Abstract

The importance of the research was to identify the effect of the training curriculum in a random and sequential exercise method in developing the performance of some basic defensive skills for the handball players of Babylon Governorate clubs. This prompted the researchers to conduct the research through the use of sequential and random methods in developing the performance of the most important basic defensive skills for the players of the Babylon Governorate clubs in handball during the training program prepared for the purpose Knowing the most appropriate method and method in teaching this skill. While the objectives of the research were to identify the impact of the training curriculum in a random and sequential exercise method in developing the performance of some basic defensive skills for the handball players of the Babylon Governorate clubs. As well as knowing the most appropriate training in developing the performance of some basic skills for the handball players of the Babylon Governorate clubs. The researchers concluded that the learning methods used increased the excitement and enthusiasm of the players, which contributed to the development process. While the researchers recommend the necessity of diversification and change in the use of exercises when teaching and developing motor skills, they help learners to rush towards learning with enthusiasm and without boredom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discover how the stages of principal’s supervision improved teacher performance at SD Negeri 245 Palembang. The qualitative technique was employed with observation, interviews, and documentation as tools. Miles and Huberman's theory was used to examine the data. The results revealed that (1) the supervision program is prepared and implemented at the start of each school year, and (2) supervision assessment is carried out at the conclusion of each semester by notifying instructors personally and in groups. This study has received little attention since it investigates supervision in depth in order to improve teacher effectiveness in primary schools. This study is designed to benefit school principals by enhancing performance connected with principal’s supervision.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate and assess whether the academic supervision of the principal and the work ethic of the teachers have an influence on the quality of education. This study was carried out at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang, and the research method employed was descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. The participants in this study are 60 instructors from SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. Data gathering methods include providing questionnaires that reflect all variables. The data analysis strategy used in this study is simple regression and multiple regression with SPSS. The findings revealed that there was a substantial effect of the principal's academic supervision variable on the quality of education, as well as a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision and the teacher's work ethic on the quality of education at SMA Negeri 10 Palembang. The findings of this study are likely to aid teachers in the design of the learning process.

Abstract

Libraries, with recent innovations, should be seen not just as organizations that manage books and other publications, but also as institutions that manage information resources using information technology. The School Literacy Movement should be able to reestablish the school library's primary function as the hub of student literacy information. Not only can renewable management improve school literacy, but it can also improve the operation of the library. Educational libraries should be used to address substantive issues and incorporate them into school goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess, both partially and concurrently, the influence of the principal's academic supervision and work discipline on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 25 Talang Ubi. This is a quantitative study using factors such as principal supervision, work discipline, and teacher performance. All ten instructors of SD Negeri 25 Talang Ubi were included in the sample. The distribution of a questionnaire with four Likert scales, which has been verified for validity and reliability, was utilized as the study instrument. The data analysis approach employs basic and multivariate regression. Based on the findings, it is possible to infer that the principal's academic supervision has a favorable and significant impact on teacher performance. Academic supervision and work discipline provided by the principal have a favorable and significant impact on teacher performance. Based on the coefficient of determination of the principal's academic supervision variable and work discipline, it made a significant contribution to the teacher's performance; the remainder was impacted by other variables not included in the study variables. This study was carried out to aid in the improvement of teacher performance by focusing on the implementation of academic monitoring and the use of maximal teacher discipline.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to look at the use of academic supervision and how it relates to the principal's interpersonal competency in boosting teacher’s performance. A qualitative analytical strategy was applied in this investigation. Sources of information for this study were gathered through the use of interview, observation, and documentation approaches. The gathered data were then aggregated, selected based on quality, and descriptively evaluated, with the results concluding to solve the existing difficulties. The findings of this study suggest that combining academic supervision from the principal with effective interpersonal communication might increase teacher’s performance. And there is feedback via excellent communication in overcoming challenges experienced by instructors compassionately by partnering to integrate perspectives and mental processes with the goal of enhancing education through the interpersonal method.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine the impact of academic supervision on teacher professionalism in terms of improving educational quality. This study employs a Literature Study with a qualitative approach, involving a series of activities such as collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. Textbooks, journals, scientific articles, and literature were used as data sources. All writings that support data on academic supervision, teacher competency, and school quality were used as secondary data. The findings of this study suggest that academic supervision and teacher professionalism play a role in educational quality. This paper provides knowledge and data that can be used to improve school quality through academic supervision and teacher’s competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the principal’s academic supervision at MTs Amal Bakti Prabumulih, how teachers’ performance at MTs Amal Bakti Prabumulih is, and how the principal’s academic supervision influences teacher’s performance at MTs Amal Bakti Prabumulih. This is a descriptive quantitative study. The sampling strategy used in this study is saturation sampling, and the sample size is 16 persons. The dissemination of surveys and documentation approaches were utilized to obtain data. In addition, data analysis procedures such as descriptive analysis in the form of percentages and inferential analysis employing analytical precondition tests and hypothesis testing were used (t-test). The findings revealed that: (1) the principal’s academic supervision was quite good, (2) teacher’s performance was said to be good, and (3) there was a significant effect of the principal’s academic supervision on the performance of teachers at MTs Amal Bakti Prabumulih, where the probability value obtained was less than the significant level.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe instructors' abilities to apply a new ICT-based learning paradigm. Data gathering methods include interviews, documentation, observation, and a review of the literature. The descriptive qualitative analysis was performed to analyze the data. Teachers are now expected to be capable of carrying out ICT-based learning. Teachers confront several challenges while establishing ICT-based learning, including: the various circumstances of pupils and aspects of teaching experience, the capacity to operate learning media; and the availability of school infrastructure. Teachers must be able to use material from the internet as well as teacher discussion forums to overcome obstacles in the development of a new ICT-based learning paradigm.

Abstract

Parenting or the upbringing of teachers and parents towards children is a fundamental and important thing in human life especially in facing the challenges of the times. Along with the development of the times, human technology is also developing. However technological developments do not only have positive impacts on human life, particularly on youths but also have negative impacts, in this case, the misuse of internet technology. Looking at the many cases of bullying, violence against children, teenage brawls, and cases that show moral degradation in today’s youths certainly make everyone sad, especially parents and teachers. So, this article was written with the aim of describing parenting in an era where internet development was very rapid or an era called the Z generation or internet generation which is expected to be useful for parents and teachers to guide the nation’s next generation in an era of technological or internet development. In this study, the writers used a literature review that was sourced from the results of research that had been carried out, books, which were listed online and in print. The result of this literature study shows the many methods or patterns of parenting currently being developed by parenting experts. But as parents and teachers, of course, we have to choose the most appropriate parenting pattern in accordance with the demands of the times.
