Abstract

People pleasing merupakan kecenderungan individu untuk memenuhi harapan orang lain dan mengorbankan kebutuhan pribadi demi validasi sosial. Pada konteks mahasiswa, pola ini dapat berdampak pada meningkatkan tekanan sosial, ketidakmampuan individu untuk menolak permintaan, hingga memperburuk Kesehatan psikologis individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan konseling asertif sebagai pendekatan yang dapat menanggulangi perilaku people pleasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas efektivitas penerapan konseling asertif dalam membantu mahasiswa untuk menyatakan kebutuhan, pendapat, dan batas diri secara tegas namun dengan cara yang tetap menghargai orang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling asertif berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan individu untuk mengkomunikasikan keinginan pribadi, mengurangi rasa tidak enak hati berlebihan, serta memperkuat regulasi diri dalam situasi interpersonal yang secara langsung mengurangi kecenderungan people pleasing mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti intervensi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman diri, keberanian menolak permintaan yang tidak sesuai, serta penurunan beban psikologis terkait tuntutan sosial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konseling asertif merupakan strategi intervensi yang relevan dan efektif untuk mengatasi pola people pleasing serta mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa.

Abstract

To compete in the job market in the era of globalization and technological innovation, university graduates must be as well prepared as possible to enter the workforce. The purpose of this study was to examine how organizational experience, soft skills, and self-efficacy influence the readiness of prospective YPPI Rembang University graduates to enter the workforce. Purposive sampling was used to select a sample from a population of 134 students in this quantitative study. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to collect data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and organizational experience both had positive and significant effects on job readiness, while soft skills had a beneficial but negligible impact. These three independent variables explained 78.9% of the variation in job readiness, according to an Adjusted R2 value of 0.789; other factors outside the model explained the remaining 21.1%.

