Abstract

Salah satu bentuk implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, yaitu menghubungkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan budaya agar pembelajaran lebih bermakna. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan berbasis kolaborasi dan partisipasi. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaannya meliputi: persiapan kegiatan, workshop pengembangan modul ajar, pengembangan modul ajar, telaah/uji ahli, penyempurnaan, dan rancangan tindak lanjut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, sebagian besar guru Bahasa Indonesia di Kota Malang masih jarang mengimplementasikan unsur budaya dalam modul ajar. Selanjutnya, kegiatan workshop dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kebutuhan guru terhadap pengembangan modul ajar yang mengimplementasikan budaya lokal. Seluruh peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan workshop tersebut. Sebagian besar peserta 58,33% menyatakan sangat setuju dan 41,67% setuju materi pelatihan membantu pemahaman konsep midul ajar responsif budaya bagi guru.Peserta workshop juga sebagian besar sangat siap dan siap untuk menerapkan modul ajar responsif busaya (sejumlah 95,83%).Meskipundemikian 4,17% peserta masih merasa kurang siap. Persentase tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini secara umum dinilai efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang diberikan oleh para validator dalam uji ahli, modul ajar yang dikembangkan secara umum menunjukkan kualitas yang baik. Kualitas perencanaan dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,96. Kualitas materi pembelajaran dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,98. Selanjutnya, integrasi budaya lokal juga dinilai sangat baik dengan dengan rata-rata skor 3,88. Strategi pembelajaran juga dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,94. Asesmen pembelajaran dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 3,73. Aspek bahasa dan keterbacaan juga dinilai sangat baik dengan skor 3,84. Pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penguatan pendidikan yang berkualitas, bermakna, dan memperkuat identitas nasional. Assistance in the Development of Local Culture-Responsive Indonesian Language Teaching Modules in Junior High Schools in Malang City to Strengthen In-Depth Learning Abstract One form of implementation of the deep learning approach in Indonesian language learning is connecting Indonesian language learning with culture to make learning more meaningful. The implementation of this community service activity uses a collaboration and participation-based approach. The implementation steps include: activity preparation, teaching module development workshop, teaching module development, expert review/testing, refinement, and follow-up design. Based on the results of the needs analysis, most Indonesian language teachers in Malang City still rarely implement cultural elements in teaching modules. Furthermore, the workshop activity was carried out by considering several teacher needs for the development of teaching modules that implement local culture. All participants gave a positive response to the implementation of the workshop. Most participants (58.33%) stated that they strongly agreed and 41.67% agreed that the training materials helped teachers understand the concept of culturally responsive teaching modules. Most workshop participants were also very ready and prepared to implement culturally responsive teaching modules (95.83%). However, 4.17% of participants still felt less prepared. This percentage indicates that this training was generally considered effective. Based on the assessment results given by the validators in the expert test, the developed teaching module generally showed good quality. The quality of the planning was assessed as very good with an average score of 3.96. The quality of the learning materials was assessed as very good with an average score of 3.98. Furthermore, the integration of local culture was also assessed as very good with an average score of 3.88. The learning strategy was also assessed as very good with an average score of 3.94. The learning assessment was assessed as very good with an average score of 3.73. The language and readability aspects were also assessed as very good with a score of 3.84. This training makes a positive contribution to strengthening quality, meaningful education and strengthening national identity.

Abstract

Strengthening teacher competence is a strategic effort to improve the quality of learning at the junior high school level. Current educational challenges require teachers not only to master subject content and teaching methods but also to design and implement deep learning approaches integrated with value-based character education. This community service program aimed to enhance the conceptual understanding and pedagogical skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 20 Malang in integrating deep learning with character value reinforcement in the learning process. The program was implemented through workshops, mentoring, limited classroom implementation, and continuous evaluation. A total of 30 teachers from various subject areas participated in the activity. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of deep learning, reflected in a shift from content-oriented instruction toward meaningful and reflective learning. In addition, teachers demonstrated improved competence in designing learning tools that integrate cognitive and affective dimensions as well as character values, supported by the use of authentic assessment. This program contributes to the development of contextual, sustainable, and character-oriented learning practices that support students’ holistic development.

