Abstract

In accordance with the skills needed by human resources in the 21st century, education is one of the steps to be able to improve these skills. Learning implemented in schools is expected to be able to develop students' skills, one of which is in the use of information technology. In the world of education, electronic records management is one of the important competencies, especially for SMK students majoring in Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). However, observations at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya show that learning electronic records management has not been optimal. The use of Microsoft Access as learning media has various limitations, so that more than 50% of students are not yet skilled in electronic records management. For this reason, technology-based learning media such as the web-assisted electronic archive system application (Star App) is required. Star App is designed to facilitate students in practising electronic archive management, including data entry, archive retrieval and archive retention. This application is equipped with electronic archive theory material that makes it easier for students to understand concepts and practices. Previous research proves that web-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and skills. Thus, the development of Star App is expected to improve the quality of electronic archiving learning and students' skills in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Digital financial innovation has resulted in many financial service products such as crowdfunding. Indonesia legitimised the commercial crowdfunding system through OJK Regulation Number 37 of 2018 on Equity Crowdfunding. The regulation was replaced through OJK Regulation Number 57 of 2020 concerning securities crowdfunding and added to streamline technical matters through OJK Regulation Number 16 of 2021. At the beginning of the regulation, the securities offered were limited to equity types. The change in regulation developed a variety of sukuk and debt securities. In May 2024, sukuk amounted to 105 securities, with a percentage control of 30% of the total 356 securities, consisting of 231 equity and 20 debt. The capitalisation of sukuk increased from the number of sukuk in August 2023, which amounted to 59, with a percentage control of 22% of the total securities. Growth is an opportunity to transform digital-based cooperatives that organise funding in securities crowdfunding services. This opportunity becomes a legal challenge in the aspect of legality, so it is necessary to examine the digital financial innovation to ensure its implementation. Normative legal research is the research method that will be used, collaborating with the statute approach and the conceptual approach as the research approach. Primary data in the form of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2012 concerning Cooperatives, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 57 of 2020 concerning Securities Offerings Through Information Technology-Based Crowdfunding Services. Secondary data in the form of securities crowdfunding growth and analysed using integrative legal theory with descriptive analysis and descriptive integrative methods. The research found that there is a potential transition of digital-based cooperatives as providers of securities crowdfunding services that have been legitimised through legal integration analysis.

Abstract

The Qabil and Habil incidents are the first murder events that have happened to humans that have been told in the Quran, but nevertheless there are many life lessons that can be learned from these events. This study aims to describe the analysis of the study of the interpretation of Al-Misbah Surah Al-Maidah verses 27-31. The research method uses a qualitative approach with text analysis. The results of the study, which is a study of the tafsir of Al-Misbah by Quraish Shihab, show that the events of Qabil and Habil are full of dialogue between the two humans. Based on the dialogue, it can be concluded that: 1) The ability to think critically is able to analyze the information obtained from observation and produce a decision in solving problems. 2) Critical thinking skills can affect the emotional intelligence of oneself and others, 3) Critical thinking skills can evaluate all more objective information, 4) Critical thinking skills are able to assess, critically and develop more logical ideas. However, one of the factors that hinders a person from thinking critically is the instability of emotional control.

Abstract

Integers are an important topic in mathematics that students must understand well. However, in practice, many students face difficulties in understanding integer operations. One way to address this issue is by using a number line manipulative that employs Dienes' steps. This research is qualitative, with a case study approach. The subjects consisted of three 6th-grade students selected through purposive sampling. The three subjects had varying mathematical abilities: high, medium, and low. The learning activities used six steps of Dienes. The instruments used were observation sheets, interview guidelines, and a test consisting of eight questions related to the addition and subtraction of integers. Data collection techniques followed the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that learning using Dienes' steps with integer manipulatives successfully addressed students' difficulties in performing integer operations, especially in problems involving operations with two adjacent signs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of the Snowball-Throwing learning model based on local wisdom on the critical reasoning ability of grade IV students in science lessons at SDN Lalangon 1. The quantitative method was used in this study with a quasi-experimental design of a nonequivalent control group, which involved the experimental class and the control class. Simple random sampling was used to determine the control class and the experimental class, so that the control class was class IVA (23 students) and the experimental class was class IVB (22 students). Data collection techniques include interviews, tests, observations and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis, normality test, homogeneity, and independent T-test on normal data, and Mann-Whitney test on abnormal data with the help of SPSS-23. The results showed that the average post-test of the control class (65,217) was lower than that of the experimental class (77,841). The results of the independent T-test had a significance value of 0.024 ( 0.05), proving that the Snowball-Throwing model based on local wisdom had a significant effect on students' critical reasoning skills in the fourth-grade science lesson of SDN Lalangon 1. In addition, the average achievement of critical reasoning indicators in the experimental class (66%) was higher than that of the control class (44%). Thus, this learning model is not only effective in improving students' critical reasoning skills, but also introducing local wisdom of traditional Sumenep food in a meaningful way.

Abstract

Personality is a characteristic, characteristic, or distinctive trait possessed by a person that originates from the formations received from the surrounding environment, namely the family that begins from childhood and is innate since birth. Character education provided from an early age is the right step to produce an anti-corruption attitude, such as an honest, religious, and independent character so as to encourage elementary school students to stay away from and prevent corruption. Corruption is a very cruel crime, because it has robbed the rights of the community, especially those aimed at realizing public welfare. Criminal acts of corruption can only be committed by certain individuals, who generally have power and influence and in fact corruption has damaged the morality of the nation and has the potential to bring the Indonesian nation to the brink of destruction. So it is our obligation as citizens to save this nation, by practicing and socializing anti-corruption behavior from an early age. There needs to be theoretical confirmation through the results of academic endeavors, in order to provide argumentative information. Especially in the rationalization of Pancasila Education which is very competent to be optimized as anti-corruption education. How is the internalization of anti-corruption character values in Pancasila Education learning? Data collection was carried out using several techniques, namely interviews with respondents and literature studies to trace document data. The data obtained was then processed by first checking its validity in order to obtain data that could be accounted for and scientific. Data processing techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Instilling anti-corruption character values is an important component in Pancasila learning. The implementation of anti-corruption character values should be carried out early on. Efforts to internalize anti-corruption character values need support from parents in guiding their children to apply character values while at home.
