Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to assess both the individual and collective impacts of product quality, brand image, and halal lifestyle on consumers' buying interest. The study focuses on a population of students residing in Malang City. A total of 90 respondents were selected as the sample, with the sample size determined using the hair formula due to the uncertainty surrounding the total population. This research employed a quantitative approach for data collection and analysis, utilizing SPSS software. The findings indicate that product quality, brand image, and halal lifestyle significantly influence purchase intention when considered together. Specifically, both product quality and brand image positively and significantly affect purchase intention, whereas halal lifestyle demonstrates a negative yet significant impact on purchase intention. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Halal Lifestyle, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract Technological advancements have driven the rapid growth of financial technology (fintech), which has become increasingly popular as a solution to facilitate financial activities. Fintech offers convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, making it an essential tool in modern financial transactions. However, concerns regarding security risks remain a factor that may influence user adoption. This study aims to analyze the influence of effectiveness and security risk on the interest in using fintech, both simultaneously and partially. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 105 respondents who are active members of the Girl Boss Indonesia community through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that effectiveness and security risk collectively have a significant impact on the interest in using fintech. Partially, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on fintech adoption. Meanwhile, security risk has a positive but not significant influence on the interest in using fintech. Keywords: Effectiveness, Security Risk, Interest, Fintech

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to understand the influence of Content Digital marketing and the Use of the Instagram Platform on Purchase Decisions of Jimshoney in Malang City. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to examine and analyze the impact of promotion, price, and location on consumer purchasing interest at Rocket Chicken Tlogomas, Malang City. An explanatory research method with a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The sample was chosen through a non-probability sampling method, specifically the snowball sampling technique, involving a total of 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis in this study involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination tests, conducted using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that promotion, price, and location collectively influence consumer purchasing interest. Promotion affects consumer purchasing interest. Price affects consumer purchasing interest. Location affects consumer purchasing interest. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Location, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study is to determine and analyze the effect of Influencer Marketing variables, Product Innovation and Price Perception on Purchase Interest partially and simultaneously through quantitative methods, which were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to 75 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of students from Malang City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, which is processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, the variables Influencer Marketing, Product Innovation and price perception have a significant relationship to purchase intention.  Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Product Innovation, Price Perception, Interset

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance with Productivity as an Intervening Variable at CV. Dwi Tunggal Fauzi Sejahtera. This research employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire-based data collection technique involving 67 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance, with Productivity as the intervening variable. The research findings indicate that Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Productivity. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity. Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Productivity does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance through Productivity. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze marketing strategies through social media used to attract consumer buying interest at CV Jasa Gambar Bangunan Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study consisted of 7 informants who had been determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods in this study consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of this study used segmentation, targeting, positioning and marketing mix analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy implemented by CV Jasa Gambar Bangunan Probolinggo has been running quite well in attracting consumer buying interest. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios on firm value in Telecommunication sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This data source uses secondary data in the form of financial statements from each company from 2018-2023. The population used was 18 companies. The sample obtained was 10 telecommunication companies that had been selected by purposive sampling method. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics for Windows 25 application. The results showed that profitability, liquidity and leverage ratios simultaneously had an effect on company value. profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio) and leverage (debt to equity ratio) partially have a positive and significant effect on company value.  Keywords : Company Value, Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Telecommunication

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously on the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021 who had an interest in buying Etawa goat's milk whose number was not known for certain. The approach method used a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels simultaneously influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Partially, entrepreneurial skills and distribution channels influenced the interest in buying Etawa goat's milk among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2021. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Skills, Distribution Channels, And Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to examine the individual and combined effects of trust, customer ratings, and customer reviews on consumers' purchasing decisions. The research population consists of students from the Islamic University of Malang who have previously purchased HMNS perfume products. A total of 80 respondents were selected as the sample, with the sample size determined using the Hair formula due to the unknown exact population size. This research employs a quantitative approach, and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The findings indicate that trust, customer ratings, and customer reviews collectively have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
