Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of viral marketing and online reviews on purchasing decisions for Bakso Pitung Sidoarjo. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used an accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents using a Likert scale. Respondents to this study were users of the Tiktok application and also consumers of cak pitung meatballs. This research instrument has met the criteria of validity and reliability. Data processing using SPSS software version 26 and using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it is known that the viral marketing variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The online consumer review variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the purchase decision variable (Y)

Abstract

Perceived organizational support is known that employees feel lacking in the perception of organizational support provided by the company to employees. Employee engagement with rapid technological changes and a very dynamic environment in every aspect of human life. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, employee engagement on employee performance, Work Motivation on employee performance. This research uses a correlation research design. The sample for this research consisted of 40 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The statistical tool used is SPSS. The research results show that perceived organizational support does not significant effect on employee performance. Employee engagement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Ikan kering, seringkali dianggap sebagai makanan ‘kelas bawah’ oleh masyarakat, sehingga aspek mutu umumnya diabaikan. Efek pemahaman dan penerapan mutu pada proses pembuatan ikan kering dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi serta memberikan konsekuensi positif bagi keamanan pangan. Penelitian bertujuan membuktikan adanya korelasi bahwa penerapan aspek mutu dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dan meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey terhadap responden terpilih yang terdiri dari produsen dan pengepul ikan kering di Kabupaten Sidoarjo selama bulan April s/d Juni 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produsen yang menerapkan manajemen mutu dapat menjual ikan kering rata-rata Rp.6.005,-/Kg lebih tinggi dibandingkan produsen yang mengacuhkan penerapan manajemen mutu pada proses pembuatan ikan kering. Ikan kering yang bermutu baik menjangkau pasar di luar Kabupaten Sidoarjo bahkan hingga ke provinsi lain, serta keluar negeri.

Abstract

The current development of the diner industry requires business people to keep up with changes. This has triggered a sharp increase in competition between business people. This research aims to examine the effect of price fairness (food quality, physical environment quality, and employee service quality) on brand image as a moderation. The research sample consisted of 85 participants who were consumers of Mbah Jebres Sidoarjo Coffee. Accidental sampling is the sampling method applied. PLS-SEM data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS statistical program (version 4.0). The findings of this study indicate that price fairness is significantly influenced by (food quality, staff service quality, and physical environment quality). This also shows that the relationship between the price fairness variable and employee service quality is strengthened by the brand image variable which acts as a moderator. However, the correlation between physical environmental quality and food quality is weakened by brand image. Perkembangan industri tempat makan saat ini menuntut pebisnis untuk mengikuti perubahan. Hal ini memicu peningkatan tajam persaingan antar pelaku bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kewajaran harga (kualitas makanan, kualitas lingkungan fisik, dan kualitas layanan karyawan) terhadap citra merek sebagai moderasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 partisipan yang merupakan konsumen Kopi Mbah Jebres Sidoarjo. Accidental sampling merupakan metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan. Analisis data PLS-SEM dilakukan dengan menggunakan program statistik SmartPLS (versi 4.0). Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan harga dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh (kualitas makanan, kualitas layanan staf, dan kualitas lingkungan fisik). Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel kewajaran harga dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan diperkuat oleh variabel citra merek yang berperan sebagai moderator. Namun, korelasi antara kualitas lingkungan fisik dan kualitas makanan justru dilemahkan oleh citra merek.