Abstract

The advancement of digital music technology in the Creative Industry 5.0 era has significantly reshaped music education in schools. This study analyzes the implementation of three integrated digital music technologies—Suno AI, Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) Studio One, and the VST Monster Plugin—in the learning process and preparation for student band competitions at the secondary school level. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method, data were collected through participatory observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that digital technology integration enhances students’ musical creativity, rehearsal efficiency, and music production quality. Students reported increased confidence and greater ease in arranging music, while teachers noted improved rehearsal efficiency and cleaner arrangement results. Moreover, the integration of these technologies contributed to students' achievement in winning first place in an international band competition held in Malaysia. These results demonstrate that digital music technology is not merely a technical tool but an innovative learning model aligned with the demands of the modern music industry and 21st-century competencies. The study recommends strengthening teachers' digital literacy, improving digital music laboratory infrastructure, and encouraging sustained collaboration between educational institutions and the creative industry. Perkembangan teknologi musik digital pada era industri kreatif 5.0 telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam sistem pembelajaran musik di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan integrasi tiga teknologi musik digital yaitu Suno AI, Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) Studio One, dan VST Monster Plugin dalam proses pembelajaran serta persiapan kompetisi band pelajar tingkat sekolah menengah. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi musik digital meningkatkan kreativitas musikal, efisiensi latihan, dan kualitas produksi musik siswa. Siswa melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dan kemudahan dalam menyusun aransemen, sedangkan guru menyatakan bahwa proses latihan menjadi lebih efisien dan hasil aransemen lebih rapi. Integrasi teknologi tersebut berkontribusi pada capaian prestasi band pelajar yang memperoleh juara 1 pada kompetisi musik tingkat internasional di Malaysia. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan teknologi musik digital bukan sekadar alat bantu teknis, tetapi merupakan model pembelajaran inovatif yang relevan dengan tuntutan industri musik modern dan kompetensi abad ke-21. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan literasi digital guru seni, peningkatan infrastruktur laboratorium musik digital sekolah, serta kolaborasi berkelanjutan antara lembaga pendidikan dan industri kreatif. Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has encouraged the use of digital-based learning innovations, including chatbot technology as a virtual assistant for teachers. However, teachers’ perceptions of AI chatbot utilization and its impact on learning quality remain underexplored. This study aimed to examine the influence of teachers’ perceptions of AI‐based chatbots as virtual assistants on learning quality in SD Gugus V Pengasih in the academic year 2025/2026. This research employed a quantitative approach using a population study involving 41 elementary school teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicated a significant influence between teachers' perceptions of AI chatbot utilization and learning quality. The regression test yielded a coefficient value of 0.498 with t (4.433) > t-table(2.021) and significance level of p = 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.335 showed that 33.5% of the variance in learning quality was explained by teachers’ perceptions of AI chatbot usage, while the remaining 66.5% was affected by other factors. These findings suggest that positive perceptions of AI chatbot utilization have the potential to improve teaching effectiveness and support interactive, adaptive, and efficient learning processes at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang iklan layanan masyarakat yang bertujuan memperkuat pendidikan karakter, menggunakan teori Analisis Wacana Kritis Van Dijk. Tujuan utamanya adalah memahami cara iklan tersebut menyampaikan pesan, nilai, dan ideologi kepada masyarakat sekaligus perannya dalam membentuk pola pikir dan perilaku terkait praktik pendidikan karakter. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana data diperoleh melalui teknik mendengarkan, mencatat percakapan, serta menganalisis elemen visual. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa iklan ini menggunakan narasi yang kuat untuk membangun citra keluarga yang harmonis dan bertanggung jawab, serta menghubungkan praktik pendidikan karakter. Bahasa dalam iklan bersifat persuasif dan penuh emosi, dengan frasa seperti "Pegang Teguh Janji Yang Terucap Dengan Penuh Tanggung Jawab" yang menekankan teladan dan konsistensi. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa iklan ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai kampanye sosial, tetapi juga memperkuat ideologi tentang keluarga ideal dan nilai-nilai karakter yang diharapkan oleh masyarakat. Namun, representasi yang terbatas pada keluarga kelas menengah dapat menimbulkan tekanan dan mengurangi inklusivitas karena tidak mencerminkan keberagaman Indonesia. Temuan ini menyampaikan bahwa iklan ini efektif menyampaikan pesan moral melalui narasi yang penuh emosi, tetapi perlu memiliki representasi yang lebih inklusif agar dapat menjangkau seluruh masyarakat dengan cara yang lebih efektif, Iklan layanan masyarakat mampu memengaruhi cara orang memandang dan melakukan tindakan mereka, dengan memanfaatkan cerita, bahasa yang bisa menyakinkan, serta gambar yang kuat. Analisis ini memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai peran iklan layanan masyarakat dalam membentuk pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This study examines contemporary practices of citizenship education grounded in Pancasila values in Indonesian primary schools through a combined Systematic Literature Review and bibliometric analysis. Rapid sociotechnical changes in the 2020s have intensified the need for pedagogical approaches that not only build civic knowledge but also cultivate value-oriented behavior aligned with the Pancasila profile of learners. The review synthesizes empirical evidence published between 2020 and 2025 to identify effective instructional strategies and the mechanisms through which cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions of value internalization are fostered. Using PRISMA-guided procedures, 18 eligible articles were systematically analyzed, complemented by bibliometric mapping of publication trends, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrences. The findings reveal growing scholarly attention to project-based learning, service-based activities, role-playing, and culturally embedded school programs as means to strengthen moral reasoning, cooperation, and democratic dispositions among young learners. Nevertheless, considerable variation remains in pedagogical quality, research rigor, and assessment instruments, with many studies relying on small samples and non-standardized measures. Bibliometric patterns indicate fragmented research clusters and limited interdisciplinary collaboration, highlighting conceptual gaps in operationalizing Pancasila-based citizenship competencies. The study concludes that integrated, experiential, and contextually grounded learning designs hold strong potential to reinforce Pancasila values, yet require more robust empirical validation. The combined SLR–bibliometric approach provides a comprehensive evidence base and research roadmap for policymakers, educators, and future researchers seeking to advance value-based civic education at the primary level.