Abstract

UMKM frozen food seperti FANARA FROZEN di Bojonegoro menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam dua aspek fundamental: formalisasi legalitas usaha dan optimalisasi strategi branding. Meskipun telah membangun basis konsumen loyal melalui produk dengan cita rasa khas seperti sosis solo dan risol mayo, usaha ini terkendala oleh kompleksitas prosedur pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan minimnya pemahaman terhadap strategi komunikasi visual modern. Kondisi ini mencerminkan problematika umum yang dihadapi UMKM skala mikro yang tertinggal dalam adopsi praktik bisnis kontemporer meskipun memiliki keunggulan produk. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada FANARA FROZEN dalam memperoleh legalitas formal dan mengembangkan identitas merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar frozen food yang semakin kompetitif. Melalui metode action research kualitatif, program ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM secara langsung untuk menguji efektivitas pendekatan dual transformation yang memperkuat aspek legalitas dan citra merek (branding). Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pelatihan regulasi, asistensi administratif NIB, hingga transformasi identitas visual melalui desain partisipatif. Keberhasilan program dipantau melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi mendetail. Program berhasil mendampingi UMKM memperoleh NIB sebagai legitimasi formal usaha, serta menghasilkan identitas visual baru yang meningkatkan daya tarik merek dan kepercayaan konsumen, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan skor pemahaman legalitas dan branding sebesar 86,4% berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Pemilik usaha juga mengalami peningkatan kapasitas yang terukur dalam memahami aspek legalitas dan strategi branding. Program ini memberikan dampak komprehensif yang melampaui aspek administratif dan visual, yakni transfer pengetahuan berkelanjutan yang berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) melalui penguatan usaha mikro, serta SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) melalui adopsi inovasi identitas visual dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Model pendampingan yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dan memiliki potensi replikasi pada UMKM sejenis di wilayah lain. Strengthening The Competitiveness of Fanara Frozen MSMEs: Integration of Business Legality and Visual Identity Transformation Abstract Frozen food MSMEs, such as FANARA FROZEN in Bojonegoro, face significant challenges in two fundamental aspects: the formalization of business legality and the optimization of branding strategies. Despite having established a loyal customer base through signature products such as sosis solo and risol mayo, the business is hindered by the complexity of obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) and a lack of understanding regarding modern visual communication strategies. This condition reflects a common problem faced by micro-scale MSMEs that lag in adopting contemporary business practices despite possessing product excellence. This community service initiative aims to provide intensive assistance to FANARA FROZEN in securing formal legality and developing a robust brand identity to enhance competitiveness in the increasingly crowded frozen food market. Using a qualitative action research method, this program directly involves MSME actors to test the effectiveness of a dual transformation approach that strengthens both legal and branding aspects. The stages of the activity range from regulatory training and administrative assistance for NIB acquisition to visual identity transformation through participatory design. Program outcomes were monitored through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and detailed documentation. The program successfully guided the MSME in obtaining the NIB as formal business legitimacy and produced a new visual identity that enhanced brand appeal and consumer trust, as evidenced by a 86,4% improvement in legality and branding comprehension scores based on pre-test and post-test evaluation results. The business owner also demonstrated measurable capacity improvements in understanding legal aspects and branding strategies. This program delivers a comprehensive impact beyond administrative and visual dimensions, namely the sustainable transfer of knowledge that contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through the strengthening of micro-enterprises, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through the adoption of visual identity innovation and marketing digitalization. The developed mentoring model has proven effective and holds strong potential for replication among similar MSMEs in other regions.

