This study aims to assess: (1) financial feasibility of sengon agribusiness of people, (2) sensitivity of financial feasibility, (3) prospects for the development of sengon agribusiness of people. This research was conducted in the Kedaung and Sumber Agung village, Kemiling Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City were selected purposively. Respondents taken a census of 16 people who are farmers of sengon people. The first aim was analyzed using several criteria for measuring investment feasibility. The second aim was analyzed using sensitivity analysis with possibility of decline in production sengon of 11.15%, decrease in selling prices of timber sengon of 17.24%, and increase in production costs by 30%. The third aim assessed by quantitative descriptive and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) farm sengon is financially feasible to cultivated indicated by the value of NPV Rp97.068.096,99, IRR of 76.96% is greater than the interest rate used is 19.25%, Gross B/C 4.26, Net B/C of 4.81 and PP for 5 years 8 months of age economical business for 6 years, (2) sengon farming is still feasible to decrease production by 11, 15%, decrease in selling prices of timber sengon by 17.24%, and the increase in production costs by 30%, (3) prospects for the development of highly prospective of sengon agribusiness of people or good to be developed. This research aims to analyze: cooperative’s performance as business entities, cooperative’s contribution towards development, the economic advantage of cooperative for members, the non economic advantages (satisfaction) of cooperative members. This research uses a case study method and the research location at “Serba Usaha Peternak Motivasi Do’a Ikhtiar Tawakkal” Cooperative (KSUP MDIT) in Tanggamus District, Lampung. Total respondents were 55 members of the cooperative taken by using simple random sampling and consisted of members with the ownership of 0-5 goats, 6-10goats, and 11-15 goats. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and Importance Performance Analysis method. The results showed that: business entities performance of KSUP MDIT included into quality category. The KSUP MDIT hasn’t given maximal contribution towards the development. The more cattle that members of the cooperative have, the more the economic advantages they get. Non economic advantages (satisfactions) of members with service performance and fulfilment of member’s needs were in high category.Key words: advantage, cooperative, goat’s cattle, satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the household income’s structure and distribution, and the household welfare level among cooperatives members, in addition to analyze factors that affected the household welfare of cooperative members. This research employed case study method. The data was collected from September to October 2016. The research respondents were 55 people who were all members of KSUP MDIT. The data was consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by observation and interview; while secondary data was obtained from the agencies and literatures associated with the study. The data was analyzed by income analysis, income distribution analysis, welfare analysis and binnary logistic regression analysis. The result showed that the biggest member of cooperative member's household income structure in the latest year was non livestock earnings of On Farm followed by non farm income, goat business income and off farm income. Distribution of household member income of cooperatives were in low inequality. Based on Socio Metrix indicator, 70.91% cooperative members’ households were included in prosperous category and the remaining 29.09% were not prosperous and old variables of education, length of membership, and household income have a positive effect on welfare level.Key words: distribution income, prosperity of members, income

The purposes of this research were to determine value addedand analyze the feasibility of cassava solid waste (“onggok”) processing business.This research was conducted in Pekalongan District,East Lampung Regency in which in two businesses of medium-scale processor and small-scale processor were chosen purposely based on the criteria of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises).The primary data was analyzed by calculating the value-added, NPV, IRR, gross B/C ratio, net B/C ratio, and payback period. In addition, the sensitivity analysis was done based on the possibility of cost increase, price reduction, and production decrease.The results showed that the small-scale processorgave larger value-addedthan the medium-scale. Based on market, social, and environmental as well as financial aspects, cassava solid waste processors were profitable and feasible to be developed. These businesses were sensitive to the increase in production cost and the decrease in production.Key words : added value, cassava solid waste, feasibility of bussiness

This study aimed to determine: the participation level of the cooperative members, the effect of the participation toward the economic advantage that was received by the cooperative members, the household income structure of the cooperative members, and the prosperity level of the cooperative member. This study was conducted in Koperasi Tani Surya Sekawan Banyuwangi Village, Banyumas Subdistrict, Pringsewu Regency. The respondents were 82 farmers which were consisted of 46 rice farmers, 33 cocoa farmers, and 3 coffee farmers. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis, and income analysis. The results showed that the participation level of members belonged to high category based on three aspects, the participation of the members in attending RAT, the participation of the members on paying off the obligation savings, and participation of the members in utilizing the service. The economic advantage which derived by the high participation members was significantly different from the low and the medium participation members. The structure of household income received by the cooperative members came from: farming income by 73.70%, the outside of farming income by 25.93%, and the economic benefits by 0.37%. The prosperity of the members based on the criteria of BPS in 2007 was belonged to the prosperous category. Key words: income, level of participation, prosperity of members

