Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between problem-solving abilities in global warming material and environmental concern attitudes after Problem Based Learning (PBL) instruction. The research method employed a correlation design with the research subjects consisting of 30 students from class X-G SMA Negeri 2 Pandeglang, selected through purposive sampling techniques based on specific criteria, namely students who have undergone PBL instruction on global warming. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using the pearson product moment correlation test. The research findings indicate a relationship between problem-solving ability and environmental concern attitudes after PBL learning, with a significance value of 0,001 < 0,05 (   accepted). The correlation value ( )   between these two variables is 0,564, indicating a moderate level of association and showing a positive relationship between problem-solving ability and environmental attitudes. Additionally, the contribution of problem-solving ability to attitudes is 31,8%.

Abstract

The "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum is a project-based learning curriculum aimed at developing the Pancasila student profile, focusing more on essential material and character development of the students. This study aims to identify and describe: 1) the implementation of the "Merdeka" curriculum, 2) the problems encountered, and 3) the efforts to overcome the problems faced in the implementation of the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum in the equivalency education program for package C class X at PKBM Citra Ilmu, Semarang Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, with informants including the PKBM manager, 2 tutors, and 2 learning residents. Data collection methods involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using source and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques included stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum in the equivalency education program for package C class X has been quite good, starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The problems encountered in the implementation of the "Merdeka" curriculum include low participation from learning residents, suboptimal differentiation implementation, and inadequate facilities. Efforts made to address these problems include providing motivation to learning residents, conducting workshops and in-house training, and maximizing the existing facilities. This study explores the implementation of the "Merdeka" curriculum in the context of package C equivalency education, which has not been widely researched previously.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in 2022 as an effort to address the challenges and crises in education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 34/1 Teratai, particularly in class 5B. The methodology used is a qualitative approach using descriptive methods with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this research are: 1) Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, 2) Challenges related to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, 3) Solutions to overcome challenges in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in class VB of SDN 34/1 Teratai.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in speaking ability of class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur using the Flipped Classroom method. Classroom action research is the type of research used in this research. The object of this research is SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara. The use of speaking tests and observation sheets was used to collect data in this research. The data was analyzed and the data obtained in cycle II experienced an increase with a score of 83.17%, cycle I also experienced an increase with an average score of 72.87% and in pre-action an average score of 62.78% was obtained, which shows 77% of students having problems in speaking. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom method can improve the speaking skills of class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Lombok Timur.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of multimedia in integrated learning on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade elementary school students. This research uses a quantitative Meta Analysis method, this research uses calculations using effect size analysis techniques. The sample taken was 15 students at SDN Inpres Sambitangga to determine the effect of multimedia in integrated learning on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in elementary schools. The calculated effect size result was 0.7 and looking at the interpretation of the effect size, it was included in the medium category. It was concluded that the application of multimedia in integrated learning on mathematics learning outcomes had a moderate influence on fourth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This research examines how peer social support affects the self-adjustment of SMP students in the Mantikulore Sub-District. This research employed a survey with a quantitative approach. There are 138 students among the research subjects. The research instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. According to the descriptive results, 67 students (48%) have good peer social support. The descriptive analysis of self-adjustment results indicated that 87 students (63%) have high self-adjustment. The data was statistically processed, and hypothesis testing used traditional assumption tests and sophisticated analytical tests. Based on the t-test results, the descriptive analysis indicates the influence of peer social support, with a t-count of 6.856 and a t-table of 1.977 at a significance level of 5%. The research findings suggest that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.507, indicating that peer social support influences students' self-adjustment by 50.7%, whereas other variables affect 49.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of project-based learning innovations on improving the quality of learning among students at SMPIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research design. This design was chosen because the research objective is to gain a deep understanding of the impact of project-based learning innovation on student quality, as well as how this innovation's implementation is perceived and interpreted by students, teachers, and other relevant parties. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of project-based learning at SMPIT Rabbi Radhiyya Curup has proven to have significant goals and benefits in supporting the designated education program. Through this method, participants can develop a better understanding, critical skills, teamwork, and relevance to the real world.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that is not meant to replace the previous curriculum but to improve the previous curriculum so that it becomes better. In order to explore and hone students' potential from an early age and focus on developing students' character, knowledge, behavior and competencies. This research is motivated by how the curriculum is implemented Merdeka during its trial period in recent years, with the aim of analyzing how learning with the independent curriculum is implemented and the obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection methods of observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation or application of the independent curriculum at SDN 187/1 Teratai has been carried out well. The main obstacles experienced are the readiness of human resources, facilities, and several changes in the Independent Curriculum where curriculum changes require intensive training for teachers to be able to understand and implement the Independent Curriculum well. The school's efforts to overcome this are by preparing human resources, adapting learning tools, and following the rules for implementing the curriculum in stages. Evaluations carried out also show the need for increased understanding and direct training related to the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to see how much influence structured independent assignments have on the learning outcomes of FSTT civil engineering students at the Mandalika Education University. The objects in this research were 120 students. Of the 120 students, there were those in the experimental class and there were the control classes who were chosen randomly. This research is experimental research using a quasi-experiment method. The data collection technique is by giving 7 essay questions. Student answers were analysed using descriptive qualitative methods where the data from the analysis was presented in tabular form. The results of the analysis show that the post-test results show that the experimental class has a mean value, maximum value, minimum value and standard deviation that is greater than the control class. This shows that providing structured independent assignments has an influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The application of the picture and picture learning model using power point media can improve Christian Religious Education learning outcomes for grade 3 students at GMIM Koha Elementary School, Mandolang Minahasa District. The research was conducted on grade 3 students at SD GMIM Koha consisting of 8 male students and 12 female students with a total of 20 students. This research was carried out from September to October 2023. The method used a classroom action research design with the stages of Planning, Action Implementation, Observation and Reflection. The data was analyzed using the completeness of learning outcomes technique with the formula KB  The results of the research show that the application of the picture and picture learning model using power point media can improve learning outcomes in Christian Religious Education about Creation from cycle I to cycle II for students at GMIM Koha Elementary School, Mandolang District, Minahasa.
