Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menetapi kelayakan Bahan Ajar Elektronik Menggunakan Flipbook Materi Hubungan Gaya dan Gerak Benda pada siswa kelas IV. Metode yang digunakan dengan Research and Development (R&D). Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata nilai validasi dibidangnya sebesar 92% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Kemudialn untuk halsil efektifitals produk sebesalr 0,42 dallalm kaltegori sedalng altalu cukup efektif, daln respon siswal dengaln raltal-raltal persentalse sebesalr 78% dengaln kriterial balik sertal alngket respon guru sebalnyalk 83% dengaln kaltegori salngalt balik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bahan Ajar Elekrtonik Menggunakan Flipbook Materi Hubungan Gaya dan Gerak Benda Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yang dikembangkan termasuk pada kategori sangat layak digunakan sebagai Bahan Ajar di kelas IV.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Science subject in grade IV of SDK St. Yoseph 3 Naikoten, Kupang City, through the application of science spinner media. This study is a type of quantitative research using quasi-experiments conducted with 1 class and divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The subjects of this study were 27 grade IV students. The instruments in the study were observation, tests and documentation. Validity test is calculated using Microsoft Excel 2010 with the results of 19 valid questions and 1 invalid question, reliability test is calculated using Microsoft Excel 2010 with a value of r = 98 with a very high criterion conclusion, the level of difficulty test is calculated using Microsoft Excel 2010 with a conclusion of 19 medium numbers and 1 difficult number and the test of the discriminating power of questions with a conclusion of 19 very good numbers and 1 bad number, hypothesis test t-test with SPSS 16 With the provision of Sig (2 tailed) t-test for equal variances assumed at 0.000, then a value <0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes that can be seen from the average learning outcomes in the control class posttest, namely 63.84 and the experimental class 87.14, from these results it shows that the learning outcomes of the control class are lower than the experimental class. Furthermore, based on the results of data analysis using the hypothesis test T-Tests (Independent Samples Tests) above, at the sig. (2-tailed) t-test for Equal variances assumed of 0.000, the significance value <0.05 means that Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of science spinner learning media on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDK St. Yoseph 3 Naikoten, Kupang City.

Abstract

Drug abuse constitutes a form of behavioral disorder that has serious implications for an individual’s mental health. This study aims to explore the psychological dynamics experienced by former drug users during their period of substance use and throughout the rehabilitation process. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed with one patient undergoing rehabilitation at the Welas Asih Indonesia Waras Ministry Center for Mental Health Rehabilitation (Pusat Rehabilitasi ODGJ), Serang, Banten. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observations. The findings indicate that the subject experienced severe psychological disturbances, including paranoia, delusions, auditory hallucinations, anxiety, and suicidal ideation during the period of drug use. Throughout the rehabilitation process, the subject demonstrated positive developments in self-acceptance, emotional regulation, and coping abilities through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), individual counseling, meditation, and social support within the rehabilitation environment. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic, empathetic, and continuous psychological approach in supporting the recovery process of former drug addicts.

Abstract

The Black Water volleyball team, from Nagari Jopang, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, is a true representation of the spirit of village sports that grows within the local community. This article examines the team's strategic role in sports development, character development for the younger generation, and strengthening social cohesion in the local community. Using descriptive qualitative methods and a participatory approach, it was found that the team's success lies not only in its competitive achievements but also in its ability to build solidarity and active community participation. Black Water's existence serves as an example of how traditional sports at the nagari level can be managed independently and professionally, contributing to character development and a culture of sportsmanship in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the emotional dynamics of students with hearing impairments in the context of inclusive education at Special Elementary School (SKH) N 01 Serang City. With a qualitative approach and case study design, this research involved observations and interviews with students and teachers. Findings show that students with hearing impairments often face difficulties in managing and expressing emotions, which leads to aggressive behavior and withdrawal tendencies. However, through consistent support from teachers and implementation of a fun learning approach, students demonstrate progress in social and emotional skills. Parental involvement is critical to ensuring consistency in support strategies at home and school. This research emphasizes the need for a responsive and collaborative approach in inclusive education, so that students with hearing impairments can face emotional challenges and develop in an inclusive environment.