Abstract

Pada prakarsa bimbingan belajar, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Balai Desa Tulangan adalah tempat berlangsungnya bimbingan belajar. Materi tersedia dari TK hingga SMP, dan materi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak. Pelaksanaan untuk sesi bimbingan belajar adalah Senin sampai Kamis dari pukul 18:00 sampai 19:00 WIB. Guru (tutor) membimbing dan menginstruksikan siswa saat mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah (PR), serta mengajari mereka tentang konsep yang mungkin belum sepenuhnya mereka pahami selama pengajaran di kelas. Semua mata pelajaran dan tingkat kelas tercakup dalam bimbel ini, kecuali mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris tingkat sekolah menengah pertama. Tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, penilaian kegiatan, dan penyusunan laporan membentuk kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini. Luaran dari kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini adalah sejauh mana kepuasan orang tua atau wali terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik anaknya di sekolah setelah mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini. Hal ini dikarenakan setelah mengikuti bimbingan belajar, anak-anak merasa lebih termotivasi untuk mengerjakan tugas sekolah (PR) dengan baik, dan tidak ada tugas yang diabaikan karena ada seorang guru (tutor) yang membimbing mereka. Pengulangan materi yang diajarkan oleh tutor sepulang sekolah juga membantu siswa lebih memahami materi yang mereka pelajari di kelas, dan siswa serta lulusan baru dapat menggunakan waktu luang mereka di sore hari untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, seperti aktif mengajar di kelas. The tutoring initiative, this community service activity, seeks to improve the quality of education. The Tulangan Village Hall is the place for tutoring to take place. Materials are available from Kindergarten to Middle School and tailored to children's needs. Implementation for tutoring sessions is Monday to Thursday from 18:00 to 19:00 WIB. The teacher (tutor) guides and instructs students when doing homework (PR) and teaches them about concepts they may need help understanding during class teaching. All subjects and class levels are covered in this tutoring, except for junior high school-level English subjects. The stages of planning, implementing activities, evaluating activities, and compiling reports form this tutoring activity. The output of this tutoring activity is the extent to which parents or guardians are satisfied with the increase in their child's academic achievement at school after participating in this tutoring activity. This is because after attending tutoring, children feel more motivated to do their schoolwork (homework) well, and no assignments are neglected because there is a teacher (tutor) who guides them. Repetition of the material taught by tutors after school also helps students better understand the material they are learning in class, and students and recent graduates can use their free time in the afternoon to engage in activities that benefit society, such as actively teaching in class.

Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (SMEs) has a very important contribution of creating jobs, which in the end can help increase people's economy in Indonesia. However, SMEs tend to care less about long-term development strategies and more care abouthow to survive today. In order to survive and develop, SMEs needs to increase their productivity. Governance improvement is one strategy to increase the productivity. Many things can affect the governance, one of which is channels. In this study, there will be discussed about the effects of channels on influencing governance to improve the productivity of SMEs. The method used to determine the effect of channels on governance is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the discussion in thisstudy, it can be concluded that the channel has a positive influence on the governance of SMEs. Keywords: Channel, SMEs, PLS.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of product quality and price perception on customer loyalty which is mediated by customer satisfaction in an online grill equipment rental shop. A sample of 70 respondents had their data processed using the Smart PLS 4 program. The research results show that: product quality has a direct and significantly positive effect on customer loyalty. Price perception also has a direct and significantly positive effect on customer loyalty, price perception has a direct and significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a direct and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction can positively mediate the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate significantly between product quality and customer loyalty. This research enriches information/theory regarding the relationship between products, price perceptions, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and offers a new approach to the relationship between variables.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently one of the important sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Lack of understanding in the meaning of NIB ownership as a legal form for business actors is a problem for MSMEs and also the community. The same problem was also found in MSMEs in Buduran Village, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction to business actors regarding preparing and registering to obtain an NIB. This community service begins with location observations, data collection, and implementation of socialization and mentoring activities. After participating in socialization and mentoring, entrepreneurs have a better understanding and are able to manage and have an NIB. It is hoped that this community service can be carried out irrationally for MSME actors in Sidaorjo Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan turnover terhadap kinerja individu karyawan dengan General Anxiety Disorder sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria bekerja di Lazada Express di bagian packing. Data diperoleh dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui bantuan Google form yang kemudian disebarkan secara online melalui media Whatsapp. Hasil pemerolehan data diolah menggunakan SEM PLS (partial least square) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) work environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (2) turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (3) general anxiety disorder berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap individual performance, (4) general anxiety disorder dapat memoderasi pengaruh work environment terhadap individual performance, serta (5) general anxiety disorder dapat memoderasi pengaruh turnover terhadap individual performance. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan sekaligus menghindari turunnya kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

OFC sales have decreased due to the covid-19 pandemic and continuing efforts to stabilize the business conditions of OFC after the covid-19 pandemic which makes it important for this research to be carried out. The research aims to determine the influence between internal (consumer traits) and external (situational factors) dimensions that influence consumers' online impulse buying. The population in this study are OFC consumers who do online impulse buying at Shopeefood. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people by taking the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The statistical tool used in this research is PLS 3.0. The results show that internal factors which include impulse buying tendencies, shopping enjoyment tendencies, consumer moods have a significant influence on online impulse buying, however, personal situations do not have a significant influence on impulse buying. External factors which include e-store atmosphere do not have a significant effect on impulse buying online, but Motivational activities by retailers and Product attributes have a significant influence on impulse buying.
