Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, both simultaneously and partially, with the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in the study were all teachers of Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, totaling 104 people with a sample of 76 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire, which was compiled by the researcher based on the research variable indicators. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 30 people who were not research samples, and has been tested with validity and reliability tests. This shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Professionalism at Public Junior High Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between Principal Leadership and Teacher Discipline with Teacher Professionalism at Public Middle Schools in Parlilitan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

Sexual violence against children requires preventive efforts accompanied by serious and sustained measures to break the chain of sexual violence against children. The purpose of this study is to determine the role, efforts, and solutions that can be implemented by the church in breaking the chain of sexual violence against children. In analyzing this issue, the research method used is qualitative research and a descriptive approach. Based on the research, the results show that efforts to break the chain of sexual violence can be carried out through the church's work in the areas of Koinonia, Marturia, and Diakonia. Solutions and efforts that can be made by the church can begin with awareness of the ecosystem of sexual violence against children, followed by concrete action. The church needs to voice the urgency of sexual crimes and appeal to the congregation through sermons to increase awareness and supervision of children, provide faith guidance for all categorical groups, and provide assistance to victims.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran etika profesi dan budaya organisasi sebagai fondasi ekonomi kelembagaan di Sumatera Utara. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran yang mengombinasikan analisis filosofis dan survei empiris terhadap 385 responden dari berbagai sektor profesi, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa etika profesi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi kelembagaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integritas, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi dalam etika profesi memiliki korelasi positif (r=0,742) dengan efektivitas kelembagaan. Lebih lanjut, budaya organisasi yang adaptif memperkuat hubungan antara etika profesi dengan keberlanjutan ekonomi kelembagaan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada teori ekonomi kelembagaan dengan mengintegrasikan dimensi etika dan budaya sebagai faktor determinan dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi berfungsi sebagai mediator parsial dengan proporsi mediasi sebesar 28,47 persen, mengindikasikan pentingnya mekanisme transmisi nilai dari tingkat individual ke kolektif. Implikasi praktis mencakup pengembangan infrastruktur etika yang komprehensif dan penguatan kepemimpinan etis dalam organisasi di Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The utilization of cassava in cake production has become a significant innovation in addressing economic challenges in Batuhoring Village, Batang Toru Subdistrict. Cassava, as an abundant crop in the area, offers significant economic potential. This research explores the potential of cassava in cake production, identifies challenges in management, and formulates promotional and marketing strategies for cassava-based cake products. The results indicate that cassava has a stable raw material availability, high nutritional value, and a variety of processed cake products. Challenges involve the complexity of management and the need for strong marketing. Marketing strategies involve social media and exhibitions, emphasizing competitive pricing and understanding consumer targets. The utilization of cassava in cake production is expected to increase community economic income, support the agricultural sector, and create blessings through biblical values of hard work, sharing, and wise natural resource management.

Abstract

This article aims to improve the economy of Sipahutar residents by increasing pineapple processing. Pineapple processing can create processed pineapple products such as sweets, jams, dodol, chips, drinks, and health medicines. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which this method views that the data collected is the key to what is being studied. The results of this article are expected to have a positive impact on the economy of Sipahutar residents and urge residents to take a closer look at pineapple processing as a source of income energy. By referring to Proverbs 10:4 which reads, "Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands make a man rich," we can connect the principle of diligence in processing pineapples with the potential for economic improvement and showcase the development of processed pineapple products and increase the economic income of Sipahutar residents.

Abstract

In writing this article, it discusses the maintenance of good broiler breeds of native chickens and avoiding odors sometimes in chicken manure. In the maintenance of native broiler chickens it is very important to pay attention to the schedule of giving food to chickens regularly. The purpose in writing the article is to explain that in the maintenance of broiler breeds of native chickens and avoiding manure in chickens at the Yayasan Kasih untuk Bangsa (YAKUB) training center. Using fermentation in feed mixed with EM 4 and given sawdust on the floor of the chicken coop. So that the cage in the chicken does not smell. The rearing of native chickens also applies a cage system where chickens cannot roam to avoid chicken mortality.