Abstract

Permasalahan limbah plastik rumah tangga di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring tingginya konsumsi produk kemasan sekali pakai. Minimnya literasi pengelolaan sampah dan keterampilan pemanfaatan ulang menyebabkan limbah tersebut berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir dan mencemari lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan sekaligus memberdayakan ekonomi rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan limbah plastik menjadi produk kerajinan bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan melibatkan 30 peserta ibu rumah tangga dengan metode sosialisasi dampak lingkungan sampah plastik, pelatihan pengolahan kemasan plastik, praktik pembuatan pot hias dan bunga hias, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, sekitar 4,5 kg limbah plastik berhasil dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku kerajinan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran lingkungan peserta dari 30–50% menjadi 80–90% setelah pelatihan. Produk yang dihasilkan memiliki potensi nilai ekonomi   sekitar Rp15.000–Rp20.000 per unit, sehingga kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah plastik sekaligus membuka peluang tambahan pendapatan rumah tangga. Household Empowerment through the Utilization of Plastic Waste as Economically Valuable Craft Products Abstract The problem of household plastic waste in Indonesia continues to increase due to the high consumption of single-use packaging products. Lack of waste management literacy and recycling skills causes this waste to end up in landfills and pollute the environment. This community service activity aims to increase environmental awareness while empowering households through the utilization of plastic waste into economically valuable craft products. The activity involved 30 housewives with methods such as socialization of the environmental impact of plastic waste, training in plastic packaging processing, practical training in making decorative pots and decorative flowers, and evaluation of participant understanding. During the activity, approximately 4.5 kg of plastic waste was successfully utilized as raw material for crafts. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and environmental awareness from 30–50% to 80–90% after the training. The resulting products have a potential economic value of around IDR 15,000–20,000 per unit, thus this activity contributes to reducing plastic waste while opening up opportunities for additional household income

Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi prioritas utama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  di PDAM Kota Bogor  adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pengelolaan keuangan untuk mempersiapkan keuangan masa kini dan masa pensiun. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perencanaan keuangan yang tidak terencana dan ketidakmampuan memanfaatkan media sosial dan aplikasi keuangan yang mempromosikan dan melakukan literasi kepada masyarakat oleh lembaga seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia  dengan pengenalan kepada saham dan reksadana yang ditawarkan dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk mendukung peningkatan literasi keuangan berkelanjutan dan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk  literasi keuangan kepada masyarajkat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan tahapan survei, koordinasi dengan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), pelatihan, dan valuasi. Peserta pelatihan sebanyak 56 orang. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan. Terlihat dari hasil pre test tentang pengetahuan dan profil investasi peserta yang menunjukan angka 45  menjadi 94,5  pada hasil Post test artinya mengalami kenaikan 52% dalam pemahaman  tentang pengelolaan keuangan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan dengan menggunakan perangkat  Motion Trade  dengan pemantauan setelah pelatihan secara berkelanjutan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum, Kota Bogor. Strategy for Enhancing Human Resources in Financial Planning for Employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Bogor City  Abstract The primary issue addressed in this community service program at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Bogor City is the limited understanding of financial management for both current needs and retirement planning. This condition is largely attributed to inadequate financial planning and the limited ability to utilize social media and financial applications that promote financial literacy, such as those provided by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The objective of this program is to enhance human resource capacity through the introduction of investment instruments, including stocks and mutual funds available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, in order to support sustainable financial literacy and promote the use of social media as a tool for public financial education. This study employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involved several stages: initial survey, coordination with PDAM, training implementation, and evaluation. A total of 56 participants were involved in the training. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of sustainable financial management. The average pre-test score increased from 45 to 94.5 in the post-test, reflecting a 52% improvement in financial literacy. This program is expected to foster greater awareness of the importance of financial management through the use of the MotionTrade application, supported by continuous post-training monitoring within PDAM Bogor City.

