Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dapat dimulai melalui pengembangan kemampuan dan keterampilan peserta didik. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik pada kegiatan non akademik yang menunjang keberhasilan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar. Guna menunjang keberhasilan tersebut, maka pengabdian ini berfokus pada kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan menulis karya tulis ilmiah remaja dan jurnalistik pada tim ekstrakurikuler KIR SMAN 1 Muncar. Pelatihan didampingi oleh narasumber dari tim dosen Universitas Jember. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam satu hari dengan membagi anggota tim KIR dalam dua jenis kegiatan yakni kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah remaja dan jurnalistik. Hasil dari pelatihan dikembangkan dalam bentuk bulletin sekolah. Penulisan bulletin sekolah diawali dan dimulai dengan menulis proposal dan kegiatan tersebut sudah terlaksana di kegiatan tim KIR. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan menulis adalah bulettin sekolah yang diterbitkan secara berkala sampai saat ini. Jadi dengan pelatihan menulis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dibuktikan dengan adanya terbitan bulettin yang berkala di sekolah.

Abstract

Lakkang Village is one of the villages in Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Lakkang Village is geographically located in the middle of the Makassar urban area, its location is in the delta of the Tallo and Pampang rivers, which are one of the rivers that divide Makassar City. The current problem faced by Lakkang village is the problem of low literacy or interest in reading, this is caused by a lack of public awareness about interest in reading and writing, even though if you look back at reading and writing skills, known as literacy, it is the main basis for efforts to improve community education level. One effective strategy to advance literacy culture is through the development of libraries, especially in villages. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is to carry out activities to improve village library services to realize increased literacy in village communities so that it is hoped that they can create quality human resources in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential for improving village library services in realizing increased literacy in the community in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort to improve village library services which are able to realize literacy in Lakkang Village, Tallo District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) Increasing community knowledge regarding literacy by improving village library services, 2.) The role of improving village library services for the Lakkang Village community in realizing increased interest in reading and writing in the village is to create quality human resources.

Abstract

Kelompok usia remaja termasuk pada golongan yang rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan, khususnya remaja putri yang dapat mempengaruhi periode kehidupan selanjutnya dimana remaja putri akan menjadi ibu, salah satunya stunting. (Pratiwi, R. M., 2021) Menurut laporan Studi Status Gizi Indonesia Kementerian Kesehatan, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia turun dari 27,7% pada tahun 2019, 24,4% pada tahun 2021, menjadi 21,6% pada tahun 2022 dengan mayoritas terjadi pada anak usia 3-4 tahun sebanyak 6%. Namun angka ini masih belum sesuai dengan standar WHO yang menargetkan kurang dari 20%. (Lestari, 2023). Untuk itu, pemerintah berusaha menurunkan angka stunting menjadi 17% pada tahun 2023 dan 14%. Menurut Profil Indonesia tahun 2022 Remaja yang mendapatkan tablet FE di DKI Jakarta hanya sekitar 63,5% (Kemenkes RI, 2022b). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan peran dan sikap remaja terhadap pencegahan stunting. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pengetahuan dalam kategori baik meningkat menjadi 46.7%, kategori cukup baik menjadi 46.7% dan kategori kurang baik menjadi 6.6% dan sikap dalam kategori baik menjadi 70%, kategori cukup baik menjadi 30% dan kategori kurang baik menjadi 0%. Penulis menyarankan pengabdian masyarakat untuk melakukan pencegahan stunting sejak dini agar meminimalisir angka kejadian stunting.

Abstract

In the academic world, the ability to perform data analysis is a crucial skill. Both lecturers and students need to master data analysis techniques to support research activities, especially quantitative research. These analysis techniques are supported by proficiency in software that can assist in data processing. A frequently utilized software is SPSS. This SPSS training is designed to enhance the data analysis skills of lecturers and students through face-to-face methods that include presentations, live demonstrations, and interactive practice sessions. The training aims to provide a deep understanding of SPSS usage in various statistical analyses, from data entry to result interpretation. The activity will be conducted in March 2024, with participants being lecturers and students from the Digital Business program. The training evaluation will be carried out comprehensively through direct assessment of participants' abilities to apply SPSS, which includes practical tests. This training is expected to provide maximum benefits to participants, support academic and research activities, and improve the quality of teaching and research outcomes.

