Abstract

One of the breakthroughs made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is the launch of Learning Accounts which can be accessed through www.belajar.id. This account can be used by students, educators, and education staff to access electronic-based learning services. A Learning Account is created in the form of a Google Account with the @belajar.id domain. The use of technology and mastery of digital literacy are important for teachers to master considering that currently many learning materials are sourced and accessed from the internet. This training aims to assist teachers at KKMTs Purwakarta, in accessing features available on Google Workspace for Education, so that it is hoped that teachers can maximize the student learning process online during distance learning. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of teachers in designing online-based learning during the pandemic, and teachers do not yet have the competence to integrate the Blended Learning learning model packaged in the Audacity Application with the subject matter of History at SMA Labschool. This research has an urgency to be carried out, so that through this research will give birth to new innovations in combining the blended learning model with the Audacity application in the history learning process by raising local historical values as a lesson package in high school. This research is oriented towards new breakthroughs in facing the industrial revolution era. In this study, the problems are 1. How to apply the blended learning model using the Audacity Application in History lessons at SMA Labschool and 2. How to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Blended Learning Model using the Audacity Application to History Lessons in Senior High Schools in Central Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is oriented to determine the pattern of application of the blended learning learning model using the Audacity Application in history lessons at Senior High Schools in Central Sulawesi. Thus, Labschool SMA teachers by applying the blended learning model combined with the Audacity Application will facilitate the learning process. This research is a qualitative research which is studied using a blended learning model approach as the basis in the learning process combined with Audacity technology as a medium in delivering history subject matter in high schools throughout Central Sulawesi. The application of the blended learning learning model which in principle will be one of the solutions and breakthroughs to overcome the difficulties of the learning process at SMA Labschool. Thus, this research process will make it easier for teachers to transfer knowledge to students as objects in the learning process at SMA Labschool. This research is also a novelty that was carried out as a breakthrough in the history learning process at SMA Labschool.

Abstract

The aims and objectives of this research are to answer three research questions: 1). to analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance; 2). Analyzing the influence of Organizational Climate on Teacher performance, and 3). analyze the influence of Leadership Style and organizational climate together on Teacher performance. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression, using simultaneous significance experiments (F-test) and partial experiments (t-test), and the coefficient of certainty (R2), and using the SPSS type application program 21.0 version. The illustrations used in this research were obtained through the Non-Probability Sampling method of collecting images, namely sampling with 100 teachers. After testing the information, it is known that the Leadership Style (X1) has a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.481; significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; as a result (t-count) 5.284 > 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 90.005 + 0.481 X1 + e. After that, it was known that Organization Climate (X2) had a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.662; degrees of significance 0.000 < 0.05, as a result (t-count) 7.499 > 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 71.101 + 0.662 X1 + e. Finally, the Elastic Leadership Style (X1) and the Elastic Group Eve (X2) jointly have a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with an F number of 31,614 and a chart F-number of 3,09. As a result, the F number is more significant than the F chart (31.614 > 3.09), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how urgent character education is and how teachers implement it in history learning at SMA Negeri 15, Kepulauan Tanimbar Regency, which is related to three aspects of learning, namely planning, implementation (learning strategies and methods), and evaluation during the Covid-19 pandemic.(19) This study used qualitative research method. It was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021–2022 academic year at SMA Negeri 15, Kepulauan Tanimbar Regency, Maluku Province. There were two sources of data, primary and secondary data. It was found that globalization and modernization have a negative impact on students' morals and associations, and character education in history learning is important during the Covid-19 pandemic so that students can learn from history. In learning implementation, history teachers make lesson plans adapted from the syllabus from the government. In the implementation of history learning during this pandemic, teachers must maximize learning strategies and methods, especially in utilizing media and historical learning resources. Learning evaluation should be carried out from scratch to examine the success of the implementation of character education in history learning during this pandemic. Teachers can evaluate history learning by group tests or individual tests to find out the changes in students' affective learning outcomes.

Smart PLS data analysis. The study's findings demonstrated that the growth of the tourism industry simultaneously has a substantial impact on the development of the area. Three of the six independent variables—X1 (attractions), X3 (amenities), and X6 (creative economy MSMEs)—do not significantly affect the moderating variable Z (creative economy MSMEs) (comfort). The values of Tcount X1=0.819 1.96, T-count X3=0.3 79 1.96, and T-count X6=0.767 1.96 are indicative of this. Where all three variables have a T-count value smaller than the T-table (1.96). To the Karo Regency Tourism Office, it is recommended to further improve aspects related to regional development so that the development of the Karo Regency area can be maximized, especially through the tourism sector and the existence of MSMEs based on the creative economy.
