Abstract

Wet shoes that are not dried immediately can lead to the growth of bacteria and fungi that can potentially damage the shoes and cause health problems in the user. Therefore, an effective and efficient shoe dryer is needed. This research aims to design and develop a monitoring and control system for shoe dryers based on the Internet of Things (IoT) that can be operated remotely through a web-based application or mobile device. The system consists of several main components, namely humidity and temperature sensors, microcontrollers, wireless communication modules, and heating elements. Humidity and temperature sensors are used to detect the condition of the shoe and the surrounding environment, while the microcontroller is in charge of processing the data and regulating the operation of the heating element as needed. With the wireless communication module, users can monitor and control the drying process in real-time through an application connected to the internet.

Abstract

The increasing waste problem requires innovative solutions that are efficient and sustainable. This study aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT) based garbage cleaning robot that can be monitored and controlled remotely. This system is designed by utilizing a microcontroller as the main brain, sensors to detect the presence of garbage, and an IoT-based communication module that allows monitoring and control of the robot via mobile devices or the web. Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out, this study shows that the use of ESP8266 in the RC Trans Robot motor control with the Blynk application has succeeded in significantly increasing system efficiency. The system successfully responds to user input via a mobile application and can control the movement of the robot in real-time. The performance of the robot system controlled via a WiFi network shows good stability in various test scenarios. The robot can operate effectively within a distance that matches the range of the WiFi network, with fast control response and reliable communication.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic Fever/Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an acute febrile disease that can cause death and is caused by four serotypes of viruses of the genus Flavivirus, RNA viruses of the Flaviviridae family. Dengue is transmitted to humans mainly by the Aedes aegypti mosquito and the Aedes albopictus mosquito, and is also transmitted by Aedes polynesiensis and several other mosquito species that actively suck blood during the day. After the infective blood is inhaled by the mosquito, the virus enters the mosquito's salivary glands and multiplies to become infective within 8-10 days, which is called the extrinsic incubation period. Dengue cases (dengue hemorrhagic fever) continue to increase every year, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) as much as 3.21% in 2020 of the total world population. In Indonesia, cases reached 16,320, in June 2021, which is still a high number. The number of cases in April was 6,417 cases, this prevalence increased when compared to cases in May 2021 which were 9,903 cases. Due to DHF (Dengue hemorrhagic fever) which increased causing the death rate in May of 98 cases, an increase in June was recorded 147 cases. Therefore, it is necessary to take decisions that can be used to support and assist management in making semi-structured and unstructured decisions. To determine the treatment mitgasi action on dengue hemorrhagic fever quickly and reduce the high risk of contracting dengue fever. Problems in dengue hemorrhagic fever can be solved by using the saw method to determine the handling action quickly. From the tests conducted obtained values ranging from the lowest value to the lowest in the case of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), so based on the acquisition of the highest value of 0.7525 (75.25%) in Alternative 1.

Abstract

Asuransi Jasindo is an insurance company that accepts insurance coverage, both directly and indirectly, with the ownership of 1 series A dwiwarna share owned by the Republic of Indonesia and 424,999 Series B shares owned by PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero). PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia or known as Asuransi Jasindo, has a qualified, long and mature experience in the field of general insurance even since the colonial era. This experience provides its own pioneering value for the existence and growth of Asuransi Jasindo's performance to date, so that it has succeeded in gaining public trust both at home and abroad. PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia has several products and options in choosing which insurance is needed by customers, both agriculture, health, education and many more. Due to the large amount of insurance data, it is difficult for companies to process existing data and information. Therefore the author wants to create an application that can help companies process and classify existing insurance user data to produce information that can make it easier for insurers to provide better service to meet insurance user satisfaction using the K-Means Algorithm method. Of the 1089 data analyzed, the results that were most widely used were insurance data with ages 26-35 years, located in the Medan city sub-district with the type of insurance used, namely Jasindo Micro insurance.

