Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas kampanye Instagram Ads dalam membangun brand awareness di kalangan Generasi Z dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 450 responden berusia 18-27 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif Instagram minimal 3 jam per hari. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstruktur yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82,4% responden mampu mengingat merek yang terpapar melalui iklan Instagram dengan top of mind awareness tertinggi pada kategori teknologi (34,7%). Analisis efektivitas format konten mengungkapkan Instagram Reels mencapai performa optimal dengan engagement rate 8,7% dan konversi brand awareness 73,2%, diikuti Stories (61,8%) dan konten gambar (48,7%). Faktor determinan utama efektivitas kampanye adalah autentisitas konten (koefisien determinasi 0,821), relevansi dengan nilai generasi (0,769), timing dan frekuensi paparan (0,643), serta kualitas visual (0,597). Strategi targeting kombinasi menunjukkan efektivitas tertinggi 81% dibandingkan targeting demografis tradisional 45%. Kesimpulan penelitian mengonfirmasi Instagram Ads sebagai platform efektif untuk membangun brand awareness Generasi Z melalui konten visual dinamis yang autentik dengan durasi optimal 15-30 detik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance and assess the fairness of the stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) as a basis for investment decision-making. The approach used is fundamental analysis, measuring five key financial ratios: Return on Equity (ROE), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earnings per Share (EPS), Dividend per Share (DPS), and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER). In addition, the intrinsic value of the stock is estimated using the PER method and compared to the market price (closing price) to determine its valuation status—whether undervalued, fairly valued, or overvalued. The findings show that during the 2020–2024 period, ANTM recorded stable growth in EPS and DPS, along with a significantly increasing DPR policy. However, the intrinsic value of the stock in Q2 2025 is estimated at Rp1,526.24, which is considerably lower than the market price of Rp3,040, categorizing the stock as overvalued. Based on this analysis, the recommended investment decision is to re-evaluate the feasibility of purchasing ANTM shares. This study emphasizes the importance of using fundamental analysis to understand the balance between a company's financial performance and market expectations in investment decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan profitabilitas antara bank BUMN dan bank swasta dalam kategori Buku 4 selama periode 2018-2023, dengan menyoroti dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan mereka. Objek penelitian meliputi tiga bank BUMN, yaitu Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), dan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), serta tiga bank swasta, yakni Bank Central Asia (BCA), Panin Bank, dan Bank Danamon. Kinerja keuangan dianalisis menggunakan indikator profitabilitas utama, seperti ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), dan NIM (Net Interest Margin). Metode penelitian mencakup analisis data secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan tren rasio keuangan, serta analisis komparatif menggunakan Independent T-Test untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan pertumbuhan rasioprofitabilitas antara Bank BUMN dan Bank Swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas seluruh bank pada tahun 2020. Namun, baik bank BUMN maupun swasta mampu menunjukkan tingkat ketahananyang seimbang dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut.

Abstract

Labor migration has become an essential part of Indonesian society and plays a significant role in supporting the national economy. Beyond economic motives, migration also represents a profound process of learning and personal transformation. This study aims to explore how overseas work experiences contribute to human capital transformation among Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. Using a qualitative approach with a single case study design, this research examines the lived experience of an Indonesian migrant worker through online interviews and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that the motivation to migrate is initially driven by economic needs and family aspirations but gradually evolves into a process of self-discovery and personal growth. Cultural adaptation fosters the ability to interact within different environments, internalize new values, and build emotional resilience. Workplace learning helps workers strengthen their technical skills, communication abilities, and professionalism, enriching their overall human capacity. These interconnected processes show that migration is not merely an economic movement but a human journey toward growth and empowerment. The study concludes that migration has strong potential to enhance human capital and should be supported through sustainable policies and training programs that emphasize capacity development and migrant workers’ well-being.

Abstract

Pengelolaan UMKM yang efektif tidak hanya bergantung pada keterampilan manajerial, tetapi juga pada penerapan etika bisnis yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan tanggung jawab sosial. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen UMKM di Desa Tarowang melalui pendekatan etika bisnis, sehingga dapat mendukung pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan mencakup prinsip-prinsip manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan, serta implementasi etika bisnis dalam operasional sehari-hari. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk memastikan penerapan materi secara langsung dalam praktik usaha UMKM. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengamatan kinerja usaha, kepuasan pelaku UMKM, serta dampak terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai manajemen dan etika bisnis, yang berdampak pada kualitas produk, profesionalisme usaha, dan kepedulian sosial. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan melalui mekanisme pelatihan internal dan jejaring komunitas UMKM. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan kapasitas UMKM serta mendorong praktik usaha yang etis dan bertanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