Abstract

Keterlibatan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Selain meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan klinis, keterlibatan pasien juga berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan dan keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan. Namun, praktik pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Lombok Tengah masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait kompetensi tenaga kesehatan dalam komunikasi efektif, pemberian edukasi kesehatan, serta kemampuan melibatkan pasien dalam pengambilan keputusan bersama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pasien melalui penguatan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi terkait komunikasi efektif, pendekatan patient-centered care, serta pemberdayaan pasien dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta yang terdiri dari staf Puskesmas Mujur. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengukuran pengetahuan menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai keterlibatan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan meningkat sebesar 33,6%, dari 38,5% pada pre-test menjadi 72,1% pada post-test, melebihi target kegiatan sebesar ≥25%. Selain itu, kategori pengetahuan tinggi meningkat 46,63%, semula 6,67% menjadi 53,3% setelah dilakukan edukasi dan simulasi role play. Peningkatan pengetahuan berdasarkan jenis kelamin juga relatif serupa, yaitu 34,2% pada peserta laki-laki dan 33,3% pada peserta perempuan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik simulasi memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendorong keterlibatan pasien secara lebih aktif dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan keterlibatan pasien dapat dicapai melalui strategi penguatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan yang terencana dan berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. However, healthcare practices in Puskesmas in Central Lombok Regency still face several challenges, particularly related to the competencies of healthcare workers in effective communication, health education delivery, and the ability to involve patients in shared decision-making. This community service activity aimed to increase patient engagement by strengthening the competencies of healthcare workers in Puskesmas. The methods included training, mentoring, and evaluation focusing on effective communication, a patient-centered care approach, and patient empowerment in the healthcare service process. The activity involved 30 participants consisting of staff from Puskesmas Mujur. Evaluation was conducted by measuring participants’ knowledge using pre-test and post-test methods. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of patient engagement in healthcare services. The average knowledge score increased by 33.6%, from 38.5% in the pre-test to 72.1% in the post-test, exceeding the activity target of ≥25%. The proportion of participants in the high knowledge category also increased from 6.67% to 53.3% after educational sessions and role-play simulations. Knowledge improvement between male and female participants was relatively similar, increasing by 34.2% and 33.3%, respectively. These findings indicate that strengthening healthcare workers’ competencies contributes positively to encouraging more active patient engagement and improving the quality of healthcare services in Puskesmas.