Abstract

The importance of shaping faith and tawhid from the primary school level is often not matched by students’ consistency in worship and their internalization of tawhid values, even in the context of Islamic integrated schools. This study aims to describe the implementation of habituation and role-modeling methods in building the faith and tawhid of fifth-grade students at SD IT Ihya As-Sunnah Singkut, as well as to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with Islamic education teachers, classroom teachers, and fifth-grade students as the main subjects, while data were collected through observations of religious activities, in-depth interviews, and documentation of school programs. The data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, and the validity of the findings was ensured through triangulation of techniques and sources.The results show that the habituation of worship (congregational prayer, dhuha prayer, Qur’an recitation, daily supplications) and the teachers’ role-modeling in religious attitudes and behavior are implemented in a structured manner and contribute positively to strengthening students’ faith and tawhid, as reflected in increased worship discipline, a sense of shame when violating religious rules, and an awareness of Allah’s constant supervision. However, the impact is not yet evenly distributed among all students due to differences in family background, peer environment, and the consistency of religious guidance outside school.The study recommends reinforcing collaboration among schools, teachers, and parents in continuing habituation and role-modeling at home so that the internalization of students’ faith and tawhid becomes more optimal

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kembali bahasa Banjar di sekolah dasar Banjarmasin sangat penting untuk mengantisipasi faktor-faktor ancaman dan kepunahan, karena bahasa nasional dan global telah berpengaruh besar terhadap anak-anak muda. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk melaporkan penerapan program melalui kegiatan literasi dan pembelajaran kontekstual. Studi kasus kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan observasi non-partisipan selama sesi FTBI, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, seorang guru kelas dua, dan seorang siswa kelas dua, serta analisis dokumen termasuk rencana pelajaran dan karya siswa di SDN Belitung Utara 3 Banjarmasin sebagai unit analisis. Temuan utama meliputi peningkatan ekspresi siswa melalui pengembangan literasi dalam cerita dan permainan tradisional (misalnya: cuk cuk bimbi), integrasi budaya melalui penggunaan dongeng-dongeng tersebut, serta hambatan seperti kurangnya buku materi konten lokal, durasi pelajaran dua jam, dan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pengembangan profesional guru. Bahkan adaptasi improvisasi yang sederhana seperti kamus saku dan pemilihan peserta lomba RBD terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan minat. Studi ini tidak hanya mempromosikan kebanggaan budaya, tetapi juga akan membantu pemulihan pasca-pandemi. Saran yang diajukan adalah agar kantor pendidikan memperluas FTBI melalui integrasi modul digital berbiaya rendah untuk implementasi secara nasional.

Abstract

Penerapan pendidikan lingkungan di sekolah dasar sangat penting untuk mendorong perilaku berkelanjutan sejak dini, terutama di lembaga-lembaga dengan sumber daya terbatas. Implementasi Green Education di SD Negeri Belitung Utara 3 Banjarmasin merupakan bidang studi yang signifikan, karena sekolah tersebut secara konsisten berupaya meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui berbagai program yang sederhana. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, pengamatan non-partisipatif terhadap aktivitas lingkungan dan proses pembelajaran, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Green Education diintegrasikan melalui pembelajaran lingkungan berbasis nilai, kegiatan Jum’at Bersih, dan pemanfaatan tanaman berkayu untuk upaya penghijauan. Guru dan siswa berpartisipasi dalam berbagai kegiatan, yang menghasilkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan di lingkungan sekolah. Namun, implementasi program ini menghadapi tantangan berkelanjutan, seperti fasilitas yang tidak memadai seperti tempat sampah 3R, kurangnya ruang hijau, dan anggaran sekolah yang terbatas. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Green Education dapat bertahan melalui langkah-langkah sederhana dan kerja sama komunitas sekolah. Teks ini memberikan panduan bagi lembaga pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas dan menciptakan inisiatif lingkungan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to the learning patterns of elementary school students and has significantly influenced their level of learning motivation. Various findings show that easy access to digital technology often causes distraction, reduces focus, and shifts interest in learning to entertainment activities. Although much research has addressed the impact of technology, there is still a gap in understanding how these factors relate to each other and influence overall learning motivation. This research uses a literature study approach to identify a general picture of the causes of decreased student learning motivation in the digital era as well as patterns of problems that arise in the learning process. Analysis shows that changes in learning environments and increased digital exposure contribute to weakening students' learning drive. This research is important to provide understanding for educators and parents in developing strategies that are more flexible to student needs, and emphasizes the need for further studies to formulate more effective solutions in the digital era.
