Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of information quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction among Smart Hajj application users. Based on the Accidental Sampling method, a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. From the results of the t test, it shows that the information quality variable has a calculated t value of 10.341 > t table 1.995 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted, which means that the information quality variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a calculated t value. amounting to 3.047 > t table 1.995 and a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the independent variable service quality has a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer satisfaction. From the results of the F test of 90.907 > F table 3.12, H3 is accepted, which means that there is a positive influence simultaneously (simultaneously) between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Then based on the results of the determination test or R2 test it is 0.716, this means that 71.6% of the consumer satisfaction variable can be explained by the information quality and service quality variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Social Capital on Business Performance, with Competitive Advantage as a mediating variable, among microenterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing primary data collected via a questionnaire administered to 280 respondents. The sample for this study was determined using probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach. Data analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance and Competitive Advantage. Social Capital has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage, but not directly on Business Performance. Competitive Advantage has a significant effect on Business Performance and mediates the relationship between Entrepreneurial Orientation and Social Capital on Business Performance. These findings indicate that improved performance of microenterprises can be achieved through strengthening Entrepreneurial Orientation and optimizing Social Capital focused on creating Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to examine the influence of health consciousness and brand image on purchase intention, with consumer attitude acting as a mediating variable, regarding pure matcha products among Generation Y and Z. The background to this study relates to the increasing demand for pure matcha driven by health consciousness among Generation Y and Z. A survey was conducted among 140 respondents from Generation Y and Z using a quantitative research approach. The data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) supported by SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that Health Consciousness and Brand Image have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Attitude. Furthermore, Brand Image and Consumer Attitude were found to have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention, whilst Health Consciousness did not have a significant direct influence on Purchase Intention. Further findings indicate that Consumer Attitude mediates the influence of Brand Image on Purchase Intention. This research suggests that building a strong brand image and managing consumer attitudes are key components in enhancing the intention to purchase pure matcha products particularly among Generation Y and Z

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro; namun, proses implementasinya belum merata, khususnya di daerah-daerah yang mengalami keterbatasan infrastruktur dan akses terhadap teknologi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran faktor pendukung internal dalam mendukung transformasi digital pelaku usaha mikro di Dusun Kepetingan, Desa Sawohan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Cakupan analisis meliputi strategi organisasi, kemampuan teknologi berkelanjutan, kontrol organisasi yang fleksibel, aksesibilitas terhadap kemitraan, proses bisnis, sumber daya manusia terampil, dan budaya organisasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan 21 informan yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperluas lebih lanjut melalui teknik snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi faktor pendukung internal berkontribusi pada proses transformasi digital. Meskipun demikian, keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan, tingkat keterampilan digital yang rendah, dan pemanfaatan media digital yang terbatas telah menghambat proses transformasi untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis bahwa model Internal Enablers dapat diperluas dengan menunjukkan bahwa pada usaha mikro yang berada di wilayah blankspot, infrastruktur digital dan konektivitas berperan sebagai foundational enabler yang mendahului efektivitas faktor-faktor internal organisasi.