Abstract

Perawat merupakan unsur strategis dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah sakit karena berperan langsung dalam pemberian asuhan kepada pasien. Kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas manajemen keperawatan, khususnya peran manajer dalam perencanaan, pembinaan, supervisi klinis, dan evaluasi kinerja. RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sebagai rumah sakit rujukan terakhir menghadapi tantangan berupa tingginya beban kerja di instalasi rawat inap serta keragaman kompetensi perawat, sehingga diperlukan penguatan kapasitas manajerial untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan kinerja perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajer dalam mengelola kinerja perawat melalui penguatan kompetensi manajerial, perencanaan beban kerja, supervisi klinis, dan evaluasi kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pre-test dan post-test kepada 20 manajer rumah sakit untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui edukasi manajemen kinerja, pelatihan, diskusi kelompok, serta pendampingan penyusunan strategi peningkatan kinerja perawat. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman manajer terkait manajemen kinerja dan pengelolaan beban kerja perawat. Kategori pengetahuan kurang menurun sebesar 10% (dari 50% menjadi 40%), sedangkan kategori pengetahuan baik meningkat sebesar 45% (dari 15% menjadi 60%). Selain itu, kemampuan manajer dalam monitoring, evaluasi, dan pembinaan perawat di unit kerja juga meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningktakan kemampuan manajer dalam mengelola dan meningkatkan kinerja keperawatan sehingga dapat berkontribusi terhadap mutu layanan kesehatan yang lebih efektif terlihat pada penyeragaman kompetensi perawat, memperjelas peran asuhan keperawatan sehingga berpengaruh terhadap beban kerja perawat yang bertugas di Instalasi Rawat Inap. Improving Nurses’ Performance in the Inpatient Installation In RSUD West Nusa Tenggara Abstract Nurses are a strategic component in improving the quality of healthcare services in hospitals because they play a direct role in patient care. Nurses’ performance is influenced by the effectiveness of nursing management, particularly the role of managers in planning, coaching, clinical supervision, and performance evaluation. The West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Hospital, as the highest referral hospital in the province, faces challenges related to the high workload in inpatient units and the diversity of nurses’ competencies. Therefore, strengthening managerial capacity is necessary to improve the management of nursing performance. This community service activity aimed to enhance managers’ capacity in managing nurses’ performance through strengthening managerial competencies, workload planning, clinical supervision, and performance evaluation. The method used was a pre-test and post-test approach involving 20 hospital managers to assess knowledge improvement before and after the intervention. The activities were conducted through performance management education, training, group discussions, and assistance in developing strategies to improve nurses’ performance. The results showed an increase in managers’ understanding of performance management and nursing workload management. The proportion of participants in the low knowledge category decreased by 10% (from 50% to 40%), while the good knowledge category increased by 45% (from 15% to 60%). In addition, managers’ abilities in monitoring, evaluation, and coaching nurses in their respective units also improved. This activity contributed to strengthening managers’ capacity to manage and improve nursing performance, thereby supporting more effective healthcare service quality in inpatient units.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), termasuk minimarket, sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Salah satu permasalahan yang umum terjadi adalah tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan yang terstruktur, sehingga menyebabkan bercampurnya dana pribadi dan dana usaha serta ketidakmampuan dalam mengukur kinerja usaha secara akurat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pada Minimarket Alhikam Mart yang sebelumnya hanya mengandalkan pencatatan sederhana berupa catatan kas masuk dan kas keluar secara manual serta belum memiliki laporan keuangan yang formal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu (1) identifikasi masalah, (2) perancangan sistem, (3) pelatihan, dan (4) pendampingan implementasi. Tim merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem akuntansi sederhana yang terintegrasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel, yang mencakup jurnal, buku besar, lembar kerja otomatis, serta laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam akuntabilitas keuangan. Setelah sistem diimplementasikan, mitra mampu mencatat transaksi harian dan secara otomatis menghasilkan satu set laporan keuangan lengkap untuk periode Januari 2026. Sistem tersebut menghasilkan Laporan Laba Rugi yang akurat dengan laba bersih sebesar Rp 940.000 serta Neraca yang seimbang dengan total aset sebesar Rp 62.640.000. Sistem ini membantu pengelola dalam memantau kinerja keuangan, mengendalikan aset dan kewajiban, serta mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat, sehingga dapat meningkatkan akuntabilitas usaha secara keseluruhan. Implementing an Excel-Based Simple Accounting System to Enhance Financial Accountability at Al Hikam Mart Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including minimarkets, often face challenges in financial management. A common problem is the absence of structured financial recording, leading to mixed personal and business funds and an inability to measure performance accurately. This community service activity was aimed at Minimarket Alhikam Mart, which previously relied on simple manual cash-in/cash-out notes and lacked formal financial statements. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages of (1) problem identification, (2) system design, (3) training, and (4) implementation assistance. We designed and implemented a simple, integrated accounting system using Microsoft Excel, covering journals, ledgers, automated worksheets, and financial statements. The results showed a significant improvement in financial accountability. After implementation, the partner was able to input daily transactions and automatically generate a complete set of financial statements for January 2026. The system produced an accurate Income Statement showing a net profit of Rp 940,000 and a balanced Balance Sheet with total assets of Rp 62,640,000. This system empowers the manager to monitor financial performance, control assets and liabilities, and make informed decisions, thereby enhancing overall business accountability.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah dalam pembelajaran multikultural guna memperkuat diplomasi pendidikan di Sekolah Indonesia di Kuala Lumpur. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dengan teknologi imersif (VR) dalam konteks diplomasi pendidikan internasional. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah masih terbatasnya integrasi budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran serta minimnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya Indonesia kepada siswa yang berada dalam lingkungan internasional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan modul pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal, pelatihan guru, implementasi pembelajaran menggunakan media digital, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi Virtual Reality (VR), flipbook digital, dan video edukatif yang menampilkan budaya Kalimantan Tengah seperti falsafah Huma Betang, tradisi Gawi Hatantiring, dan permainan tradisional Balogo. Novelty kegiatan ini adalah integrasi sistematis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dengan media pembelajaran digital berbasis pengalaman (immersive learning) untuk memperkuat identitas budaya siswa diaspora dalam lingkungan pendidikan multikultural internasional. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman budaya siswa dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 64,2 menjadi 83,5 setelah implementasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, respon positif siswa terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran digital mencapai 78–86%. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran multikultural. Dengan demikian, integrasi kearifan lokal berbasis teknologi digital dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat identitas budaya siswa sekaligus mendukung diplomasi pendidikan Indonesia di lingkungan internasional. Integration of Local Wisdom in Multicultural Learning to Strengthen Educational Diplomacy in Indonesian Schools in Kuala Lumpur Abstract This community service activity aims to integrate Central Kalimantan local wisdom into multicultural learning to strengthen educational diplomacy at the Indonesian School in Kuala Lumpur. The main problem faced by partners is the limited integration of local culture in learning and the minimal use of innovative learning media that can introduce Indonesia's cultural richness to students in an international environment. To address these problems, the community service activity was implemented through a participatory approach that included the stages of needs analysis, development of local wisdom-based learning modules, teacher training, implementation of learning using digital media, and activity evaluation. The learning media developed included Virtual Reality (VR), digital flipbooks, and educational videos that showcase Central Kalimantan culture such as the Huma Betang philosophy, the Gawi Hatantiring tradition, and the traditional Balogo game. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' cultural understanding with an average score increasing from 64.2 to 83.5 after the implementation of the learning. In addition, students' positive response to the use of digital learning media reached 78–86%. This activity also increased teachers' capacity in integrating local wisdom into multicultural learning. Thus, the integration of local wisdom based on digital technology can be an effective strategy in strengthening students' cultural identity while supporting Indonesia's educational diplomacy in the international environment.