This study aims to determine : 1) The factors affecting the farmer’s decision become farmers group members, 2) The income of members and non-members of goat farmers group, 3) The welfare level of members and non-members of goat farmers group. This study was conducted in Sungai Langka Village, Gedung Tataan Sub-district, Pesawaran Regency used by survey method. Respondents were 18 farmers group members and 45 farmers group non-members. Data collection was carried out in Juli-August 2014. The data analysis methods were done by qualitative descriptive and quantitative were used by Logit models, income of tabulation, and welfare analysis based on BPS’s criteria (2012). The results showed that 1) The income and sell price of goat farmers gave possitive effect against of the farmer’s decision become farmers group members, but their experiences gave negative effect, 2) There was differences of the farmer’s average income of goat farming. The income of farmers group members was higher than farmers group non-members, 3) The farmers group members and non-members classified as rich household. The purpose of this research are: (1) analyze the cooperative’s economic advantage for members, (2) analyze the cooperative’s non economic advantage for members. This research was taken at ISM Mitra Karya Bahari Cooperative in Kota Karang East Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung city which has been chosen purposively. Data of this research was collected on February 2015 – March 2015 using survey method. Total respondents were 50 members of cooperative, consist of fish processor, product derived processor, fishermen and labor. Respondents were taken by simple random sampling method. Data was analyzed descriptively by Importance-Performance Analysis. Result of this research showed that: (1) the economic advantage was received by members in the form of cash, which were net income and economic advantage calculated by the service cost of selling and purchasing. Total average economic advantage of cooperative’s members were product derived processor (Rp400.490,00), fish processor (Rp267.236,84), fishermen (Rp193.668,75) and labors (Rp150.500,00). (2) The non economic advantage which was satisfaction need to be improved. Satisfaction level of the members on RAT service and unit business utilization was on high category (satisfied), but satisfaction level of payment of compulsory savings was on low category (less satisfied). This study aims to assess the benefit of being member of farmer group in improving income and relative economic efficiency on rice farm according to the comparison of farm income and the relative economic efficiency between farmer members and non-members of farmers group. This research was conducted in Negara Ratu village of Natar Subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. Farmer samples were selected randomly by simple random sampling. The total samples were seventy seven farmers, consisted of 38 farmer members and 39 non-farmer members. The data was collected in February - March 2014. The benefits of farmers group was analyzed by t-test for the comparison of farm income and the profit function by adding the Dummy variable. The results showed that the member farmer's income was higher than that of nonmembers of farmer groups. The relative economic efficiency of farmer group members were significantly higher than that of non members of farmers group, both in the first season and second season. This research aims to analyze procurement system of production facilities that are appropriate to six preciseness (on time, place, quality, quantity, type, and price), income from the goat livestock business, added value of goat processed products, the marketing channels of goat livestock, and supporting servicesfor goat farming. This research uses a case study method carried out at Prima Aqiqah Farm in Bandar Lampung City. This location is chosen purposively as consideration that Prima Aqiqah Farm is a goat breeding business that processes goat products. Data were collected in April—May 2017 and analyzed usinga qualitative and quantitative desctiptive analysis. The results of this research shows that the procurement of production facilities for the goat farm business at Prima Aqiqah Farm has fulfilled the six preciseness. The goat of Prima Aqiqah Farm is profitable and feasible because R/C value ≥ 1. Therefore, processed products at Prima Aqiqah Farm have positive added value. The marketing channel for goat livestock products has two marketing channels, namely direct marketing channels to consumers and indirect. While processed productsonly have one marketing channel which is a direct marketing channel to consumers. Supporting service institutions that support the business activities of goats are financial institutions, transportation facilities, and information and communication technologies that provide benefits for Prima Aqiqah Farm.Key words : agribusiness system, aqiqah, goat

This research aims to analyze marketing mix that consists of agroindustry’s owner and coffee powder consumer pespective, agroindustry risk, risk management of ISO 31000: 2009, and financial ratio of agroindustry. This research is a case study method at coffee powder agroindustry in Kotabumi City SubDistrict, North Lampung Regency. Data of this research were collected in December 2018 until February 2019. The results show that marketing strategy of agroindustry has used the 7P marketing mix component, which the product, place, price, process, people,and physical evidence are good, while for the promotion component, it has not been used optimally. Agroindustry risk consisting of production risk, price risk, and income risk shows the low value of risk. Agroindustry has well applied Management Risk of ISO 31000: 2009 which is based on operational risk that consist of process risk, people risk, and incidental risk. Financial ratio consisting of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turn over, and net profit margin shows a bad financial performance in 3 years production.Key words: agroindustry, coffee powder, financial ratio, marketing mix, risk
