Abstract

Artikel ini mengangkat bagaimana pendidikan konservasi lingkungan dilakukan oleh pesantren Al Fatah yang notabene terkenal hanya mendalami ilmu-ilmu agama saja. Pendidikan konservasi ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh para santri dalam membekali dirinya menjadi khalifatullah di muka bumi. Maka kurikulum yang harus dicanangkan oleh pesantren Al Fatah adalah kurikulum yang sifatnya integrasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan para santri yakni integrasi antara ilmu-ilmu agama Islam dengan ilmu saintifik yang mereka tidak mengetahui tentang keilmuan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode library research dengan cara menganalisis sumber-sumber yang ada baik dari buku, jurnal, media dan lain sebagainya, penelitian ini  melihat pola kurikulum yang dikembangkan oleh Pondok Al Fatah. Kita melihat bahwa dengan kerangka pendidikan semacam demikian ditambah bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga pesantren Al Fatah berhasil melakukan pendidikan konservasi lingkungan dengan pola-pola integrasi. Pendidikan ini diberikan kepada santrinya untuk melihat bagaimana fenomena zaman ini harus dihadapi dengan penuh keyakinan supaya mereka dengan stigma santrinya tidak ketinggalan dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan yang lainnya. Hal ini berhasil dilakukan oleh pesantren Al Fattah dengan melihat kasus yang ada program saintifik dilakukan.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya pendidik. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sumber daya pendidik yang efektif melalui manajemen yang baik menjadi sangat penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen sumber daya pendidik di SD Islam Al Azhar 46 Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, di mana peneliti berupaya menggali pemahaman mendalam mengenai pengalaman serta praktik pengelolaan sumber daya pendidik dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan yang diteliti.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dilaksanakan secara langsung di tempat penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya pendidik di SD Islam Al Azhar 46 Kota Depok telah berjalan dengan baik. Keberhasilan tersebut tercermin dari pelaksanaan berbagai fungsi manajemen sumber daya pendidik, seperti analisis kebutuhan tenaga pengajar, pelaksanaan rekrutmen secara selektif, serta pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional secara berkelanjutan, penempatan pendidik yang sesuai kompetensi, monitoring kinerja pendidik secara berkala, evaluasi kerja pendidik, penerapan sistem reward dan punishment yang mendukung motivasi.  Manajemen sumber daya pendidik yang efektif ini berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SD Islam Al Azhar 46 Kota Depok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi media pembelajaran audio visual pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitiannya menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai strategi dalam memperahankan minat belajar siswa, memperejelas materi, serta menumbuhkan nilai-nilai akhlak yang dapat di implementasikan pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru memanfaatkan strategi media audio visual pada modul ajar, memaparkan konten visual islami, serta evaluasi diskusi. Pemanfaatan media audio visual sangatlah penting yang berguna untuk membantu proses penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan atau materi pelajaran. Meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik bisa didapatkan jika menggunakan media yang tepat dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran audio visual ini merupakan media yang cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar. Salah satu unggulan media audio visual dari media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran akidah akhlak, media ini dapat menyajikan materi pelajaran yang menarik serta interaktif, sehingga peserta didik akan lebih mudah dalm memahami materi. Kendala yang dialami dalam pemanfaatan media audio adalah pada keterbatasan perangkat dan kebutuhan kompetensi seorang guru. Maka dari itu, pengembangan media dan kepelatihan berkelanjutan sangat dianjurkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dalam strategi bisnis Muslimpreneur di industri estetika Indonesia. Menggunakan Teori Pemangku Kepentingan yang diintegrasikan nilai Islam[1] dan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus[5], penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana nilai seperti shiddiq, adl, amanah, dan ihsan membentuk etika, pemasaran, serta layanan pelanggan. Hasil menunjukkan Muslimpreneur menempatkan Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala sebagai pemangku kepentingan utama, memprioritaskan kemaslahatan di atas profit semata, dan menerapkan nilai Qur'ani dalam interaksi pemangku kepentingan, pemasaran syariah, serta pelayanan berbasis ihsan, menciptakan model bisnis berkelanjutan yang etis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study on the relevance of Islamic Education (PAI) lesson planning to the enhancement of students' character is to foster students' awareness of the importance of character values embedded within themselves. This research employs field research methodology, which involves collecting data directly from the research location. To support the success of the study, a relevant approach was used, specifically a qualitative descriptive method for this analysis.The findings indicate that the overall PAI learning system at SMK Jayabeka 01 Karawang demonstrates a strong relevance between the planning, implementation, and objectives of the lessons with students' character values. This alignment supports the achievement of students with exemplary character, well-prepared to face the professional world. In conclusion, PAI lesson planning plays a crucial role in instilling faith, piety, and character values in students, aligning with educational goals and the school's vision and mission. By designing structured syllabi, lesson plans, methods, and evaluations, PAI teachers contribute to shaping students with noble character, confidence, independence, and curiosity. The learning process is enhanced through innovative approaches, such as interactive media and group discussions, creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment. Supporting factors include students' freedom to express opinions, relevant learning media, and good communication between teachers and students. However, challenges such as uneven religious understanding and Qur'an reading abilities require additional intervention from teachers and parental support.