Abstract

Pelatihan Menggambar Dasar bagi anak perempuan usia 10–19 tahun di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Humairoh Palembang dilaksanakan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara tingginya minat menggambar dan keterbatasan akses pendidikan seni yang sistematis, pengajar kompeten, serta sarana pendukung di panti. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis menggambar (ketepatan bentuk, teknik arsir, pemanfaatan bidang, dan kerapian), penguasaan alat dan media gambar, serta rasa percaya diri dan keberanian mengekspresikan gagasan visual, sekaligus menguatkan relevansi pendidikan seni dengan agenda SDGs, khususnya Tujuan 4, 3, 5, dan 10. Kegiatan dirancang dalam bentuk workshop partisipatif yang memadukan ceramah singkat, presentasi visual, demonstrasi langkah demi langkah, latihan terstruktur, dan umpan balik langsung, dengan peserta sebanyak 11 anak perempuan penghuni panti. Data dikumpulkan melalui rubrik penilaian karya sebelum–sesudah pelatihan, lembar observasi, wawancara singkat, dan kuesioner kepuasan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata‑rata skor keterampilan menggambar dari 1,8 menjadi 3,2 pada skala 1–4 dengan kenaikan konsisten pada seluruh aspek, tingkat kehadiran 100%, skor keaktifan 3,4, serta lebih dari 80% peserta menyatakan ingin melanjutkan latihan menggambar setelah kegiatan. Secara kualitatif, peserta melaporkan bertambahnya keberanian untuk menunjukkan karya, sedangkan pengelola panti mulai merencanakan kegiatan menggambar sebagai rutinitas mingguan. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa pelatihan Menggambar Dasar berbasis prinsip konstruktivisme dan metode demonstrasi dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknis, kreativitas, dan pemberdayaan psikososial anak panti asuhan, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi ilmiah berupa penerapan rubrik penilaian terukur dalam konteks pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Basic Drawing Training for Children at the Aisyiyah Humairoh Orphanage Abstract The Basic Drawing Training program for girls aged 10–19 years at the Aisyiyah Humairoh Orphanage in Palembang was implemented to bridge the gap between their high interest in drawing and their limited access to systematic art education, competent instructors, and adequate facilities at the orphanage. This program aims to improve technical drawing skills (shape accuracy, shading techniques, use of drawing space, and neatness), mastery of drawing tools and media, as well as self‑confidence and the courage to express visual ideas, while strengthening the relevance of art education to the SDGs agenda, particularly Goals 4, 3, 5, and 10. The activity was designed as a participatory workshop combining short lectures, visual presentations, step‑by‑step demonstrations, structured exercises, and direct feedback, involving 11 female residents of the orphanage as participants. Data were collected through a rubric‑based assessment of pre‑ and post‑training artworks, observation sheets, short interviews, and satisfaction questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results show an increase in the average drawing skill score from 1.8 to 3.2 on a 1–4 scale, with consistent improvement across all aspects, 100% attendance, an activeness score of 3.4, and more than 80% of participants expressing a desire to continue practicing drawing after the program. Qualitatively, participants reported greater confidence in showing their drawings, while the orphanage management began planning drawing activities as a weekly routine. These findings confirm that Basic Drawing Training based on constructivist principles and demonstration methods can be an effective strategy to develop technical skills, creativity, and psychosocial empowerment of orphanage children, while also providing a scientific contribution through the application of a measurable assessment rubric in a community service context.
