Abstract

Permasalahan utama pada Komunitas Belajar (Kombel) Al Sasa Gema di SDN Sarirejo 1 adalah rendahnya produktivitas budidaya ikan nila akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pembuatan pakan berkualitas serta pengelolaan budidaya ikan secara efektif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya ikan nila melalui penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) dan pendampingan berkelanjutan, sehingga para guru dan siswa dapat memproduksi pakan ikan berkualitas tinggi dari bahan baku lokal serta mengoptimalkan pengelolaan budidaya ikan nila. Metode pengabdian meliputi perencanaan, sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan pellet ikan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan intensif, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dimulai sosialisasi dan pelatihan pada guru dan tenaga pendidik tentang budidaya ikan nila dan pembuatan pakan, diikuti dengan penerapan teknologi secara langsung di lapangan, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan para mitra dalam memproduksi pakan ikan nila secara mandiri menggunakan alat TTG-APPIN, yang berdampak peningkatan kapasitas produksi ikan nila di sekolah. Evaluasi program mengungkapkan respon positif dari para mitra, dengan sebagian besar menyatakan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dan mendukung keberlanjutan budidaya ikan nila di lingkungan sekolah. Program berhasil menjadikan SDN Sarirejo 1 sebagai model sekolah percontohan penerapan teknologi tepat guna bidang budidaya perikanan. Abstract

Jepitu Village is located in a karst hill area covering an area of ​​1,625.1960 km². Most of the population works as dryland farmers, gardeners, livestock breeders, and fishermen. Despite having abundant natural resources, including agricultural and marine products, local small businesses (MSMEs) face challenges in marketing their products, most of which have limited reach. To overcome this, the community service team assists in using WhatsApp Business and Instagram Business as digital marketing platforms for MSMEs in Jepitu. This training aims to improve product marketing through digital content creation and social media strategies. WhatsApp and Instagram Business offer features that facilitate customer interaction, such as automatic replies and product catalogs. This mentoring program has five stages: socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, and sustainability. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and use of digital marketing media, expanding marketing reach and increasing sales. Abstract

The BK work program in schools is shown in physical form, namely the BK module which contains service plans according to student needs. The efforts made to carry out this role, guidance and counseling teachers are required to make a service implementation plan. The problem faced by guidance and counseling teachers in the current independent curriculum, is that their skills in compiling guidance and counseling modules are not yet optimal according to the context of the Pancasila student profile and the achievements of the independent curriculum. Therefore, assistance is needed for guidance and counseling teachers at junior high school and equivalent levels to prepare guidance and counseling modules. The subjects who attended the service activities consisted of 50 public and private middle school guidance and counseling teachers. This activity collaborates with the Mempawah Regency Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Conference (MGBK), located at 2 Junior High Schools Mempawah. The methods used identification, discussion and practicum in creating guidance and counseling service modules, evaluation and reflection. The results of implementing community service are providing skills in creating independent curriculum guidance and counseling service modules based on needs analysis according to development phases and creating service achievements based on Pancasila student profile indicators. Abstract

The application of solar power plant technology as a backup power source at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Yogyakarta, aims to address the challenges caused by disrupted electricity supply. This Islamic boarding school has a strategic location due to its close access to the city center of Yogyakarta. The school relies on electricity for its educational and worship activities. A study was conducted to assess the potential of solar energy, geographical conditions, and the readiness of Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School to adopt renewable energy technology. After the assessment, structured implementation activities, such as awareness socialization, training, and direct assistance, were carried out to ensure the management of the solar power system by the school administration. The results of the Community Service program showed that a solar power system had successfully been implemented to address disruptions during power outages, thereby improving worship and educational activities. This program encourages partner involvement and environmental awareness among the school management and students. Recommendations for ensuring the program’s sustainability include training, routine performance evaluations, and potential partnerships with government and private organizations to promote the use of renewable energy. This successful program is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions seeking to implement renewable energy technology. Abstract

During adolescence, having knowledge about reproductive health is a very important aspect for the formation of healthy attitudes and behavior in adolescents. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health can have an impact on risky behavior, especially in adolescents who have limited access to information and health services. This activity aims to increase reproductive health knowledge among teenagers at the At-Tanzil Serdang Guidance Studio (SB), Malaysia, most of whom come from Indonesian Migrant Worker (PMI) families. This activity uses an interactive lecture method supported by media in the form of PowerPoint and educational videos. The ultrasound method ((Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) is applied to determine problem priorities, while the fishbone diagram is used to identify the root causes of low understanding of reproductive health in adolescents. Evaluation of counseling activities is carried out through pretest and posttest. The results show a significant increase in adolescents' understanding of reproductive health after counseling, the statistical test results showed a significant difference (p < 0.05). This activity is expected to have a long-term impact in helping teenagers maintain their reproductive health during puberty. Keywords: Reproductive health, adolescents, counseling, Guidance Studio

