Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan dan kepemilikan modalnya, BUMDes dikelola oleh pemerintah desa dan masyarakat. Keberadaan BUMDes dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengelola potensi desa yang kreatif dan inovatif, sehingga dapat membuka lapangan kerja baru serta dapat menyerap tenaga kerja di pedesaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada, maka dirancang sebuah sistem pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) di desa sukabaru untuk meggantikan sistem yang lama (manual). Pembentukan sistem pengelolaan badan usaha milik desa (BUMDes) di desa sukabaru dilakukan dengan metode Incremental, dengan menggunakan aplikasi sublime text sebagai text editor, XAMPP, MySql sebagai database dan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan website bumdes yang telah dirancang menampilkan informasi pendapat keuangan dan pengeluaran

Abstract

Dokumentasi adalah suatu proses mengumpulkan, mengelola dan menyimpan data secara teratur dan terstruktur yang jika dibutuhkan sewaktu-waktu dapat dilihat atau digunakan kembali. Dokumentasi digital memiliki banyak kelebihan dibandingkan doku- mentasi manual. Untuk mengarsipkan data secara digital maka diperlukan suatu aplikasi. Ap- likasi dokumentasi dibangun dengan memanfaatkan perangkat yang mampu mengakses in- formasi secara cepat dan tepat. Smartphone adalah perangkat yang mampu mengatasi perma- salahan tersebut. Salah satu sistem operasi smartphone yang banyak digunakan adalah An- droid. Sistem operasi Android mendukung fasilitas reminder. Perpaduan antara teknologi dan fasilitas inilah dimanfaatkan untuk membuat aplikasi dokumentasi yang memberikan infor- masi masa berlaku dokumen. Reminder aplikasi berupa notifikasi yang otomatis muncul ketika admin login. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik pada android dan memiliki usability aplikasi sangat baik.

Abstract

Management of incoming and outgoing letters at Perumda Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City involves a lot of paper that must be filled in to record and classify incoming and outgoing letters. By paying attention to this, it is necessary to have a web-based mailing system so that later it can help archiving incoming and outgoing mail and archiving letters can be done effectively and efficiently. The web-based mailing system has been completed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework application and the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The system built can be used at Tirta Hidayah Bengkulu City as a media for processing archival data for incoming and outgoing letters, the system can make it easier for receptionists to enter data, letters, make it easier for leaders (admin secretaries) to carry out the letter disposition process, speed up performance in responding or follow up on incoming mail. The system also produces efficient and accurate mail archive data reports.

Abstract

Parking attendants or parking attendants who are also known as judges are people who work to help regulate vehicles entering and leave the parking lot. In carrying out its activities, the parking attendant must have a parking attendant's duty order (SPT). The problems with the parking attendant’s duty warrant is that the registration process for prospective parking attendants is still done manually, the SPT is still being made and typed one by one, and the parking attendant duty warrant is not in the form of a clerk’s duty which is not in the form of a clerk. Seeing this problems, the author provides a solution, namely by creating a website-based parking attadant E-SPT system. E-SPT or can be called an electronic assignment warrant is one type of electronic letter in digital form that is obtained using the internet. In the E-SPT system, the parking attendant will make it easier to manage SPT. Then this system uses PHPMailer to make it easier to send E-SPT data to the parking attendant's email. The results of this study have been made a website-based E-SPT system for parking attendants.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a form of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance of a service or goods against his expectations. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City in the implementation of the implementation of the provision of electricity services certainly does not escape the existence of problems. The problems that arise are regarding customer complaints about the services provided by the problematic company. Seeing from these problems the solutions that can be given to overcome their complaints, it is very suitable to make an e-questionnaire system and chat customer complaints process using a website-based chatbot. This system will apply the Likert scale calculation method as a method to measure the level of customer satisfaction which will make it easier to get the results of filling out the questionnaire. In addition, this system will later create a complaint chat using a chatbot, which is a robotic chat service with artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligent) that imitates human conversations through messages that will answer customer questions regarding service problems provided by the company. This will certainly make it much easier for the company to get results from filling out questionnaires and make it easier for customers to make complaints regarding problems with the services provided. The results of this study have created an E-Questionnaire system for Customer Satisfaction and a website-based Complaint Chatbot.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently developing so fast. Especially technology in the field of information and 3D animation. 3D animation is made with manual techniques to digital techniques. In making 3D animation, usually using software such as SketchUp, Blender, Unity and many other software. At this time 3D animation is used for many things, from making films, making video games, to the promotion of a certain building or agency, which aims to inform the general public about details, a shape or impression of the object. 3D animation has its own uniqueness which in the manufacturing process is not done by recording directly but through stages such as data collection, application of cinematographic techniques which include making storyboards, story objects, making shot lists.

