Abstract

This study examines work stress and workload on nurse turnover intention, including the mediating factor of job satisfaction in type c hospital nurses in Purwokerto. This research was conducted on type c hospital nurses in Purwokerto, as many as 127 respondents out of 185 nurses, between December 2023-January 2024. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, by setting quotas only as much as possible in each hospital. As a result, 127 respondents were collected from the sampling, including 31 male nurses, and 96 female nurses with a dominant age of 26-30 years. The results of the calculation analysis prove that Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction have a positive but insignificant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Stress has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Workload has a positive but insignificant effect on turnover intention. Mediation results show that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between job stress and workload on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that excessive stress and burden will reduce satisfaction at work, but cannot significantly reduce turnover intention. Abstract

Workshop  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru Fisika SMA dalam menyusun modul ajar Deep learning berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi konseptual mengenai pembelajaran mendalam dan pemanfaatan AI, diikuti dengan praktik langsung pembuatan modul ajar yang aplikatif dan relevan dengan kurikulum. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 37 guru Fisika SMA se-Kabupaten Lamongan dan didukung oleh MGMP Fisika serta Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan setempat. Hasil workshop menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep pembelajaran mendalam dan keterampilan teknis dalam menggunakan AI sebagai alat bantu. Selain itu, peserta mampu menghasilkan modul ajar yang interaktif dan kontekstual sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, workshop ini efektif dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan profesional guru yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the empowerment of community creativity through the creation of chocolate balls and bouquet money as an effort to strengthen santripreneurship in Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Al Choliliyah Pasuruan. By focusing on practical skills in the production of creativity-based products, this research demonstrates that these activities not only introduce entrepreneurial skills but also provide economic opportunities for the santri and the surrounding community. Additionally, the training and mentoring provided in making chocolate balls and bouquet money can enhance self-confidence, creativity, and the ability of santri to develop businesses based on local potential. The results of this study are expected to strengthen the pesantren economy and create independent and competitive santripreneurs.

Abstract

Berbagai kesalahan yang dialami siswa ketika menyelesaikan masalah matematika karena siswa tidak mampu mengenali informasi penting yang ada dalam masalah, serta fakta nyata dan hubungan inferensial yang harus dipahami. Adversity Quotient (AQ) dapat menjadi kunci untuk memahami bagaimana siswa menghadapi tantangan dan kemalangan, serta dapat memengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa dalam Pemecahan Masalah Matematika Ditinjau dari Adversity Quotient (AQ) pada materi Aritmatika Sosial Kelas IX A SMP N 17 Kota Jambi. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini pada siswa kelas IX SMPN 17 Kota Jambi dengan subjek diambil sebanyak 6 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, wawancara, dan angket Adversity Quotient. Prosedur yang dilakukan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yakni meliputi tahapan pra-lapangan, tahapan pekerjaan lapangan dan tahapan analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keenam subjek penelitian memiliki proses berpikir yang berbeda-beda, sejalan dengan perbedaan kategori AQ yang dimiliki oleh tiap subjek penelitian. Di mana subjek penelitian yang memiliki AQ tinggi dan AQ sedang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis yang lebih baik dari subjek penelitian yang memiliki AQ rendah dalam menyelesaikan soal tes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of the principal of State Islamic Senior High School 2 in Jambi City in building and strengthening religious culture in the madrasah. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with informants consisting of the madrasah principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and student representatives who are active in religious activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays a central role through exemplary behavior, direction, supervision, and motivation to teachers and students. The presence of the madrasah principal in the activities of dhuha prayer, tadarus, congregational zuhur prayer, and moral development are real examples that strengthen discipline and participation of the madrasah community. In addition, coordination strategies, scheduling, and utilization of worship facilities effectively support the smooth running of religious programs. These findings confirm that the active, communicative, and supportive leadership of the madrasah principal is a key factor in the formation of a consistent religious culture that is embedded in the daily behavior of students, teachers, and all madrasah members.

Abstract

Pengaruh perkembangan tekonologi cenderung membawa pengaruh budaya modern lebih berkembang daripada budaya lokal. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya pengenalan lebih dalam mengenai pengetahuan kearifan lokal kepada peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPAS melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan kearifan lokal pada peserta didik kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) kolaboratif dengan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penerapan model PjBL dengan kearifan lokal, instrument penilaian kreativitas, dan instrument penilaian hasil belajar IPAS. Adapun teknik analisis data yang diterapkan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Melalui penerapan model PjBL dengan kearifan lokal pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV pada materi Indonesia Kaya Budaya Bab 6 hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya pada kemampuan kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Kalirancang.

Abstract

In creating educational objectives aligned with the Learning Compass 2030, it is essential to establish a learning environment where students feel comfortable and to apply learning strategies suited to the characteristics of the learners. The objective of this research is to map students' metacognitive skills to understand their learning strategies in solving science-related problems. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, which involves collecting both quantitative and qualitative data, integrating the two forms of data, and using diverse research designs. The quantitative data were obtained from administering metacognitive skills tests and questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered from student interviews. The research yielded several findings: (1) expert validity results for the metacognitive skills instrument indicated it is valid, (2) trial testing of the instrument showed it to be reliable and valid, (3) the profile of students' metacognitive skills across all indicators was found to be low in three different schools, and (4) there was a high response rate. The novelty of this research lies in mapping students' metacognitive skills in three different regions after the COVID-19 pandemic.