Abstract

 This study aims to describe the forms of development of the Quranic school movement program at SMPN 3 Lumajang, to identify the principal's efforts in developing the program, and to analyze the impact of the program's development at SMPN 3 Lumajang. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects include the principal, teachers, students, and parents, with data collection techniques involving passive participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis is conducted using inductive analysis, starting with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Validation is achieved through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The results of this study indicate that the forms of development of the Quranic School Movement program at SMPN 3 Lumajang include the restructuring of the Quranic study system. Initially, students only read short surahs in a centralized manner, but now a tiered Quranic study system has been established according to students' abilities. This system has also been supplemented with Tilawati and Qur'ani methods. The school has added programs for tahfidz, extracurricular tilawah, and calligraphy. The principal's efforts in developing the Quranic School Movement program include building partnerships with Madin As-Sakinah, enhancing teachers' capabilities, and conducting regular coordination and evaluation. These efforts have had a positive impact on students, teachers, and parents/guardians.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of character education at Pondok Pesantren Mathlaul Huda Ciparay, which combines formal and non-formal curriculum in shaping the character of students. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation methods and in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators and teachers. The results showed that character education at Pondok Pesantren Mathlaul Huda was carried out through the exemplary approach, strengthening moral values, and disciplinary training. The ustadz acts as a model of behaviour that shows discipline and responsibility, which is then imitated by the santri in their daily lives. In addition, special programmes such as Ta'lim wa Tarbiyah and mutual cooperation activities strengthen moral and social values in santri. The influence of this character education can be seen in the social attitudes of santri who are more tolerant, empathetic, and have high social responsibility. In conclusion, an integrated approach that includes moral knowledge, feelings, and actions at Mathlaul Huda Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in shaping the character of students holistically. This research suggests that the character education model in this pesantren can be applied in other educational institutions as an effort to build the character of the younger generation with integrity.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces serious challenges related to quality and equity, as shown by its low global ranking. This research focuses on optimising the quality of school work programs as an effort to improve students' personality competencies at Al Azhar 6 and 9 Bekasi Islamic Junior High Schools, emphasising the importance of character education in the context of formal education. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation and document analysis, and participants were purposively selected to explore in-depth information about the implementation of the school work programme. The results showed that structured planning and organisation of the work program contributed significantly to improving teachers' personality competence and student enrolment stability, while continuous implementation, control and evaluation supported improved students' academic and non-academic achievements. The findings support the importance of collaboration between principals, teachers and parents and the use of technology and SMART methods in planning, although there are limitations related to the scope of participants and the subjectivity of the data collected, so further research is needed to extend the generalisability of the results.

Abstract

Work stress and work motivation are two factors that greatly influence individual performance in the work environment. From an Islamic perspective, work stress can be managed through a spiritual approach, such as tawakal, sabar, and sholat, which function as coping mechanisms to overcome work pressure. Meanwhile, work motivation in Islam is not only oriented towards material things but also on the intention to seek Allah's pleasure (ikhlas) and work as a form of worship. This study aims to analyze the concept of work stress management and work motivation from an Islamic perspective and how to implement it in professional life. The research method used is library research by analyzing Islamic literature, including the Qur'an, Hadith, and the views of related scholars. The results of the study indicate that work stress management in Islam emphasizes a balance between worldly endeavors and spirituality, such as maintaining physical and mental health and strengthening relationships with Allah. Meanwhile, work motivation based on Islamic values ​​can improve work ethic and more meaningful job satisfaction. The application of stress management and work motivation from an Islamic perspective can be an effective solution in creating a healthy and productive work environment.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged various sectors, including education, to adopt cashless transaction systems to improve financial efficiency and transparency. This research aims to analyze the transformation of canteen services through the implementation of a cashless transaction system at Pondok Pesantren IMBOS Pringsewu. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the implementation of a cashless transaction system based on digital student cards has a significant positive impact. Transaction efficiency increased with faster service times, shorter queues, and more accurate financial record-keeping. This system also allows students to be more independent in managing their finances. However, there are several challenges in its implementation, such as limited internet access, limited transaction devices at each tenant, and resistance from some students and canteen managers who are still accustomed to the cash system. To address these challenges, strengthening digital infrastructure, providing adequate transaction tools, and enhancing digital literacy for students and canteen managers are necessary. Overall, the implementation of cashless transactions at the IMBOS Pringsewu Islamic Boarding School canteen contributes positively to supporting service efficiency and financial transparency, and serves as a model for other boarding schools in adopting a financial digitalization system.