This study explores how millennial employees develop individual resilience in the workplace amid increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research involved five millennial workers employed in private companies, selected through purposive sampling based on relevance to the research focus. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of meaning within participants’ lived experiences. The findings reveal three core themes shaping millennial resilience: (1) resilience as an adaptive capacity that allows individuals to regulate emotions, reinterpret challenges, and respond constructively to organizational changes; (2) organizational support—particularly supportive leadership, psychological safety, opportunities for learning, and flexible work arrangements—as a critical external factor that strengthens resilience; and (3) active engagement as the behavioral manifestation of resilience, reflected through proactive effort, teamwork, and a willingness to contribute beyond formal job roles. The study highlights that resilience is not merely a personal trait but a dynamic process shaped by continuous interaction between individual coping strategies and organizational practices. Millennials interpret workplace challenges not only as stressors but also as opportunities for self-development, provided they operate within a psychologically safe and supportive environment. Practically, the findings underscore the need for organizations to implement development programs focused on psychological resilience, cultivate empathetic and empowering leadership styles, and promote collaborative work cultures that enhance well-being and work engagement. Strengthening resilience among millennial employees is essential for sustaining performance, maintaining adaptability, and ensuring organizational effectiveness in the modern VUCA-dominated workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the development of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) research during the 2021–2025 period, while identifying dominant practices, industrial contexts, methodological trends, and research gaps emerging in recent literature. This work employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA 2020 protocol and structured using the PICOC framework to clarify the analytical boundaries. A systematic search conducted through the Scopus database generated an initial dataset of 200 articles, which was later screened using inclusion–exclusion criteria, resulting in 93 eligible articles for in-depth analysis. The analysis was carried out through two complementary approaches: bibliometric analysis to map publication characteristics and thematic synthesis to identify substantive patterns in GHRM practices, variable relationships, and organizational settings. The findings indicate a significant increase in Green HRM publications during the review period, with a strong predominance of studies originating from Asian countries and service-related industries such as hospitality, banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. The most frequently examined GHRM practices include green training and development, green recruitment and selection, green rewards, and green performance appraisal. Methodologically, more than 70% of the reviewed studies adopt quantitative survey-based approaches using SEM/PLS, while qualitative and mixed-method studies remain limited. Several research gaps were identified, including the lack of longitudinal designs, the dominance of single-country contexts in developing nations, limited exploration of nontraditional industrial sectors, and the need to examine more diverse mediating and moderating mechanisms. These findings provide a strong foundation for shaping a more comprehensive and sustainable future research agenda on Green HRM.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to social life, particularly among university students as an educated group and agents of change. On the one hand, digital spaces provide opportunities for freedom of expression and public participation; on the other hand, they also present various challenges related to Human Rights (HR), such as privacy violations, the spread of hate speech, disinformation, and cyberbullying. These conditions highlight the importance of strengthening students’ capacity to ensure they possess adequate understanding and awareness of human rights values in the digital era. This community service article aims to enhance students’ human rights awareness through capacity-building activities conducted within the university environment. The service method was implemented through educational activities in the form of seminars, material presentations, and interactive discussions addressing fundamental human rights concepts, digital ethics, privacy protection, and responsible freedom of expression.The results of the activities indicate an increase in students’ understanding and awareness of human rights issues in the digital era, as well as the development of more critical and ethical attitudes in utilizing digital spaces. This initiative also strengthened the synergy between higher education institutions and the government in promoting human rights awareness among students. Overall, this community service activity makes a positive contribution to strengthening students’ capacity to face human rights challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen national insight and soft skills among ADik scholarship students through a participatory and reflective mentoring approach. Many students come from underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions with diverse socio-cultural backgrounds, requiring contextual guidance to internalize national values and develop essential interpersonal competencies. The program combined interactive socialization, group discussions, and value reflection activities to encourage active participation and personal engagement. The method emphasized dialogic learning rather than one-way lectures, allowing students to relate national values to their lived experiences. The findings revealed noticeable behavioral changes, including increased confidence in expressing opinions, stronger participation in discussions, improved communication skills, and heightened awareness of ethical conduct and financial responsibility as scholarship recipients. The emergence of several students as informal local leaders during discussions indicated early signs of social transformation at the individual level. This program demonstrates that reflective and participatory mentoring can effectively foster character building, leadership, and contextual national awareness among university students. The implications suggest that similar approaches can be adopted in student development programs to promote sustainable character formation, especially for students from diverse and remote regions.

Abstract

This study provides a deeper understanding of how digitalization and service innovation within traditional service institutions are interpreted and experienced by consumers, particularly in the context of gold pawn services through the Tring! by Pegadaian application. The findings indicate that Pegadaian’s digital transformation is not solely oriented toward process efficiency but significantly shapes a service experience that is more convenient, secure, and flexible for users. Perceived ease of use emerges as the most dominant factor in forming a positive consumer experience. A simple interface, clear transaction flow, and the ability to conduct transactions without physical presence enhance perceptions of efficiency and service convenience. These results confirm that the success of digital service innovation largely depends on the extent to which technology aligns with users’ capabilities and needs, rather than merely on system sophistication. Beyond usability, institutional trust plays a central role in the adoption of digital gold pawn services. Pegadaian’s reputation as a state-owned enterprise, the assurance of physical gold availability through a 1:1 system, and data security protections significantly reduce consumers’ psychological risk when engaging in high-value asset-based digital services. This finding suggests that digital transformation in traditional financial services requires a strong foundation of trust to achieve broad acceptance. The study also emphasizes that digitalization does not fully replace conventional services; instead, it fosters a hybrid service model integrating digital and face-to-face channels. This model enables service flexibility while maintaining inclusivity, particularly for consumers with varying levels of digital literacy. Thus, digital innovation functions as a strategic complement that enriches the service ecosystem rather than serving as a complete substitute for physical interaction. Overall, this research contributes to the development of service innovation and consumer experience literature by providing qualitative empirical evidence from a traditional service sector undergoing digital transformation. The findings underscore that the primary value of digitalization lies in consumers’ subjective experiences and in the organization’s ability to continuously align technology, trust, and integrated service channels.
