evaluation systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how financial literacy and the frequency of use of financial technology (fintech) services affect the financial management patterns of students in the Economics Education Study Program at Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. The digitalization era has changed the way students manage their finances, which now combine traditional financial understanding with the implementation of digital technology innovations. This research uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach, involving respondents selected through random stratification to ensure balanced representation. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire instrument, while data analysis applies a multiple linear regression model. Empirical results prove that financial literacy and fintech utilization both have a significant and positive impact on students' financial management patterns. Together, these two factors can explain most of the variation in respondents' financial behavior. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating fundamental financial knowledge with the ability to adapt to digital technology as a foundation for forming effective financial management competencies in the modern era. In terms of implementation, the results of this study suggest strengthening the economics education curriculum that includes learning digital financial literacy and the use of fintech services that are wise and ethical.