Abstract

This program aims to enhance educational services and literacy knowledge among early childhood students at Akar Tumbuh Melati School through the implementation of appropriate technology (Smart Perpustakaan). The activities were carried out in five stages: socialization, training, technology implementation, assistance, and evaluation with sustainability measures. The Smart Perpustakaan technology includes a library space, an encyclopedia book collection, virtual reality (VR) videos for interactive reading activities, and Cardboard VR devices. The results show a 92% increase in digital literacy knowledge and a 33.33% improvement in the quality of educational services. This program successfully reduced children's dependency on non-educational digital content and opened opportunities for sustainable collaboration with related stakeholders. Abstract

Low motivation to learn is often considered as the cause of the low quality of graduates of a tertiary institution. This factor even raises a dilemma, because with low learning motivation, students cannot master learning materials properly, but must graduate for the sake of the continuity of the college. Practices like this are safe and lasting, because the majority of students just want to get a bachelor's degree, and not to master science. Meanwhile, many tertiary institutions apply the concept of customer satisfaction in the world of education, making it easier for students to graduate to be considered as providing satisfaction to their consumers (students). Responding to challenges in the world of education today in community service is able to provide and motivate and how to gain knowledge through information technology. The CRAFT method is a self-image programming method introduced by the psychocybernatic technique. This method is a structured method of controlling the soul and the individual. The CRAFT method consists of Cancel, Replace, Affirmation, Focus and Training. The application of the CRAFT method is accompanied by the Mind Mapping technique. In this technique students are required to determine goals, plans and actions. We also certainly know that the benefits of mind mapping are for teaching and learning. The end result of the CRAFT method is being able to increase enthusiasm for learning through motivation and assistance on how to get good knowledge through information technology.

Abstract

Triple Kids is a Playground service provider in the Lumintang area of ​​North Denpasar which has been operating since 2020 with many visitors to the community in the Lumintang area. With the level of crowds and interest of visitors in utilizing the indoor play area facilities, UKM Triple Kids has problems in managing the number of children's visitors at any given time, especially when there are lots of visitors. The management is unable to control the time of children's visitors if it has passed the specified time limit, so assistance is needed in managing entrance tickets and limiting the time for visitors to play in the play area, including managing financial administration and regular visitor members in the Triple Kids play area. With these busy conditions, it is necessary to provide a play area with the help of digital technology which can also help children's interest in playing but can still train children's motoric activities, practice socialization and interaction. Therefore, the Management of Triple Kids welcomes it by conveying the need for digital education facilities that can still improve children's motor skills. Keywords: Playground, Children, Tickets

Abstract

The Jati Tengah integrated waste management site consists of a waste processing building and land designated for the development of waste processing products through the concept of reduce, reuse and recycle. The concept that has not been implemented requires community participation to optimize the land. This community empowerment activity aims to increase community participation in optimizing the land by planting local plants as an effort to increase food security. Participatory Rural Appraisal is the right method to increase community involvement. Empowerment activities include educational activities for the community through discussion groups that discuss the theme of land optimization. The next activity is planting peanuts, mangoes, avocados, durians, guavas, coconuts, bay trees and teak trees with an intercropping system. Planting begins with land preparation, digging planting holes and providing compost, planting and harvesting. Peanuts are harvested first, then cassava. The community is more interested in planting types of nuts because they adapt to weather conditions. The next service priority is to plant various types of nuts by maintaining an intercropping system. Keywords: waste, land, food, participation, service

Abstract

The ability of teachers to design learning tools is an essential component of pedagogical competence, significantly contributing to the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. However, several challenges were identified, such as uncertainty in implementing differentiated learning, minimal integration of HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) and TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge), and a lack of coherence among learning tools. This community service program aims to enhance teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 14 Yogyakarta through mentoring in the development of differentiated and integrative learning tools. The implementation adopts a blended learning model, involving stages such as preparation, training, instructional material design, classroom practice, and reflection. The results showed significant improvements: 93.93% of teachers implemented innovative teaching, 75.75% had complete learning tools, 84.84% applied differentiated instruction, 87.87% incorporated HOTS, 78.79% utilized TPACK, and 87.88% optimized students’ literacy and numeracy skills. This program effectively enhanced teacher competence in designing more coherent and innovative teaching practices, supporting the improvement of education quality at the school.