Abstract

Desa Bajak 1 adalah salah satu pedesaan yang terdapat di kecamatan Taba Penanjung kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, lokasi desa ini terdapat di tengah-tengah desa Lubuk Sini dengan Desa Taba Penanjung. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Bajak 1 adalah minimnya pengetahuan mengenai cara mengelola limbah dari biji durian. Dengan kurangnya pengetahuan biji durian melimpah di daerah itu menjadi limbah masyarakat. Buah durian adalah salah satu buah yang popular dengan sebutan raja dari berbagai buah musiman yang ada di Indonesia. Di kecamatan Taba penanjung adalah wilayah yang sangat di kenal dengan melimpahnya hasil bumi yaitu buah durian salah satunya di desa Bajak 1. Biji durian yang masih mentah tidak dapat di gunakan karena mengandung asam lemak siklopropena yang beracun. Salah satu program yang di lakukan di Desa Bjak 1 ini adalah membuat Kerupuk Pangsit biji durian, program kerja yang di lakukan ini  dengan cara observasi, planning kegiatan, percobaan awal, dan sosialisasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah:1) mengurangi limbah dari biji durian itu sendiri, 2) mencegah datangnya penyakit, 3) sebagai wirausaha , dan 4) menambah ciri khas desa tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan ada tanggal 20 September 2022 di balai desa Bajak 1, Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah: 1) 0bservasi dengan mewawancarai bapak Sekretaris Desa Bajak 1 mengenai apa saja yang saat ini belum berfungsi dan hanya menjadi limbah, 2) melakukan percobaan awal sehingga mudah untuk di jelaskan Ketika kegiatan sudah dilaksanakan, 3) melakukan sosialisasi kewirausahaan yang di ikuti oleh ibi-ibu desa bajak 1. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan tersebut adalah: 1) memahami dan memamfaatkan apa yang selama ini menjadi limbah di masyakarat, 2) bisa membuat cemilan kerupuk pangsit dari bahan baku biji durian, 3) tidak ada lagi limbah yang menumpuk. Kata kunci: bajak 1, limbah melimpah,  kerupuk pangsit.

Abstract

Normalization is a process used to prepare data so that it can be used to meet user needs and support subsequent processes to get better results. The image normalization application system with Resizing Image is implemented using the matlab programming language. The mechanism for making an application starts from making a GUI (Graphic User Interface) to making coding. This thesis presents a system model of image normalization using k-space transformation to get the result in the form of an image normalization display using image resizing. The creation of an image normalization system using k-space transformation was carried out using the Matlab programming language version 2021a. The results of the system functionality test show that the image normalization system using the built resizing image can be used properly.

Abstract

MAN 02 Kepahiang is one of the schools in Kepahiang Regency which still uses a manual attendance process. In the process of teaching and learning activities students need a daily attendance process to process student attendance data which will be made as an attendance report which is one component of the assessment of the teaching and learning process. In implementing the manual attendance system carried out by students there are still deficiencies in terms of time efficiency in the process of recording attendance and preparing attendance reports for each class. In designing an attendance system using a QR Code in the form of a web base and using the PHP programming language with MySQL database processing also using the Waterfall method. This study aims to build an attendance system using the QR Code as a media for inputting student absentee data and in preparing student daily attendance reports it is made easier by having an attendance system built.

Abstract

Role Playing Game (RPG) is a game that has complex story elements and acting that makes a person feel like a character in the game. One of the RPG editing engines is RPG Maker MV, where a 2D RPG can be a standalone program that can be played directly without the help of this program or other programs. Quests are assigned to players by non-player characters (NPCs) that the player cannot control and interact with them through dialogue. In the game mode each player can collect things into an inventory which contains the things needed to solve certain tasks during gameplay. In addition, game objects that represent learning objects have been assigned locations which can be NPCs or other objects. Can apply 3-dimensional modeling to role-playing game applications by placing objects on characters that can walk up, down, left and right. NPC objects can be applied to weapon objects, namely axes, if gold points are collected then the NPC object will appear. It is hoped that this implementation can be a reference not only for 3-dimensional modeling in complex role-playing game applications but also for all circles as the development of Android and IOS-based RPG games.
