Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilatar belakangi hasil belajar IPA materi siklus air peserta didik kelas V SDN Kluwut 04 masih belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM).  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam materi siklus air menggunakan model problem based learning dengan media diorama pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Kluwut 04 Kabupaten Brebes tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Peneliti melaksanakan PTK dalam dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan dalam satu pertemuan. Hasil penelitian pada tindakan prasiklus yang memiliki ketuntasan klasikan 12% dengan nilai rata-rata 55 mengalami peningkatan pada tindakan siklus I. Pada siklus I ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 74% dan nilai rata-rata 77. Penelitian berakhir pada siklus II mencapai ketuntasan klasikan 100% dan nilai rata-rata 97. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA materi siklus air pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Kluwut 04 Brebes tahun ajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Quantum Teaching Dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran Matematika Tentang Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan Pecahan Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri Singoyudan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan langkah penerapan model Quantum Teaching, (2) meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan melalui penerapan model Quantum Teaching, serta (3)  mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami dan solusinya dalam  penerapan model Quantum Teaching. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri Singoyudan tahun ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Data yang digunakan berupa data kualitatif yaitu penerapan model Quantum Teaching dan data kuantitatif yaitu pada tes hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan model Quantum Teaching dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah: (a) tumbuhkan, (b) alami, (c) namai, (d) demonstrasikan, (e) ulangi, (f) rayakan; (2) penerapan model Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan, terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan persentase jumlah ketuntasan siswa, yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 86,96%, siklus II meningkat menjadi 91,30%, dan siklus III sebesar 95,65%; (3) kendala yang muncul dalam pembelajaran pada setiap pertemuan yaitu: (a) saat guru menjelaskan materi masih ada beberapa siswa yang tidak memperhatikan, (b) lama diskusi melebihi batas waaktuyang ditentukan. Adapun solusinya yaitu: (a) siswa diingatkan untuk lebih memperhatikan penjelasan guru, (b) guru mengarahkan siswa agar membagi tugas sehingga selesai tepat waktu.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika tentang penjumlahan dan pengurangan pecahan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Singoyudan tahun ajaran 2020/2021.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi hal penting bagi kemajuan negara yang didasari pola asuh serta gaya belajar siswa. Lingkungan keluarga mendukung pendidikan siswa dari pola asuh yang diterapkan. Sedangkan kemampuan dalam diri siswa dilihat dari proses belajar melalui gaya belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis adanya pengaruh pola asuh terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (2) menganalisis adanya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (3) menganalisis adanya pengaruh pola asuh dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajr IPA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pola asuh berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA dengan korelasi sebesar 0.526 dan signifikansi 0,000, (2) gaya belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 0,617 dengan signifikansi 0,000, dan (3) pola asuh dan gaya belajar memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA sebesar 0,699 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Dengan demikian pola asuh dan gaya belajar memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the interest in learning on social science before and after having scramble learning model to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Pejagoan Subdistrict Kebumen Regency in academic year of 2019/2020.The research was a pre-experimental quantitative design in the form of one-group pretest-posttest design.The results indicated that the Sig.(2-tailed) in the hypothesis test was 0,000< 0,05. The result of tcount>ttable was 4,350 > 2,010. In addition, based on the average score of interest in learning of social science, the pretest was 150.00310 and the posttest was 155.52406. It meant that the application of the Scramble learning model effected in increasing students' interest in learning in social science.It concludes that there is difference between the interest in learning on social science before and after having scramble learning model to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in PejagoanSubdistrictKebumen Regency in academic year of 2019/2020

Abstract

The study aimed: (1) to describe the steps in applying Quantum Teaching, (2) to improve natural science learning outcomes through the application of the Quantum Teaching, and (3) to analyze the obstacles and solutions in applying Quantum Teaching. It was a collaborative classroom action research (CAR) conducted in three cycles. The subjects were teachers and students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the six steps to the application of Quantum Teaching were Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, Celebrate; (2) the application of Quantum Teaching improved natural science learning outcomes in theme “environment of our friends”. The increasing of student’s learning outcomes were 82.61% in the first cycle, 85.66% in the second cycle, and 86.08% in the third cycle; (3) the obstacles were: the teacher had not implemented steps: Name and celebrate, students were less confident, students did not conduct discussions, students were passive, students made some noises, learning materials were inadequate. The solutions were: the teacher applied Quantum Teaching steps appropriately, the teacher motivated the students to be more confident, the teacher guided the students in discussion, the teacher reprimanded students who made noises, the teacher prepared the learning materials before class began. It concludes that the application of Quantum Teaching improves natural science learning outcomes in theme “environment of our friends” to fifth grade students of SDN Girimargo 1 in academic year of 2020/2021.Keywords: Quantum Teaching, learning outcomes, natural science

Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of research were: (1) to determine positive correlation of parental attention on mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021 and (2) to measure the contribution of parental attention on mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. The research was correlational quantitative method. The samples were 327 fourth grade students in thirteen public elementary schools throughout the Kebumen Sub-district. Sampling method was cluster random sampling with the help of the SPSS application. The data collection technique used questionnaires and tests. The results indicated that (1) parental attention had positive and significant correlation on mathematics learning outcomes to fourth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district and the value was 0.349. It was considered as moderate correlation. (2) The parental attention contributed 12.2% on mathematics learning outcomes and the remaining 87.8% was influenced by other factors such as interests, talents, intelligence, study habits, perseverance, family environment, school environment, and community environment.Keywords: Parental Attention, Mathematics Learning OutcomesAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Se-Kecamatan Kebumen tahun ajaran 2020/2021, (2) mengetahui besarnya sumbangan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Se-Kecamatan Kebumen tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi dengan sampel penelitiannya yaitu 327 siswa kelas IV SD di tiga belas SDN Se-Kecamatan Kebumen yang dipilih secara acak dengan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perhatian orang tua berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Se-Kecamatan Kebumen dengan tingkat korelasi sedang yaitu 0,349. (2) Sumbangan variabel perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 12,2% dan sisanya 87,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti minat, bakat, kecerdasan, kebiasaan belajar, ketekunan, lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Perhatian Orang Tua, Hasil Belajar Matematika

Abstract

Learning is a need. Learning factors consist of intrinsic and extrinsic. Interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation are part of intrinsic factors. The study aimed to analyze and measure the contribution of interpersonal intelligence and learning motivation to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. It was correlational quantitative method. The samples were 329 fifth grade students in twelve public elementary schools throughout the Kebumen Sub-district. Sampling method was cluster sampling. Data analysis used simple correlation test (significance level of 5%) and the determinant coefficient with the help of SPSS 21 Version. The results indicated that there is a positive correlation between interpersonal intelligence. It was strong correlation (r count 0.618 > r table 0.18) and significance was 0.000<0.05. The determinant coefficient was 38%, it meant Interpersonal intelligence contributed 38% on learning motivation and the remaining 62% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The study aimed to prove the correlation between classroom management and mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District and to determine the contribution of classroom management on mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District in academic year 2019/2020. The samples were fifth grade students in twelve public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District. The study was quantitative correlational method and the instruments were questionnaires about classroom management and mathematics test. The data analysis used simple correlation. The data validity included validity test and reliability test. The results showed that classroom management had positive and significant correlation on mathematics learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-District. The value of Sig. (1-tailed) was 0.002 (<0.005) and considered as moderate correlation (0.472). Adjusted R square of classroom management on mathematics learning outcomes was 22%.

Abstract

The study aimed: (1) to analyze the types of students’ errors of fifth grade in solving math word problems about solid figures, (2) to describe the factors causing students' errors in solving math word problems about solid figures, (3) to describe solutions to overcome students’ errors in solving math word problems about solid figures in fifth grade of SD Negeri Tambakrejo. The research was a qualitative case study method. The subjects were 24 fifth grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, interviews, and documents. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that: (1) the types and the percentage of students’ errors were: reading error = 5.3%, comprehension error = 20.7%, transformation error= 24%, process skill error= 11%, encoding error= 20.5%. (2) The factors causing students’ errors were internal factors and external factors. (3) The solutions to solve students’ errors were (a) the students were discipline to do word problems step-by-step, (b) the teachers emphasized the students in order to write steps in solving word problems completely, (c) the teachers emphasized the students about the basic concept in doing word problems, (d) the teachers applied effective and creative learning models.

Abstract

AbstractIndependence is one of the factors determining student’s success, so that it is crucial for anyone who wants to be successful in life. The study aimed to analyze the correlation and the contribution of independence in learning on social science learning outcomes to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Kebumen Sub-district in academic year of 2020/2021. It was correlational quantitative method. Sampling method was cluster random sampling techniques. Data analysis used SPSS 21 Version. The results showed that the correlation between independence in learning and social science learning outcomes had a correlation coefficient of 0.412. It indicated moderate correlation. Independence in learning contributed 17% on social science learning outcomes and the remaining 83% is influenced by other factors such as intelligence, interest, attention, learning motivation, perseverance, attitude, study habits, talent, environment, physical condition, and health. It concludes that there is a positive correlation between independence in learning and social science learning outcomes to fifth grade students. It meant that the higher student's independence in learning, the higher student's social science learning outcomes and vice versa. Keywords: learning independence, social science learning outcomes AbstrakKemandirian merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan siswa, sehingga sikap mandiri ini sangat penting dimiliki oleh siapa saja yang ingin sukses dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan sumbangan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SDN se-Kecamatan Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan metode korelasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Peneliti menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 21 dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar IPS memiliki koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,412, dengan tingkat hubungan moderat/sedang. Besarnya sumbangan variabel kemandirian belajar pada hasil belajar IPS yaitu sebesar 17% dan 83% dipengaruhinoleh faktornlain seperti kecerdasan, minat, perhatian, motivasi belajar, ketekunan, sikap, kebiasaan belajar, bakat, lingkungan, kondisi fisik dan kesehatan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V memiliki hubungan positif di mana semakin tinggi kemandirian belajar siswa, maka akan semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar IPS siswa.Kata kunci: kemandirian belajar, hasil belajar IPS