Abstract

Science identity is a psychosocial construct that influences students’ interest, perseverance, and engagement in scientific activities. This study aims to analyze the differences in science identity between male and female students using the Mann–Whitney U test. The instrument employed was a science identity scale consisting of three domains: appreciation of scientific perspectives, positive attitudes toward the science community, and concern for environmental issues. The sample consisted of 19 male students and 20 female students from the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program at a teacher education institution in Makassar. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique. The results showed that there were no significant differences in domains D1, D2, and D3. However, a significant difference was found in the total science identity score (p = 0.035), with female students scoring higher than male students. These results indicate that gender differences in the science identity of prospective elementary school teachers emerge cumulatively rather than within specific dimensions. This finding highlights the need for inclusive strategies to support science identity development for all PGSD pre-service teachers, particularly by providing recognition and equitable opportunities for engaging in science learning without gender bias.

Abstract

Infrastructure and technology limitations, teacher readiness and competence , parent and community participation, evaluation and assessment, and resistance to change are some of the obstacles faced in implementing the independent curriculum. The purpose of this study is to determine how the implementation of the independent curriculum improves the quality of learning in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Data sources consist of national and international scientific journals. The data collection process comes from Scopus and Google Scholar focusing on literature from relevant journals, which are related to the implementation of the independent curriculum in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools. Data analysis focuses on the implementation of the curriculum from various references. The results of this study indicate that there is a very large influence between the openness of teachers and related parties in determining a curriculum planning, so that in its implementation it is in accordance with the conditions of students, educational goals and must be adjusted to the student's environment.

Abstract

Emotional disorders are psychological conditions that affect an individual’s ability to regulate emotions, engage in social interactions, and adapt to their environment. In the context of increasing mental health cases in Indonesia, psychiatric rehabilitation services play a crucial role in supporting patient recovery. This study aims to analyze the rehabilitation process of a patient with emotional disorders at the ODGJ Welas Asih Rehabilitation Center and to identify the counseling approaches that contribute to the patient’s psychological improvement. This research employed a qualitative case study design, with data collected through in-depth interviews and behavioral observations. The findings show that the patient experienced significant progress in emotional regulation and social functioning. This improvement was supported by the implementation of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helped the patient identify and modify negative thinking patterns, as well as humanistic counseling, which provided unconditional acceptance and fostered self-understanding and confidence. The results were further analyzed using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Theory. These frameworks reveal that fulfilling basic needs, ensuring safety, strengthening social belonging, and supporting identity development play essential roles in emotional recovery. A supportive rehabilitation environment, consistent guidance, and structured daily activities also contributed to improved emotional stability and social adaptation. Overall, this study highlights the importance of a multidimensional approach in the rehabilitation of emotional disorders, emphasizing that psychological and social interventions are just as vital as medical treatment in facilitating patient recovery.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of social media on the improvement of business performance in MSMEs in South Buton Regency. The population used in this study is MSMEs who use Facebook as a promotion tool and the sample used for this study is 92 Respondents. This research uses the Quantitative Method with a Regression Analysis approach. Data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires, this data is tested through several stages such as descriptive test, data validity test, data reliability test, normality test, heteroscredasticity test, simple liner regression test, hypothesis test (t test), R2 determination test with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) version 25. In this research, the use of social media has a positive and significant effect on business performance. This shows that their chances are greater to see an improvement in business performance, both in terms of increased sales, brand awareness, and long-term market growth.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of Augmented Reality (AR) learning media to improve student concentration in learning about ecosystems in fifth-grade elementary schools. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, involving teachers and students as data sources. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain an in-depth overview of the learning process and student responses to the use of AR. The results showed that AR media can realistically present animal objects and their habitats through 3D visualization, thereby helping students understand the abstract concept of ecosystems. The application of AR has been shown to improve several indicators of student concentration, such as increased student engagement, curiosity, learning motivation, and visual attention to the material. Students appeared more focused, actively explored AR objects, and demonstrated enthusiasm in participating in learning activities. Thus, AR can be a relevant, innovative alternative learning medium for application to other materials requiring concrete visualization.