Abstract

Rabbits are mammals of the family leporidae, which can be found anywhere, rabbits are increasingly popular in the community not to be kept alone even to a profitable side business. Raising rabbits is not new anymore, there are several places that sell and buy rabbits that are very interesting. The development of rabbit farming needs to be considered because of the disease in rabbits caused by several factors including ectoparasites that are late to be handled because of the lack of knowledge of rabbit farmers about the initial action before being brought to the animal clinic, and long distances limit farmers in conducting consultations on handling diseases in rabbits. Therefore, the need for a system to diagnose diseases in rabbits by knowing some of the symptoms early, with this system is expected to be an alternative use of technology that can be used to detect rabbit disease early on quickly, precisely, and accurately, so that for the future treatment of rabbit disease sufferers can be handled more quickly by using the certainty factor method that is more accurate in analyzing data quickly in getting the diagnosis of rabbit disease. From the test conducted with the selected symptoms, namely hair loss, scales on the scalp, the scalp looks cracked, then the highest percentage value of the test results with a value of 100% and diagnosed infectious diseases of the scalp.

Abstract

Hoof and mouth disease (FMD) is an infectious disease that affects cloven-hoofed farm animals such as cows, buffaloes, goats, sheep and pigs. The emergence of FMD is caused by a virus called foot and mouth diseases virus (FMVD). The Virus slowly eats away at the hooves and mouths of livestock, making the animals unable to eat and walk. Examination of disease in goats periodically is currently less attention so as to make goats susceptible to disease. This makes it difficult for farmers in the initial handling and do not know what to do in the absence of an expert. The process of disease diagnosis in goats can not be done by just anyone because between the types of diseases with symptoms have uncertainty. Based on these problems, the authors create an expert system that is able to diagnose diseases in goats as is commonly done by an expert using Naive Bayes method that will help livestock groups in diagnosing diseases in goats. The input is in the form of symptoms that occur in the field and the output is the result of diagnosis and treatment advice. From the test results obtained because the conclusion value (P / PMK type Oise (O)) is greater than the value (P|PMK type Asia 1) then the decision is “PMK type Oise (O)” with a value of 0.02.

Abstract

Kebutuhan paket internet akan semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Hal ini membuat perusahaan telekomunikasi seperti telkomsel menghadapi tantangan dalam memprediksi penjualan paket internet. Prediksi yang akurat dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran dan penyediaan paket stok yang efektif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memprediksi penjualan paket internet berdasarkan data penjualan dari PT. Golden Communication di kota Binjai. Preoses penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk membentuk pohon keputusan (Decision Tree) yang menghasilkan perhitungan entropy dan gain dari berbagai variabel seperti Paket, Harga, Masa Aktif dan Terjual. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma C4.5 mampu memprediksi penjualan paket internet menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 94,5 % dengan 200 data pengujian. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penjualan paket internet adalah masa aktif,paket dan harga. Paket dengan masa aktif yang lebih pendek dan harga yang lebih murah cenderung lebih diminati konsumen.

Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome the problems that exist at SDN 053960 MARYKE by utilizing data mining to collect data and then it will be processed using the a priori method with variables contained in the correlation between student behavior and student achievement levels. The a priori algorithm is able to determine min support and confidence in these variables will later show the relationship between student behavior and student achievement levels, so that researchers will get the best best rules and be able to produce the latest information..

Abstract

An abcess is a collection of pus in an indefinite space in the body, an abscess can appear on the surface of the skin and can appear in the tissues of an organ. Abscesses occur due to an infectious process or from parasitic bacteria due to foreign bodies, such as splinters, bullet wounds, needles. Many patients come with complaints of pain, swelling, redness, fever and others. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to take quick action to help reduce and deal with the problem of abscess disease among the community by using the clustering method do that it can help agencies in conducting socialization so that the communinty knows more about the factors that cause abscess disease and how to handle it. From this research courced at tha Binjai estate Health Center which consists of several variables, namely age, type of abscess disease data that often appears, the abscess disease data that often appears after doing the 2 cluster process is with age is 26-35 years, with the type of abscess disease is dental abscess, and the casual factor is not maintaining dental hygiene.

Abstract

The lungs as the only pump for the respiratory system are very important organs for the continuation of life. Diagnosing or checking lung symptoms early can help people recognize the possibility that they are suffering from lung disease, so that treatment or care can be done earlier to prevent the severity of the disease. The method used in this study is the Naïve Bayes method. Naive Bayes is a simple probabilistic classifier that calculates a set of probabilities by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values ​​from the given dataset. An expert system is a computer application that can help decision making in more specific fields with methods that have been analyzed in advance by experts or specialists. This study used variables, namely types of lung disease including Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchial Asthma and Lung Cancer. The results of this study are that lung disease or types of lungs can be diagnosed using the web-based Naïve Bayes method, and make it easier for sufferers to consult without seeing a doctor by selecting symptoms of lung disease.