Abstract

Woloan 1 Village is one of the villages in North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. Geographically, the location of Woloan 1 Village is very strategic from Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. When discussing with groups of wood craftsmen to make souvenirs in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi, they had a number of problems as well as reasons why regional craft businesses were not developing rapidly. The problem in question is a lack of information and education regarding the marketing of regional craft products in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is for the author to discuss with village officials who suggest using a digital Village Information System to be able to increase the regional craft business in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi so that it can compete with competitors both online and offline. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using the Digital Village Information System in improving the welfare of the craftsman community in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort to improve the digital village information system to improve the welfare of the craftsman community in Woloan 1 Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. Abstract

Technological advances that are increasingly sophisticated in this modern era are one of the innovations resulting from the rapid development of technology, namely online sales or digital business. Digital Business is a training program to improve sales innovation competency aimed at company players who intend to operate on a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) scale or village residents who have not yet or have done so. The current development of information and digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the world of business and marketing. Digital transformation has influenced the way society interacts, communicates and accesses information. In the context of the development of home-based businesses in villages, the use of digital business technology is becoming increasingly relevant and important for expanding markets and increasing the competitiveness of the products and services produced. The main aim of these applications is to engage village communities. In business, people's participation can generate profits, one of which is through digital marketing. Social media is considered to have the ability to directly reach customers, because they are cheap and do not require special skills to start a business. The Community Service Team is motivated to inform other people about the use of information and communication technology because village residents do not understand what digital marketing is. The results of the community service program for villagers in the Tanjung Batu Village area, Wanea District, Manado City, North Sulawesi, had a positive impact on those who participated. This is proven by increases in knowledge, skills and product quality, number, type and turnover, management capabilities, profits and the number of new entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Recently, the topic of AI has been on the rise. The AI ​​hashtag was trending on Twitter. AI is an acronym for Artificial Intelligence or in Indonesian it is called artificial intelligence. AI is actually a field of computer science that focuses on solving cognitive problems or related to human intelligence, such as problem solving and pattern recognition. This ability, which seems like human intelligence, is controlled by a system controlled by a robot or computer. ChatGPT (Generative Pre-training Transformer) is an artificial intelligence system supported by AI that enables text-based conversational interactions. ChatGPT has various functions, including language translation, providing recommendations, increasing productivity, and assisting in improving village community resources. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential for using ChatGPT to help improve Village Community Resources in Aek Pancur Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort to use ChatGPT to help increase community resources in Aek Pancur Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This effort was motivated by the lack of knowledge about the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence), especially ChatGPT in the community, which could increase the resources of the Aek Pancur village community itself. As a form of the author's thoughts, the efforts and breakthroughs made are offered, which can provide real benefits for the people of Aek Pancur Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra in obtaining the latest information and actively participating in village development.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi dibidang pertanian berkembang dengan sangat pesat, yang tentunya kemajuan teknologi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Salah satu teknologi yang bisa dimanfaatkan adalah teknologi hidroponik. Hidroponik adalah teknik bercocok tanam menggunakan air dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Kebutuhan akan air lebih sedikit dalam budidaya hidroponik dibandingkan budidaya menggunakan tanah. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam rangka menunjang tri darma perguruan tinggi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah istri ustad Pondok Pesantren Riyadhussholihiin, peserta akan diberikan pelatihan dan praktik budidaya tanaman hidroponik buah melon. Secara keseluruhan pelatihan ini memberikan dampak yang sangat baik bagi peserta, dimana peserta sangat antusias mengikuti setiap sesi pelatihan dari mulai penyemaian sampai memanen buah melon. Pendampingan akan terus dilakukan untuk menjaga kesinambungan proses budidaya tanaman hidroponik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan konsep & kemampuan berpikir Kreatif peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Simanindo. Metode pengandian ini menggunakan pengabdian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dan desain kontrol pre test-post test. Populasi pengabdian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas sebelas SMA Negeri 1 Simanindo tahun ajaran 2023/2024. . Pengabdian menghitung frekuensi dan normalitas pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Berdasarkan data hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian hipotesis terhadap nilai posttest, diperoleh thitung = 8,973 > ttabel = 1,699 pada taraf signifikansi a = 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan (df) = 29, maka hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada keterampilan siswa dengan menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan tanpa menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL) di SMA Negeri 1 Simanindo.

Abstract

Tegal Maja Village is one of the villages in Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. Geographically, Tegal Maja Village is located in the middle and is very strategic. When discussing with members of the MSME Group in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten, they had a number of problems as well as reasons why the Bamboo Craft business was not growing rapidly and even continued to decline every year. The problem in question is the lack of capital costs. To overcome this problem, an alternative solution that can be implemented is for the author to discuss with village officials who suggest collaborating with Fintech using the peer to peer lending method which is expected to be useful for improving the home business of the Tegal Maja Village Bamboo Craftsmen MSME group so that they are able to compete with competitors online. or offline. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to see the potential of using the role of Peer to Peer Lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. To obtain the data used were observation and literature review. This service activity is an educational effort on the role of peer to peer lending in improving the welfare of the MSME community in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency, Banten. As a form of thought, the author offers several efforts and breakthroughs, namely: 1.) Provide education on how to use Fintech lending applications, identify which Fintech Lending is licensed and which Fintech lending is not licensed, and submit proposals to the Village Government, Regency Government and Fintech lending Companies, 2.) The easiest Fintech lending and financial institutions fastest in providing loans, so according to the author Fintech lending is the most suitable financial institution.
