This community service activity was carried out in order to provide education to students at Leppesa 2 High School about the importance of having a growth mindset. The school, which is located in Cililin, West Bandung, is located on a hill and in the middle of rice fields. To reach the location, we have to go through steep and rocky roads. This school is the only high school in the area. This school was founded because of the desire of the Head of SMA Leppesa 2 so that students who graduated from Junior High School (SMP) could still go to school. So far, many students only go to junior high school because of the distance to Cililin public high school. For this reason, with all his efforts, the Principal of Leppesa 2 High School, eliminated fees for students. It is intended that parents do not feel heavy-hearted to send their children to high school. Despite the risks, the school principal has to sacrifice his salary and certification fees for teacher salaries and additional school infrastructure.

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic since December 2019 until now requires all teaching and learning activities for students to be temporarily carried out at home. This needs to be done in order to minimize mass physical contact so that it can break the chain of spreading the virus. To fill the teaching and learning activities that must be completed in this academic year, the government has adopted a policy of learning to be carried out through distance learning using online media (on the network), either using a cellphone, PC, or laptop. Online learning that has been running, makes teachers also cause stress because of the large number of classes and students and demands from conditions or praxis that cause many problems. In an emergency situation, the teacher at that time had to act quickly so that learning could run effectively. Teachers need to be quick to take action and manage classes remotely. This includes managing materials and tasks of very short duration. In a short period of time there are obstacles that occur both from the side of the teacher and the students.When experiencing stress, the body will unconsciously manage stress. Management in dealing with stress is a way to increase his immunity to stress. Effective stress management will result in permanent adaptation, giving rise to new habits or improvements from old situations, while ineffective stress management will end up being maladaptive, namely deviant behavior and harm to oneself and others.

The number of kindergarten teachers who have difficulty in providing activities to develop gross motor skills in their students. Based on these problems, this service aims to improve the ability of teachers to provide gross motor learning activities, especially manipulative movements for early childhood. This service is designed with the following steps: 1) initial design; 2) prepare manual manual for gross motor manipulative motion; 3) training; 4) evaluation of training activities; 5) implementation of manual manual manual manipulative movements of children aged 4-5 years. The results of this dedication indicate that gross motor training of manipulative movements for children aged 4-5 years for kindergarten teachers is very effective for kindergarten teachers. This can be explained by the difference in the mean results of the pre-test and post-test of 36. Which means that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers regarding gross motor skills of manipulative movements, with increasing teacher skills, the gross motor skills of students also increase.

When teachers apply the concept of independent learning, the teachers do not adapt to the needs of students. Teachers still rely on textbooks as a medium for teaching materials and do not use learning methods and learning media with the needs of students. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the application of independent learning and learning cheerfully from an early age to teachers. The method of community service activities is carried out in the form of webinars using the zoom platform and coordinated together in the form of the International Lecture Share Series activity program. The results of the community service program through this webinar show the data: (1) the suitability of the material with the needs of the participants is 96%, (2) interesting material is responded to by 99%, and (3) the material provides an increase in knowledge and insight by 94%.

Organic waste is waste generated from the use of organic materials in various daily lives. The absence of a disposal site and waste management system results in organic waste not being processed properly, resulting in environmental problems in the form of pollution and unpleasant odors in the area of Tenjo Ayu Village. Most household waste is organic waste, such as vegetable residue, fruit peels and yard sweepings. The service activity of the workshop on processing organic waste into eco-enzyme aims to educate the public regarding the processing of household waste into eco-enzyme as a multifunctional liquid so that waste can be reused into cleaning products and organic fertilizers that have economic value. This community service activity has succeeded in providing insight and skills to the community regarding the processing of organic waste into eco-enzymes.

Learning organization is an important aspect in achieving organizational success which is carried out by a group of people with the same goals. A learning organization should have been implemented at every school level. The purpose of carrying out this service activity is to provide understanding and knowledge and readiness that must be designed to achieve effective schools in elementary schools in Pringsewu Regency. So that the specific target to be achieved is that participants can implement a learning organization to achieve effective schools through the principal's leadership model. The methods used are (1) discourse; present analysis of various related government regulations; (2) brainstorming and discussion; explore information on participants' understanding and what has been done; (3) role playing; improve the management ability of participants; and (4) analysis of the documents needed to design effective schools. The targets of this activity are principals and elementary school teachers in Pringsewu Regency. The results of community service activities obtained an average post-test of 88, higher than the pre-test which was 53.85. So the average percentage is 64.23%. Based on the results of the evaluation of activities, it is recommended that such training be followed up by expanding the target audience to design effective schools in elementary school.

The development of the national economy is inseparable from the rural economy because most of the people live in rural areas. When rural economic conditions are good, the national life of the people will prosper. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of supporting capability of the rural economy. The constraints of MSMEs in the rural economy are due to their location far from urban areas, so they are considered less strategic in running a business. Sukogidri Village is a village located in Ledokombo sub-district, Jember Regency. The main livelihoods of the community are farmers and “bakiak” sandal craftsmen. Marketing of MSME products from Sukogidri Village clogs still uses the traditional method, namely through local residents. This condition hampers the progress of MSMEs on a wider market scale. The findings obtained are the low level of literacy and implementation of marketing innovations for MSME. Optimizing the implementation of marketing literacy and innovation by related parties is needed to maintain business sustainability. This is done by increasing the marketing reach of MSME products to a wider market, creative and innovative approach so that they can improve the living standards of rural communities.

Characteristics of elementary school students (SD) are more dominant in psychomotor activity. Classroom learning should accommodate this so that student motivation is maintained during the learning process. Motivation is important considering that mastery of knowledge will be more optimal if students enjoy the learning process. Traditional learning is still found in Way Kanan Regency, so it is necessary to learn that accommodates these characteristics. One way that is considered appropriate is the application of the concept of gamification. The purpose of this service is to provide counseling and learning training with the concept of gamification to elementary school educators, develop the potential of students who are not yet optimal due to traditional learning, and foster the spirit of professionalism of elementary school educators. This service uses counseling and training methods and involves 25 educators in Way Kanan Regency. The instruments used are tests and portfolios as measuring tools to evaluate and sustain service. This service is expected to be a reference for innovative and productive learning to improve the character of students as a provision to face the challenges of the digital era.

The use of audio-visual media in learning will increase students' motivation and learning outcomes. Students from the PGSD Study Program, University of Lampung as prospective educators are required to be able to innovate creatively by utilizing technological advances for learning media. One of them is using camtasia studio media. So that students are able to use Camtasia perangkat lunak, training in the development of interactive media based on Camtasia audio-visual is needed. After attending this training, PGSD students understand and use the features of Camtasia Studio. So that students are able to modify the learning media into interactive audio-visual learning media.
